摘要:Objective:To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Siwu Pellet.Methods:The Analysis was carried out as on Alltech Apollo C18(250 nm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column eluted with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid in a gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm.Results:17 peaks consist of the HPLC fingerprint of Siwu Pellet.Conclusion:The method is simple and with a good reproducibility,and can be used as a quality control method for Siwu Pellet.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a simple quality standards for Jiangu Juantong Capsules.Method:Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Smilacis in Jiangu Juantong Capsules were identified by TLC at a same thin-layer chromatographic plate and Caulis Sinomenii at another plate.The content of paeoniflorin in preperation was determinated by HPLC.Results:The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 0.01-5.0 μg of paeoniflorin.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.6%(n=9) and RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and with good repeat ability and precision.The method can be used for quality control Jiangu Juantong Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Yinqiaoshangfeng capsules.Methods:Flos Lonicerae、Calculus Bovis、Rhizoma Phragmitis and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC.Forsythin was determined by an HPLC method.Results:TLC spots clear and specific.A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of forsythin was found at the range of 0.199~0.991 μg with a correlation coefficient of r=(0.999 9).The average recovery of forsythin was 99.7% and RSD was 0.48%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for the quality control of Yinqiaoshangfeng Capsules.  
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of Icariin in Ronggu Granule by HPLC for quality control.Methods:Zorbax-SB-C18(5 μm,4.6×150 mm) column was used with methanol∶water(60∶40)as mobile phase,and the determination wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.1~1.0 μg for Icariin(r=(0.999 9)),the average recovery was 101.7% and RSD was 1.86%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and accurate for the determination of icariin,it can be used for quality control of this preparation.  
摘要:Objective:To set up the qualitative and quantitative methods for Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Capsule.Methods:Radix Scutellariae were identified by TLC method.The content of berberine in Shuanghuan Xiaoyan Capsule was determined by HPLC.Results:The linear range of Berberine was 0.05 μg~1.6 μg,r=(0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.2%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate and practicable.It can be used as the methods for controlling the quality of Shuanghuang Xiaoyan Capsule.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of leonurine(Leo) on pituitrin(Pit)-induced acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.Methods:Pit was administrated intraperitoneally to induce acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.The locomotion of J point(mv) and T wave(mv) in ECG was allowed to evaluate the degree of myocardial ischemia.The content of cardiac troponin T(cTnT) in serum and myocardium was measured by radio immunoassay.Results:In Leo(3,5,7,9 mg/kg) groups,the elevation of J point and T wave was lowered.The contents of cTnT in serum and myocardium were obviously decreased.Linear regression analysis(scatterplot) indicated that there is dose-effect relationship within certain dose range.Conclusions:Leo can inhibit Pit-induced myocardial ischemia injury,with dose-dependent effect.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Danggui Shaoyao San(DSS) on lipid's peroxidation and the expression of VCAM-1mRNA in dyslipidemia rats.Methods:Hyperlipemia of rat model was duplicated by feeding high lipid fodder,at the same time,the rats were treated with DSS and positive control medicine.Eight weeks later,blood lipids level as well as the content of ox-LDL、MDA and SOD were detected by RIA kit.The expression of the VCAM-1mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Results:The TC、TG、LDL-C、ox-LDL and MDA in DSS group and the positive control group were decreased while the HDL-C and SOD were increased,compared with the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The result of RT-PCR showed that DSS and positive control group could inhibit the VCAM-1mRNA' expression in the rat aorta.Conclusion:DSS can inhibit lipid's peroxidation damage and decrease the expression of VCAM-1mRNA in rats.The results indicated that DSS could protect the VEC's function.  
摘要:Objective:To study the hypoglycemic active fraction of the stems of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult.Methods:The chemical constituens of the stems of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult were extracted and isolated by systematic solvents.The extracts were identified by UV and TLC.Fasted blood sugar in mice was measured by glucoseoxidase.Results:UV spectral digram and TLC identification found that n-butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems had similar absorption peaks and spots,It suggested the similar chemical constituents in them.Phamacological studies found that n-butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems could significantly decrease fasted blood sugar in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.Conclusion:n-Butanol and 95% ethanolic extracts of stems have obvious hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.  
摘要:Objective:To study the antihyperlipidemia effect of allicin and the mechanism.Methods:50 mice were divided into five groups:control group,hyperlipidmia,small,medium and large dose groups of allicin with hyperlipidemia.Levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT),lipoprotein lipase of heart(LPL),hepatic lipase(HL)and 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA(HMGCoA) reductase were measured.The experiment on particle of cholesterol in vitro was performed.Results:Allicin has obvious effects of reducing the contents of TG,TC,LDL-C and increasing the content of HDL-C.Allicin can,to some extent,increase the activities of LCAT,LPL and HL,and decrease the activity of liver HMGCoA reductase in vitro.Allicin also can inhibit the particle of cholesterol in vitro.Conclusion:Allicin obviously decreased the blood lipids.The mechanisms of reducing blood lipids perhaps were to promote the metabolism and change of the lipoprotein,inhibit absorbing cholesterol and reduce cholesterol biosynthesis as well as enhance TG decomposition in the mice serum and liver.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Cortex Moutan polysaccharide-2b (CMP-2b) on early diabetic nephropathy(DN) in rats.Methods:The rat model of DN was induced by injecting complete freunds adjuvant(CFA) and streptozotocin(STZ) intraperitoneally.The ratio of kidney weight to body weight,the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),the urine microalbumin(MALB),α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),urine N-acetyl-beta-D-amidogen glucosamindase(NAG) and the kidney ultrastructure were observed.Results:The results showed CMP-2b could significantly decrease the ratio of kidney weight to body weight and GFR,reduce the level of urine MALB,α1-MG and NAG,and improve the pathological change of kidney in DN rats.Conclusion:CMP-2b has the therapeutic effects on early DN in rats.

摘要:Purpose:To observe the protective effect of Shu Di,Cang Zhu and their compatibilities on rat model of remained kidney;and to figure out the best compatibility of the two herbs for their effect and for inhibiting transforming growth factor β1 of the animal.Methods:Rat model was established by removing 5/6 kidney.The model rats were divided into the following groups:Shu Di group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶1) group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(2∶1)group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶2)group,Cang Zhu group,and model control group.Additionally,a control group of normal rats was also used.Before and after the experiment,the general condition,hemoglobin(HGb),renal function(Scr),expression of transforming growth factor β1 of the animals were observed and determined.Results:Shu Di group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶1)group and ShuDi+CangZhu(2∶1)group were significantly different from the model control(P<0.05).There were also significant differences between Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶1) group and the following groups:Shu Di group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(2∶1)group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶2)group and Cang Zhu group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Shu Di group,Shu Di+Cang Zhu(1∶1),Shu Di+Cang Zhu(2∶1) appears to have the function of antifibrosis to kidney,especially the compatibility of Shu Di +Cang Zhu(1∶1).  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influences of the Chinese prescription of reinforcing the kidney,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm on cerebral AchE and β-AP in senile dementia model of rat induced by D-galactose.Method:Senile dementia model of rat was established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose combined with injection of goose paste gill fungus amino acid(IBO) at bilateral Meynert basal nucleus.AchE and β-AP were determined by radio-immunological and histo-immunological techniques.Results:Compared with the model group,AchE in cerebral cortex was significantly increased in the large dose group of the Chinese prescription (P<0.01),while the β-AP was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese prescription may enhance AchE activity to restore the memory ability by reducing β-AP level.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Anshenbunao Syrup on learning and memory capability and the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters inside brain in juvenile mice.Methods:The learning and memory capability of juvenile mice was investigated by Y-water maze test.The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters were investigated by fluorescence.Results:Anshenbunao Syrup had memory-enhancing effects on juvenile mice.In addition,Anshenbunao Syrup could significantly increase the contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)、dopamine(DA) and norepinephrine(NE) inside mice'brain,but it had no influence on the content of 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5HIAA).Conclusion:Anshenbunao Syrup could improve the learning and memory capability of juvenile mice,and its mechanism may be related to the increase of 5-HT,DA and NE inside brain.

摘要:Aim:Observing the changes of monoamines neurotransmitter in posttraumatic stress disorder of rat and the influence of Gegen compound.Methods:The model of posttraumtaic stress disorder of rat was used.HPLC-ECD techniques were used to analyze the levels of DA、5-HT、AD、NE.Results:The levels of DA,5-HT in plasma and hypothalamus of posttraumaic stress disorder in rats decreased significantly while the levels of plasma NE、AD increased.Gegen compound can increase the levels of DA,5-HT in plasma and hypothalamus and decrease the levels of NE、AD in plasma.Conclusion:Gegen compound can enhance the antistress ability of posttraumatic stress disorder in rats.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effect of the extract rich in flavonoids of Spatholobus suberctus Dunn in vitro and in vivo.Methods:In vitro,the inhibitory effects of the extract on proliferation of human lung carcinoma cell line A549 and human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line HT-29 were measured by MTT assay.Cell cycle were analyzed using flow cytometry.The mouse model of Lewis lung carcinoma was used to investigate the effects of the extract on tumor growth and the hematopoietic system.Results:The studies demonstrated that the extract of flavonoids of Spatholobus suberctus Dunn inhibited proliferation of A549 and HT-29,and the IC50 values on them were(70.17±12.17) μg·mL-1 and(126.81±43.00) μg·mL-1 respectively.The tumor inhibitory rate of high dose of extract on Lewis lung cancer was 31.01%.The marrow-depression was not found and the peripheral blood red cell count increase to 40.82% in high dose group compared with the control.Furthermore,the extract arrests A549 cell in S and G2/M phase,but it induces HT-29 cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase only.Conclusions:The extract rich in flavonoids of Spatholobus suberctus Dunn exists direct anti-tumor effect and the mechanism of the anti-tumor activities may be the progression inhibition of cell cycle.Moreover,this extract can stimulate red blood cell production.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Gongning Granule on uterus haemorrhage induced by drug-abortion in mice and rats.Methods:Pregnant mice or rats were intragastrically(ig) administrated with mifepristone 8 mg/kg in rats or 12 mg/kg in mice at day 7 postgestational to induce uterus haemorrhage.The mice or rats were treated with Gongning Granule ig at doses of 3,6,12 g crude drug/kg body weight,once a day for consecutive 5 days.The amount of uterus haemorrhage of mice and rats,bleeding time and clot time of mice,PT,TT and APTT of rats were tested.Results: Gongning Granule of 6,12 g/kg decreased the amount of uterus haemorrhage of mice and rats,shortened the PT and TT of rats.The results indicated that Gongning Granule has an obvious hemostasia effect.Conclusion: Gongning Granule have an obvious hemostasia effect on uterus haemorrhage induced by drug-abortion.

摘要:Objective:To stuty the effect and mechanism of the decoction of Yu-huanglian Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang on diarrhea in mice.Methods:Taking smectite powder as positive controlled medicine,we arose diarrhea of the mice by castor oil,and observed the drug's effect on ink-pushing of the stomach and intestines of the mice.Results:Compared with the untreated group,the average degrees of the diarrhea of the large dose group and middle dose group and the smectite powder group reduced obviously 1,2 and 4hours later.The difference has obvious statistics sense(P<0.05).The ink-pushing rate in the stomach and intestines of the middle dose group of the decoction of Yu-huanglian Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang reduced obviously.The difference has obvious statistics sense(P<0.05).Conclusions:The decoction of Yu-huanglian Chi-shizhi and Yu-yuliang has prevention and cure effect on diarrhea in mice induced by castor oil,and its effect of resisting diarrhea relates to restraining the movement of the stomach and intestines.

摘要:Objective:To introduce some methods of producing the induced animal models of diabetes mellitus.Methods:The preparation methods and mechanism for the induced animal models of diabetes mellitus are summarized.The advantage and disadvantage of each method are reviewed respectively.Results:The induced animal models of diabetes mellitus currently available could mainly be divided into three categories:chemicla reagent induced model,transgenic model,gene knock-out model,etc.Conclusion:There are many methods in establishing the induced animal models of diabetes mellitus with their own characters individually.The research progress on animal models of diabetes mellitus might facilitate the further exploration on the etiology,pathogenesis and drug therapy of diabetes mellitus.
