摘要:Objective: To selects the optimum conditions for the spraydrying of BINGHUANGWULING Pulveres. Methods: The process was studieds by orthogonal experimental design with the average output of the extract powder and water percent as the detective marker about the relative density of the extractive,the blast pressure and the wind temperature. Results: The relative density of the extractive is table effect and the other conditions are notable effect. Conclusion: It's the optimum process:The wind temperature is 180℃,The blast pressure is-1500Pa, The relative demsity is 1.22;the content of emodin in the BINGHUANGWULING Pulveres manufactured by the process of the spaydrying was higher than the BINGHUANGWULING Mixture.  
摘要:Objective:To study the absorption of Shuanghuanglian Gel in rabbit rectum for improvement of the preparation. Methods: The concentration of baiclin in rabbit's blood were determined by HPLC method,after administering Shuanghuanglian gel in rectum. Results: It showed that the gel was absorbed quickly and reached the peak for 1 hour,and the concentration of baiclin in vivo was steady and lasted longer. Conclusion: The gel was absorbed more quickly and longer than the suppository of Shuanghuanglian.

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Stachydrine in QLTJN.Methods:A Hypersil SCX C18 column was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of Potassium phosphate monobasic(0.025 mol/L,pH2.0)-Triethylamine(100∶0.25),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was 192nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Stachydrine and peak area value when the concentrations of Stachydrine was within the range of 2.8~6.5 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98^6%,RSD=0.77%(n=5).Conclusion:The method was accurate,sensitive,reproducible and may be used in the determination of Stachydrine in QLTJN.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of extract from Carthamus tinctorius L on regulation of lipid metabolism,hemorheological indexes,antioxidation in rat with hyperlipidemia.Methods:Using hyperlipidemia animal model replicated by hyperlipidemia forage,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,hemorheological indexes,levels of MDA,SOD,NO were assayed.Results:The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in all groups treated with the water extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. were significantly reduced. The alcohol extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.showed a decreased action for TC and increased one for SOD activity; For the two extracts,the decreased plasma viscosity and content of MDA were found.Conclusions:The extract of Carthamus tinctorius L. regulated the lipid metabolism,improved hemorheological indexes,increased the activity of scavenging free radicals in rat with hyperlipidemia.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the possible influence of YUEHUA capsule(YHC) on T Lymphocyte subgroup and TH1/TH2 cytokines in rats with Multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and its mechanism for this effect.Methods:The experimental rats,as the studying model,were Divided into the modeling group,YHC group,the drug of antituberculosis (OEZD) group and YHC & OEZD group in random process. And there was normal group. Then CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-10,and TNF-α were observed in the all group.Result:Compared with the modeling group,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IFN-γ and IL-2 were significantly controlled to go down(P<0.01),and IL-10,INF-α were significantly controlled to go up (P<0.05) in YHC group,OEZD group and YHC & OEZD group. Compared with OEZD group,in YHC & OEZD group the findings were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:YHC holds therapeutic effects on rats with MDR-TB. These effects may be associated with the controlled Level of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and TH1/TH2 cytokines,including IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-10,and TNF-α.

摘要:Aim:The purpose is to study hypouricemic effect of xiezhuo chubi decoction on serum uric acid level in hyperuricemic mice.Methods:Hypoxanthine,the pre-substance of uric acid,was used to create mouse model with hypeuricemia,and to observe the effect of xiezhuo chubi decoction.Results:When xiezhuo chubi decoction and allopurinol take orally,the serum uric acid level of the hypoxanthine-pretreated mice was marked decrease,and was able to elicitdose-dependent hypouricemic effects.Conclusion:Xiezhuo chubi decoction was shown to possess potent hypouricemic effects in hyperuricemic mice pretreated with hypoxanthine.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of total Flavone of Metasequoia Mlyptostr-oboides on synthesizing of DNA and RNA of rat myocardial cells(MCs).Methods:Isolated and cultured MCs of neonatal Sprague-Dawley(SD) were divided in to four groups,that is contral,insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),IGF-Ⅰ+Total Flavone of Metasequoia Glyptostroboides(TFM) and IGF-Ⅰ+Oenothera Biennis L oil(OBL) group. The DNA and RNA of MCs of all groups were measured by cell Computor tolo after incubation.Results:Comparing with the contral groups the content of DNA and RNA of MCs in IGFs group was siglificently increased (P<0.05),but the DNA and RNA of MCs in IGF-Ⅰ+TFM and IGF-Ⅰ+OBL groups obviously decreased(P<0.05) and close to C group.Conclusion:TFM effectively inhibits the proliferation of cultured MCs in rat by IGF-Ⅰ inducing,which may play a role in the regression of heart remodeling.

摘要:Subject:Based on the theory of treating polydipsia in diabetes through adjusting liver's function,choose Dark plum pill(DPP)as the basic recipe of treating polydipsia in diabetes,and study the effect and mechanism in experiment.Method:Take SD rats and set up hyperglycemia models induced by alloxan.Then rats were randomly divided into seven groups:DPP group,pathology group,sour flavour(SF)group,bitter flavour(BF)group,sweet flavour(SF)group,pungent flavour(PF)group and Xiaoke Wan(XKW) group,and take another 12 normal rats as normal group.After two weeks of treatment,rats were examined via routine methods for the measurements of the fasting blood sugar,insulin,triglyceride,cholesterol,and to take the pathological examination of the pancreas.Result:Among separated recipes groups,the BF group's BS decreased most evidently,and so did the PF group in blood lipid.But on the comprehensive effect of BS,blood lipid and general state,DPP group was better than other groups evidently.Conclusion:DPP can decrease blood sugar,blood lipid and ameliorate general state.The possible mechanism is as follows:DPP may facilitate the regeneration of pancreatic island β-cell and the restore of β-cell function,stimulate excretion of the β-cell,increase the sugar utilization of peripheral tissue and increase the number of glycogen in liver.

摘要:Objective:This study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of JINHUANG-1 against influenza(A1、A3)virus in vitro and provide a basis to clinical application.Methods:CPE and MTT were applied to observe the protective function of JINHUANG-1 administered in three different ways (administration after infection,administration before infection,administration upon infection)cells infected with influenza virus established in vitro infection model.Results:There is a significant difference between the JINHUANG-1 group in all three administered ways and the control group.Conclusion:JINHUANG-1 has anti-influenza function in vitro and the mechanism is to be further investigated.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Xinshuaining Pill on chronic heart failure of dogs.Methods:The chronic heart failure model was induced by ligating abdominal aorta of dogs.The changes of their heart function and ardiac muscle pathologic index were observed after taking Xinshuaining Pill in the dosage of 0.3g·kg -1 ,0.6g·kg -1 ,1.2g·kg -1 per day,respectively.Results:The middle and high dosage of the Xinshuaining Pill can not only increase the cardiac output,cardiac output index,stroke volume,stroke volume index and left ventricular-stroke work index,but also decrease the pulmonary capillary wedge pressure,systemic vascular resistance,left ventricular end-diastolic pressure.The two dosages can also improve the level of myocardial hypertrophy and decrease the index of heart weight.Apparente endocardium thickening and mucinous degeneration,adipose degeneration of some cardiac muscle cells,hyperplasia of focal and lattice fibers tissue in ardiac muscle stroma and formation of irregular lamellar fiber scar of model group can be seen under optical microscope.Compared with model group,endocardium and ardiac muscle stroma pathological changes of middle and high dosages of the Xinshuaining Pill groups were obviously lessened.Conclusion:Xinshuaining Pill can improve the systole and diastole function in chronic heart failure model of dogs.

摘要:The law of compatibility is the key element of complex prescription in TCM.Nowadays,research on compatibility law always base on the relationships among the compatibility,the chemical composition and the pharmacological effects.Researchers explained the material basis of complex prescription in different point of view.They studied the pharmacology,pharmacokinetics,blood-serium pharmacology of complex prescription in TCM and had made great progress.With the development of modernization of TCM,new exploration about the study on complex prescription is attempted.The active composition compatibility has become the characteristic of recent study.Gene and protein expression can be taken as the indexes,so we try to reveal the compatibility rule of complex prescription on molecular biology level and try to accelerate the TCM modernization.  
摘要:Objective:To introduce Chinese herbal medicine of influencing on cytochrome p450 system.Method:To summarize related literature about Chinese herbal medicine of influencing on cytochrome p450 system in recent years in China and abroad.Result:Some Chinese herbal medicine can reduce or induce one or some cytochrome p450.Consequently it affects combinated drug metabolism and results in drug interaction.Conclusion:We should pay attention to some Chinese herbal medicine of influencing on cytochrome p450 system and corresponding drug interaction and the correlated mechanism,to ensure the efficiecy and safty of Chinese herbal medicine.

摘要:The Basic theory of TCM,according to the mode of “indirect thinking”,reveals the relationship of nature and human body,the regularity of human physiology,pathology,prevention and treatment of diseases.The further research of prescription with the syndrome of TCM should follow the mode of thinking of TCM.It is the general regulation that prescription is based on the syndrome of TCM,called correspondence of prescription with the syndrome of TCM.The theory system of the correspondence of prescription with the syndrome of TCM is non-linear,multivariate,open sophisticated system.The study about it should reflect the updated result of medical practice.It is the crux of the modern study of the correspondence of prescription with the syndrome of TCM to clarify it's scientific connotation and the essence of compatibility of Chinese medicines on the molecule level of traditional Chinese medicine.
