      摘要:Ginsenoside Rg1 of radix notoginseng in Yigan Jianfu granule was determined by the TLC scanner method.n\|BuOH\|ethyl acetate\|water(4∶1∶5)as the mobile phase,wavelength at 528nm,the average recovery and RSD were 98\^8% and 0\^46%,respectively.This method is simple and reproducible.

      摘要:Seven doses of Schisandra chinenesis (Sch) and Ginseng (Gin) in combination were given (ig) to seven group of mice for 5 d according to the uniform design. The results showed that the combinations could markedly increase the content of the brain protein at proportion (Sch∶Gin=9∶1 or 8∶1) and the influence of interaction was synergism. At the proportion (Sch:Gin=9∶1), the combination (0 75~1 5g/kg,ig) could increase the content of DNA and RNA in brain tissue. To RNA, there was a dose effect relationship in the dose range of 1 5 to 0 375g/kg. The acute toxicity of the compatibility and its 95% confidence limit were 55 03 and 4 66g/kg, respectively.

      摘要:Anti endotoxin shock effect being taken as observed index, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of SMZ were studied in rats. The results showed that SMZ could exhibit anti endotoxin shock effect in rats. Half life(T 1/2 =1 1849h) and pharmacokinetic equation (C=6 6636×e -0 5848t ) of SMZ were obtained with the dose effect and time effect relationships in rats.

      摘要:Jinye Detoxifying Granule(JY) could markedly inhibit the swelling of foot pat induced by carageen and decrease the permeability of skin capillary induced by histamine in rats.It also could increase the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage,the level of lysozyme in serum,the production of hemolysin and the delayed type hypersensitive reaction in rats.

      摘要:The data obtained from the experimental rats revealed that Shenbing mixture(SBM) has significant therapeutic effects on adriamycin induced nephrotic syndrome in rats. In this study, Jianpilishi seperating (JSP) Jianpolishi seperating prescription (JSP) has remarkable effect in increasing albumin in plasma, diminishing edema and strengthening the constitution.Meanwhile, Shulishaoyang separation prescription(SSP) possesses significant actions of decreasing proteinuria.All these prescriptions have the cooperative effects on what has been observed above.

      摘要:The effects and mechanism of drug prepared from insects were studied in rat model of chronic renal failure (CRF) induced by adenine.The results showed that drug prepared from insects (5,12 5g/kg for 15 days) could obviously increase the renal blood flow and Hb,decrease medial molecular substance(MMS),enhance the activity of Na +K +ATPase and improve the pathological changes of renal tissue.
