摘要

目的

分析我国已上市治疗流产中成药品种特征与处方规律，为其新药研发与临床应用提供参考。

方法

系统检索并收集治疗流产中成药相关信息，采用Mic rosoft Excel 2021软件对药物证型、数量、上市情况及说明书现状等内容进行整理与统计；基于古今医案云平台（V2.3.9）对规范化处方进行药物性味归经、用药特点等内容进行分析。

结果

该研究共纳入39种国内已上市治疗流产中成药，按疾病类型，可分类为先兆流产、复发性流产治疗药物；按照临床功能，可分为安胎保胎、补血、辅助调理3类；从临床干预阶段来看，则可分为孕前调理及孕后保胎两大类。上市后研究显示，仅3种药物开展过安全性评价、1种涉及药物经济学研究，规范循证证据普遍缺乏。剂型以丸剂、颗粒剂为主。说明书分析显示，15种注明【禁忌】，28种包含【注意事项】。基于处方纳排标准，筛选所得的25种药物中，功效集中于“补肾健脾、益气养血”，核心药物包括白芍、当归、白术。药性以温、平为主，药味以甘、辛为多，主要归脾、肝、肾经。

结论

目前治疗流产的中成药临床应用价值明确，但存在上市后研究不足、处方同质化、说明书简陋等问题。未来应构建以临床价值为导向的现代化发展路径，加强安全性监测与循证评价，完善药品说明书，推动精准用药，进一步提升其临床价值。

Abstract

Objective

This paper aims to analyze the variety characteristics and prescription patterns of marketed traditional Chinese patent medicines for treating abortion and provide references for new medicine development and clinical application.

Methods

Relevant information of traditional Chinese patent medicines for treating abortion was systematically retrieved and collected. Microsoft Excel 2021 software was used to sort and statistically analyze the medicine syndrome types， quantity， market situation， and status of package inserts. Based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform （V2.3.9）， the medicine properties， flavors， meridian tropism， and medication characteristics of standardized prescriptions were analyzed.

Results

A total of 39 marketed traditional Chinese patent medicines for treating abortion in China were included. According to disease type， these medicines were categorized as therapeutic medicines for threatened abortion and recurrent spontaneous abortion. According to clinical function， they were categorized into three groups： fetus stabilization， blood nourishment， and adjunctive conditioning. They were also categorized into pre-pregnancy conditioning and post-pregnancy fetal maintenance by clinical intervention stage. Post-marketing research showed that only three products had undergone safety evaluations and one involved pharmacoeconomic research， indicating a general lack of standardized evidence-based data. Dosage forms were mainly pills and granules. Package insert analysis revealed that 15 products listed "contraindications"， while 28 included "precautions". Based on prescription inclusion and exclusion criteria， 25 products were selected for further analysis. Their therapeutic effects were mainly concentrated on "tonifying the kidney and spleen， replenishing Qi， and nourishing blood"， with core medicines including Paeoniae Radix Alba， Angelicae Sinensis Radix， and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma. Most medicines were warm or neutral in nature， predominantly sweet and pungent in flavor， and mainly entered the spleen， liver， and kidney meridians.

Conclusion

Traditional Chinese patent medicines for treating abortion demonstrate clear clinical value. However， shortcomings remain， including insufficient post-marketing research， prescription homogeneity， and incomplete package inserts. Future efforts should establish a clinically value-oriented modern development pathway， strengthen safety surveillance and evidence evaluation， improve package inserts， and promote precision use to further enhance clinical value.
