摘要:Objective:To establish RP-HPLC fingerprint for adventitious root of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and primarily investigate effects of different mental ion on it.Method:The Methanol extraction of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was filtered through 0.45 mm filters and separated by using a Resolve TM C18 column(Waters,150 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm) at 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water was used as gradient elution for the separation.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection was set at 270 nm.The fingerprint was then established as above condition for adventitious root of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Result:11 peaks in common of 9 samples of treated with 3 kind of metal ion to adventitious root were acquired and 9 of them were chosen as symbolization for the component of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.Conclution:The fingerprint profile provides a good approach to value the quality and monitor the change of content of active component in adventitious root of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.

摘要:Objective:To compare the levels of 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues in two types Chinese traditional medicines,i.e.Ganoderma and Poria.Methods:A sum of 20 batches of Ganoderma and Poria(10 batches each)samples were collected and identified.The 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues in samples were extracted by ultrasonic washing machine with organic solvent,cleaned up by solid-phase extraction to remove the interferences of co-extractives,and then were analyzed by gas chromatograph(GC)equipped with an electron capture detector,quantified by the external standard method.Results:The 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues were not detected in 10 batches samples of Poria,Among 10 batches samples of Ganoderma,the 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues were not detected in 9 batches samples,and fenvalerate was detected in 1 batch sample without exceeding the limit.Conclusion:The result suggested that most of the Ganoderma and Poria were not contaminated by the residues of 5 pyrethroid pesticides.

摘要:Objective:To develope a HPCE method for determining the content of baicalin in Xiaoyankangjun Tablets.Methods:Internal standard method was selected as quantitive method and sodium benzoate was used as internal standard.The separation was performed on a fused-silica capillary(60 cm×75 μm,effective length 45 cm).The detection wavelength was 215 nm and the applied voltage was 21 kV.10 mmol·L-1 borate(pH 9.0)was used as running buffer;Results:The linear range of the baicalin was 96~768 μg·mL-1(r=(0.999 7) and the recovery was 98.8%(RSD=1.6%).Conclusions:HPCE is a practicable method in the determination the concentration of baicalin in the Xiaoyankangjun Tablets.

摘要:Objective:To observe protective effects of Tianma Gouteng Yin on the injury of human umbilical vein endothelin cells(HUVECs)induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ).Methods:The serum containing metabolic ingredients of Tianma Gouteng Yin was taken from rats.HUVECs were cultured in vitro by collagenase digestive method and identified with human von Willebrand factor immunocytochemical method.HUVECs were randomly divided into three groups:control group,AngⅡ group,AngⅡ and Tianma Gouteng Yin group.The morphology and density of HUVECs were observed with invert microscope.The content of TNF-α in supernatant medium was detected with enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay.The expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ was measured by means of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results:Compared with control group,AngⅡ(10-6mol/L) could make the density of HUVECs to decrease and the secretion of TNF-α to increase.The expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ was lowed.The serum containing metabolic ingredients of Tianma Gouteng Yin could inhibit the decrease of HUVECs and decrease the secretion of TNF-α and increasethe expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ.Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Yin could inhibit the injury of HUVECs induced by AngⅡ.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of polysaccharides in the grapefruit(GPs)on experimental mice with hyperlipidemia.Method:The water soluble polysaccharides of grapefruit were extracted in hot water,and isolated by ethanol.GPs were purified with Sephadex-50 column chromatography.The hyperlipidemia mice were fed with different doses of GPs to determine the mice serum lipids of control,GPs and model groups after two weeks feeding and to figure out atherosclerosis index(AI).Result:The molecular weight of GPs were estimated to be(27 000) and(12 000) respectively.Compared with the model group,the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),total triglyeride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and AI in serum of GPs groups were decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in serum was obviously increased in the meantime(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results implicate that the GPs have significantly effects in decreasing the blood lipid of hyperlipidemia and in preventing atherosclerosis.  
摘要:Objective:To study the anti-hyperglycemic effect of Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult 95% Ethanolic Extracts(GSEE).Method:Normal mice,alloxan-induced diabetic mice,adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice were used.The anti-hyperglycemic action was studied with radio-immunoassay and glucoseoxidase.Result:High dosage of GSEE could decrease fasted blood sugar in normal mice.It could increase serum insulin level,decrease fasted blood sugar in alloxan-induced diabetic mice.It could also decrease fasted blood sugar in adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice.It could improve glucose tolerance in normal mice,and the duration was about 1 hour.Conclusion:GSEE has obvious anti-hyperglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic mice and adrenaline-induced hyperglycemic mice.It could improve glucose tolerance in normal mice.Its mechanism is stimulating of insulin secretion from β cells.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Gubenyiliu Prescription Ⅱ(Prescription Ⅱ,PⅡ) and its functional groups on A549 lung carcinoma cell's growth and combinative effect with diamminedichloroplatinum(DDP).Methods:According to its functional composition,Prescription Ⅱ was divided into four groups:Reforcing vital energy group(VE)、Promoting qi to activate blood group(QB)、Cultivating kidney and liver group(KL)and Eliminating stagnation and removing lump group(SL).Their aqueous extracts were prepared respectively.MTT assay was used for A549 growth and combinative effect with DDP.Results:Both Prescription Ⅱ and QB group showed depressive effect on A549 growth.The IC50 was 33.21 mg crude drug/mL and 9.55 mg crude drug/mL respectively.Both of them had synergistic action with DDP,the multiple was 1.23 and 1.77,complicating index was 1.05 and 0.83 dccordingly.Conclusion:PⅡ can inhibit A549 grow,and it has synergistic action with DDP to some extent.Among the functional groups,QB group has the similar effects with PⅡ.It indicates that herbs in QB group play the main active effect against tumour and synergetic action in the whole prescription.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Jin Kui Gastric Drug(JK) on gastric mucosal lesion in rats.Methods:The model of gastric mucosal lesion in rats was induced by aspirin,the indexes of gastric mucosal lesion in experimental groups were observed and determined respectively,the contents of tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),endothelin(ET) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in blood serum were measured. Results:The indexes of gastric mucosal lesion after administration of JK was obviously reduced compared with model group.The coutents of TNFα was markedly decreased and the levels of IL-1β was significantly increased. The contents of ET was also reduced,but it showed no difference between JK group and control.Conclusion:JK can protect gastric mucosal lesion in rats and its mechanism may be related to decrease in contents of TNF-α,ET and increase of the IL-1β level.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the effects of DongMeiYin(DMY) on advanced glycation end products(AGEs) in the diabetic rats,and investigate the mechanism of preventing and treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The rat early DN model was induced by injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The changes of the blood glucose,uA1b,uα1-MG and AGEs in the renal cortex and the effects of DMY were observed.Results:The blood glucose,uA1b,uα1-MG and AGEs of the model rats were obviously increased.DMY could decrease the parameters effectively.Conclusion:DMY could inhibits the AGEs and reduce the ua1b,uα1-MG,blood glucose.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Yangxueqingnao Granule(YXQNG) on analgesia and cerebral blood flow in mice.Methods:Microcirculatory impairment of mice was induced by intravenous injection of high molecular dextran(HMD).The possible improvement of cerebral blood flow by YXQNG was investigated.The other animal model was pain in mice induced by pressure and acetic acid.Changes produced by YXQNG in mechanical withdrawal threshold and body twisting were evaluated.Results:YXQNG(1,2 g/kg) could effectively increase the value of mechanical withdrawal threshold in mice.YXQNG(1,2 and 4 g/kg) could effectively decrease the number of body twisting of mouse and increase cerebral blood flow in mice with HMD injection.Conclusion:YXQNG may have the effects of relieving pain and increasing cerebral blood flow.

摘要:Objective:To explore the protective effect of Jiaweibiejiajian Pill(JWBJ) on hepatic fibrosis of rats induced by Carbon Tetrachloride(CCl4).Method:Rats model with hepatic fibrosis was induced by the multiple subcutaneous injections of 40% CCl4,3 mL/kg,twice a week for 6 weeks.When hepatic fibrosis was verified to come into being by pathological examination,the rats were divided into different groups.JWBJ was administrated orally for 8 weeks.Then all rats were sacrificed and their liver were taken out and the pathological sections were stained by HE and Masson.The pathological change,the content of hepatic collagen and hepatic plastin of lives were observed.Result:Compared with model group rats,the number of lipoid vacuolation in liver tissue,collagen fibers deposition,Pseudolobuli and fibroblast hyperplasia,the degree of inflammatory cell filtration,degeneration and necrosis in liver tissue were decreased and alleviated obviously in rats of mediate-dose group and high-dose group of JWBJ.Conclusion:JWBJ showed the protective function for hepatic fibrosis and could alleviate the degree of degeneration and necrosis induced by CCl4.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Shukang Pingchuan Capsule(SKPCC) on IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-γ/IL-4 in Asthmatic Rats.Methods:Rats are divided into 6 groups:normal control group,asthmatic model group,SKPCC with large,medium,and small dose group,and hormone(dexamethasone) group.Asthmatic model was established by sensitizing and challenging rats with OVA.The level of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-5 and the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in BALF was measured by ELISA.Results:The IFN-γ level was higher(P<0.05),the IL-4 and IL-5 level significantly lower(P<0.01 orc P<0.05) in large and medium SKPCC treatment group compared with asthmatic model group.The IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in SKPCC treatment group was significantly higher than that in asthmatic model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:SKPCC can adjust Th1/Th2 in asthmatic rats,inhibite the inflammation in trachea and lower its high reaction,which may be one of the mechanisms of SKPCC in treating asthma.

摘要:Objective:To establish in vitro culture of rat Sertoli cells and to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicines to their functions and the mechanism.Methods:Sertoli cells aged 18~22 days were separated and cultured from rat testis;the effect of Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali and the combined administration of the two medicines on the proliferation of Sertoli cells in vitro were detected by means of MTT assay;the effect of Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali and the combined administration of the two medicines on the level of INHβB in Sertoli cells in vitro were investigated in both normal environment and peroxide-damaging environment by means of immunohistochemistry.Results:The proliferation of Sertoli cells in vitro was promoted when treated with Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali and the combined administration of the two medicines;Sertoli cells INHβB was up regulated by Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali and the combined administration of the two medicines in vitro;Fructus Lycii and Radix Astragali were found to have protective effect on synthesis of INHβB in Sertoli cells with injury induced by peroxide(H2O2).Conclusion:The function of promotion and protection were found when Sertoli cells cultured in vitro treated with Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali and the combined administration of the two medicines.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Shen Shuai KeLi on endothelin(ET) and nitrogen monoxide(NO)of chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with ShenShuai KeLi;the other 30 patients in control group were treated with oxyamyli tectus aldehydum.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinins(Scr),NO,ET and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) were detected in both groups.Results:Compared with those in control group,the BUN,Cr,ET in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the NO,Ccr in treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:ShenShuai KeLi can decrease the BUN,ET,and Scr and increase NO and Ccr in patients with chronic renal failure,so it may delay the progress of chronic renal failure.

摘要:objective: To discuss the relation between proteomics and TCM syndrome.Methods: By broadly reference to literatures,to make an analysis on the current research status of TCM syndrome and the feasibility of the research aimed at finding out the essential of TCM syndrome by taking advantage of proteomics.Results: Although many achievements have been made in respect of TCM syndrome,but the essential has not been revealed so far;the study of TCM syndrome by proteomics is based on certain theories and practice.Conclusion:The wild use of proteomics is surely going to bring a turning point for studying of TCM syndrome,which contributes to the final discovery of mechanism of diseases and vital activities.
