摘要:Objectives:To compare the in vitro releasing rates of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in two kinds of cataplasma carriers.Methods:The in vitro reasing of evodiamine and rutaecarpine from the cataplasma carriers were measured,imitating the method of percutaneous absorption by using improved Franz's diffusion cell and HPLC.Results:The releasing rates of Evodiamine and rutaecarpine in the carrier made of acrylic resin copolymer and natural copolymers are higher than those in the carrier made of acrylic resin copolymer and compounded copolymers.And both their releasing processes fit to the Higtichi equation.Conclusion:The two kinds of Cataplasma carriers have good drug releasing properties.  
摘要:Objective To optimize the conditions for the extraction process of Biyuan dropping pills.Methods With the obtaining rate of extract and the content of total berberine presented in the extract as the indexes for the water extraction process,and with the increase in the volatile oil as the indexes for the extraction of the volatile oil,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process respectively.Results The optimal conditions for the water extraction of Biyuan dropping pills was as follows:maceration 1 hour with 15 times water,decocting 3 times,1 hour for each time.The optimal process of the volatile oil for Biyuan dropping Pills was to crush the herbal material into coarse powder,to macerate 1 hour with 9 times water and to distill for 4 hours.Conclusion This experimental results may provide the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Biyuan dropping pills at the manufacturing scale.  
摘要:AIM:To determine the Baicalin in Qingjie Granules.METHODS:Baicalin were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.126~0.948 μg,γ=0.99993.The average recovery was 96.39%,and RSD=1.66%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and with good repeating and high precision,and can be used for quality control of Qingjie Granules.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of xiangqi-sijunzi decoction on red cellular immunity and anti-heat stress on mice.Method: spleen-asthenia model of kunming mice was made,then the normal mice and the spleen-asthenia mice were fed with xiangqi-sijunzi decoction.Test the index of red cellular immunity and survive time in high temperature after 10 days.Result: after xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment,the RBC-C3b-RR of normal and spleen-asthenia mice can be significantly improved comparing with control group(P<0.01),the RBC-ICRR was decreased(P<0.01);the survive time of the normal and spleen-asthenia mice can be obviously prolonged(P<0.01).Conculsion: the red cellular immunity and heat stress abilities can be significantly improved by xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment,the ability of red cellular immune and anti-heat stress activity have a positive correlation.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Paidu Pill on adenine-induced chronic renal failure.Methods:Rats were fed with adenine to induce chronic renal failure.After Jianpi Paidu Pill was given for 30 days,rats were killed for renal pathology,blood and biochemistry assay.Results:The Jianpi Paidu Pill could not only reduce the amount of urine,urinary protein,but also reduce the levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and cholesterol.The renal pathological changes induced by adenine were ameliorated.Conclusion:Jianpi Paldu Pill could significantly improve the renal function and inhibit the progression of chronic renal failure.

摘要:Objective:To study anti-inflammatory mechanisms of total flavone in Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one,inflammatory factors of blood serum from inflammation model of rat were investigated.Methods:The inflammation model of rat paw edema caused by Carrageenan lambda was used,and then effects of Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one on inflammatory factors of blood serum were observed.The IL-1β and PGE2 was measured with RIA marked125I and3H kits,respectively,and the level of NO was measured with Griess method.Results:Both groups of Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one exerted the inhibition on the IL-1β,NO,PGE2 secretion.There is no difference between the two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory mechanisms by Culture of Saussurea medusa Maxim and the wild one may have relationship with inhibited release of IL-1β,NO,PGE2.  
摘要:Objective:To study antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Naoreqing oral liquid.Method:The models of infected and noninfected fever induced by bacterium endotoxin and 2,4-binitro-phenol,were used to observe the antipyretic effects of Naoreqing oral liquid.Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and H+-induced mouse capillary permeability enhancement were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects.Results:Naoreqing oral liquid indicated inhibition in the risting scope of temperature of the febrile rabbits.Naoreqing oral liquid significantly suppressed xylene-induced mouse ear edema and H+-induced mouse capillary permeability enhancement.Conclusion:Naoreqing oral liquid manifested obvious anti-inflammatory effects on acute inflammatory reactions.The febrile reactions induced by infective and noninfective factors were significantly relieved by Naoreqing oral liquid.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of scutellarin on hemorheology of rat thrombus model induced by Carrageenan after intravenous administration of scutellarin.Method:The thrombus model was induced by a single sc dose of 1% carrageenan(5 mg·kg-1).The blood sample was collected by the puncture of the abdomen aorta and the effect of scutellarin on hemorheological parameters was observed.Result:Scutellarin inhibited significantly platelet aggregation,depressed the whole blood viscosity and influenced slightly the plasma viscosity,which indicated certain trends with extended action duration,but it did not affect the level of the hematocrit and the fibrinogen.Conclusion:The effect of scutellarin on hemorheological parameters of rat thrombus model induced by Carrageenan was due to interaction of scutellarin and its metabolites.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of the Eupolyphaga sinesis walk(ESW) polypeptide on blood stasis model of rabbit induced by macromolecule dextran.Methods:The blood Stasis Model of Rabbit were induced by macromolecule dextran injected intravenously,and to observe the effects of the ESW polypeptide on blood viscosity,platelet aggregation and thrombosis of the model.Results:The ESW polypeptide could reduce obviously the blood viscosity,inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce thrombosis of the model.Conclusions:The ESW polypeptide could promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis.

摘要:Objective:To study the inducing effect of Jianpi Bushen Formulation(JPBS)on apoptosis,the levels of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)and endocellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)in MGC-803 cells.Methods:Apoptosis induced by JPBS-containing serum.MMP and ROS in MGC-803 cells was detected using flow cytometry(FCM)(Annexin V,rhodamine 123 and dihydrorhodamine 123 were used,respectively).Results:After 36 hours of treatment,the apoptosis of the drug-treated groups was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the drug action showed significant time-effect relationhip (P<0.05);The endocellular ROS level of JPBS group maintained substantially constant,and the level of JPBS+DDP group was lower than that of the serum control group and JPBS group(P<0.05)after 36 hours of treatment;and the MMP level of JPBS group,DDP group and JPBS+DDP group reduced gradually with extended action duration.Conclusion:Apoptosis induced by JPBS in MGC-803 cells may show time-dependent,the MMP level may be reduced and the endocellular ROS level may keep constant;and,there were synergetic effect between JPBS and DDR.  
摘要:Chinese herbal compound(CHS) is the main clinical formula of anti-cancer remedies in traditional Chinese medicine.To clarify the mechanism is the key for guiding clinical practice and developing new drugs.The paper reviews the progress of anti-cancer CHC in the past ten years,including the establishment of animal models,isolation of active ingredients,evahuation of anti-cancer effect,and regulation of immune functions,etc.
