摘要

目的: 研究伤科喷雾剂中士的宁的透皮吸收特性。方法: 采用SD大鼠腹部离体皮肤为渗透屏障

体外透皮吸收

采用Franz扩散池进行体外扩散试验

HPLC检测定士的宁的含量。结果: 伤科喷雾剂中士的宁可以透过大鼠腹部皮肤

稳态渗透速率J=0.015 3 mg ·cm-2 ·h-1

时滞Tlag=0.235 h。结论: 本实验可为伤科喷雾剂的制备工艺研究提供科学的依据。

Abstract

Objective: To study the percutaneous absorption of strychnine in Shangke spray in vitro. Method: The transdermal permeation tests of strychnine in Shangke sprays were performed through excised rats skin in Franz diffusion cells. Strychnine concentration was determined by HPLC. Result: Strychnine can penetrate through rat skin. The permeation rate and the lag time were 0.015 3 mg ·cm-2 ·h-1 and 0.235 h respectively. Conclusion: The research provides experimental data for the design of Shangke sprays.
