      摘要:Objective:To determine the content of psoralen in Gongyanping Tablet.Methods:A RP-HPLC method was developed.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18.The mobile phase was methanol-water(50∶50).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 246 nm.Results: The average recovery for psoralen was 99.9%.precision of the method was 2.0%(RSD,n=6).Conclusion:The method can be used for quantitative determination of psoralen in Gongyanping tablets.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Xiaocuo Pills.Methods:TLC was applied to identify Radix Bupleuri,Radix Scutellariae,Herba Dendrobii,Ridex Gentianae and Flos lonicerae;and a HPLC method was established to determine the content of baicalin in Xiaocuo Pills.Results:The characteristic spots developed in the TLC were fairly clear without interference.A good linearity of baicalin was obtained within the range of 0.176~0.880μg.The average recovery of baicalin was 100.11%,RSD was 1.73%.Conclusion:The method established is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Xiaocuo Pills.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the quality control standards for Jiakangling Granules(Herba ecliptae,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Os dragonis etc).Methods:HPLC method was developed for the determination of Salvianolic acid A in Jiakangling Granules.The analysis was carroed on(HYPERSIL#BDS C18 4.6mm×200mm) column eluted with acetonitrile-water-polyphosphoric(2∶53∶0.5) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 280 nm.TLC method was developed for the identification of Herba ecliptae.Results:The content of salvianolic acid A was linear at the range of 1.06~6.36μg,average recovery was 97.40% and RSD was 2.1(n=5).TLC spots clear and specific.Conclusion:These methods are accurate and reliable with a smang specificity and can be used for the quality control of Jiakangling Granules.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamics on compatible application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber to explain the counteractive mechanism of herbal counteractors.Methods:The effects of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber on body temperature,gastric empting,intestine progradation,anti-inflammatory and analgetic of mouse were observed.Results:1.After administration of 12 days,Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.can significantly degrade body temperature in normal mouse,meanwhile,Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.matched with Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii can resist the degrading of temperature causd by CarmichaeliiK Debx(P<0.05);2.Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.Combine used with Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii or Fritillaria sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia can significatly increase body temperature in antondine model rat compared with single use of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.(P<0.05 or P<0.01);3.There is a significant difference in mouse gastric empting effect between Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and Fritillaria sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia single use of and combinal one(P<0.05);4.Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.matched with F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia or F.przewalskii Maxing in anti-gastrohelcoma or anti-inflammatory showed a more potential action than Aconitum carmichaelli Debx.singly used.Conclusion:Pharmacologic effects of compatible application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber on animals' body temperature,gastric emptying,anti-gastrohelcoma and anti-inflammatory are different in Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.matched with various fritillariae tuber,which is worthy of thinking highly.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the pharmacological action of active composition of Radix Saposhnikoviae.Methods:Using methods of acetic acid induced inflammation,anti-aggregation and hemorheological experimentation to study the related pharmacological action.Results:The inflammation effusion induced by acetic acid was inhibited in high dose group,and plasma viscosity was also reduced in high dose group.Prothrombin time was prolonged and ADP-induced platelet aggregation was inhibited in middle and high dose group.Conclusion:The active composition of Radix Saposhnikoviae has marked effects on anti-inflammation,lower plasma viscosity,prolonging prothrombin time and anti-platelet aggregation.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule's effect on the GLUT4 gene expression in skeletal muscle of diabetic IR rat and to find out its functional target.Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups(normal group,model group,Rosiglitazone Maleate Tablets treating group,Rosiglitazone Maleate Tablets and high dose of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule treating group,low dose of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule treating group,high dose of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule treating group).The rats of normal group were fed with common food while the others with high calorie food and injected with low dose of STZ.The body weigh,fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FIns),blood fat of all rats were measured.Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated accordingly,and the expression of GLUT4 gene in skeletal muscle of diabetic IR rat was also measured.Results:Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule could reduce body weight,FBG level and FIns level,and improve blood fat condition.Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule could increase the expression of GLUT4 gene in skeletai muscle of diabetic IR rat,thereby it improved insulin sensitivity of peripheral tissue.Conclusions:Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule can ameliorate diabetic IR condition of the model rats and its mechanism is probably related to its effect of enhancing the genic expressional level of GLUT4.

      摘要:Objective:To study the lipid-lowering effects of Fufang Jiangzhiling(FJ) in mice and rats.Methods:To investigate the regulating action of FJ for hyperlipidemia of mice and rats,we studied triglycerides(TG),total(holesterol(TC) content in serum of hyperlipidemia mice and rats.Results:FJ could lower TC and TG levels in serum of the mice induced by Triton WR-1339,and could remarkably reduce TC and TG levels in serum of the hyperlipidemic rats model.Conclusion:FJ had the effects on decreasing the level of serum lipids.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects and antiasthmatic mechanism of Kechuanping granules.Methods:Ammonia-induced cough in mouse and chloric acetylcholine-induced asthma in guinea pig were used.Effects of Kechuanping granules on phenol red displacement in mouse and phlegm secretion in rat were observed.The leukotrienes content in lung tissue and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of ovalbumin(OVA) -induced asthma mouse were determined.Results:Kechuanping granules could inhibit ammonia-induced cough in mouse and chloric acetylcholine-induced asthma in guinea pig.Kechuanping granules also increased phenol red displacement in mouse and phlegm secretion in rat.Furthermore,Kechuanping granules could inhibit the LTB4 content in lung tissue and cysLTs content in BAL fluid of OVA-challenged mouse.Conclusions: Kechuanping granules have antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.The mechanism by which Kechuanping granules inhibited the asthma in ovalbumin-induced mouse might partialy be via arachidonic acid metabolic way.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the anxiolytic and hypnogenetic effects of Jieyuwan on animal models.Methods:The anxiolytic effects of Jieyuwan were tested in the elevated plus-maze(EPM) and stress-induced hyperthermia in singly housed mice(SIH);the hypnosis effects were studied in pentobarbital-induced sleeping time and subthreshold dose of pentobarbital test in mice.Results:Jieyuwan exhibited the anxiolytic effects in mice by increasing the time percentage into the open-arms in the elevated plus-maze and antagonize stress-induced hyperthermia in singly housed mice.Jieyuwan failed to affect the locomotor activity in mice at the test dose,suggesting Jieyuwan did not induce sedation in the anxiolytic doses.Jieyuwan could prolong the time of sleep in pentobarbital-induced sleeping time in mice and increase the percentage of falling asleep in subthreshold dose of pentobarbital test.Conclusion:Jieyuwan has definite antianxiety and hypnotic effects in animal models.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Ejiao on Th1/Th2 cytokines and the mechanism of which preventing and curing bronchial asthma.Methods:60 wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.Group A was normal group which were administered with NS.Group B,C and D were administered with low,moderate and high dose Ejiao.Group E were administered with Polysaceharidc.Group F were asthma group.1L-4 and IFN-γ in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with normal group,the concentration of IFN-γ in group F was decreased significantly.compared with asthma group,the concentration of IL-4 of low and moderate dose Ejiao groups and Polysaceharidc group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was less eosinophils in the lungs of group A、B、C、E than that in group F.Conclusion:Ejiao could regulate the ratio of Th1/Th2 by decreasing Th2 subset instead of increasing Th1 subset.On the other hand,it could inhibit eosinophils to move from peripheral blood to the lungs of asthma rats.

      摘要:The progress in mechanism of traditional Chinese herbs against hepatic fibrosis is reviewed in the paper,including anti-hepatic injury,inhibition of synthesis of extracellular matrix(ECM) and promotion of ECM degradation etc..Suggestions are proposed for future study of traditional Chinese herbs against hepatic fibrosis.
