摘要:Objective:To compare HPLC fingerprint of Forsythia Suspense(Thunb)Vahl in different collecting seasons for determining the optimum harvesting time.Methods: The experimental condition of the RP-HPLC method was as follows: Shim-pack CLC-ODS column(150×4.6 mm),with linear gradient elution using acetonitrile and water; The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min;Detected wavelength was 235 nm;The column temperature was 25 ℃.The HPLC fingerprints were analyzed by similarity evaluation and principle component analysis to conduct the chemical pattern recognition.Results: The content of chemical composition of Forsythia Suspense(Thunb) Vahl varied according to collecting seasons.The accumulation of constituents showed a regular pattern.Conclusion:The study offers the basis of controlling the quality of Forsythia Suspense(Thunb) Vahl and the realization of good agricultural practice.  
摘要:Objective:To study the difference in main chemical composition between Traditional Herbs Decoction and Compatible Granules of Yueyueshu.Methods:Comparative Study on fingerprints of Traditional Herbs Decoction and Compatible Granules of Yueyueshu by HPLC,and applied Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation to analyze similarity.Results: There were 15 peaks in the fingerprints of Compatible Granules of Yueyueshu and 13 peaks were ascertained the source.The correlation of both HPLC fingerprint was 0.829.Conclusion:The main chemical substances and the composition's ratio of Traditional Herbs Decoction and Compatible Granules of Yueyueshu were similar.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the inhibitive effects on tyronsinase by the combinations of Chinese traditional herbs:Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,mainly focusing on the differences of the dose-effect curves when changing the combination ratio of the two herbs.Methods:With isobolographic plot and the method developed by Tallarida RJ and the 96-well assay method on tyrosinase, the inhibitive effects of tyrosinase by the saponins of Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were investigated.In the same time,fixed combinations of Platycodon grandiforus saponins(PS) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis saponins(GS) were also studied to give our a detailed picture of the combinative effects of the two herbs.Results:With increasing of GS,the combination ratio has a great influence on the inhibitive effects of tyrosinase by the two herbs.  
摘要:Objective:To develop a method for determination of Curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-CN column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32∶68),the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result: The recovery of curdione was 100.4%,RSD=1.5%,The recoveryof germacrone was 97.8%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple and repeatable,and it be used for the quantitative analysis of curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.  
摘要:Objective:Study the dynamics mode of transdermal absorption of Rukang Cataplasmata and the effect of azone on transdermal absorption in order to improve the effect of Rukang Cataplasmata.Methods:Using Franz diffusion pool,with the penetration amount of Paeoniflorin in Rukang Cataplasmata at different times as the index,a Michaelis-Menten kinetics mode about transdermal absorption was obtained.Results:There were linear relationships between the penetration amount of Paeoniflorin in Rukang Cataplasmata across the mice skin and the time.Azone can improve the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of Paeoniflorin across the mice skin.Azone at 3% was the most effective.Azone over 3%,it decrease the absorption rate and the absorbing capacity of Paeoniflorin across the mice skin.  
摘要:Objective:To compare in vitro percutaneous absorption of Scald Oil and Scald Membrane.Method:The improved Franz diffusing cells were chosen to study percutaneous absorption of emodin in Scald Oil and Scald Membrane.The content of permeated emodin was determined by HPLC.Result:The penetration and accumulation and steady velocity of emodin in Scald Membrane increased respectively than that of Scald Oil within 12 h.Conclusion:The percutaneous absorption of emodin in redesigned Scald Membrane is better than that of Scald Oil.

摘要:Objective:Use three different methods:squeeze,SFE-CO2 and chemical method extract olein from bunge pricklyash seed,to compare and choose the best technology,evaluation the possible way and more ideal method for industrialization.Methods:Extract olein from bunge pricklyash seed by traditional squeeze method,SFE-CO2 method and chemical method(DAB-6,methanol,aether,acetone etc,observation the indicatrix as the yield of oil,the content of α-Linolenic Acid etc.Results:①Traditional squeeze method is convenient,suitable for industrialization,and the product of the squeeze menthod consistent with enterprise's standard Q/HZCY001-1999.②The yield of oil reachs 25%,saturated fatty acid is about 10%,unsaturated fatty acid is near 80%(the content of α-Linolenic Acid and α-Linolenic Acid is about 30%),the other ingredient is about 10%,not contain erucidic acid.③Through comparative study,the suitable way of the industrialization of extract the olein from bunge pricklyash seed in rank is squeeze method>SFE-CO2 method>chemical method.Conclusion:①Bunge pricklyash seed can be new resource of aetio-olein,and the technology of squeeze is the suitable method of industrialization.②The unsaturated fatty acid as the α-Linolenic Acid etc,the content can reachs 80% in the olein.It have important and practice significance for exploitation edible health protection vegetable oil,especial for develop the constitutional or curative new drugs and the exquisite and depurate the α-Linolenic Acid,linoleic acid etc,which are the essential nutrient of human.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the conditions of the water extraction and ethanol sedimentation technique for.Methods: The factors of affecting extraction of effective including the soak of Med Mat,the added amount of water,the concentration of ethanol,sedimentation time,density of water extraction were studied by orthogonal design with the yield rate of ferric acid and caffeic acid.Results:The most significant effective factors were the times of extraction,the amount of water,sedimentation time.The optimum condition for the extraction of Xionggui powder was that doused with 95% ethanol for 30 min, extracted 3 times,0.5 h for extraction process and 10 times weight of water of material media;the density of water extraction was 1.07,the concentration of ethanol was 70%,the sedimentation time was 12 h.Conclution: The result was reliable.  
摘要:Objective:To study the extraction and Purification of Shuxiong dropping pill.Methods:The extraction rate of ginsenoside Rg1 and the content of ferulic acid were used as the indices of evaluation,respectively,the extraction of Radix Notoginseng and the Purification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and others were optimized by orthogonal tests.Results:The optimal conditions of the extraction and Purification of Shuxiong dropping pill were as follows: Radix Notoginseng was refluxed with 10 times of 75% alcohol,for 2 times,2 hours per time;the solution of water-extraction of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and others was concentrated to a relative density of 1.00~1.10(60 ℃) and then precipitated by alcohol at the concentration of 60%,then stewing 24 hours.Conclusion:The results may be used for reference for the preparation of Shuxiong dropping pill at a production scale.  
摘要:Objective: To approach preventive and therapeutic effect of Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction on restenosis.Methods: Model of artherosclerosis restenosis in rabbits was created by stimulating arteria carotis communis with electric current,feeding rabbits with high-fat diet for 8 weeks,Doppler ultrasound estimating stegnosis of atheromatous plaque,and then broadening stenosal carotid with sacculus in home position.Model rabbits were divided into three groups randomly,consisting of model,western medicine(pravastatin plus Bamyl),Chinese drug(Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction).Normal and Sham operation group was negative control.Medicine containg fodder treated rabbits for 4 weeks.Blood-fat,C-reactive protein,transforming growth factor in the serum were detected respectively.HE,elasticity +VG,Masson,and immuno-histochemical α-SM-actin and macrophage RAM11 were determined.All results of pathological dyeing were gained by image analysis.Results: Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction had outstanding effect on inhibiting collagen in hyperplasy endomembrane.It reduced an area of collagen reaching 50%(compared with model group P<0.01).Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction also decreased the content of TGF-β and blood-fat in serum.However,Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction had no effect on lowering content of CRP and inhibiting expression of macrophage RAM11.Conclusion:Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction may prevent and treat restenosis after percutaneous transluminal anglography by diminishing collagen in hyperplasy endomembrane,depressing the content of blood-fat and transforming growth factor β.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of the ethyl acetate extract of Semen Hoveniae capsule on liver microsomal cytochrome P450 system in rats.Methods:The rats were given orally the extract in the doses of 0.14 g/kg、0.17 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg(equivalent to the crude herb) for 10 days respectively.The activities of cytochrome P450 enzymes were measured by UV chromatography.Results:The cytochrome P450 content,NADPH-Cyt C reductase activities and erythromycin N-demethylase activities were not affected;Aniline hydroxylase activities in liver were decreased by up to 35.1%;aminopyrine N-demethylase activities in liver were increased by up to 42.4%.Conclusions:The ethyl acetate extract of Semen Hoveniae capsule had no inhibition effect on the liver microsomal cytochrome P450,NADPH-Cyt C reductase and levels erythromycin N-demethylase in rats.However,analine hydroxylase activities and aminopyrine N-demethylase activities were significantly affected.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects of the combinations of saponins of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GS) and Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC(PS).Methods:The phenol drain model,xylene-induced mouse ear edema model and PLA2-induced mouse paw edema model were used,and the interaction between these two agents was evaluated by modified isobologram method.Result:With the decrease of total dose,the trend of interaction from antagonism to synergism was observed,and synergism or additivity was obtained at low effective doses.Conclusion:At fixed ratio,the total dose would affect the herbal interactive effects.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Xuekang Koufuye on mice models of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:Guinea pig anti-mice platelet serum(GP-APS) was diluted with saline(1∶4),and intravitreal injected(5 mL/kg) into mice once in 2 days for 15 days.Two dosage of Xuekang Koufuye was given orally to mice in 15 days since mice models of ITP were established.Results:Xuekang Koufuye can enhance the amount of platelets,promote the mature of megakaryocyte of mice significantly and improve the histological pathology of spleen.Conclusions:Xuekang Koufuye is an effective and safety medicine in treating ITP,and can be used widely in clinic.

摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Gegen compound on neuroendocrine and ethology of posttraumtic stress disorder in rats.Methods:The model of rat posttraumtic stress disorder was used.RIA was used to determine the levels of corticosterone(CORT) and adrenocortlcotrophic hormone(ACTH).The influence of rat posttraumtic stress disorder on ethology were studied with Open-field test and tail hang test.Results:The CORT and ACTH contents of rats with PTSD are respectively(16.76±2.33)ng/mL and(101.21±22.07)pg/mL.The values of crossing and rearing are(26.2±8.4) and(8.5±3.5),motionless time is(227.00±50.13)s.The CORT contents of Gegen compound high,medium and low dosage are(8.69±2.47),(10.32±2.12) and(12.03±3.06) ng/mL.The ACTH contents are(66.63±15.34),(77.49±14.63) and(87.93±12.16)pg/mL.The values of crossing are(60.3±13.6),(47.0±11.6)和(34.3±8.2).The values of rearing are (24.0±5.5),(20.9±5.8) and(11.5±4.4),motionless time are(164.60±46.50),(178.30±38.05) and(195.10±50.61)s.Conclusions:Posttraumtic stress can change neuroendocrine and ethology in rats.Gegen compound can modulate theses changes.  
摘要:Objective:Approach on the immunifaction in tumor-bearing mice by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HLJD).Methods:To choose the model of transplanted tumor of hepatocarcinoma cell line H22 in mice,the effects of HLJD on the immunifaction were observed in the normal mice and model ones by detecting the immune indexes.Results:The cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of T cell producte IL-4 are obviously higher in HLJD treated mice than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion:HLJD could reinforce the cytotoxic function of NK cell and the function of humoral immunity in tumor-bearing mice.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the curative effects of Bingpeng Mo on mouth ulcer.Methods:The inhibition tests of Bingpeng Mo against clinical pathogenic bacteria were done in vitro.The mice were injected intraperitoneally with acetic acid to observe Bingpeng Mo effects on the permeability of capillary vessels.The swelling ear modle of mouse was established by using xylene to study Bingpeng Mo effect of anti-swelling.The rabbit mouth ulcer model Ⅰ and modle Ⅱ were set up by smearing iodine-phenol solution onto lips and injecting the tissue homogenate of mouth mucosa as an allergen,respectively,and the functions of Bingpeng Mo on mouth ulcer were studied.The analgestic effects of Bingpeng Mo was also tested by hot plate method in mice.Results:Bingpeng Mo could effective inhibit the growing of pathogenic bacteria in vitro and inhibit the permeability of capillary vessels of mice.It could notability restrain the swelling of mice ear,accelerate rabbit's mouth ulcer healing and increase the pain threshold in mice.Conclusions:Bingpeng Mo have the good fuctions of bacteriostatic and bactericidal action,easing pain,anti-swelling and improving mouth ulcer.

摘要:Objective:To discuss the stanching effect of Kummerowia Striata(KS) on mice.Methods:The mice were given orally with KS 4.0 g/kg(low dose group),8.0 g/kg(moderate dose group) and 16.0 g/kg(high dose group)per day,for 14 days.The coagulation time,the bleeding time were measured and platelets were count in the mice.Results:The coagulation time and bleeding time in the KS three groups were significantly shorter than those in the normal saline group(P<0.05,or P<0.01).KS could significantly increase platelets of mice (P<0.05,or P<0.01).Conclusion:KS had stanching effect and the effect of raising platelets,raising platelets is one of mechanisms of Stanching.  
摘要:Objective:To explore the free radical mechanism of Zuoguiyin(ZGY) in delaying senility.Methods:After the ZGY group of mice had freely drunk the concentrated decoction for 75 days,and compared with the old control group,we observed the effect on the indices of thymus index,spleen index,the contents of MDA,the activities of SOD and T-AOC of serum.Results:Compared to the young control group,the old control group showed significant increase in the contents of MDA in blood,significant decrease in the activities of SOD,T-AOC in blood,and decrease in thymus index and spleen index.The ZGY group showed significant improvement for the above parameters compared with the old control group.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Zuoguiyin could delay the senility,which might be related with increasing antioxdation and thymus index and spleen index,meanwhile,reducing the damage of free radical to cell membrane.

摘要:The mechanism of Ulcerative colitis was explained.It was believed that spleen insufficiency was the fundamental of Ulcerative colitis damp-heat was the incidental,and blood stasis was the local pathological change.Applying different methods in treating Ulcerative colitis according to stages and types.Ulcerative colitis was divided into six patterns:damp-heat in large intestine,liver depression and spleen insufficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold-heat in complexity,weakness of spleen and stomach,deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.In order to enhancing the therapeutic effect,emphasizing formula differentiation was based on syndrome differentiation in treatment.
