摘要:Objective:To Study the optimal extracting techniques of Ruyi-jinhuang plaster.Methods:By using of contents of berberine and minimal lihibitory concentration as indexes,the conditions of extracting volatile oil,alcoholic concentration and extracting time were determined with orthogonal design method.Results:The optimal extracting conditions are as follows:using 90% alcohol as extracting solvent to extract for two times,the first times for 2 hous and second times for 1 hour.Conclusion:The optimal technique is stable and high efficient.  
摘要:The quantitative method of baicalin in gegen-qinlian pill was reported.The HPLC conditions as follows:C18 Column(250×4mm,10μm),in room temperature,CH3OH∶0.2%H3PO4=48∶52 as mobile phase,flow rate in 1.0ml/min,detected wave length at 280nm,and the number of theoretical plates calculated by baicalin peak was not less than 3000.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.8% and 1.075%(n=4),respectively.

摘要:The optimized extracting condition of Xuanfei Qutan Oral Liquid were investigated by determining the dried extract and the content of ephedrine chloride with orthogonal design method.Three factors,water volume,decocting time and extracting times,were considered to effect the extracting efficiency of active component.The reasonable extracting conditions were to decoct for three times with water for 1.5 hour each times,and the total water volume were 25 times corresponding to the herbal weight.The quantitative method of ephedrine chloride was used by TLC-scanning method.  
摘要:The contents of peimine and peiminine in Beilexin capsule were determined with TLCS. The results showed that the linear range was 1.99μg~9.95μg for peimine and 2.00μg~10.00μg for peiminine, respectively. This method was used to determine peimine and peiminine in Beilexin capsule with recovery of 101.5% and 98.5%, respectively. The contents of peimine and peiminine of three batches of samples were determined with this method.  
摘要:Objective The protective effects of drug-containing serum of Yi-Xin-Kang capsule, a traditional Chinese medicinal prescription, and the individual drugs of the prescription, Danshen and Shanzha, on H+-ATP ase activity of rat myocardial mitochondria injured by oxygen stress were studied.Method Myocardial mitochondria were incubated with oxygen stress injury system(Fe2+/VitC)for 30 min, and then the activity of H+-ATPase was determined. Results Oxygen stress significantly decreased the activity of H+-ATPase of myocardial mitochondria. Treatment with the drug-containing serum of H303 or the individual drugs of Danshen and Shanzha significantly protected the activities of the enzyme. The significant protective effects were observed in lower doses(100 and 200mg/kg) of H303-treated groups and large doses (600mg/kg)of Dan-Shen or Shan-Zha-treated groups. Conclusion H303-containing serum protects the activity of H+-ATPase, a key-enzyme of myocardial mitochondria respiratory chain, injured by oxygen stress, in which Dan-Shen and Shan-Zha may contribute to the effect of H303.  
摘要:Experimental studies Guizhi Tang on rat blood pressure of by non-invasive method demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant blood pressure decreasing effect for SHR. Guizhitang had obvious blood pressure increasing effect to Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat. Experiment demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant dual-directional regulation on blood pressure for rat. Active fractions A(Fr.A) and E (Fr.E),isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure fall in SHR. Active fractions B(Fr.B),isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure rise for Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat; The results show that Fr.A and Fr.E and Fr.B are active fractions of Guizhi Tang with dual-directional regulation on rat blood pressure.

摘要:Objection:to explore the centre mechanism that Xinnao Yizhi prescription improve the function of brain. Methods:to use high performance liquid chromatography to observe the change of 8 amino acids of SAM-P/10's brain,which has close relation with learning memory. Results:preventive prescription and prescription No.Ⅰ drpoed the level of abnormal increased r-GABA obviously (P<0.01 or 0.05),so did western medicine (P<0.05),prescription No.Ⅱ had no obvious effect. Preventive prescription incrased the level of Tau in cortex significantly (P<0.01),so did prescription No.Ⅰ (P<0.05),prescription No.Ⅱ and western medicine only had increasing tendency. Conclusion:Prescription No.Ⅰ that reinforces kidney,resolves phlegm,and restores a clear head regulates abnormal increased EAAs obviously,which is better than that of prescription No.Ⅱ that reinforces kidney,remove stasis.Preventive prescription has the best effect and is better than western medicine. Preventive prescription that drop the level of r-GABA and reduce the level of Tau has the best effect. It prompts that Xinnao Yizhi prescription can regulated the level os SAM-P/10's EAAs and IAAs obviously,This provide bases for the clinical use of Xinnao Yizhi prescription on the encephalic senility and senile dementia.

摘要:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese compound prescription 962 on serum testosterone (TES),estradiol (E2),triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine(T4) in aged male rats. Results show traditional Chinese compound prescription 962 significantly increased the serum TES concentration and TES/E2 ratio (P<0.05). So traditional Chinese compound prescription 962 Capsule may invigorate the kidney and replenish vital essence,postpone senility,and so improve the learning and memory ability of brain.

摘要:Pharmacokinetics in vivo for TTS of total alkaloids of Sophora Flavecens Ait. was studied with Wistar rat and the pharmacokinetics parameters were computed. The rsult showes that it is a kind of 2-compartment model with 1st order absorption.Tp is 8.44hrs,Cm is 6.559ug/ml,t1/2α is 5.679hrs,t1/2β is 19.572hrs and t1/2Ka is 2.83hrs.  
摘要:The model of glomerulonephritis was induced by monoclonal anti-Thy-1 antibodies.The level of IL-1β,TNF-α、IL-6,IL-6 mRNA expression was significantly was significantly incresed than the normal group. Those levels were significantly decresed when Grifola Umbellata decoction or heparin was administered.

摘要:To discuss the influence of Shu Xin Yi Mai Capsule(SXYMC)on α-Granule Membrane Protein-140(GMP-140)in plasma of the Unstable Angina patients(UAP)and to observe the clinical effect,before and after the treatment,plasma GMP-140 was compared with ELISA.At the same time,the symptoms of angina and the change of myocardial ischemia were observed,compared with another 44 cases group of the health.Results showed the level of GMP-140 of teh two groups was higher than the health one(P<0.05).The symptoms of angina and the change of myocardial ischemia were markedly improved in compare with the control one.
