      摘要:Objective:To develop the methods to determine the in vitro release of multi-target ingredients in Compound Danshen Sustained-release Tablets and to evaluate its release behavior in vitro.Methods:HPLC,GC-MS and the release test were applied to determine the accumulated release rate of water-soluble,liposoluble and evaporable constituents in Compound Danshen Sustained-release Tablets in different time.Results:Salvianolic acid B,ginsenoside Rg1,tanshinone ⅡA and borneol had a similar release behavior and corresponded first-degree and Higuchi equations.Conclusions:The method is convenient and quick,and can be used for the determination of the in vitro release of multi-target ingredients in Compound Danshen Sustained-release Tablets.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determining the content of quercetin in hawthorn leaves.Methods:The Suntek ODS column with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(45∶55) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 0.9mL/min and the detective wavelength was 360nm.Results:The linear range of calibration curve was 0.1624~1.624μg/mL,for the quercetin(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 97.9% and the RSD was 0.59%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used as quantitative analysis for this preparation.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a TLCS method for determination of rutin and quercetin in Flos sophorae.Method:A TLCS method was used.The developer was a micro-emulsion consisted of soldium dodecyl sulphate/n-C4H9OH/n-C6H14/H2O/formicacid(0.27∶0.63∶0.10∶3∶0.2) and the thin layer was polyamide film.The spots of rutin and quercetin were well separated and scanned at 370nm with reference wavelength of 550nm.Results:The linear ranges of calibration curves were 0.2~3.0μg for rutin,0.1~1.0μg for quercetin.The recoveries of rutin and quercetin were 98.8% and 97.1% respectively.Conclusion:A TLCS method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of rutin and quercetin in Flos sophorae.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Fangji Fuling Tang on preventing glomerular mesangial cells' proliferation and affecting the expression of MMP2.So as to provide experimental evidence for using Fangji Fuling Tang to cure Chronic kidney disease.Method:Glomerular mesangial cells were cultured.TNF-α was used as a stimulation to make the cells to proliferate.Then Fangji Fuling Tang at different doses was incubated with the cells.Cell vitality was evaluated and qualified by MTT.Cell cycle were analysed by Flow CytoMeter(FCM).Secretion of MMP-2 expression was measured by ELISA.Results:Gtomerular mesangial cells' proliferation was inhibited (P<0.05),the DNA diagram of Flow CytoMeter showed that the cell quantity in stage 'S' was reduced(P<0.05),the expression of MMP-2 was markedly increased(P<0.05)in Fangji Fuling Tang groups.Conclusion:Fangji Fuling Tang may inhibit glomerular mesangial cells' proliferation and influence the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix.

      摘要:Objective:To explore effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD) and its active fractions such as alkaloid and glycoside extracted from BHD on thromboxane(TXA2) and prostacyclin(PGI2) of arterial thrombosis model in rats.Methods:Carotid arterial thrombosis model in rats was induced by topical ferric chloride.The model rats were administered with BHD,alkaloid,glycoside,low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) and ticlopidine respectively.Weight of thrombus and the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma in each group were compared.Results:Occlusive thrombus was induced,the levels of TXB2 were increased markedly(P<0.05),the levels of 6-ketoPGF1α were lower remarkably in the model group(P<0.05).Weight of thrombus in BHD,alkaloid,LMWH and ticlopidine group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).BHD could increase the levels of 6-ketoPGF1α(P<0.05),but it did not influence the levels of TXB2.Alkaloid could decrease the levels of TXB_2 and increase the levels of 6-keto-PGF1α significantly(P<0.05).Glycocide,LMWH and ticlopidine had no influence on the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α.Conclusions:Antithrombotic actions of BHD,alkaloid,glycoside,LMWH and ticlopidine were observed.Antithrombotic actions of BHD may be related to accelerating synthesis of PGI2.Antithrombotic actions of alkaloid may be associated to inhibiting production of TXA2 and increasing synthesis of PGI2.Antithrombotic actions of glycoside,LMWH and ticlopidine was not based on its modulation on TXA2 and PGI2,it may be concerned with other aspects.

      摘要:Objective:To probe the cognition enhancing effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on deterioration of learning and memory induced by D-galactose(D-gal)in rats,and to study the mechanism.Methods:Sub-acute aged animal model was replicated by administration of 75 mg·kg-1·d-1 s.c.for 8 weeks.Meanwhile,treating with different dose of Liuwei Dihuang pill for 8 weeks.The learning and memory ability was observed by Morris water maze.Activities of mono amine oxidase(MAO) and acety lcholinesterase(AchE) in brain tissue were detected.Results:High and low dose Liuwei Dihuang pill can enhance learning and memory ability.It can also decrease activities of mono amine oxidase(MAO) and acetylcholinesterase(AchE) in brain tissue.Conclusions:Liuwei Dihuang pill can improve the deterioration of learning and memory induced by D-gal in rats.The possible mechanism are regulating of central cholinergic nerve system and noradrenergic nerve system.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Typha angustifolia L.on hyperlipidemia,atherosclerosis(AS).Methods:The atherosclerotic quails's model was established by feeding fat food(basic food 85%,lard 14%,Cholestrol 1%).Low-dose group,mid-dose group and high-dose group of Typha angustifolia L.were 4g,2g,1g·kg(-1)·d(-1) ig.respectively and to be continued eight weeks,and feed fat food at the same time.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),determined after four weeks and eight weeks.Result:The value of TC,TG showed significantly difference(P<0.05) by high-dose,mid-dose,low-dose comparing with model group at the 4th week.The value of TC,TG showed significantly lowering total cholesterol(P<0.01) by high-dose,mid-dose,low-dose comparing with model group at the 8th week.However ET and NO didn't show significant difference.Conclusion:Typha angustifolial L.can lower blood lipid and inhitit AS to some degree.

      摘要:Objective:Collected the data about the toll-like receptors(TLRs) to provide the studying ideas and methods for the anti-inflammatory herb drugs.Sources of the data:Mainly collected the achievements of TLR in the late 10 years.Choice of the data:Reviwed TLR'S discovery,distribution and structural feature,especially their effector cell ligad,signal transduction pathway and functions,aggregately analyzed TLR's current research situations.Results:Nowadays' study mainly concentrated on the signal transduction way,but the drug's mechanism study on it are insufficient.Conclusion:The further research of TLRs will provide scienti ic evidence for prevention and treatment of diseases,at the same time,these may provide new methods to the study of new drugs' effective targets.

      摘要:Based on Ames test,micronuclei experiment,single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE),gene array and embryonic stem cell(ESC) technology,the article summerized the feature of these modern technologies and their application in heredity toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Ames test,micronuclei experiment and SCGE have been used to assess toxicity of new drugs,and widely applied in the research of TCM toxicity.Meanwhile,gene array and ESC technology developed in recent years are incomparable for their high precision,high throughput and low expenditure.Although their application in TCM toxicity is still in initial stage,these modern technologies will become more and more improtant in the research of heredity toxicity of traditional Chinese drugs.
