      摘要:Objective:To optimize the formulation of the Ginkgobiloba immediate release tablet.Method:The immediate release tablet was prepared by using dry granules.The formulation and preparation technology was optimized by using orthogonal design which took the flow property of granules,the hardness,the disintegrating time and the dissolution rate of the tablet as indices.Result:The optimized formulation contained 40% microcrystalline cellulose, 10% sodium carboxymethyl starch and 15% dextrin.The hardness,the disintegrating time and T50 of the tablet were 4.9KG,3min and 3.4min respectively.Conclusion: It is successful to prepare immediate release tablet.The optimized formulation is rational and stable,the tablet could be released quickly.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a determination method of total aristolochic acid by ultraviolet spectrophotometry to ensure cliriical safety and therapeutic efficacy.Methods:The samples were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and detected at wave length of 390nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear(r=0.9992) within the range of 0.047~0.235mg for aristolochic acid A.The average recovery was 98.16%.RSD=2.04%.Conclusion:The method with good linear relationship was convenient,quick,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of the total aristolochic acid in traditional Chinese medicines containing aristolochic acid.

      摘要:Objective:To determine the contents of dissolved astragaloside in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang(HQGZWWT) and its compatible recipes.Methods:The contents of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC,the analysis was carried on an Hypersil C_(18)(4.6×250mm,5μm) column eluted with methanol-water(20∶80) as mobile phase and detected at 201nm,with flow rate 1.0mL/min.Results:The contents of dissolved astragaloside were different in the different combinations of the herbal drags dissimilar team.It was 0.076% in HQGZWWT and in Huang-Gui,Huang-Jiang,Huang-Bai,Huang-Zao and Huangqi teams,the contents of astragaloside were 0.079%、0.069%、0.061%、0.055% and 0.062% respectively.Conclusion:Radix Astrageli combined with dissimilar Chinese drugs in HQGZWWT would evidently affect the contents of dissolved Astragaloside.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to determine the contents of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Ait.for selecting its suitable planting areas.Methods:A YWG-NH_2 was used as the solid phase,acetonitrile-3% phosphoric acid-ethand(80∶10∶10)as the mobile phase,with a detection wavelength at 220nm.Results:The calibration curves of matrine and oxymatrine were in good linearity over the rang of 0.050~0.061μg and 0.372~4.464μg,respectively.Conclusion:Sophora flavescens growing in Licheng,Zuoquan,Linfen in Shanxi province and Taibai in Shaanxi province contained higher oxymatrine than 3%.Content differences of matrine were smaller in different growing places.

      摘要:Objective:To study the separation effect of D101 macroporous resin for the purification of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeonia.Methods:HPLC was used to analyze the content of Paeoniflorin,and the adsorption performance and the elution parameters were investigated.Results:The optimal separation conditions were as follows:the concentration of Paeoniflorin was 2.5mg/mL with a flow rate of 3.6BV/h,and 20% alcohol was used as eluant.The adsorption of Paeoniflorin was 32.2mg/g,and the elution ratio of Paeoniflorin was 91.25%,and the purity of Paeoniflorin reached 73.70%.Conclusion:D101 resin can be used to refine the Paeoniflorin in the extraction of Radix Paeonia.

      摘要:Objective:To explore effect of the extracts from Sini Tang Serial Decoctions(ESTSD)on the immune function of mouse peritoneal macrophages.Methods:After the cultured mouse peritoneal macrophages treated with different concentrations(25,5,1μg/mL)of ESTSD,the phagocytotic activity was determined by neutral red method,the productions of interleukin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) from the supernatant were determined by MTT colorimetry based on the proliferation of L929 and thymic lymphocyte respectively.Results:Compared with the model control group,our results indicated that ESTSD including extracts of Aconite root,Dried ginger and Fistular onion stalk(EAGO)and extracts of Aconite root,Dried ginger and Licorice root(EAGL),extracts of Aconite root,Dried ginger,Fistular onion stalk and pig's bile(EAGB),extracts of Aconite root,Dried ginger,Licorice root and ginseng(EAGG)increased significantly the phagocytotic activity.The supernatant of peritoneal macrophages treated with EAGL and EAGO decreased significantly the production of TNF compared with model group.The supernatant of peritoneal macrophages treated with EAGL and EAGG decreased significantly the production of IL-1 compared with model group.Conclusion:The results suggested that ESTSD stimulated the phagocytotic activity and EAGL,EAGG decreased the production of IL-1 as well as EAGL,EAGO decreased the production of TNF.EAGL had all pharmacologic effect on mouse peritoneal macrophages in this model.Obviously,the effect of ESTSD on these parameters of mouse peritoneal macrophages were different in character.

      摘要:Object:To study the effects and mechanism of total flavone from the flowers of Ablemoschl Manihot L.Medic(Tfa) against myocardium injury induced by ischemia and reperfusion.Methods:The ischemia-reperfusion model was induced by after 30 min of coronary occlusion followed by 3.5 h of reperfusion in rats.The creatine phosphokinase(CPK) of serum,the malondialdehyde(MDA) and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) of myocardium were measured.The cell injure model in the cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes was induced by anoxia-reoxygenation and remove oxygen and glucose from medium,and the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) was detected.Apoptosis was determined by terminal deoxy-nucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-digoxigenin nick end-labeling(TUNEL) method and Bcl-2 expression determined by immunohistochemistry method.Results:The results showed that Tfa can decreased the MDA contents in myocardium and the production of CPK in serum,improved the SOD activitie;also decreased the number of apoptotic cells and enhanced the Bcl-2 expression in injured rat myocardium by ischemia/reperfusion.Tfa showed it can reduced the release of LDH from injured cardiomyocytes.Conclusion:Tfa showed the protective effect against myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injured which might be resist the damaging of oxygen free radical(OFR) and inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Danshen glucose injection on the biochemical indexes in dogs coronary artery ligation.Methods:The acute myocardial ischemia model was established in dogs by ligation of coronary artery.The serum concentrations of LDH,CPK,LD,NEFA,SOD、MDA were detected before the administration of Danshen and after 30,45,60,120,180 minutes of administration respectively.Results:Danshen(3.2g/kg,0.8g/kg) can significantly decrease the activity of CPK and LDK,reduce the content of LD,NEFA,MDA and increase the level of SOD.Conclusion:Danshen glucose injection can protect myocardium against the acute ischemia induced injury in dogs.

      摘要:Objective:To study effects of Manjieling Capsule on ulcerative colitis.Method:The spleen insufficiency,the acute ulcerative colitis and immune ulcerative colitis models of rat were made by oral administration of Folium sennae,aoetic acid and rabbit mucous membrane of intestine protein,respectively.Result:The oral administration of Manjieling Capsule with dosage of 1.16,0.58,0.29g/kg can alleviate the pathological changes in the acute and immune ulcerative colitis and decrease the content of MDA,NO with increased activity of SOD.The decreased of TNF and IgG content,increase of IL-2 and regulation of lymphocyte subgroup proportion were found.Meanwhile,the oral administration of Manjieling Capsule with dosage of 1.16,0.58,0.29g/kg can inhibit swelling of the ears caused by xylene,reduce the blood capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity and twisting reaction with increased pain threshold value in mice.Conclusion:These results indicated that Manjieling Capsule had effects on ulcerative colitis.

      摘要:Evolution and modern research of Yinchenhao Decoction were reviewed in this article.Yinchenhao Decoction had been modified to treat diseases with jaundice since the times of Zhang Zhong-jing in East Han dynasty.Modern research had validated the following pharmacologic effects of this herbal recipe as promoting bilirubin metabolism,auti-hepatic injury,inhibiting apoptosis of hepatocytes and collagen synthesis and inactivating hepatic stellate cells.The substance basis for above effects involved 6,7-dimethylescutin,genipin and emodin,etc.In addition,several potential targets of these ingredients had also been verified.
