        摘要：Objective:To establish the quality standards for Caulis Polygoni Multiflori.Method:The TLC and HPLC methods were used for identifi-cation and quantitative determination of 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside.Result:Caulis polygoni multiflori could be identified by TLC.2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0309～1.54μg,r=0.99965.The average recovery was 95.5%,and RSD was 3.2%.Conclusion:The methods can be used for the quality control of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori.

        摘要：Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of taxol in Canadian yew.Method:ZOBAX C18 Column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35) at a flow rate of 1mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 227nm.Results:The linear relationship of peak area and injection amount of Taxol was in the range 0.068～0.34μg,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.90% and RSD was 3.17%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and could be used for quality control of Canadian yew.

        摘要：Objective:To compare the concentrations of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Buyanghuanwu decoction with different dosage of Astragalus membranaceas.Methods:The concentrations of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Buyanghuanwu decoction with different dosage (0～120g)of Astragalus membranaceas were determined by HPLC respectively.The data from the experiments were treated statistically.Results:It was showed concentrations of femlic acid and paeoniflorin in Buyanghuanwu decoction were influenced significantly by the dosage of chief ingredient Astragalus membranaceas.(P<0.05) Conclusion:This study provided a scientific basis to study the compatibility of formula.

        摘要：Objectives:To develop the HPLC-ELSD method to detect the different amino acids and analyze the response factors of different constituents detected by ELSD.Methods:The stationary phase was Kromasil C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm)at 30℃.The mobile phase was water contained 0.1%TFA with flow rate was 0.3mL·min.The chromatogram was recorded by ELSD with drift tube temperature was 105℃ and gas flow rate was 2.60L·min-1.The response factors were analyzed by compare the standard curves of different amino acids.Result:The difference between the slops of standard curves was found.Conclusion:The response factor of different amino acids detected by ELSD was greatly different.

        摘要：Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products of the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Method:The capillary GC-MS was used to analyze the samples.Rusult:60 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined.Conclusion:Compared with the distillation method,SFE is an efficient and stable method.The percentage of the products extracted by SFE was 3.6%.The results also showed that the products extracted by SFE can reserve all the useful compounds.

        摘要：Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cholic acid in zhenhuang solution by TLCS.Methods:The analysis was performed silica gel G,with a developer of isooctane-butyl acetate-acetic acid glacial-formic acid(8∶4∶2∶1),and spray reagent of 10% sulfuric acid-ethanol,the detection wavelength was λS=380nm,λR=650nm.Results:The average recovery of loading sample was 93.2%,RSD=2.5%.Conclusion:The method can be using to detective cholic acid in zhenhuang solution.

        摘要：Objective:To examine the protective effect of compound astragali granule against CCl4induced chronic hepatic injury in rats.Methods:CCl4-induced chronic hepatic injury model was made in rats.Effects of compound astragali granule on biochemical indexes such as ALT,AST,TP,ALB in rat serum and hydroxyproline levels in liver tissue were observed.Results:after treated with compound astragali granule for three months,ALT and AST activities in serum and hydroxyproline levels in liver tissue decreased significantly in the three dosage groups of 1.9,3.8,7.6g/kg respectively(P<0.05,or P<0.001).Conclusion:Compound astragali granule could protect liver and decrease enzyme and had apparent protective effects against chronic hepatic injury.

        摘要：Objective:Using Chaihushugansan as a media,to study the effect of method of soothing the liver and regulating qi(MSLRQ)on the praxiological change of the psychological stress rats.Methods:To stimulate the 6-OHDA-treated rats to attack the experimental rats as social psychological stressor.And the praxiological change of the experimental rats was evaluated by open-field test(OFT)and elevated-plus maze(EPM).Results:Strong psychological stress could cause significant praxiological change in rats.Chaihushugansan could reduce the effect of psychological stress on the emotion and behavior of rats.Conclusion:Chaihushugansan can adjust the ability of rats to against the psychological stress.

        摘要：Objective:To observe therapeutic effect and mechanism of negative symptoms in schizophrenia model mice by DaWei Capsule.Methods:Negative symptoms of schizophrenia model were developed by subanesthetic-dose(30mg/kg)Ketamine-induced enhancement of immobility time of forced swimming,and shorten immobility time of forced swimming was observed.Moreover,the levels of neurotransmitter in mice brains (DA,NA,5-HT)were measured by fluorospectrophotometry in order to explore the action mechanisms.Results:Compared with model group,DaWei Capsule with large,medium,and small dose,and clozapine can significantly shorten immobility time of forced swimming in mice,and content of 5-HT in brain and serum decreased and level of NE in serum increased in DaWei Capsule group.Conclusion:DaWei capsule and clozapine have effect on the treatment of negative symptoms in schizophrenia,action mechanism of which may be involved in 5-HT and NE system in brain.

        摘要：Objective:To study the effects of YangYuTuJi(YYTJ)on cell proliferation of diabetic rats caused by streptozotocin(STZ),and its effects on fibroblast proliferation and migration in vitro.Methods:SD male rats except for control group(C)were given 55mg/kg STZ by intraperitoneal,randomly divided into model group(M) and 3 diferent dose groups of YYTJ.A round skin of φ1.6cm was excised on the back of rats.The healing time and healing rate were observed.Proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was studied by immuno-histochemistry assay.Fibroblasts from normal and wounded site of diabetic rat skin were cultured as normal fibroblast(NFB) and diabetic fibroblast(DFB).MTT assay was used for cell proliferation,and cell wound model in vitro for migration analysis.Results:Three YYTJ groups shorten the healing time of the wound of diabetic rats caused by STZ(P<0.01 respectively),and increased the healing rate(P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).From day 3 the PCNA expression elevated in YYTJ-H group,day 5 in YYTJ-M group and day 7 in YYTJ-L group(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively).In vitro study we found YYTJ at both 29.23μg/mL and 58.45μg/mL promoted DFB proliferation and its migration.Conclusion:It is possible that YYTJ accelerates wound healing by promoting cell proliferation and cell migration.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the influence of Jin Gu Tablet(JGT) on the development and rehabilitation of osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:The knee joint was fixed with the piaster bandage to make the model of rabbit OA,JGT was orall given for 4 weeks.After brake was applied for 6 weeks,the brake was removed 2 weeks later,measurement of indexes was carried out.Results:JGT can Obviously improve rabbit OA's scope of activity of knee joint,Compared with the model group,the middle,high dosage's Ca/P ratio obviously rises,every dosage group of JGT can inhitit swelling of thickness of slippery membrane of joint,alleviate the inflammation symptom of OA and obviously improve the pathology changing of slippery membrane and cartilage.The middle,high dosage can also obviously strengthen the activation of SOD of slippery membrane.Conclusion:JGT can lighten returning becoming of joint cartilage,obviously inhitit the slippery membrane's inflammation and improve SOD activity.The reoults Showed that JGT has effects on OA.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the effects of Kubao Jiangzhi Capsule on the blood lipid of the mice with hyperlipidemia and body weight,fat weight,blood lipid in the rat model with nutritional obesity.Mothods:The expermental hyperlipidemic mice was used to test the serum TC;The rat with nutritional obesity was used to test the serum TC、TG、HDL-C and body weight,body fat weight,Lee's index.Results:Kubao Jiangzhi Capsule could decrease the serum TC in the expermental hyperlipidemic mice.It could inhibit body weight,decrease body fat weight and Lee's index,decrease the serum TC、TG,increase HDL-C in the rat model with nutritional obesity.Conclusion:Kubao Jiangzhi Capsule has the antihyperlipidemia action.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the functions of YangGanLiDan Granule(YGLDG) on anti-inflammation,pain relief and spasmolysis.Methods:The models of mouse ear tumefaction caused by xylene and rat foot tumefaction caused by carrageenan were used to observe the anti-inflammatory action of YGLDG via oral adiminstration.The effect of YGLDG on relieving pain was tested by counting body twisting induced by glacial acetic acid and measuring the latent period of licking hind foot with the hot plate method in mice.The effect on spasmolysis was studied by using isolated gallbladder of guinea pig.Results:The drug could restrain mouse ear tumefaction and rat foot tumefaction,reduce mouse body twisting numter in glacial acetic acid model and elevate the pain threshold with hot plate method,relax the spasticity of isolated gallbladder of guinea pig caused by Ach.Conclusion:The results show that YGLDG has the effects on anti-inflammation,pain relief and relaxtion of spasticity.
