摘要

目的: 观察戊己丸传统汤剂、复方及配方颗粒剂镇痛、止泻和抗急性胃溃疡作用

比较不同剂型的药效差异。方法: 将小鼠或大鼠分为对照组、阳性药组和戊己丸传统汤剂、复方及配方颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组(小鼠4.0

制作乙酸致痛、番泻叶致泻及无水乙醇致大鼠急性胃溃疡模型

观察戊己丸汤剂、复方及配方颗粒剂的镇痛、止泻和抗急性胃溃疡作用。结果: 与对照组比较

Objective: To investigate the effects of Wuji Wan decoction

compound and recipe granules on analgesic

anti-diarrheal and antagonism acute gastric ulcer functions. Method: The animals were divided into control group
