摘要:Objective: To establish a quality standard of Weichangshu capsule.Methods:Weichangshu Capsule was identified by TLC; the effective components in Weichangshu Capsule were determined by HPLC.Results: The relevant spots in Radix Puerariae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Flos Caryophylli,Herba Pogostemonis,Rhizoma Atractylodis,and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC;the content of puerarin,hesperidin,eugenol,honokiol and magnolol could be determined by HPLC.Conclusion: The quality standard is simple,feasible and repeatable,it can be used as quality supervisory control in Weichangshu Capsule.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of pomegranate leaf tannide (PLT) on lipid metabolite of high-lipid rats and its inhibition on HMG-CoA reductasein vitro.Methods:The high-lipid rat model and high-lipid wiih high-sugar mice model induced by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan were used.The contents of TC and TG of both models was measured.Rat liver microsome HMG-CoA reductase was prepare to measure the content changes of A340in 1minute.Results:PLT can remarkably decrease TC and TG of high-lipid rat at doses of 150 and 75 mg/kg,and its reducing effect on TC of high-lipid with high-sugar mice at doses of 300 and 75mg/kg is also obvious.The minimal inhibition concentration of HMG-CoA reductasein vitrois 1×10-6g/mL with inhibition percentage of 15.16%.Conclusion: PLT has a noticeable activity of modulating lipid metabolite of high-lipid rat and inhibiting HMG-CoA redutasein vitro.

摘要:Objective:To invetigate the antitumor effects and mechanisms of tumor antigen peptide-pulsed dendritic cells combined with Astragalus.Methods:High purity DCs were obtained from 9-day culture of murine bone marrow cells.Mut1 is a MHC class I-restricted tumor antigen peptide of Lewis lung cancer.DCs were incubated with Mut1,then vaccines were established.Lung cancer were established on the mice.The tumor-bearing mice were treated and the survival period of the mice was observed.Treatment groups were divided into PBS,DC-Mut1,DC-Mut1 with Astragalus(DC-Mut1+AG).The phenotypes of splenocytes of these treated mice were detected by FACS.Interleukin-2 and interleukin-4 in the serum were measured by cytokine-specific ELISA.Normal mice developed a potent immune protection against the attack from tumor cells.The treatment groups were same as the previous groups.Results:The DC-Mut1+AG group demonstrated antitumor effects with the regression majority of tumors.The proportion of the CD4+T and CD8+T cells in DC-Mut1+AG group increased compared with that of DC-Mut1 group(P<0.05).The IL-2 level of DC-Mut1+AG group was higher than those of DC-Mut1 group.The IL-4 level of DC-Mut1+AG group was lower than that of the PBS group.Upon undergoing attack from LLC cells,DC-Mut1+AG group had no formation of tumors.In contrast,4 of all the mice(6) treated with DC-Mut1 developed tumors.Conclusion:DC-Mut1+AG could exert antitumor effects in the mice and significantly inhibit tumor metastasis,which demonstrated a specific immune protection.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the enhanced sensitivity of the cerebral vascular NO under hyposerotonin and the pharmacological effect of Dachuanxiong Pill.Method:the diameter of paiamatral vascular was observed using microcircular technique;The hyperserotonin was establishal by intraperitoneal injection of PCPA in rats;Intervention of Dachuanxiong Pill in vascular oliation induced by NO under normal and hyposerotonin state was inverstigaterol after intragastric administration of Dachuanxion Pill for seven days.Result:The vascular dilation induced by NO under hyposerotonin is more obvious than in normal state.Dachuanxiong Pill showed antagonism to excessive vasodilatation induced by No under hyposerotonin.Conclusion:Hyposerotonin has significan enhance of cerebral vascular to No;Dachuanxiong Pill an inhibition of the cerebral vascular dilation,which may one of for trentment of migraine indicated.  
摘要:Aim:To investigate the active fraction A(TRX-A) of Tiaoxin Recipe(TXR) on long-term potentiation(LTP) of CA1 area in the rat hippocampl slices.Methods:LTP in CA1 area of rat hippocampal slices,which was induced by high frequency stimulation(100Hz,100pulses),was recorded with extracellular recording technique.Results:TXR-A or TXR showed no effect on baseline synaptic responses.Compared with the slices pre-incubated and perfused with decoction-free artificial cerebrospinal fluid(ACSF),population spike(PS) amplitude of slices exposed to TXR-A or TXR ACSF was significantly increased after high frequency stimulation.Conclusion:TXR-A is one of TXR active fractions which facilitate LTP in CA1 area of slices from rat.  
摘要:AIM:To study the effect of Yangxue Tiaogan Fang(YXTGF) on neuroendocrino-Immunological in first aging female rats.METHODS:In the first aging female rats with YXTGF and the same aged control,the following determinations,including adrenocorticotropine (ACTH),β-endorphin (β-END),estradiol (E2),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),interleukin-II(IL-2),tumour necrosis factor (TNF) in the blood,were carried out by radioimmunoassay and the weight indexes of adrenal,ovary and thymus were examined.RESULTS:The indexes of YXTGF group were improved respectively,and there was no significant difference between YXTGF group and Liuwei Dihuang Tang (Positive drug)group.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that YXTGF may regulate neuroendocrino-Immunological function.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong(NXT) on neuropeptide in focal stroke rats and elucidate the mechanisms.Methods:The content of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in plasma and hypothalamus was measured via radioimmunoassay in both SD rats and spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR) with middle cerebral artery infarction.Results:Oral treatment with NXT counteracted both the decrease of CGRP and rise of NT in plasma during 24 hours after in farction and increased CGRP level in ischemic region in SHR.Conclusion:NXT increases CGRP level in both plasma and hypothalamus,and inhibits the increase of plasma NT in the early phase of stroke,no action on neuropeptide in the late phase of stroke was observed.

摘要:Objective:To discuss the indexes and principle ofDioscorea bulbifera Lliver toxicity.Method:Dioscorea bulbifera L,2g/kg d,10g/kg d,50g/kg d were given to mice which lasted 21 days,and observe the change of biochemical indexes,the activity of medicine metabolizability enzyme and anti-oxidation enzyme and pathology results.Result:Dioscorea bulbifera Lcan increase the GPT,GOT,ATP and TBIL levels and decrease the GST,GSH and SOD activity in mice,both of which is relevant to time and dosage.The pathology changes included looseness,tumidness,karyon dissolution,amalgamation,putrescence,confluent hepatic duct district inflammatory cells corrasion and small bile duct edema and hyperplasia.Conclusion:The indexes ofDioscorea bulbifera Ltoxicity are GPT,GOT,ATP,TBIL and tissue changes.The principle of toxicity is relevant to its inhibition of the activity of medicine metabolizability enzyme and anti-oxidation enzyme in liver mitochondria.  
摘要:Objective:observe the changes of prostate exponent,histology under light microscope of each group,investigate the mechanism of Xian Jia prescription restraining benign prostatic hyperplasia.and reveal the asthenia of kidney and blood stasis'scientific content of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:S.D male rats were castrated,then subecutaneous injection of testosterone propionate was used for 30 days.Observe:the changes of prostate weight,prostate exponent,histology under light microscope of each group was observen.Results:The protate weight,epithelia cell height increased significantly (P<0.01),Xian Jia prescription can restrain the changes.Conclusion:The study has suggested that Xian Jia prescription can significantly control weight of rats'prostate,we presume Xian Jia prescription can rgulate the asthenia of kidney and blood stasis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.  
摘要:Objective:To study antibacterial mechanism of Herba Peristrophis on β-Streptococcus hemolyticus and Klebsiella pneumonia.Methods:Electron microscope was used to observe the ultramorphology and ultramiscroscopic structure of the bacteria.Results:Ultramorphologies of the bacteria were obviously changed and formed into typical morpholoies of bacterial L-form.Conclusion:It indicated that antibacterial mechanism of Herban Peristrophis may destroy the cell wall of bacteria.

摘要:The effects of the traditional chinese preparation,Zhixiaotongmaining(ZXTMN) on the urinary albumin excretion rate were studied in rats with experimental diabetes.The rats were divided into the model(established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin)group,ZXTMN treating group(large,middle,small),general drug treating group and control group,and the radioimmunoassay was used to detect the urinary albumin excretion rate in all the six groups.The results showed that compared with the general drug treating group,ZXTMN can reduce the urinary albumin excretion rate.

摘要:Objective: To introduce the advance of the extracted fraction of Guizhi Tang on dual-directional thermoregulation in recent years.Methods: The literatures on the dual-directional thermoregulation of Guizhi Tang were summarized.Results:Guizhi Tang and its extracted fraction had the effects on several signal transduction pathways,they could regutale the abnormal temperature.Conclusion: Guizhi Tang and its extracted fraction indicated a dual-direction thermoregulation.Its mechanisms head to be further investigated.
