摘要:Objective:To determine the extracting techniques of Kangliu-shengbai tablet.Methods:Quantitative determination of essential oil,cold-acohol extract and water decocting extract together with pharmacological tests,raising the white blood cells(WBC) in the mice during chemo-therapeutics,optimized by orthogonal design.Results and Conclusion:A1 and D1 extracting conditions had a good extracting yield and higher raising WBC effects.
摘要:Objective:To optimize techniques of volatile oil Saizhu prescription,a Tibet drug,parceled with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD).Methods:The processes of cinnamic aldehyde and total volatile oil parceled with β-CD were optimized by the enwraped ratio as markers with orthogonal design method.Results and Conclusion:The best technical conditions were:β-CD∶water=1∶10,volatile oil∶β-CD=1ml∶10g,stirred for 1 hour at 35℃.The main components of volatile oil between unparceled and parceled with β-CD were unchanged by GC-MS analysis.The stability of volatile oil parceled β-CD was better than that of unparceled by IR spectra.
摘要:Objective:To purify Pujigongtai granule.Methods:Semen cuscutae and cortex lycii as qualitative marks and contents of paeniflorin by HPLC as quantitative index,comparing AB-8 purified method with centrifugation and alcohol precipitation methods.Results:The contents of paeoniflorin in the granule were 0.9345,0.6195 and 0.7075mg/g,respectively,by the purification methods stated above in order.
摘要:Objective:To establish the qualitative and quantittive methods of Xueshuantong injection.Methods:TLC scanning method for the quantitative analysis.Results:The linear range and average recovery of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 were 1.02~7-14μg and 1.7~8.5μg,and 99.08% and 96.73%,respectively.Conclusion:The method was convenient,accurate and practicable.
摘要:Objective:To establish the quantitative determination method of tetrahydropalmatine in Jieshikang capsule. Methods:TLC-scanning method, silica gel G thin plate, developing system:n-butanol:ethyl acetate(20∶17), scanning wavelength:λs=510nm,λR=600nm. Results:The average recovery and RSD were 96.6% and 0.89%, respectively. Conclusion:The method were sensitive, accurate and specific.

摘要:To investigate the protective effects of Xuefu Zhuyu (XEZY) decoction on the vascular endothelial cells injured by rabbit blood stasis syndrome (BSS) serum and its effects of improvement on the endocrine dysfunction, we used the 4 different kinds of rabbit serum (normal, BSS with absorbed XFZY, hyperlipemic) to cultured rabbit vascular endothelial cells in vitro. The concentrations of endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and the activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)in cultured supernatant were detected at 24 hour, respectively. Results show the levels of ET, NO and the activity of PAI, except for t-PA, increased significantly in the BSS serum group, as compared with normal serum group. No significant differences of these vaso-active substance levels in cultured supernatant between normal and BSS with XFZY decoction. These results indicate that XFZY decoction can improve the endocrine dysfunction of the endothelial cells and protect cultured endothelial cells injured by rabbit BSS serum in vitro.

摘要:To study on the preventive and therapeutic effect of Xiaozhangsu Injection (XZS) on cataract induced by D-galactose in guinea pigs, the D-galactose cataract model was made by means of retrobulbar injection of 0.4% D-galactose at the dose of 0.2ml/day in each eye to guinea pigs for continuous 19 days. The subconjunctival injection of 0.04 ml XZS with high dose and low dose was used at the same day of model induction and was done once every other day for 10 times. The lenses were photographed on the day or experimental end. The opacities of lenses were compared and analyzed. Simultaneously, the contents of MDA and the activities of SOD in lenses were assayed. The results showed XZS was able to inhibit the development of opacity and decreased significantly the content of MDA. But it has no obvious effect on the activity of SOD.

摘要:It has been shown that Tong Bu Qiang Gu Fang (TBQGF) has a good effect on the treatment of osteoporosis. Using the cell strain UMR 106, we observed the effects of several Chinese herbs, which were most important in the composition of TBQGF, on the proliferation of osteoblast-like cells in- vitro.- And we found that all of the Chinese herbs at appropriate concentrations could significantly promote the proliferation of osteoblasts. The high concentrations (500mg/L) of the Epimedii Hb and Ligustri Lucidi Fr had stronger effects on the proliferation of osteoblast-like cells than the low concentration (5mg/L). Astragali Membranace Rx showed a good effect at low concentration (5mg/L), but no dose dependence relationship. Radix et Rhizoma of low concentration had no effect at all, the medium concentration (100mg/L) of it showed a significant promoting-proliferation effect, while the high concentration (1000mg/L) inhibited the proliferation of the cells. The results suggested that the herbs could promote the proliferation of osteoblast-like cells.
摘要:Object:To observe the effect of Zhinao capsule on learning and memory, and cholinergic transmitter in cerebral cortex and hippocampus in experimental AD model rats. Methods: β-amyloid protein (β-AP) injection into lateral ventricle in rats and transforming growth factor β1(TGF β1) injection into the rat's brain tissue were applied to successfully make experimental rat model of AD on the basis of the document's experiment method improved. Step-through test and water-maze test were employed to investigate the function of learning and memory in AD model rats, and radioimmunoas-say was used to assay the activity of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and acetylcholinesterase (AchE), and content of acetylcholine (Ach) in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of AD model rats. Results: There obviously are impairment of learning and memory in rats of AD model induced by β-AP and TGF β1. The activity of ChAT and content of Ach was lower, and activity of AchE was higher in AD model rats than that of normal rats. Zhinao capsule could improve the impairment of learning and memory, increase the content of Ach by raising the activity of ChAt and reducing the activity of AchE in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of AD model rats. Conclusions: Zhinao capsule can markedly enhance the function of learning and memory of rats of AD model induced by β-AP and TGF β1 by regulating cholinergic transmitter in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of AD model rats.
摘要:To study the protective effect and the possible mechanism of Pian Tan Fu Kang Capsule (PTFK) on injury induced by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats, Rats were exposed to right middle cerebral artery occlusion for 40 min and reperfusion for 24 hours. Pathological changes, content of water on brain tissue, content changes of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) on plasma, and content changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in serum were observed. Results showed PTFK could significantly alleviate the pathological damage and reduce content of water on brain tissue compared with injury side of brain, it could obviously increase contents of SOD in serum and CGRP on plasma, and decrease contents of NO in serum and ET in serum and ET in plasma compared with control group. The results indicate the protective effect of PTFK on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury might be relation to regulating balances of ET, CGRP, SOD and NO in plasma or serum.

摘要:Our research objectivis to study the effect of NaoHuanDan on the ultrastructure of the hippocampal CA3 and brain cortical neurons in the ovariectomized rat by means of transmission electron microscopy.Forty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: Control group, conjugated estrogen group, and NaoHuanDan groups, and experimental drugs or placebo were orally administrated per day for 6 months from day 7 of having been ovariectomized. The ultrastructure of hippocampal CA3 and brain cortical neurons' changes were observed under transmission electron microscope after routine perfusion, fixation, drawing materials, slicing up and staining. Results showed that there were obvious degeneration and necrosis in the mitochondrias and other organelles in the control group, accumulation of lipofucin in the cytoplasm. And degeneration of synapses and blurred of the synapse connection, but all these symptoms were significantly reduced after having been treated with conjugated estrogen and NaoHuanDan.
摘要:Urea protein content, serum albumin, cholesterol, creatinine, urea nitrogen, histopathology, et al were observed in C-BSA nephritis rats which were orally administrated with Manshen Kang Capsule 8-4,4-2,2-1 g/kg for 4-week, respectively. The results showed the capsule had significant therapeutic action on C-BSA nephritis rats, could inhibit mice humoral immunity, but no effect on cell mediated immunity. In addition, the capsule had markedly protective effect of rabbit's microcirculation obstruction induced by 10% macromolecule intradex.

摘要:The pharmacokinetic study according to “junchenzhuoshi” composing mechanism of TCMRs has not been reported so far. A research stratgey is advanced from the TCMRs chemical substances base,in vivo active components analyses of TCMRs and their pharmacokinetics to elucidate “junchenzhuoshi” composing mechanism of TCMRs. It has important significance to create new scientific TCMRs,promote the development of TCMRs pharmacology and complex system.
