目的: 建立脉平片中白果内酯、银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B和银杏内酯C的含量测定方法。方法: 采用HPLC对制剂中银杏叶提取物的主要成分白果内酯、银杏内酯A、银杏内酯B和银杏内酯C进行定量分析。CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm);流动相四氢呋喃-乙腈-水(12:10:78)

Abstract
Objective: To establish an method for determination bilobalide
ginkgolide A
ginkgolicle B and ginkgolicle C in Maiping tablet. Method: The bilobalide
ginkgolide A
ginkgolicle B and ginkgolicle C in Maiping tablet was determined by HPLC. CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6 mm×250 mm 5 μm)column was used. The modbile phase was tetrahydrofuran- acetonitrile-water(12:10:78)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and evaporative light-scatting mass detector. Result: The ginkgolicle C
