摘要:The analytical method of the sapogenins,extracted from Anemarrhena asphodeloides by Supercritical CO2 fluid extracting technique,was established by GC-MS method for the first time.Experimental conditions:Column:capillary,Inlet pressure:50kPa,Injector temperature:285℃,Initial teperature:200℃,Rate:10℃/min,Finial temperature:285℃ and MS detected with EI.Seven components in the sapogenins were separated and characterized by GC-MS.The contents of each component in the total sapogenins extract were determined by using cholesterol as internal-reference substance.
摘要:The qualitative identification of Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Angelica pubescens f.biserrata,Atracylodes lancea and Scutellaria baicalensis were used by thin-layer chromatography.The contents of ferulic acid in L.chuanxiong and A.sinensis herbs and the granule were determined by TLC-scanning method.Results:Ferulic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5721~2.8605μg.The recovery and RSD were 98.55% and 2.44%,respectively.Conclusion:This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of granule.

摘要:Comparative study of dissolved matter of chrysophanol of semen Cassia and the powder by supermicro-pulverization was made. In same extraction time only 7.6% chrysophanol in semen Cassia was extracted compared with in the groups of supermicro-pulverized powder of semen Cassia in which 69.7%,57.1% and 32.4% chrysophanol were extracted. The amount of dissolved matter of chrysophanol of supermicro-pulverized powder of semen Cassia by 5 minutes immersed in water was same compared with that of crude drug of semen Cassia by 90 minutes decocted. Proper desiccation of sample before supermicro-pulverization could increase dissolved matter of chrysophanol.
摘要:Using total alkaloidal content as a marker,the optimum extraction technolongy of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.Oal liquid was selected with the orthogonal experiment.The best extraction tecnology is as follows:adding 12 times water,decocting 3 times,90min for each time,the relative density is 1.05,70% alcohol-percipitation concentration,and keeping still for 24h.The Optimized extraction technology is stable and high efficient.
摘要:Serum pharmacology was used to observe the effect of the serum with LW and its active fractions (CA4,CA4-3)on primary cultured hippocampal neurons.The effect of the serum with LW and CA4,CA4-3 on the survival of primary cultured hippocampal neurons was firstly observed with MTT assay.Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) of hippocampal neuros was further studied with flow cytometry and the serum with LW and CA4,CA4-3.Results indicate the serum with LW and CA4,CA4-3 improved the survival of primary cultured hippocampal neurons,on which the stabilization of MMP plays a key role.
摘要:Studying antimycotic action of Quxuan lotion (QXL)and its Ingredients in vivo, we determined the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of each Chinese medicine in QXL and three different composition of the prescription, which against the ten different kind of fungi that caused the Dermatoses commonly in south china. Results indicate that prescription, ten Chinese medicines, had different antibiogram. The MIC was over 18%~39%. All of them couldn't against Candida albicans. The MIC of the three Chinese medicines of the prescription was 11.25%, 6.25% and 10.0%, respectively. Every Chinese medicine of the prescription had synergy action. On the same concentration, both MIC and antibiogram comparison, the prescription was better than each Chinese medicine of the prescription.
摘要:To study the effect and mechanism of “Dihuang Yinzi”(DHYZ) in delaying aging,the aging rats were orally administrated with DHYZ or NS for 10weeks(4g·kg-1·d-1 or 12g·kg-1·d-1),and the lipid peroxides (LPO),super oxide dismutase (SOD),glutamate peroxidase (GSH-Px),the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane were measured,respectively.The results indicated that DHYZ obviously reduced the rose-content of LPO in serum and brain,increased the down-activity of SOD and GSH-Px,and enhanced the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane of erythrocyte and brain tissue of aging rat on contrast to the young control group.

摘要:To compare the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu Deciction (BYHWD) and its active fraction on brain tissue following cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,Ceredral ischemia model in gerbils was indcued by ligating bilateral common carotid artery.The contents of glutamate (Glu),aspirate (Asp) and γ-amino butyric acid,glycine in brain tissue were determined after cerebral ischemia for 15min followed by reperfusion for 48 hours.Results showed the contents of Glu,Asp and γ-aminobutyric acid in brain tissue were markedly enhanced after cerebral ischemia for 15min.BYHWD decreased the contents of Glu in brain tissue remarkably;its active fraction reduced the contents of both Glu and Asp in brain tissue remarkably.The contents of Glu and Asp in brain tissue were remarkably increased after cerebral ischemia for 15min followed by reperfusion for 48 hours,BYHWD decreased the contents of Glu in brain tissue significantly,its active fraction reduced the contents of both Glu and Asp in brain tissue remarkably.

摘要:The Myocardial monophonic action potential (MAP) techniques were used to study the effects of Zhigancao Decoction (ZGCD), Glycyrrhixinate (MG), MG and Gingseng total saponins (GTS) in the myocardial damage induced by ischemia-reperfusion in anesthetized cats. In the experimental ischimia-reperfusion model, ZGCD, MG and GTS had remarkably shortened the duration of the trigged activities, greatly increased the SOD activity and reduced MDA content in the ischemia-reperfusion area, It also reduced the release of CPK and LDH on the cat serum. The results indicate that ZGCD, MG, and the combinations of MG and GTS would protect myocardial injury by ischemia-reperfusion.

摘要:The alcohol extracts of Paeonia lactiflora Pall from six origins were prepared to compare their effectiveness of anti-coagulation and anti platelet aggregation (ADP induced). The purpose was to discuss the differences in the authentic and the non-authentic, and in the wild and the cultivated. The results showed that Paeonia lactiflora Pall from six origins at dose of 0.5 g (crude herb)/ml demonstrated significant effectiveness in both aspects. At the dose of 0.25g/ml, the anti-coagulative effect of the six origins was still there, and the anti-platelet effect was mainly showed by Paeonia from Duolun, Keshan and Enshi. However, the authentic Paeonia lactiflora Pall produced in Duolun, Inner Mongolia, demonstrated the most significant effects on anticoagulation and anti-platelet aggregation.
摘要:In order to research the effect of ZY-Ⅰ and ZY-Ⅱ on simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV mac and SIV mac251), we used SAIDS model to observe the influence of T and B cell proliferation induced by mitogens before and after treatment with ZY-Ⅰ. Using monoclonal antibody to label on CD4+ T cells in PBMC with indirect immunofluorescence, the percentage was analyzed by flow cytometry. Serum β2 microglobin (β2MG) was measured by ELISA in ZY-Ⅱ group. Results indicate that ZY-Ⅰ enhanced the proliferation of T and B cells induced by mitogen, CD4+ T cells were increased in PBMC, and serum β2 MG level was decreased by ZY-Ⅱ.
摘要:In this experiment the compatibility mechanism of enriching blood of SiWu Tang was studied by observing the effects of SiWu Tang and its three ingredients of the prescription on the hematopoiesis in mice with blood deficiency induced by 60C0 γ irradiation.The results showed that SiWu Tang exerted the strongest action compared with the three ingredients,and each ingredient of SiWu Tang played different roles in several targets.
