摘要:Objective:The method of high performance liquid chromatography was established for the quality control ofRabdosia rubescens(Hemls.)Hara. Method:The separation was performed on an analytical Shim-pack CLC-ODS (150 mm×4.6 mm) column. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.5% phosphoric acid with a gradient elution. The UV detector was set at 280nm, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the temperature of column was 25℃. Results:Precision and accuracy assessment, reproduction and statility assessment were made,RSDs in each assessment was less than 3%.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Rabdosia rubescens(Hemls.)Hara.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining Magnolol and Honokiol in the Huoxiang Zhengqi Wan. Method:An HPLC method was designed, which was performed under the following conditions:Zorbax sb-C18 column (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) as the chromatographic column, acetonitrile-water(68∶32) as the mobile phase at a flow velocity of 1.0mL/min, and the wavelength of 294nm as the detecting wavelength. Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.18 μg~3.5 μg magnolol and 0.11 μg~2.2 μg honokiol. The RSD was 1.5%(n=5) and 2.7%(n=5), and the average recovery was 98.5% and 101.8%, respectively. Conclusion:This HPLC method is easy and accurate,and can be used as one of the methods for controlling the quality of the Huoxiang Zhengqi Wan.  
摘要:Objective:To set up the quality standards for Jinshifuming Wan. Methods:Radix Bupleuri、Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae、Radix Astragali and Radix Angelicae Sinensis were identified by TLC method. The content of paeoniflorin in Jinshifuming Wan was determined by HPLC. Results: A good linear relationship between peak area and amount was noted for 108~1080ng of paeoniflorin, with a correlation wefficient of 0.99996, and the average recorery was 98.54%. Conclusion:The method is convenient, accurate and practicable. It can be used for quality control of the Jinshifuming Wan.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LW) and its decomposed recipes on hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary(HPO) axis in corticosterone administrated mice.Methods:Radioimmunoasay(RIA) was used to test the Concentrations of hypothalamus gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)and serum estradiol,the western blot technique was employed to quantify the level of luteinizing hormone(LH) in the pituitary.Results:The body weights and ovary weights of CORT administrated mice were markedly decreased.Meanwhile,the concentrations of serum estradiol,pituitary LH and hypothalamal GnRH in CORT treated mice were significantly decreased.Oral administration of LW showed little effect on the body and ovary weights in CORT administrated mice,but showed significantly improving effects on the levels of serum estradiol,pituitary LH and hypothalamous GnRH.Oral administration of three purgative (5.4 g/kg) decreased body weight of tested mice even further,while administration of three purgative (1.8,3.6,5.4 g/kg) or three tonic(3.2 g/kg) induced further decrease on ovary weight of tested mice.The decomposed recipes of LW are no longer effective in ameliorating hormone secretion of HPO axis.Conclusion:Administration of CORT induced malfunction of HPO axis,and LW improved or restored the disturbance of HPO axis in CORT treated mice.The decomposed recipes of LW are no longer effective in ameliorating malfunction of HPO axis, indicating that there were co-operations among components of LW.  
摘要:Objects: To investgigate the influence of Qingzhi capsule on platelet intraceller cAMP and cGMP levels,intraceller calcium of platelet ([Ca2+]i), plasma PGE2,TXB2and 6-Keto-PGF1α in two models of LPS attack in rats.Methods:Two kinds of model were established: after oral administration of Qingzhi capsule 8d, attack was induced by intraperitoneal injecting(i.p.)LPS; another model was established with high fat diet for 8d,then induced by i.p.LPS at the last day.At 6h or 24h of post-supplementation rats were anesthetized,blood was collected immediately from abdominal aorta.The levels of Plasma TXB2and 6-Keto-PGF1αwas assayed by radioimmunoassay (RIA),cAMP and cGMP levels of platelet were assayed by RIA too.[Ca2+]i were examined with flow cytometer.The level of Plasma PGE2was measured by enzyme-immunoassay(EIA).Results and Conclusion:Qingzhi Capsule increased the level of platelet [Ca2+]i on 24h after LPS attack,Qingzhi Capsule improved the levels of Plasma PGE2and 6-Keto-PGF1αat 24h in the rats with only LPS attack.Qingzhi Capsule had strong effect on prevention of increasing TXB2.Results also indicated depressing of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α ratio in the rats with high fat diet and LPS attack.  
摘要:Objective:To compare pharmacokinetics between monocase paeoniflorin and that in Si Ni San and discuss the change on pharmacokinetic parameters affects by other components.Methods:Paeoniflorin in plasma was determined by RP-HPLC with UV detector.The concentration-time data were fitted using 3P97 pharmacokinetics program.Results:Bioavailablity of Paeoniflorin in Si Ni San was significantly decreased compared with its monomer,which indicates Paeoniflorin takes pharmacological action besides itself,possibly in metabolites by intestinal bacteria and liver, promoted by the other components in Si Ni San.The result may has a certain significance on pharmacokinetics affected by other components in a TCM compound prescription.

摘要:Objective:To study the mechanism of Qilan Tangzhi Ning capsule improving the blood stagnation in rats with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia.Methods:Rats were fed with high sugar and fat food for 2 months,then 2% streptozocin(STZ,30 mg·kg-1) was injected intraperitoneally to induce hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia.After the model rats were administrated drugs for 30 days,the blood glucose,the serum lipids,the plasma TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α were detected.Results:Qilan Tangzhi Ning capsule could decrease the FBG and the serum TC,TG,LDL-C,increase HDL-C,decrease the TXB2,increase the 6-Keto-PGF1αand decrease TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α.Conclusion:Qilan Tangzhi Ning Capsule can adjust the balance of TXB2and 6-Keto-PGF1α to improve the blood stagnation,and prevent pathological changes of blood vessels in diabetes mellitus accordingly.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Feiai Ping on inducing cell apoptosis of Lewis lung cancer mouse.Methods:We chose the cell strain of Lewis lung cancer mouse,inoculated the cell strain subcutaneously.After building the tumor animal model successfully,we divided the animal into Saline control group and Feiai Ping treating group.Using the method of light microscope(LM) and electron microscope(EM) to observe the morphology.Results:Feiai Ping treating group has 16 episode mice,while the control group has 20 samples.To be compared with the control group,the experimental group has following characteristics:the tumor ball and the cell volum are smaller,the atypia is not evident,and the pathological karyokinesis and interstitial blood vessel are fewer.It has necrosis and infiltration of lymphocyte.Through the observation of EM,we found the formation of apoptotic body.In addition,the Feiai Ping can activate the proliferation of lymphocyte.There are many lymphocytes between the tumor cells and the lymphocytes invade the tumor cells to destroy the tumor cells.Conclusion:Feiai Ping has the function of anti-lung cancer which mechanism maybe induce the tumor cell apoptosis of the Lewis lung cancer mouse and activate the proliferation of lymphocyte.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the regulating mechanism of Yi Shen capsule on bone metabolism of Diabetic rats models.Methods:DM rats models was established by introperitoneal injection of Alloxan.The diabetes rats were treated with condensed liquor of YS and Diamicron+Alpha D3 respectively through tube feeding.The influence of different medicines on Insulin,bone mineral density,bone biomechanial property was observed.Results:Insulin,BMD and bone biomechanial property of the model DM rats are significantly lower than normal group.After the therapy of YS,the abnormal condition relieved markedly,and the comprehensive action of YS was better than that of positive medicine.Conclusion:These results suggested that diabetic rats had clearly osteopnia and osteoprosis.YS can modulate effectively the bone metabolism of DM rats models through many ways and many links.  
摘要:Objectives:Observing the levels of SOD、NOS、MDA in the testis of rats with varicocele,and the effect of Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription on it,to investigate the mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription for male sterility with varicocele.Methods:Seventy-five Sprague-Dawley(SD) male rats were divided into five groups:control group,model group,Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription low dose group,middle dose group,and high dose group.Experimental varicocele was created in the rats by partial ligation of left renal vein.Forty-eight days after establishing the model,medicine was given for sixty days.Then left testis was collected to measure the levels of SOD、NOS、MDA.Results:Marked decrease in the level of SOD and marked increase in the levels of NOS、MDA were found for the model(P<0.01).Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription could increase the level of SOD and decrease the levels of NOS、MDA.Conclusions:The damage of free radicals may be the mechanism of varicocele causing male sterility.Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription can decrease the creation of free radicals and inhibit the damage of free radicals,this might be the mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Prescription for treating male sterility with varicocele.  
摘要:Objective:To study the pharmacological effects of Bailing Tincture.Methods:To observe the pharmacological action of Bailing Tincture for preventing platelet aggregation and regulating immune action.Immunological inadequacy model and dermal hypersensitivity model mice were induced by Cyclophosphamide and 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB).Results:Bailing Tincture could inhibit platelet aggregation in rabbit and decrease blood relative viscosity.The spleen index,the thymus gland index and dermal hypersensitivity reaction were also regulated.Conclusion:Bailing Tincture has the pharmacological action of activating circulation to remove blood stasis,and regulating immune action.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on anti-atherosclerosis,ceramide content of aorta and foam cell apoptosis in experimental rabbits and study the possible mechanism.Methods: 24 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.Control group was fed with a normal diet;High cholesterol group was fed 1% cholesterol and 5% fat diet;ginkgo biloba extract group was fed 1% cholesterol and 5% fat diet plus ginkgo biloba extract 2.0 g·kg-1·d-1.At the end of study,the plaque area were measures by image analysis,the aorta ceramide were detected by HPTLC and foam cell apoptosis were evaluated by TUNEL method.Results: Ginkgo biloba extract could diminish lipid plaque area on the aortic endothelium,reduce the levels of aorta ceramide and the apoptosis index.Conclusions: Ginkgo biloba extract has inhibitory effect on AS.The possible mechanism may be related to the decreased concentration of ceramide in aorta by treatment of ginkgo biloba extract.  
摘要:In the study of the herbal medicine xingnaosan's brain effects based on BOLD-fMRI,we found that the man's cerebellum,pons,right cuneus,left lingual gyrus,both inferior temporal gyri were activated after using xingnaosan.According to clinical application,xingnaosan has the efficacy of restoring consciousness and improving acuity of sight.The reticular activating system of pons is the key element of regulating consciousness,and the occipital lobe's cuneus and lingual gyrus is the classical visual center.The study provides a visiable evidence for xingnaosan's efficacy.
