      摘要:Objective:To research production technology of RHNXY and go on with quality detection of RHNXY,in order to optimize its production technology.Methods: By orthogonal design,the extraction technology with volatile oil of four crude drugs in RHNXY,and the extraction technology with water of gruffs and of eight crude drugs(including fritillariae thunbergii and so on) in RHNXY were optimized in the experiment,in order to be applied to practice.Results:(1) The extraction technology with volatile oil,which with decoction pieces added water in four times,soaked an hour,and extracted four hours,was the best one.(2) The extraction technology with water,which boiled twice and added water to eight quantities of original crude drugs at the first time and added water in eight times at the second time,lasting one and half hours every time,and separated with centrifugal,was the best one.Conclusions: Decreasing production cost and increasing quality of crude drugs were attained by optimigation production technology of RHNXY.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of four effective components in Shenxiang Yangwei Capsule.Methods:HPLC was used for the determination of hesperidin,eugenol,honokiol and magnolol.Results:Good linear relationship between peak area and concentration was observed for the four componnds.The average recoveries were ranged from 96.4% to 102.0%,and the RSDs of the values of repeatability were ranged from 1.8~2.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,feasible and repeatable,it can be used as quality control in medicinal preparation.

      摘要:To establish the quality standard for Fuyang tea.Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad.、Xanthium ibiricum Patr.and Carthamus tinctorius L.were identified by TLC.Ferulic Acid was determined by an HPLC method:A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of ferulic acid was found at the range of 0.0222~0.1110μg with a correlation coefficient of A=0.9993.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 101.02% and RSD was 1.81%(n=5).The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for the quality control of Fuyang tea.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the changes of the activity of protein kinase A(PKA) and C(PKC),and further investigate the mechanisms of anti-hypothermia action of Guizhi Tang.Methods:The hypothermia rats induced by i.p.aminopyrine were used to observe the action of Guizhi Tang on the body temperature and to detect the PKA and PKC activity in hypothalamus in model and Guizhi Tang-treated groups using isotopic tracing assay.Results:The drop of body temperature in rats induced by aminopyrine was counteracted and the PKA and PKC activities increased significantly after oral administration of Guizhi Tang.Conclusions:Both PKA and PKC may participate in the mechanism of hypothermia induction and the increases of PKA and PKC may contribute to the anti-hypothermia action of Guizhi Tang.

      摘要:Object:To define the optimum dosage of two main ingredients in XingShengFang.Method:Uniform-design method combined with pharmacyodynamics(hypnogenetic effects of sodium pentobarbital and roating bar tolerance observed in rats was used in the study)was used to screening the optimnm dose of ingredients in XingShengFang.Result:The optimnm dosage of Ginsenoside was 2.86mg/20g and the extracts from green tea,14.19mg/20g.They could notably prolong the persisting time on the roating bar and shorten the sleeping time caused by sodium pentobarbital.Conclusion:It would be possible to use uniform-design combined with pharmacyodynamics method in defining the optimal dosage of ingredients in XingShenFang.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effects of NingXinDiWan(NXDW) on acute myocardial infarction in rats.Methods:The model acute myocardial infarction of rat was induced by ligating anterior branch of the left coronary artery.The change of ECG,and the level of CK,LDH,SOD,MDA,TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a were determined,the infarction area of myocardium was also observed.Results:NXDW could obviously refrain the elevated J of ECG,decrease the infarction area of myocardium,reduce the level of CK、LDH、MDA and TXB2,and increase the level of SOD and 6-keto-PGF1a,Conclusion:NXDW can protect myocardium from injury induced by ligating anterior branch of left coronary artery in rats.

      摘要:Objective:To study the optimum technology of preparation propolis wrapped with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and its protective effect on radiation injury in rats.Methods:Using orthogonal design method to optimize the technology of preparation propolis wrapped with β-CD,and the amount of flavone was used as a parameter evaluating outcome.Survival duration in 30 days,WBC and MDA were measured in rats after exposed to γ-radiation of 7 Gy.Results:The optimum conditions is:ratio of Propolis to β-cyclodextrin is 1 to 2,bathing temperature at 50 degrees Celsius and 95 percent alcohol;compared with the model group,survival duration in 30 days and WBC were increased significantly(P<0.01),the amount of MDA was decreased markedly(P<0.01) in propolis treated group.Conclusion:propolis showed the effective of protecting radiation injury.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the anti-respiratory syncyntial virus(RSV) effect of Qing Re He Ji(QRHJ).Methods:The anti-RSV effect of QRHJ was observed by means of the technique of VERO and HEP-2 cell culture using Shuang Huang Lian as a positive control.Results:In VERO and HEP-2 cell culture,QRHJ was a potential inhibitor of RSV in concentration-dependent manner(P<0.01).The TD50 was 31.62mg/mL,the IC50 was 0.50mg/mL and TI was 63.24 in VERO cell culture.The TD50 was 32.10mg/mL,the IC50 was 0.54mg/mL and TI was 59.44 in HEP-2 cell culture.Conclusion:QRHJ has a significant anti-RSV effect in VERO and HEP-2 cell culture

      摘要:Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effects of Granule Peng Qiang Yan on chronic inflammation of endometrium in rat's.Methods:The Chronic Inflammation model was induced by intrauterine injection of phenol mucilage in female rats.After intrauterine injection of one week Granule Peng Qiang Yan were orally administered daily for 15 days.The rats were sacrificed after 24 hours of last oral administration.Uterine tissue samples were taken for histological observation and the blood samples were collected for measurement of the related immunologic index.Results:It was found that Granule peng Qiang Yan increased the content of serum immunoglobulins and the transformation rate of T-lymphocytes significantly.The inflammatory reaction of endometrium in rats was effectively inhibited.Conclusion:Granule Peng Qiang Yan possesses obvious therapeutic effects to promote immunologic function and inhibit metrosynizesis in the experimental chronic inflammation of endometrium in rats.

      摘要:Objectives:Because of ignoring the functions of "Adjuvant drug" from Fresh Ginger、Chinese Date and Liquorice Root by Chinese medicine professionals,this article is to probe into the functions and application of them.Methods:To analyze the modification rules of three types of "Adjuvant drug" from Fresh Ginger、Chinese Date and Liquorice Root in Zhongjing's Prescription.Results:There are important functions of Fresh Ginger、Chinese Date and Liquorice Root being as "Adjuvant drug".Conclusions:If we utilize Fresh Ginger、Chinese Date and Liquorice Root acting as "Adjuvant" in prescription reasonably in clinic,it can increase the treatable functions.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the effect of normal clinical dose spraydried Coronary heart No 2 powder on the hemodynamics of inferior mesentery artery(IMA) in healthy male volunteers.Method:Hemodynamic parameters of the IMA were obtained through Doppler sonography before and after administration of spray-dried Coronary heart No 2 powder(dosage of 0.75g/kg crude formulation) in 9 healthy male subjects.Results:Significant difference of Doppler parameters including vessel inner diameters,the mean velocity and blood flow volumes in IMA were found before and after administnaion(P<0.05) while the maximum and minimum velocity had no statistic significance.Conclusion:Normal clinical dose spray-dried Coronary heart No 2 powder influence the hemodynamic of IMA in healthy male volunteers.
