摘要

对国家自然科学基金医学科学部中医学科2012-2016年中医方剂学方向获得资助的127个项目进行回顾与分析，从总体资助情况、获资助者学缘结构、连续资助项目情况、项目研究内容4个方面进行了分析，探讨获得资助项目存在的不足等主要问题。在研究过程中，不能只追求先进仪器、设备、指标的观察和应用，仅从疗效指标和局部分子信号通路进行研究，往往很难阐释中医方剂的整体性和作用机制复杂性，也很难诠释方剂多靶点的动态性作用机制；在揭示方剂配伍普遍规律性方面的具有中医药鲜明特色的创新性研究思维还不多见，具有辐射意义的研究模式还有待发现；中医方剂药效物质基础的研究偏少。

Abstract

Totally 127 projects which supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in the field of formulae of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) between 2012 and 2016 financial years were reviewed and analyzed.These projects were analyzed from four subjects

areas such as general financing

education background of funders

continual supported projects and research content.The main problems existed in these projects

such as limitation of the original thought of TCM

and quantity deficiency of material basis research were discussed as well.
