目的:探讨左归丸对肾阴虚模型大鼠神经-内分泌-免疫功能的作用机制。方法:按随机数字将60只清洁级健康雄性Wistar大鼠分均为正常组(同体积生理盐水),模型组(同体积生理盐水),预防组(与造模同时,1 g ·kg-1左归丸)及左归丸低剂量组(造模后,0.5 g ·kg-1左归丸),中剂量组(造模后,1 g ·kg-1左归丸),高剂量组(造模后,2 g ·kg-1左归丸),以甲状腺片灌胃制备肾阴虚模型;所有组均连续灌胃21 d。采集脾、胸腺、尿液和血液样本,计算脏器指数;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测促肾上腺皮质素释放激素(CRH),促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH),皮质醇 (CORT),三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3),四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4),甲状腺刺激激素(TSH),环磷酸腺苷(cAMP),环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP),17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS),白细胞介素-6 (IL-6),干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的T3,T4,cAMP,cGMP,IL-6,IFN-γ明显升高,TSH,cAMP/cGMP,脾指数,胸腺指数降低,差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),预防组各指标无明显变化。与模型组比较,左归丸各剂量组的T3,T4,cAMP,cGMP,IL-6,IFN-γ明显降低,TSH,cAMP/cGMP,脾指数、胸腺指数明显升高,差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);预防组T3,T4,CRH,ACTH,CORT,cAMP,cGMP,17-OHCS,脾指数,胸腺指数明显升高(P<0.01),TSH,cAMP/cGMP,IL-6,IFN-γ明显降低(P<0.01)。与预防组比较,左归丸各剂量组的T3,CRH,ACTH较高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:左归丸能调节甲亢型肾阴虚大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能,改善免疫功能,这可能是干预甲亢型肾阴虚作用的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zuoguiwan on the neuro-endocrine-immune function of kidney-Yin deficiency rats. Method: Total 60 healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group (same volume of normal saline)
model group (same volume of normal saline)
prevention group (at the same time of modeling

P<0.01). Conclusion: Zuoguiwan can adjust hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis function in rats with hyperthyroidism type kidney-Yin deficiency
and improve immune function. This could be one of the mechanisms for treating hyperthyroidism type kidney-Yin deficiency.
