摘要:Objective:To optimize the preparation process and to set up the quality standard of Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules.Methods:Nine experiments were carried out by L9(34)orthogonal design,Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules was identified by TLC and the content of amygdalin was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal extraction process was as follows:the water was 10 times of the Prunus armeniaca,it was decocted 3 times and each time was sustained for 1 hour.The linear relationship of amygdalin was at the range of 1.952 5~9.762 5μg(r=(0.999 9)),the average recovery was 97.64%(RSD=1.40%,n=6).Conclusion:The extraction process was scientific,the method was available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of Prunus armeniaca dispensing granules.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize the optimal alcoholic reflux and extrcact technology of Cortex Phellodendri in the Qinggong Xiaoyan Suppository by the orthogonal test.Methods:Using the orthogonal design,to optimize the reflux alcohol concentration,alcohol amount and extract times of Cortex Phellodendri in the Qinggong Xiaoyan Suppository with the content of berberine hydrochloride and the rate of creaming as the index.Results:Adding 5 times amount of 70% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 1.5 hour(totally extracting for 3 times)Conclusion:The reflux alcohol concentration and extract times are the main factor to influence the extraction of berberine hydrochloride in Cortex Phellodendri.This technology is a simple method and suitable for industrial production.

摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of gentiopicroside in Jindan tabletes.Methods:The separation was performed on YMC ODS(150×6mm,5μm)column with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water(11∶89).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was 274nm.Results:The Calitration curve of gentiopicroside was in the range of 0.11~1.28μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.7% and RSD was 2.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Jindan tabletes.  
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule.Methods:A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetoneitrile-water-acetic acid(16∶84∶0.8),at the detection wavelength of 230nm.Results:Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.5μg~4.0μg,r=0.999 7(n=5),and the recovery was 98.41%,RSD was 1.25%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is stable and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Xuefu Zhuyu Soft Capsule.  
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong soft capsule.Method:The CenturySIL C18 BDS column(200mm×4.6mm) was used with acetonitrile-methanol-1% acetic acid(1∶1∶5) as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was 313nm.Result:The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.025 μg~0.8 μg,r=(0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple、rapid and accurate.  
摘要:Objective:To analyze the essential oil constituents extracted from the herb of Elsholtzia cillata.Method:The essential oils were extracted by water-steam distillation and separated by capillary column gas chromatography.The components were determined with area normalization method,and were identified by GC-MS.Result:79 Peaks were separated and 54 compounds have been identified,which were 71.56% in the total peak areas of total essential oil.Conclusion:In the total essential oils of Elsholtzia cillata carvacrol、thymol、p-cymene、σ-cymene and methyl thymyiether are main components.Among them,carvacrol is the highest(23.80%) in the total essential oils.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a quality standard for Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules.Methods:Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules were identified by TLC;and the effective components in Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules were determined by HPLC.Results:The relevant spots in Rhizoma cibotii were identified by TLC,the content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Conclusion:The quality standard is simple,feasible and repeatable to be used as quality supervisory control in Kangguzhi Zengsheng Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To compare with the influence of the essential oils of Mosla chinensis extracted by Supercritical-CO2 Fluid Extraction(SCFE) and by steam distillation(SD).Methods:To develop the HPLC method for determination of Thymol and Carvacrol,and compare the physico-chemical property.Result:Although the total amount of essential oils which extracted by SCFE is higher relatively,it has more impurity and fat oils,so it is not good for storing.The Thymol and Carvacrol content of the essential oils of Mosla chinensis extracted by SD was three times that of SCFE.

摘要:Objective:To Study the influence of invigorating spleen and restoring virility to the AVP level in brain and gene expression.Method:Establishing the spleen insufficiency model of rat by adopting bitter decline diarrhea,wild eating and overworking,the hypothalamus ventral kernel,the hippocampi CA1 area and forehead cortex,the gene expression change of AVP were examined.Result:In the model group,the immunoreaction masculine substance of AVP,hypothalamus ventral kernel,hippocampi CA1 area and prefrontal cortex decreases obviously;The immunoreaction masculine substance of AVP on above mentioned parts in the group of invigorating spleen and restoring virility increases distinctly.In the model group,the expression of AVP mRNA on hypothalamus ventral kernel,hippocampi CA1 area and prefrontal cortex decreases obviously;While for the groups of invigorating spleen and restoring virility,they increases obviously.Conclusion:Invigorating spleen and restoring virility may affect study and memory ability by regulating the AVP level and gene expression.  
摘要:Objective:To study the influence of Shengmai Injection(SMI) on the tissue concentration of digoxin(DG) in rats with heart failure(HF).Methods:40 model rats with HF were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group(treated with DG only) and other 3 groups(treated with DG plus SMI 4mL/kg,8mL/kg,12mL/kg respectively).The DG concentrations in the myocardium,liver,kidney and skeletal muscle were determined by radio immunoassay(RIA) at the designed time after administration.Result:There was no significant difference in the DG concentrations of myocardium and liver among 4 groups after administration.At the 30min and 12h after administration,the DG concentrations of kidney for the SMI 12mL/kg group were significantly higher than the other 3 ones respectively(P<0.05).The DG concentrations of the skeletal muscle in the SMI 8mL/kg and 12mL/kg groups at 30min and the SMI 12mL/kg at 12h were significantly higher than the control and SMI 20mL groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:There was the tendency of the increased DG concentrations of kidney in the SMI 12mL/kg group and of skeletal muscle in the SMI 8mL/kg and 12mL/kg groups.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of Qingzhi Capsule on mediators of inflammation and vasoactive substances in the model of LPS attack with high fat diet in mice.Methods:With high fat diet and oral qingzhi capsule for 10 days,then induced by ip.LPS at the last day.The blood was collected immediately from ophthalmovascula clump,at 2,4,6h.To measure the level of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.At 2h and 6h the blood of mice was collected immediately from ophthalmovascula clump,To measure the level of plasma TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1α.Results:After ip.LPS in each time point,the level of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,TXBK2 and 6-K-PGF1α in model group have Obvious difference from the normal group;Qingzhi Capsule had strong effect on prevention of increasing TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α,Results also indicated depressing of TXB2/6-K-PGF1α ratio in the mice.Qingzhi Capsule depressed the level of CRP at 4h and 6h in the mice with high fat diet and LPS attack,depressed the levels of IL-6 at 6h.Conclusion:Qingzhi Capsule inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors in the mice with high fat diet and LPS attack.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Houshiheisan on the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF) after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods: Rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model was produced by occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery.Using behavioral test,evaluate the neurological deficiency of each group after operation.Immunohistochemistry method was performed to observe the NGF expression as well as the effect of Houshiheisan on them.Results: Houshiheisan significantly improved the neurological deficits,In the ischemic side of the model group,the number of NGF positive cells were lower as compared with those in the sham-operated side of the sham-operated groug(P<0.05).The number of NGF positive cells in the Houshiheisan group were more than that of model group(P<0.05),similar to that of sham-operated groug.Conclusion: The results indicate Houshiheisan can improve the expression of NGF after cerebral ischemia.It may be one of mechanisms for the treatment of ischemic stroke.  
摘要:Objective:To study the principal pharmcodynamics of Weiping tatlets.Method:The rat experimental gastric ulcer model established by water immersing method was used to observe the effect of protecting gastric mucosa and study the effect of regulating the flow of qi.Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect.Retention of cold and dyspepsia model in mice was prepared and the way of intact intestine motility was used to measure intestine moving velocity to observe the eliminating cold and food-transmission effects.Results:Weiping tatlets had obviousl inhibition on stress gastric ulcer in rats.The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased and pain threshold was remarkably improved by Weiping tatlets.The small intestine motility was promoted strikingly in retention of cold and dyspepsia mice.Conclusion:Weiping tatlets manifested regulating the flow of qi effect,analgesic effect,eliminating cold and food-transmission effects obviously.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Chinese materia medica on structure and function of erythrocytic membrane and provide theoretical basis for preventing and curing diseases with Chinese materia medica through improving the structure and function of erythrocytic membrane.Method:Relative references published in Chinese and international journals during the latest ten years are summarized and analyzes.Result: The influence of Chinese materia medica on structure and function of erythrocytic membrane includes improving membrane phospholipid and protein,and inhibiting oxidative damage.Conclusion: Abnormal structure and function of erythrocytic membrane is intimately correlated with human diseases.Chinese materia medica can prevent and cure the diseases of abnormal erythrocytic membrane.

摘要:Objective:To review the development of the research methods of the chemistry and pharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recent years,and present some thoughts.Methods:Papers reported in journals were consulted and classified,according to the research methods of the TCM.Results:Combining the summary and the latest studies of our laboratory,some thoughts about TCM were offered,such as strengthening the research of chemistry;establishing the study methods of the metabonomics;evaluating the pharmacodynamic material;studying the effective compounds,and so on.Conclusions:The deeper cooperation among the correlative subjects and flood of new thoughts would accelerate the study of TCM.
