        摘要：Objective: To study the conditions and parameters of purifying total flavonoids from L.dunnii with AB-8 macroporous resin and to compare with antioxidant ability before and after being purified.Method:Some factors which effected purification in static and dynamic adsorptions were studied.Furthermore,the antioxidant ability were also determined.Result:The concentration of the sample solution was 0.3 mg/mL.In static adsorption,the effects were preferable when temperature was at 20～40 ℃ and pH value was 4～5 and using 70% ethanol as desorption reagent. In dynamic adsorption,pH value of sample solution was 4～5 and flowing rate of loading was 0.5～1.0 mL/min. Using 70%～90% ethanol and 0.5～1.5 mL/min flow rate,the eluting effect was good.The clearance rates of 0.12 mg/mL refined flavonoid powder and crude flavonoid powder were 78.43% and 29.25% respectively.The inhibitory rates to pyrogallol autoxidation of 0.375 mg/mL crude flavonoid powde and refined flavonoid powder were 98.49% and 63.02% respectively.Conclusion:AB-8 macroporous resin had an excellent purification effect to crude flavonoid of Lespeda dunnii.The purity and antioxidant abbility were improved remarkably.

        摘要：Objective:To determine parameters of pharmacokinetics in healthy volunteers,provide a scientific basis for clinical application of Yinhuang compound microenema.Method:HPLC was used to determine the concentrations of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in the plasma samples of healthy volunteers,then analyze these data by the pharmacokinetics program 3P97 to determine the parameters of pharmacokinetics and the compartmental model for both ingredients inYinhuang compound microenema.Result:Baicalin showed two compartment model in healthy volunteers and the main parameters of pharmacokinetics were as follows:T1/2α of 0.325 h,T1/2β of 2.370 h,AUC of 6.236×10-3 g·h·L-1-2g·h·L-1,Tm of 0.267h,Vd of 2.423 L.Conclusion:The main components in Yinhuang compound microenema,baicalin and chlorogenic acid,were absorbed quickly and completely after rectal administration.

        摘要：Objective:To analyse the percutaneous absorption of bornel in the recipe of eliminating Pleurorrhea Ⅱ.Methods:borneol in the effusion sample was determined by gas chromatography.Results:after 2 h borneol of 236 ng/mL was determined in effusion,the concentration of borneol went up slowly in the pleurorrhea sample.Till 36 h borneol reached the peak value(2 425 ng/ml).Conclusion:The recipe of eliminating Pleurorrhea Ⅱ can be absorbed via skin,it is distributed through chest skin slowly and maintained high level in the pleurorrhea.

        摘要：Objective:To establish the quality standard for Jianshenhuayu Granules.Methods:Epimedii and Radix Astragali in the preparation were identified by TLC.The content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Results:Epimedii and Radix Astragali were identified on a plate simultaneously.The spots were clear and the identification was highly specific.The average recovery was 99.3%(RSD=1.5%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yishenhuayu Granules.

        摘要：Objective:To offer the experimental data for the quality of control and application of the dispensing granules of Cortex Moutan.Method:The content of paeonol in the dispensing granules and the decoction pieces of Cortex Moutan were determined by HPLC.Results:An HPLC method for the determination of paeonol was developed,and the difference of the contents between the dispensing granules and the decoction pieces was great.Conclusion:The equivalence of dispensing granules and the decoction pieces should be studied so as to make the scientific dosage of the dispensing granule in the prescription.

        摘要：Objective:To establish hyperuricemia model animal with similarities to the human metabolism,to observe the effect of Biqing capsule in compound Chinese herbal medicine prescription on the uric acid metabolism and explore the mechanism.Methods:Chicken was selected as the animal medel,and high protein and calcium diet was used to induce hyperuricemia.At the seventh day,choose chicken whose blood uric acid is bigger than 80 mg/L,then give medicine by group,continuously fills their stomach with 3 different dosages of Biqing capsule for 2 weeks,then examin the changes of their blood uric acid and activity of XOD.Results:The blood uric acid decreased obviously after Biqing capsule were given,with increase in uric acid excretion and decrease in XOD activity.Conclusion:The Biqing capsule can obviously reduce uric acid.The mechanism is likely linked with the restrain of uric acid production and promotion of its excretion.

        摘要：Objective:To study the effect of Houshiheisan on hemorheological parameters,antioxidase activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in the brain of rats with ischemia,so as to explore the protective mechanisms of rats with occlusion of the middle cerebral artery.Methods:Focal cerebral ischemia in rats was produced by 24 h occlusion of the middle cerebral artery(MCAO).The effects on blood viscosity,erythrocyte deformability and erythrocyte aggregability and the activities of GSH-PX、SOD、CAT and MDA in ischemic tissue of brain were observed.Results:Houshiheisan could significantly improve the erythrocyte deformability,reduce blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregability and improve the activities of all the enzymes mentioned above and reduce the contents of MDA in ischemic tissue of brain.Conclusion:The results indicate Houshiheisan provides protective effect against focal cerebral ischemic injury and this effect may be related to improving the hemorheological parameters,increasing in activities of the GSH-PX、SOD、CAT,and reducing the lipid peroxidation.

        摘要：Objective:To explore the change of immunological system in model rat of spleen-qi deficiency induced by complex factors.Methods:Adopting excess fatigue (by swimming) and out of constant diet on rats for constant 3 weeks and stopping doing so in the 4 th week.We observed the change of the weight of thymus and spleen,the index of thymus and spleen,and cell factors of serum of the model rat during different modelling time points.Results:Compared with the control group,the weight of the model rats has no significant change different from that of weight-increasing control group from the 1～3 week.The weight is lighter still though it brings back a little in the 4 th week(P<0.001);The weight of thymus and spleen of the model rats is lighter significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).The index of thymus decreased significantly in the 1 st week(P<0.01) but came back in the 3 rd、4 th week.The index of spleen increased significantly compared with that of the control group in the 3 rd and 4 th week(P<0.05).The interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in serum of the model group increased obviously in the 1 st week(P<0.05),and decreased significantly in the 4 th week(P<0.01).The interleukin-2(IL-2) in serum of the model group decreased in the 3 rd week and trended to increase again in the 4 th week.The interleukin-6(IL-6) decreased gradually during the 4 weeks.The tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) trended to increase from 1～3 week,and trended to degrade in the 4 th week.Conclusion:After three weeks,the weight of thymus and the weight of spleen are reduced.In the 4 w the weight of thymus and spleen has no recovery.During the course serum IL-1β degraded continuously,and IL-2、IL-6、TNFα changed disorderly.So it hints the syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency brings about the changes in immunological system.

        摘要：Objective:To elucidate the imcompatible mechanism of traditional Chinese Medicine,the effect of Aconitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne on the main enzyme activity,such as CYP1A2,CYP2E1 and CYP3A1/2.Methods:CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 activities were quantitated by high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) assay;CYP3A1/2 activity was quantitated by UV chromatography.Results:Aconitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne obviously promoted the activities of CYP1A2,CYP2E1 and CYP3A1/2(P<0.05～0.001).Conclusion:The effect on the enzymes activity of CYP1A2、CYP2E1、CYP3A1/2 of Aconitum coadministration with Lilac Daphne may change the toxic component's metabolism and influence phamarceutical effect and toxicity.The herb-herb interaction maybe occur.

        摘要：Objective:To observe effect of the prescription of Jia Wei Si Wu Tang SOD and LPO in blood and tissue.Method:Sixty rats divided into physiological saline contrast group:model contrast group;Batioloi group;intergrated Chinese and western medicine group;big dose taditional Chinese medicine group;small does taditional Chinese medicine group.The five groups were injected cyclop hosphamide cytoxan(CTX 0.01 g/kg) two times in the first week,they in the second week cytoxan (CTX 0.015 g/kg) a time.At the same time,all rats were treated separately.Meanwhile,in the 18th day animals was executed to detect the level of LPO and SOD.Results:The prescription can significantly increase the SOD level of blood and tissue and decrease the level of LPO compared with the model group.Among the treated groups,the group of Chinese and western medicine was the best.Conclusion:The prescription of substances can improve the abiIity of free scavenge.Treated group of Chinese and western medicine was better than other three treated groups,which provides the useful to treat the sympton of leukocyte decrease.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the interactions between astragalosides(AS) and total saponins of Pnanx notoginseng(SPN) with various dosage.Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia by suture method in rats was used( ) in the study.The results were analysed with two statistics.Results:AS and SPN showed antiischemia effect.The compatible application of AS with dose of 16 mg/kg and SPN with dose of 40 mg/kg indicated more significant anti-ischemia action.Conclusion: The compatible application of AS and SPN related in a synergistic effect of anti-ischemia.
