摘要:Objective:To screen the optimal extraction process and condition of Pulsatilla Decoction.Methods:The amounts of sediment of water-extraction were observed.The factors of affecting extraction of effective ingredients including the added amount of water,the extracting time and times of extraction were studied by orthogonal design with the yield rate of dry extract and content of berberine hydrochloric as the indicator.Results:the times of extraction were the most significant affecting factor.Conclusion:The optimum condition for the extraction of pulsatilla Decoction was 3 times extraction,0.5 h for extraction process and 9 times amount of water more than material medica.

摘要:Objective:To measure the contents of aconitine alkaloids in Tongmai-Sini-Tang,and its regularity of vary with decoction time.Methods:A RP-HPLC method was used.The chromatographic conditions are listed below:Hypersil-BDS column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),a mobile phase composed of methanol-water-chloroform-triethylamine(100∶50∶3∶0.15),a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 and wavelenghts-234nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear range of aconitine was(0.0025~0.0800)μg(r=0.9997),mesaconitine was(0.0028~0.0880)μg(r=0.9996),and hypaconitine was(0.0023~0.0760)μg(r=0.9996).Conclusion:while decocting medicinal herbs except from major herb in the formulation,other herbs were effective on the contents of aconitine alkaloids.the compositions of aconitine and hypaconitine would disappear after decocting medicinal herbs for 70 minutes,but the mesaconitine disappear only half.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the method for deteminning astragaloaside-Ⅳ of Jiedu Weikang Capsules.Methods:Astragaloaside-Ⅳ in Jiedu Weikang Capsules was determined by an HPLC-ELSD method.Results:A good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of astragaloaside-Ⅳ was found within the range of 1.80~7.20μg.The average recovery was 100.4% and RSD was 0.6%.Conclusions:The method of qualitative analyses was simple,sensitive,reliable,and it can be used for qualitative control of Jiedu Weikang Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a quality standard of Yunkeding granule.Methods:Radix polygalae,Fructus aruantii immaturus,and Rhizoma zingiberis in Yunkeding granule were identified by TLC methods;the content of naringin was determined by HPLC methods.Results:The relevant spots in Radix polygalae,Fructus aurantii immaturus and Rhizoma zingiberis were identified;the linearity of naringin was in the range of 0.3~3.0μg(r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 99.5%,RSD=1.2%(n=5).Conclusion:These methods are exclusive and repeatable,which can be used as the quality control of Yunkeding granule.

摘要:Aim:To observe the anti-atherosclerotic mechanisms by Dahuang Zhechong pill.Methods:The atherosclerotic model was established by hypercholesterol feeding together with immune-injured endothelium in rabbits.The levels of blood lipid and MDA in the serum were determined.Histological examination was done by light microscopes.Results:The results showed that the level of MDA was decreased and the level of blood lipid wasn't significantly changed in Dahuang Zhechong pill-administered groups in comparison with the control group.Histological examination showed the reduced area of atherosclerotic plaque in aorta,the lightened intimal hyperplasia,descreased foam cells in drug-administered groups.Conclusions:Dahuang Zhechong pill can inhibit the development of early atherosclerosis by the non-lowering lipid mechanisms,including inhibition of the lipid oxidation.  
摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of stachydrine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was made by ligating the coronary artery for 30min followed by reperfusion for 120min in anesthetized rats.All animals were given the stachydrine or normal saline,danshen after ligation.LDH and CK and SOD activity,MDA content,NO level in serum and in myocardial homogenate and cTnT content in serum were measured.Results:The results showed that stachydrine(3,6,12mg/kg,iv)could inhibit the activity of LDH and CK and cTnT(P<0.05 or P<0.01),decrease MDA content(P<0.01),and increase the SOD activity and NO level(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in comparison with model group.Conclusion:Stachydrine can protect the effect of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic mechanisms of Qing Yi decoction on acute lung injury induced by acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis in rats.Methods:AHNP model was induced by intraductul administration of 5% sodium taurocholate in Wistar rat.Qing Yi decoction was administered orally 30 minutes after model induction.Sandostain(50μg/kg) was administrated by subcutaneous injection after model induction.The other animals were used to observe the 24hour-mortality.Animals were killed on various hours after model induction(3,6,12h).Bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) macrophages NF-κ B activation was determined by ELISA method.Pulmonary TNFα,PLA2,myeloperoxidase(MPO)were examined.The Levels of Amylase,Lipase,PLA2 of serum were determined also.Morphologic changes of lung and pancreas were observed under light microscopy.Results:In Qing Yi decoction group,the mortality was significantly reduced;Lung and pancreas injury was markedly reduced;Qing Yi decoction significantly attenuated NF-κ B activation of BAL macrophages.PLA2,TNFα levels of serum and lung tissue were decreased significantly.Conclusions:Qing Yi decoction has protective effects on AHNP-ALI through multiple pathways,among these,the inhibitory effect on PLA2 activity is an important one.Qing Yi decoction can attenuate the "PLA2-NF-κ B-cytokine cascade" markedly.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of non-heating leech extract on coagulation system and platelet aggregation in the model of blood hypercoagulable state induced by ellagic acid in mice and rats.Methods:The model of blood hypercoagulable state was established by intravenous injection of ellagic acid in mice and rats.Bleeding time(BT),clotting time(CT),prothrombin time(PT),active part thrombin time(APTT),activity of coagulation factor Ⅱ and platelet aggregation were examined to observe the effect of non-heating leech extract on coagulation system and platelet aggregation after oral administration.Results:Non-heating leech extract was able to prolong BT and CT in the model mice,PT and APTT in the model rats and to decrease activity of coagulation factor Ⅱ and platelet aggregation in the model rats.Conclusion:Non-heating leech extract produces anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation actions in the animal model of blood hypercoagulable state.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Shengkangyuan Capsule on immune function in Mice.Methods:Several indices for immunoregulation in mice were detected after oral administration of the Capsule at doses of 175,350 and 700 mg/kg for 30 to 38 days.Results:It was showed that proliferation of spleen lymphocytes increased,the delayed anaphylactic reactions intensified,the number of lymphocyte B and serum level of hemolysin increased,the phagocytosis of phagocyte in abdominal cavity and the activity of NK cells increased in mice.Conclusion:Shengkangyuan Capsule can potentiate immune function in mice.

摘要:Objective:To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammation effects and possible mechanism of Total Saponins of Psammosilene tunicoids(TSPT).Method:After establishing adjuvant-induced arthritis(AA) rats model,the TSPT'S analgesic and anti-inflammation effects and mechanism against AA was studied through observing changes of the algesia threshold and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and Cor in inflammatory-tisssue soak of AA rats.Result:TSPT could inhibit algesia threshold and effectively decrease the content of MDA in inflammatory tissue soak of AA rats.Conclusion:TSPT has good analgesic and anti-inflammation effects and the mechanism is likely related to the decrease of MDA and regulation of Cor.

摘要:Objective:To observe the renal injury in rats induced by Long Dan Xie Gan decoction(LDXGD) and the compatibilition with Aristolochia manshriensis Kom in LDXGD.Method:Separate SD rats to four groups at random,and feed respectively LDXGD containing Aristolochia manshriensis Kom(17.5g·kg-1,containing Aristolochia manshriensis Kom 6g·kg-1,LDXGD removed Aristolochia manshriensis Kom(11.5g·kg-1,Aristolochia manshriensis Kom(6g·kg-1 and distilled water for 12 weeks.determine renal functional parameters on 4w,8w,12w.Result:Both Aristolochia manshriensis Kom(6g·kg-1 and the LDXGD containing same dose Aristolochia manshriensis Kom induced significantly renal injury in rats during 12 weeks,and the former caused more seriously damage;the LDXGD removed Aristolochia manshriensis Kom didn't induce damage obviously in rats during 12 weeks.Conclusion:Aristolochia manshriensis Kom in experimental dosage can induce renal injury,and the real toxicity of LDXGD is correlated with the dose of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom in itself;the compatibilition in the complex prescription(LDXGD) relieve possibly the renal toxicity of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom.  
摘要:The paper reviewed present status about effects of Chinese herbs on calcium channels of myocardial cells,for instance calcium channel blocking:Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Corydalis,Cortex Moutan etc;and calcium channel agitation:Radix Glycyrrhizae,Flos Carthami Radix Sophorae Flavescentis etc.Research working indicated that the agents of affecting calcium channels were mainly monomers of Chinese herbs.The stuty of complex compound should be further developed.
