摘要:The extraction conditions of Co.Cahutang,granularity of medical raw material, amount of water and extraction time,were optimized by orthogonal design method with content determination of saikosaponin A,paeoniforin,hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid.The purification conditions were screened to be absorption resin by contents of main chemical compounds and pharmacological tests.  
摘要:Caulis sargentodoxae,herba voilae,cortex moutan,radix angelicae sinensis and rhizoma chuanxiong in Penqiangyan Granule were identified by TLC methods.Contents of paeoniflorin in the granule were determined by HPLC method.The average recovery and relative standard deviaton were 98.27% and 1.87% respectively.  
摘要:Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid were identified by TLC.Dltetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid was determined by TLCS.Results showed the regression equation was:Y=0.0002735X-0.3821,r=0.9986,the linear range was 1.016μg~10.16μg,mean sample recovery rate was 100.9%,RSD was 3.0%.The results indicated the method could be used for the quality control of Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid.  
摘要:The presence of Citrus aurantium L.(Ⅰ) and Rheum officinale Baiff.(Ⅱ)were identified by TLC for quality standard of QINGCHANG Mixture.The content of emodin,derived from Ⅱ,was assayed by TLCS.Results showed the negative comparison displayed no disturbance.The founded method showed linearity within the range of 0.228μg to 1.140μg.The average recovery rate was 100.9%,and RSD was 2.96%.The results indicate the method may be used for the quality control of the QINGCHANG Mixture.

摘要:To observe the similarity between Danggui Shaoyao San(DSS) and FBD made up ofporia,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix angelicae sinensis in the treatment of brain aging,the micewith innate memory dysfunctionwere screened inwatermaze test beforehand,then brain agingmodelwas establishedwith D-galactose(D-gal)for 6 weeks.Once each weekend from 3rd to 6th week,the stimulate time taken by mice to avoid passively electric stimulate had beendetected in shuttle box test for 4 times in total.In addition,soluble protein content in cortex and hippocampus,melondial-dehyde(MDA)content in cortex,and acetycholinesterase(AchE)activity in hippocampus were examined after memory detection.Results showed 2.3g/kg FBD and 2.8g/kg DSS shortened stimulate time taken by brain aging mice,and inhibitedobviously the decreasingsoluble protein content,the increasingMDAcontent,and the growingAchE activity induced byD-gal in cortex and hippocampus(p<0.05 or 0.01).

摘要:To probe the mechanism of Xuanfa Moyuan preparation treating rats collagen-Ⅱinuced arthritis(CIA)which is similar to human RA,rats were immunized with the complex of collagen-Ⅱand complete Frund’s adjuvant.Theimmunological and morphological changes in the ratswere observed after the ratswere treatedwith XuanfaMoyuan prepa-ration common threewingnut root,damages of CIA rats joints were relieved,TNF-α and anti-CII antibody in the serumshowed some decrease.But IFN-γ showed some increase.XuanfaMoyuan prepartion could relieve the damages of CIArat’ s joints and regulate the immunology activity of CIA rats.And Xuanfa moytan preparation could produces effect morequickly than common threewingnut root.  
摘要:To explore the effect of Qibaomeirandan on the ultrastructure changes of preforntal cortex and Synapse in-terface Configuration in hippocampus CA1 area in aged mice,we used electron microscopy observing structural changes in hippocampus CA1 area.The content of lipofuscin in the neurons region of the experiment group was reduced as compared with thatofthe aged group.The structure,such asmembrane,ridges,ofthe mitochondrionwas clearlyseen in hippocampus neuron inQibaomeirandan group.The average density of neurons in the forehead cortex and CA1 hippocampus area showed shrinkage with the aging.So were the number of ribosomes and rough endoplasmic reticulum.The mitochondrion average volume showed some increase with aging.Postsynaptic density,active zones,curvature of synaptic interface,showed some increase and the synaptic cleftwidth showed some decrease with aging.

摘要:To probe into the effects of Naotaifang on the Glutamate acid and glutamate transporter in the brain tissue of gerbil after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.The model of gerbil blocked double sides carobid arterywas used.The contents of glutamate acid in brain tissue were higher and its transporterswere significantly lower in the model group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the contents of glutamate acid in the brain tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the function of glutamate transporter on the cerebral cortex,hippocampal and striate bodywas significantly im-proved on Naotaifang group(P<0.01).The theraqeutic effectiveness of Naotaifang group was better than that of Nimol-dipine group(P<0.05 orP<0.01).  
摘要:to study the effect of ZiShuijiangHuoYing(ZSJHY) on 2K1C-RHR,we observed composure and hypnosis effect,prophylactic treatment therapeutic action,reversing left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)and observation target organ damages on 2K1C-RHR bygiving ZSJHY.It could prolong significantly sleep time ofmice,increased sleep population,and restrained mice autogenesis.After 8 week from making 2K1C-RHR model,ZSJHY could postpone raise of 2K1C-RHR blood pressure and maintain its effect about 7 days aftver stopping used ZSJHY.

摘要:To investigate the cellular immunity of FangganTablets(FGT),we studied FCTacting on spleen of immu-nodepression mice and normal mice,IL-2.The experiments with Balb/c mice,F1G and F3G were treated with FCT(16g/kg/d),F2Gtreatedwith FGT(8g/kg/d).Each groupwas orally administrated successively for 35 days.Fromthe 29th day,in F1G,F2G and the positive control group,CTX was injected (10mg/kg/d)in the abdominal cavity of the mice.On the 35th day,all mice were killed and their spleenswere taken out.In vivo and vitro experiments,FGTcould promote the se-cretion of IL-2 of the splenocyte of the mice.It suggested FGT increase the cellular immunity of the mice.  
摘要:To study the effect of xiaobangyushen granule immunoregulation on treating experimental IgA nephropathyrats induced by feeding Bovine erumAlbumin(BSA)and injectciting staphylococcal Enter toxin B(SEB),rats were ran-domly divided into five groups.Results indicated xiaobangyushen granule showed obvious effects on the hypofunction of erythrocyte c3b receptor and the elevation of IgA on treating experimental IgA nephropathy rat’s corn pared with that of controls(P<0.01)  
摘要:to approach the treatment mechanism of Kui Yieyin to UC rat model.through using rat model of ulceration induced by TNBS,we observed the effect of Kui Jieyin to Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF)content of serum in 1-3 week treatment by Kui Jieyin.Kui Jieyin has the function of increasing UC rat's EGF content of serum(P<0.05)in week 2 and week 3.And the therapeutic result of Kui Jieyin was better than Sulfasalazine.to increasing EGF content is the one way of the treatment mechanisms of Kuijie Yin to UC.

摘要:To explore the theory of "Qi-Xue-Shuei" in traditional japanese medicine,effects of the Qi-Xue-Shuei prescription No 1 and the combination of its ingredients on animal fatigue were studied.The result showed that the anti-fatigue effect of the prescription came from the additive effect of the ingredients,and integrative regulation was also involved.

摘要:The author pointed out the treatment principle of senile diabetes was invigorating spleen,tonification of kidney,dissipating phlegm and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.SanHuang DM Capsule are carefully composed accordingly.In order to syudy the clinical effect of SanHuang DM Capsule on senile diabetes we divided 60 senile diabetes patients into observation group and control group randomly.The observation group patients were treated by SanHuang DM Capsule,and the control group patients were treated by Tang Mai Kang.The clinical study showed that SanHuang DM Capsule can not only improve the clinical symptom,but also better improve blood theology and IAI,lower blood sugar,blood lipid and IR.Every experiment index of observation group showed remarkable difference compared with those in the beginning and was better than the control group.

摘要:67 cases of fatty liver were treated with traditional liuweidihuang decoction for 2 months,in comparison with kaixilai and lijialong.The results showed that the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group on ultrasonic ware,reducing blood fat,in specially triglyceride (P<0.05).The results indicated that liuweidihuang decoction showed a good curative effect on treating fatty liver.

摘要:52 patients with CHD were randomly divided into SLW group and captopril control group.The status of the carotid vessel wall and the blood flow parameter were observed.Results showed the intima-media thickness(IMT)reduced to 0.162mm,the area of plaque reduced from 45.89mm2 to 36.83mm2(P<0.05)after treatment by SLW.There was no significant change before and after treatment by captopril(P>0.05).It was also not significant difference in blood flow parameter.  
摘要:Apoptosis is a selectve process of physiological cell detection in embryogenesis and normal tissue tumover and plays an important role in shaping morphological and functional maturity in a number of systems. Conceming the mechanisms of apoptosis,intervention of Ca2+,PKC and KO is emphasized. In field of TCM,the attention is also played to it,which may be an access to description on mechanisms of Chinese herbal mediceine.
