摘要:Objective:To develop a method to control the quality of Guilingyizhi Tablets.Methods:TLC was used to identify Radix Angelicae Senensis and Poria of the prescription;SPE-RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of actractylenolide Ⅲ in Guilingyizhi Tablets.Results:It can especially identify Angelicae Senensis and Poriain TLC.The linearity of the method(SPE-RP-HPLC)was well with the average recovery of 97.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and sensitive.It can be used in quality controll of Guilingyizhi Tablets.  
摘要:Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of Poria and establish a effective method for controlling the quality.Methods:The samples were extracted with methanol and separated on a column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5%H3PO4 in gradient mode,and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,The detection wavelength was 242nm and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results:The batches of Poria grew in the different places were measured.The common model was established.The correlation coefficient and cos θ between every batch vector and the total standard model vector were used to define the similarity.Conclusion:The method of fingerprint by HPLC is established and the method is stable and reproducible.It was used for quality evaluation,of the crud drug of Poria.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a TLCS fingerprinting for ethyl acetate extract of CDYH with anti-HBV activity in vitro,Which will be helpful for the quality standard of CDYH.Methods:Using HepG_2-2.2.15 cells strain,the anti-HBV activity of ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was detected by ELISA,meanwhile ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was chromatographed by TLC and acaned by CS9000 TLCS.Results:The ethyl acetate extract of CDYH has a significant inhibitory effect on antigen of HBV in vitro,and A good separating TLCS fingerprinting was established and four peaks were identified as berberine,caffeic scid,ferulic acid and rhein respectively.Conclusion:The fingerprinting was connected with the effect of anti-HBV activity,and the quality of this preparation was controlled better.

摘要:Objective:To develop the quality control standards for Kangguzengsheng Pills.Methods:Caulis Spatholobi and Rhizoma Drynariae in Pills were identified by TLC.Chloroform-acetone(15∶1) was used as developing solvent for Caulis Spatholobi with reference drug.Benzene-ehyl acetate-formic acid-water(1∶12∶2.5∶3) was used for Rhizoma Drynariae with naringin as chemical reference substance.The content of icariin and echinacoside were determined by HPLC with external standard method.The mobile phases were acetonitrile-water(30∶70) and methanol-0.1% formic acid(28.5∶71.5) respectively.Results:The average recovery of icariin 97.7% and RSD was 1.2%(n=5).The average recovery of echinacoside was 97.9% and RSD was 0.8%(n=5).Conclusion:These methods are simple,accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of Kangguzengsheng Pills.  
摘要:Objective:The relation between immune function and the model of hysteromyoma of rat were studied.Method:Rats were injected with diethyl 1 stilbestrol,and progesterone and diethyl stilbestrol together.The immune organs were observed,levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in serum were measured by flow cytometer;estrogen receptor was analyzed by radioligand combination assay.Result:Compared with normal group,the weight of thymus,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 of model group injected with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone was significantly increased.Conclusion:It is suggested that the low immunologic functions in model rats with estrogen and progesterone together was lower,might be related to the levels of estrogen receptor.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of different ratio of Huangqi Decoction(3∶1,6∶1,9∶1) on cholestatic cirrhosis in rats.Method:Rat cholestatic cirrhosis was duplicated by ligation of bile duct.After 1 week rats were divided into model control group and different ration of Huangqi Decoction groups.The oral administration of Huangqi Decoction lasted for 4 weeks,and then rats were sacrificed for determination of liver function,liver tissue Hyp conten and histological changes.Results:cholestatic cirrhosis was successfully duplicated after 5 weeks modeling.Compared with that of normal group,serum GGT and ALP activity,serum TBiL content and liver tissue Hyp content in model group increased significantlly(P<0.05~0.01 vs sham),while serum TP and Alb content decreased significantly.Compared with that of model group,degree of cirrhosis in groups of ratio 3∶1 and 6∶1 of Huangqi Decoction alleviated significantly,serum ALP and GGT activity,serum TBiL content and liver tissue Hyp content decreased significantly(P<0.05~0.01 vs 5W model).Conclusion:The ratio of 3∶1 and 6∶1 of Huangqi Decoction inhibits formation of cholestatic cirrhosis effectively.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Ke yushushen granule on body weight and behavior of experimental dysthymia rat.Method:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups,control,model,Ke yushushen granule(low dose,middle dose,high dose)and Fluoxetine with 10 rats in each group.The rats were separtately raised and put under chronic unpredictable mild stress,in order to induce the model of dysthymia.The weight of the rats was observed and their behavioral changes were studied via sucrose-water consumption and Open-field test.Results:The results showed that the weight was higher in the high and middle dose groups of Ke yushushen and Fluoxetine compared with the model group.The sucrose consumption and activaties were higher in the three doses of Ke yushushen granule and Fluoxetine groups.Conclusions:Ke yushushen granule is effective in mitigating depressed behavior of experimental dysthymia rats.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the absorption mechanism of Paeonol from various intestinal segments and offer biophamaceutics data for Paeonol new dosage form.Method:The absorption kinetics and permeability rate constants were investigated by the in situ perfusing method in rats.Result:The absorption rate in rats was descend as the order of jejunum、ileum、duodenum and colon.The absorption of the drug conforms to the first-order kinetics and passive transport machanism.Conclusion:The results indicate that Paeonol can be formulated and prepared as sustained release dosage form.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the main pharmacological effects of a Chinese traditional compound,Chuanbei Xueli Extract.Methods:The following experiments were carried out:cough induced by ammonia and sulfur dioxide,in vivo and in vitro tests for relieving asthma,phlegm removing with phenol red and capillary,fever caused by dried yeast and triple vaccine,and the inflammation model caused by dimethylbenzene and carrageenin.The effects of the drug on inhibiting cough,relieving asthma,removing phlegm,reducing fever,and antagonizing inflammation were investigated.Results:Chuanbei Xueli Extract significantly prolonged the latent period of cough in mice,increased the latent period of induced asthma in guinea pigs,relaxed the isolated tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pigs,increased the elimination of phenol red in mice,increased the elimination of phlegm volume in rats,lowered the high temperature of rabbits caused by triple vaccine,and inhibited the imflammatorys welling caused by dimethylbenzene and carrageenin.Conclusions:Chuanbei Xueli Extract has significant effects on inhibiting cough,relieving asthma,removing phlegm,reducing fever,and antagonizing inflammation.  
摘要:Objective:To research the biological activities of polysaccharide from Polygonatum Sibiricum Redoute.Methods:1.Adding PSP to mouse's feed stuff and determining the inhibition of serum lipids by PSP.2.Feeding mouse with PSP to determine PSP's function of anti-aging.3.Feeding mouse with PSP to determine the immune activities.Results:1.PSP has obvious effect in preventing from and treatment of mouse hypercholesterolemia.2.PSP can increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in aged mouse blood and decrease the content of LF and MDA in aged mouse heart,liver() and brain.3.PSP has a strong ability to enhance mouse Phagocyte's Phagocytic percentage and Phagocytic index,to increase the content of haemolysin in mouse and the response of the DTH(delayed-type hypersensitivity) in normal mouse and to recover response to DTH in cyclophosphamide(Cy)intoxicated.Conclusion:PSP can reduce the serum lipids,deter aging and enhance the immune reaction in mouse.

摘要:Objective:To observe the actions and the mechanism of Shenlixin granule on chronic renal failure rats.Methods:The model was made by extirpating the left kidney and one third of the right kidney.The rats were administrated for 8 weeks according to the dose,then detected the contents of Cre、BUN、SOD、MDA in serum and albuminuria in uria.Results:The Shenlixin granule could evidently decrease the contents of Cre、BUN、MDA in serum and albuminuria in uria.It also could improve the contents of SOD in serum,Compared with the model group.Conclusion:The Shenlixin granule had the obvious effects on chronic renal failure.It might accelerate the toxin discharge,increase the ability of anti-oxygenation.  
摘要:Objective: To predict the relationship between the toxicity and the structural parameters of chloro-Arenes drugs,a 3D-QSAR(three dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship) model was established.Methods: By determining their lowest energy conformation,molecules are aligned according to one specific rule and the scope of the molecular field is defined around the aligned molecules.The characters of the molecule field such as the electrostatic field energy,steric field energy and also the field energy of hydrophobic region are calculated.Then Partial Least Square(PLS) method is exploited to analyze the relationship between the toxicity of compounds and characters of the molecular field and finally Comparative Molecular Similarity Indices Analysis(CoMSIA) model was built.Results:The cross-validated q2 of the model is 0.702 and the cross-validated r2 is 0.947,so the predictive abilities of this model is considerable.Conclusion:This model has a good predictive ability.To decrease the negative charge of substitutent in the para-position of methyl or decrease the hydrophilic property of substitutent in the para-position,meta-position and ortho-position of methyl can decrease the toxicity.

摘要:This paper reviews the theory of releasing drugs on floating sustained-release dosage forms for gastric retention and influential factors of floating and evaluation on dosage quality control.According to the development on the dosage forms in recent decades,such retention systems are important for drugs that are best for absorption in the stomach or upper the intestine as well as for controlling release of the drugs having site-specific absorption limitations.Retention of drug delivery system in stomach prolongs overall gastrointestinal transit time,thereby resulting in improved bioavailability and efficiency for some drugs.
