摘要:Objective:To study the formula of Dingzhi Xiaowan,and discuss the best proportion of four chinese medicines which compose it.Methods:Detect the ability of learning,memory and the energy of acetylcholine esterase (AchE) of the mice which were treated with different solutions prepared according to the orthogonal layout.Results & Conclusion:The effects of the formula composed of all four chinese medicines are better than others.Among the four Chinese medicines,Radix Ginseng presented the most significant effects on improving the ability of learning and memory in model mice,whereas Radix Polygalae,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii and Poria exhibited the attenuated properties in turn.This study showed that the best proportion of four Chinese medicines should be 3∶2∶0.6∶3 and indicated that the traditional proportion was reasonable.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet by TLC-Scanning. Methods:Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet was determinated with a mixture of benzene-ethylacetate-methanol-isopropanol-ammonia(12∶6∶3∶3∶1) as the developing system. The detection wavelength was 437 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.974 μg~4.870 μg,r=0.9992.The average recovery was 98.0% and RSD was 2.63%.Conclusions:The method was quick, simple, accurate and suitable for the content determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of dispensing ratio of Chinese herbs on the pharmacokinetics characteristics of effective component.Methods: Ferulic Acid(FA)in serum was determined by RP-HPLC with UV-detector.The concentration-time data were fitted using 3P87 Pharmacokinetic Program,and the pharmacokinetic parameters were compared byt-test.Results: By adminstrating Xiongshao preparation of 5 g·kg-1intragastically, the concentration-time curves of FA in canine groups of Chuanxiong: Chishao=1∶2 and Chuanxiong:Chishao=2∶1 both fitted to open one-compartment model.Parameters of Chuanxiong:Chishao=1∶2 and Chuanxiong:Chishao=2∶1 group were:Ka=0.111±0.035(min-1) and 0.075±0.020(min-1),Ke=0.013±0.004(min-1) and 0.016±0.002(min-1),t1/2Ka=6.701±1.926(min) and 9.735±2.377(min),t1/2Ke= 61.306±23.531(min) and 44.254±5.518(min),tpeak=24.915±5.307(min) and 29.339±4.101(min),cmax=557.797±172.903(μg·L-1) and 1509.518±275.813(μg·L-1)accordingly.The differences of pharmacokinetic parametersKaandt1/2Kabetween the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The difference in dispensing ratio of herbs in Chinese formulae may result in changes of the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the components.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong(NXT) on the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in plasma and hypothalamus in rats with middle cerebral artery infarction.Methods:The VIP content was measured via radioimmunoassay.Results:Oral treatment with NXT augmented the VIP level in plasma at the early acute phase of stroke,while the VIP content in hypothalamus decreased both in acute and chronic phases.Conclusion:NXT could modulate the VIP via different mechanisms during the development of stroke.  
摘要:To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine on the spectrum of gene expression in the cultrured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),and further explore the potential molecule mechanism of endothelial protection by Ligustrazine on HUVECs.Method:A home-made oligonucleotide microarray containing 500 cardiovascular disease-related genes was constructed.The alteration of the spectrum of gene expression induced by Ligustrazine in HUVECs was detected by oligonucleotide microarray analysis.Results:7 up-regulated and 18 down-regulated genes were obtained after Ligustrazine (40ug/mL) had acted on HUVECs for 24hours.Ligustrazine affected the expression levels of genes involved in immunization,vasomotion,cell adherence,coagulation,antioxidation,cell growth,signal transduction and substance metabolism in HUVECs.Conclusions:Ligustrazine regulated sets of genes in endothelial cells and protected the cells.Microarray analysis provided us valuable insights into the protective mechanism by Ligustrazine.

摘要:Objective:To study the antidepressant effects of Guan Yu Capsule in mice. Methods:The present study utilized mice forced swimming test, tail suspension test and reserpine reversal test.Results:Immobility time of mice forced swimming and mice tail suspension was significantly shortened by GY Capsule at dosage of 1.2 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg.The decrease in body temperature,eyelid ptosis and akinesia induced by reserpine was markedly inhibited by GY Capsule of 1.2 g/kg and 0.6 g/kg in mice.Conclusion:GY Capsule has antidepressant effects to a certain extent.  
摘要:The article summarizes the studies on the pharmacokinetics of Danshen and its chemical components,and focuses on the following aspects:absorption,distribution,metabolization,excretion and compartment modelling.Problems and viewpoints about the pharmacokinetic of traditional Chinese Medicine are put forward.It may give assistance to the related researches.
