摘要

目的：探讨舒筋散熏洗配合手法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎临床效果。方法：选取早中期膝骨关节炎患者160例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和中医综合治疗组（中医综治组），其中对照组80例，采用双氯芬酸二乙胺林膝部涂抹治疗；中医综治组80例，采用舒筋散熏洗配合手法治疗；比较两组患者临床改善总有效率，治疗前后膝关节功能及日常生活能力评分（ADL）。结果：中医综治组患者临床改善总有效率（92.50%）明显高于对照组（71.25%）（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后膝关节功能、ADL及中医证候评分均优于本组治疗前，且中医综治组患者改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：与西医治疗相比，舒筋散熏洗配合手法治疗早中期膝骨关节炎临床效果确切，可有效缓解膝部疼痛症状，改善膝部活动功能，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of Shujin san fumigation combined with manipulation therapy on knee osteoarthritis during early metaphase. Method: One hundred and sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis during early metaphase were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group (80 patients) with Shujin san fumigation and observation group (80 patients) with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel;and the term efficacy
