摘要:The effects of alcohol sediment and chitosan clarifier were studied on the contents of astragaloside IV,determined by TLC-scanning method,and polysaccharide,calculated by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the total weight of sediment of Yupingfeng oral liquid.The clarification and stability of the liquid were also compared.The results showed two techniques hold similar clarify and stability.Chitosan had no effects on the contents of astragaloside IV and polysaccharide,but alcohol obviously decreased the total solid and polysaccharide of oral liquid.

摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Dafangfengtang granule.Methods:Qualitative identification of four ingredients(astragalus root,atractylodis lanceae rhizome,paeonia lactiflora root and achyranthes bidentata root)were used by TLC methods.The quantitative analysis of aconitine was determined by RP-HPLC method.Results:Aconitine had a good linear relationship in range of 2.0~1.5μg,and the average recovery and RSD were 97.92% and 1.88% respectively.Conclusion:This method was simple,reliable and repetitive.
摘要:Objective:To determine the contents of Paeoniflorin in Puqi Gongtai granules by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The method used Zorbax-C18 column(5μm,4.6mmid×250mm),acetonitrile:water:36% acetate acid(75∶425∶0.4) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 230nm.Results:The method of linear range was 0.02~0.1μg,r=0.9998.The average recovery of the method was 98.84%, RSD =1.84%.Conclusion:The method to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin in Puqi Gongtai granules is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
摘要:Pharmacodynamics of compatible or single application of Bupleurum Root(BR) and Red Peony Root(RPR),Vinegar-baked Bupleurum Root(VBR)and White Peony Root(WPR)was investigated.The anti-inflammatory and analgesia action were investigated in the inflammatory and pain model induced by 1.1% acetic acid ip in mice.The effects on gastric evacuation and intestinal movement by compatible or single application of the crude drugs were compared in mice by colorimetric method of phenol red.The promoting biliation action was detected by drained bile volume in rats.The analgesia and promoting bile excretion of VBR were stronger than BR.The antispasmodic action of compatibility BR and RPR(1∶1) or VBR and WPR(1∶2)was stronger than the single application of the drugs.The anti-inflammatory,analgesia action and promoting bile excretion effects did not show obvious difference between compatibility and single application.

摘要:Yang excessive hypertension model of rat was induced by the mixture of three traditional Chinese medicines, ephedrine and normal saline water, respectively. Results showed Qing Hua Capsule could significantly decrease blood pressure of model rats. At the same time, it could also decrease levels of SAP, DAP, LVSP, +dp/dtmax, cAMP, Ang Ⅱ and TXB2 in blood plasma. It led to the rise of 6-k-PGF1α/TXB2 ratio. In addition, the content of TMN and NE in urine was decreased. It had no effects on coagulative and fibrinolytic system. It didn't significantly change the pathology of heart and kidney.

摘要:Using semi-in vivo experiment method,we studied the effect of Fufangdanshwenfang on platelet aggregation and adhesion,TXA2 and PGI2 in normal rabbits.The results demonstrated that:given orally,both aspirin(4.4mg/kg) and Fufangdanshwenfang as different dosages(1.2,2.4,4.8g/kg) could markedly counteract ADP inducing platelet aggregation and inhibit platelet adhesion in normal rabbits.Moreover,aspirin could decrease the content of TXA2 in plasma,and Fufangdanshwenfang(4.8g/kg)could markedly raise the content of PGI2 in plasma.Both aspirin(4.4mg/kg)and Fufangdanshwenfang of different dosages had little effect on the proportion of TXA2 and PGI2 in plasma.The results suggested that the inhibition effect on platelet aggregation and adhesion of Fufangdanshwenfang was closely related to its promotion effect on the release of PGI2 in normal rabbits.

摘要:Comparing with vitamin E, Qibaomeirandan could prolong longevity of domestic silkworm, increase activity of erythrocyte SOD, lymphocyte transformation ratio, and serum track elements; decrease plasma LPO content. It showed antifatiguetire and improved memory. It also showed a good improvement for condition of blood fat and insulin.

摘要:Mice were injected with alloxan,90mg/kg,introcaudal veins,to induce diabetes.Blood glucose(Glu),triglyceride(Trig),cholesterol(Chol)and pancreatic amylase(Amy)were determined by using Automatic Biochemistry Analysor,and serum insulin(Ins) was determined by radioimmunoassay,the pathological examinations of pancreas and islets wee observed under light microscope.Results showed:RAE,3.0g/kg ig,reduced the bolld glucose in normal mice after a single administration.RAE(1.5,3.0g/kg ig)also decreased Glu and Trig after administration for 7 days in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice.Pathological examination manifested approximate normal pathology distinction in RAE-treated group.RAE also increased the release of INS,and was able to arise the lowered Amy in diabetic mice.

摘要:After rinding and homogenation, we extracted the organic element by Solvent extraction methods. Then the extract was qualitatively analysesed through pitrowsky test, Iodine test, Molisch test and Seliwanoff test. Inhibitive effect hepatitis B virus was observed. Results showed the extract was initially identified as polysaccharide. The results showed the polysaccharide had organic function to inhibit duplication of Hepatitis B virus in vitrol.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the interactions between astragalosides (AS) and total saponins of paeonia(TSP) with various dosage. Methods:Using pulmonary embolism, artery thrombosis and cerebral thrombosis experimental thrombosis models. Results and Conlusion:AS and TSP showed apparent anti-thrombosis effects, and better when they were used together. The anti-thrombotic effects on artery thrombosis were the strongest when AS at dose of 50mg/kg co-operated with TSP at dose of 150mg/kg with uniform design method.

摘要:To study puerarin in CBN injection on the active distribution in rat's liver and kidney, CBN injection was given (iv,100mg/kg)by femoral vein on both normal and cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats,then the blood by abdominal aorta and the liver and kidney were collected, and then puerarin from them was prepared. The concentration of prerarin from the samples was determined by HPLC and the active distribution of puerarin in both liver and kidney was determined at last. Results showed puerarin distributed quickly in liver and kidney after iv CBN injection in normal rats. The peak-time of concentration in kidney was at 15 min after injection, and downwards quickly at 30 min. In model rats, the concentration in liver was higher than normal rat 2 times as many as. The peak time was obviously delayed at 30 min after the injection. The results indicated the kidney was a major organ for puerarin distribution after CBN injection. But in model rats, the concentration of pueratinin kidney decreased, while increased in liver.
摘要:immunity men infertilitas feminis patients were divided into two groups,which were treated by Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine(Chinese Medicine Xiaokangling and prednisone) and prednisone for three months,respectively.Results indicated pregnancy ratio and efficient ratio was 29.46% and 93.75% for Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine group,13.5%,and 89.57% for prednisone group.

摘要:Since May of 1988,308 uteruses sterility women have been treated with automatic control apparatus of Gynaecology,which can control inputmedicine volume and intensity of pressure into uteruses.Curative effectwas observedafter 4 courses of treatment ending.In 308 cases,106 ones were cured,189 ones showed a good improvement,unvalid 13 ones were showed.Efficient ratio was 95.78%.

摘要:Patients with chronic kidney function failure were treated with Fusheng Capsule (124 cases)and Niaodu- qing (60 cases),respectively. Urine protein,urine red blood cells,Scr BUN and so on were observed. Results showedgeneral effective rate was 89.5% for Fusheng Capsule and 65% for Niaoduqing.

摘要:Objective:To introduce and analyse the aims,method and present status of the research on TCMs and their decomposed recipes.Method:The relevant literatures on the study of decomposed recipe of TCMs in the past ten years were collected,analysed and reviewed.Result and conclusion:The studies are performed according to the rules of TCMs combination,chemical components or mathematics models,and progresses have been made in the studies under the guidance of modern pharmacology,but the status still should be improved.

摘要:Preconditioning the heart with a brief period of ischemia followed by reperfusion renders it very resistant to injury from a subsequent prolonged ischemic result.The protection by preconditioning has been described in dogs,pigs ,rats and rabbits,which lies in limiting infarct size,reducing the incidence of arrhythmia and improving postischemic ventricular recovery.Although little is known about the mechanisms afforded by ischemic preconditioning,stimulation of cardiac adenosine receptors,release of endogenous active substances and signal transduction pathway.Pharmacological preconditioning protection against heart injury is trigged by medicines which can mimic beneficial effects of cardiac ischamic preconditioning.According to mechanisms,these medicines can be classified into two kinds:specificreceptor-dependent and non-specific receptor-dependent like kinin receptor agonist and ATP-regulated potassium channel opener,which appears a novel access to treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
