摘要:Objective:To explore the optimum extracting technique of Radix Astragali.Method:The extraction process was investigated using uniform design,with the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as the detecting index.Conclusion:This process is simple,reliable and suitable for industrialized production.Results:The exacting process were optimized as follows:the drug was extracted 3 times for a hour with eight fold volume of 85% ethanol.
摘要:Objectives: To study the technological parameters of purifying saponin with macroporous resin. Method: With the elution rate and purity as indexes, the absorption characteristics and elution parameters were studied. Result: 12 mL of the extractive of Radix Polygalae (crude drugs 0.25g/mL) was added on a column of macroporous resin (Φ15mm×H 90mm, dry weight 2.5g) and was washed with 3BV of distilled water, 30% ethanol and 70% ethanol, successively. Saponin was enriched in the 70% ethanol elution. Conclusion:Enriched and purified by macroporous resin, the elution rate of saponin was 89.8% and the purity reached 239.6%. So, the established method is feasible.

摘要:Object:To Study the quality standard which can control the macroporous resin remains in Baishaojieyu Keli.Methods:The content of remains was determined by headspace GC method.Results:Toluene, xylene, styrene and 1,2-diethylbenzene were determined using an HP-FFAP capillary column with nitrogen as the carrier gas. Programming raised the column temperature. The headspace temperature was 75℃ and the headspace time was 20minutes. An HP-5 capillary column was used to determine benzene and hexane. The column temperature was 40℃, the headspace temperature was 70℃, and the headspace time was 20minutes.Conclusion:The method is convenient,credible,and it can be used to determine resin remains in Baishaojieyu Keli.
摘要:Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Myrica nana Cheval.Method:The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation and the components were quantitatively determined with normalization method,and were identified with GC-MS.Result and Conclusion:54 sets were separated,and 40 components were identified,which took up 94.59% of the volatile oils.The volatile oils consisted of two groups of constituents.One group,represented by C10 terpenes and its derivates,has low boiling point,the other group,mainly C15 terpenes,has high boiling point.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol in XIANGSHA YANGWEI GRANULES by RP-HPLC.Method:A ODS column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detective wavelength was 315nm.Results:Linear range of magnolol and honokiol were 0.235~1.410μg(r0.9998) and 0.358~2.148μg(r0.9997),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.42%(RSD was 0.66%) and 97.15% (RSD was 1.04%),respectively.Conclusion:The method was accurate and reliable.
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Yinhuamangguo Keli.Methods:Flos Loniceroe,Folium Mangifeae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Radix Glycyrrhixae in Yinthuamangguo Keli were identified by TLC.The content of hesperdin in Yinhuamangguo Keli was determined by HPLC. Results:Flos Loniceroe,Folium Mangifeae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Radix Glycyrrhixae could be detected by TLC.Hesperdin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.404~2.020 μg,r=0. 9992.The average recovery was 101.82% and RSD was 1.47%.Conclusion:The established methods are simple,feasible and reproducible.This study provided a methods for the quality control of Yinhumangguo Keli.

摘要:Objective To establish the method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Kushen decoction. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined with HCl-Mg reaction colorimetry, and selected baicalin as reference substance.Results Baicalin had a liner relationship with the absorbance in the range of 6.971~34.857μg/mL and the regression equation was as follows:C=0.0221A+0.0053(R2=0.9994).The average recovery for baicalin was 103.59%.RSD=0.74%(n=5).Conclusion The determination of the contents of total flavonoids of three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate,and could be used to determine the contents of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Kushen decoction.
摘要:Objective:A method of determination of ethyl-p-methoxy-cinnamate in Rhizoma Kaempferiae is developed.Method:GC was performed to determine the content of ethy-p-methoxy-cinnamate on SE-30 column,column temperature at 200℃.Results:The linearity of this method was good,and the averge recovery was 98.7%,RSD=1.1%(n=5) . Conclusion:The method is suit to control the quality of the drug.

摘要:The rat model of blood stasis syndrome was caused by subcutaneous adrenaline injection incorporated with ice-bathing.We studied the effects of the active fractions of Danshen and Sanqi,i.e.salvianolic acid B(Sal.B)and Rg,on platelet aggregation,platelet adhesion,TXA2 and PGI2 in rat model of blood stasis syndromes.The results indicated that compared with normal rats,the platelet adhesion and ADP-induced platelet aggregation were markedly increased.However, the plasma levels of TXB,6-keto-PGF1α and ADP-induced platelet products of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in abdominal aorta were not markedly affected in the model rats.Sal.B and Rg significantly inhibited the increase in platelet adhesion and ADP-induced platelet aggregation in the model rats.Sal.B and Rg also markedly increased the plasma levels of TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α and ADP-induced platelet production of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in abdominal aorta of the model,but had little effect on the ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α.The results indicated that the blood stasis syndrome model was established successfully.We inferred that the changes in platelet aggregation and platelet adhesion might not be related with TXA2-PGI2.Moreover,the other conclusion is that the inhibition effects of Sal.B and Rg of Danshen and Sanqi in Fufangdanshen prescription on platelet aggregation and adhesion might be closely related to its promotive effect on the release of 6-Keto-PGF1α in the rats.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effective mechanism of Huangning-Tablet for abnormal uterine hemorrhage caused by copper intrauterine device(Cu-IUD).Methods:Observing Huangning-Tablet-induced contraction activity of rat-uterine smooth muscles in comparison with that caused respectively by progesterone and oxytonin.Results:Huangning-Tablet can,to different extent,strengthen this contraction and it also has obvious resistance to the strong contraction brought about by oxytocin.Conclusion:Huangning-Tablet has dual-direction function of regulating the contractility of uterine smooth muscle,and consequently improves pathological state and exerts haemostatic function.
摘要:Objectine:To observe the effect of Jian Gu Bao capsule on kidney deficiency model in mouse.Methods:we adopdted hydroxycarbamide to induce kidney deficiency in mice.and after taking Jian Gu Bao capsule for 9 days studied the weight,initiative action,development of sexual organs and adrenal gland and other indexes related to kidney deficncy in mice induced by hydroxycarbamide.Results:Jian Gu Bao capsule could significantly increase the frequency of initiative action in kidney deficiency mics,inhibit the decline of body weight and obvionsly improve the atrophy of sexual organs and adrenal gland in the kidney deficiency model.

摘要:Generally speaking,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has satisfactory effects in treatment of chronic diseases.Wilson's disease has been proved to be one of the diseases which can be better treated with TCM.In order to promote further research on this disease,the paper will discuss current problems in clinical treatment of Wilson's disease including clinical epidemic,pathogeny,TCM syndrome and clinical therapy.
