目的: 观察益肺通络方对低氧性肺血管构型重建(PVR)大鼠肌型肺小动脉中膜增殖的影响。方法: 60只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白、模型、益肺通络方高、中、低剂量5组
每组12只
采用气管注入0.2 mL脂多糖(1 g·L-1)联合烟熏(每次5支
30 min/次)4周建立慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型
叠加每天吸入18%低氧2周建立肺血管构型重建(PVR)大鼠模型。空白、模型组生理盐水5 mL·d-1天灌胃
实验组按生药浓度分高剂量(30 g·kg-1)
中剂量(20 g·kg-1)
低剂量(10 g·kg-1) 益肺通络方煎剂浓缩液5 mL·d-1灌胃。4

6周3个时点取材
测量中膜厚度、血管管径和中膜面积、血管面积
计算相对中膜厚度/面积。结果: 相对中膜厚度/面积比较
4周时
模型组> 实验低剂量组> 实验中剂量组> 实验高剂量> 空白组
组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5周时
模型组> 实验低剂量组> 实验中剂量组> 实验高剂量> 空白组
组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6周时
模型组> 实验低剂量组> 实验中剂量组> 实验高剂量> 空白组
组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 益肺通络方能抑制慢性低氧PVR大鼠肌型肺小动脉中膜增殖
且存在量效关系。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yifei Tongluo formula on muscular arteries medial smooth muscle cell proliferation of hypoxia-induced pulmonary vascular remodeling in rat. Method: Sixty Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups:blank group
model group
experimental group(high-does
middle-does
low-does)
12 rats in each group. The trachea injection of 0.2 mL lipopolysaccharide (1 g·L-1)combined smoke method for four weeks was adopted to establish the model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)
and superposition of low oxygen(18%) two weeks establish pulmonary vascular remodeling(PVR) models in rats. The blank and model groups were perfused with saline

with significant difference. Conclusion: Yifei Tongluo formula can inhibit the muscular arteries medial smooth muscle cell proliferation of hypoxia-induced pulmonary vascular remodeling in rats.
