        摘要：Using the contents of total flavones and alkaloids as indexes,water-adding amount,decocting time,extracting time,alcohol-precipitation concentration as factors,the preparation procedure for Kechuanping tablets was studied by orthogonal test.As a result,the optimum preparation procedure for Kechuanping tablets is 12 times of water-adding amount,2 hours of decocting time,3 times of extracting time and 80% of alcohol-precipitation concentration.

        摘要：Astragalus,radix notoginseng,radix paeoniae alba and Bupleurum in Xianning tablets were identified by thin-layer chromatography.Astragaloside and Ginsenoside Rg1 were determined by the TLC-scanner.The average recoveries of astragaloside and Ginsenoside Rg1 were 97.55% and 97.30%;the RSD were 3.22% and 2.96%.

        摘要：Amygdalin in Apricot-kernel was determinated by a RP-HPLC method.This work was performed on a Shimadzu LC-4A HPLC with SPD-2AS UV Detector and a C18 column (5μm,15cm×4.6mm ID).The mobile phase was methanol.water(3∶7,V/V).the standard curve was linear in the rage of 4.08～32.6μg for amygdalin.The recovery of amygdalin was 970%(n=5) and RSD was 1.63%.

        摘要：The drug-containing sera from the rats with oral administration of GuizhiTang were inactivated.The effects of the sera with or without inactivation were investigated on HSV-1-induced CPE action.The result showed that the following measures should be taken when the sera of animals post-administration of Chinese medicine were used in an in vitro study:(1)A serum control should be set to establish the effect of serum itself on the study system.(2)It could be better to use inactivated drug-containing sera because the antibody and complement of the sera could be eliminated after inactivation.(3)More doses considering the clinical equivalent effect-dose as the middle one should be designed according to the characteristics of Chinese prescription to correctly evaluate the real effect of drug-containing sera.

        摘要：Rabbits were dosed with Guizhi Tang once,twice and three times a day for one,two and three days,respectively.The rabbit blood was sampled after 0.5 to 9 hours of last dosing and serum was separated.Inhibitory effect of the contained-herb serum on cytopathy was observed.Compared with normal serum,the contained-herb serum of single dosing showed no inhibitory effect on cytopathy.The serum sampled from the 4th to 5th hour when dosing once a day for two day and that at the 2nd hour when dosing once a day for three days markedly showed inhibitory effect on cytopathy.The serum sampled from the 5th to 7th hour when dosing twice a day for one day and that from the 1st to 6th hour when dosing twice a day for two days also showed inhibitory effect on cytopathy.But when dosing twice a day for three days or three times a day,the serum sampled after administration could cause clear degeneration of culture cells.

        摘要：The change of physical and psychological dependence of morphine after treatment of Shenfu Tang(SFT) and Buprenorphine(Bup) was studied.The results indicate that SFT combined with Bup could effectively abate and control withdrawal symptoms,but not influence conditioned place preference.It is speculated that the SFT combined with Bup could not relieve the craving for opium-like drugs.

        摘要：The effect and mechanism of the Kangxian Rungan granule (KXRG) on antihepatic fibrosis were studied in rat model of hepatic fibrosis induced by complex factors of CCl4 and foods of high fat and low protein.The results showed that KXRG and colchicine had good effects on antihepatic fibrosis.KXRG could obviously improve liver functions,regulate immunologic functions and decrease immunologic compound(IC),relevant index on hepatic fibrosis and the level of hydroxyproline(Hyp).

        摘要：Immune function of scalded rats with or without treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Tang was assayed by using MTT staining method.The results showed that Liuwei Dihuang Tang could increase the function of phagocytosis of Mφ,the transformation and proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,the production of IL-2,the activity of NK cells and the rates of RBC-C3b floral hoop and RBC-IC floral hoop.In addition,Liuwei Dihuang Tang could suppress scald-induced production of TNF α and IL-6 of Mφ in sera.

        摘要：The clinical curative effect of Fengfeisan,a traditional Chinese medicine,combined with acupuncture on treating original trigeminal neuralgia was observed.The results showed that the cure rate(50.6%) and the effective rate (81.8%) of Fengfeisai combined with acupuncture (treatment group) were superior to the cure rate(22.2%) and effective rate (72.2%) of carbamazepinum comgined with acupuncture (control group).It was considered that Fengfeisai combined with acupuncture could effectively treat original trigeminal neuralgia.

        摘要：In order to expand treatment scope of Xuesaitong and to study therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine absorbing clots on hemorrhage apoplexy,it was clinically observed that the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage in 30 cases was treated by Xuesaitong.Its therapeutic effectiveness was compared with that of conservative treatment of western internal medicine on 30 cases.The results showed that therapeutic effectiveness of Xuesaitong group was better than that of control group in synthetic evaluating for therapeutic effectiveness,absorbing hematoma and improving hemorrheology.It was primarily considered that Xuesaiton had certain effects on hemorrhage apoplexy.

        摘要：This paper analyses profoundly a large number of fuzzy concepts and laws existing in Traditional Chinese Medicine.After reviewing the prescription researches domestic and abroad,it suggests that fuzzy mathematics method （FMM） be an ideal quantitative analysis means,by which the kind of fuzzy and dynamic variables,functions and laws could be described and studied properly.In the end,it presents some plans and methods of study on prescription composing laws of Traditional Chinese Medicine by FMM.
