摘要:Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside in Herba sedi.Methods:YMC-J' Sphere ODS-H80(150 mm×4.6 mm,4 μm) and YMC-pack ODS-A column(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) were adopted.The mobile phase consisted of(CH3)2CHOH-H2O-HAC(15∶8∶2),the detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results: tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and other components in herba sedi can be separated,the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.099~0.99 μg with correlation coefficient(0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.04% with RSD 0.81%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,reliable.It can be used as quantitative determination for quality control of Herba sedi.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the dissolution of Loganin and paeonol of Liuwei Dihuang Wan.Methods:The third method was used to determine the dissolution of Liuwei Dihuang Wan.A HPLC method was established for the determination of dissolution of Loganin and paeonol.Results: The accumulated release rate of Loganin at 24 hours was 94.42%,The accumulated release rate of paeonol at 24 hours was 68.75%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable.It can be used for the determination of dissolution of Liuwei Dihuang Wan.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determining baicalin in Fufang Huangqin Anti-inflammatory Tablet by HPLC.Methods: Lichrospher C18(4.60 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,the methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.20) was served as mobile phase,and its flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,wavelength for determining was 280 nm.Results:The linearity range was 0.40~2.40(r=(0.999 9)).The average recovery was 97.19%,RSD=2.00.Conclusion: This method is simple,highly sensitive,and accurate.It may be used for the quantitative determination of Fufang Huangqin Anti-inflammatory Tablet.

摘要:Objective:To study the best preparation process for Yifuning soft capsule.Methods:Taking pharmacodynamics results as the evaluation indexes to screening effective ingredients extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae,it was shown that oleum curcumae wenchowensis was the active situs;the SFE-CO2 extraction process of oleum curcumae wenchowensis were optimized by orthogonal design;subambient temperature technology was used to porphyrization Oviductus Ranae;the forming preparation parameters of soft elastic capsules,such as quantity of absorbing substance,suspending agent and minim were also determined.Results:The optimum preparation process of Yifuning soft capsule was following:the best extraction process of extracting Rhizoma Curcumae was 2.5 h,the temperature was 45℃ and the pressure was 22 MPa;the best porphyrization parameters were crashing Oviductus Ranae 20 min under the temperature -20℃.Conclusions:It was proved that this preparation process was reasonable and feasible.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the antipyretic effect and its mechanism of cinnamaldehyde.Methods:The rat febrile models induced by injecting fresh yeast subcutaneously and the mouse cerebral microvascular endothelial cells(bEnd.3) stimulated by IL-1β were adopted in the experiment.The contents of PGE2 in the hypothalamus and in conditioned media of bEnd.3 stimulated by IL-1β were measured by ELISA,respectively.Results:Cinnamaldehvde showed marked antipyretic effect on the yeast-induced fever,and remarkable decreased the contents of PGE2 in the hypothalamus of febrile rats and in the conditioned media of bEnd.3 induced by IL-1β.Conclusions:Cinnamaldehyde has obvious antipyretic effect,which might be related with the interferencing the content of PGE2.  
摘要:Objective:To study the inducing effect of Jianpi Bushen Formulation(JPBS) on apoptosis and the level of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) in 615 murine with MFC after surgical operation.Methods:615 murine with MFC after surgical operation was adopted as animal model.JPBS were orally delivered to the animals for therapy.The effects were evaluated by inhibition of local recurrence tumor.Apoptosis and the level of MMP of those was detected respectively using flow cytometry(FCM).Results:After treatment,the weight of recurrence tumor of JPBS group was obviously lower than that of model group.The inhibition rate of recurrence tumor of JPBS group was 71.07%.Apoptotic index of JPBS group was obviously higher than that of model group.The MMP level of JPBS group was obviously lower than that of model group.(all P<0.01) Conclusions:JPBS were effective for local recurrence tumor after resection of primary tumor.The MMP level of local recurrence tumor may be degraded,and apoptosis of that my be induced by JPBS.

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the combination of saponins of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GS) and Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC(PS) for duration of expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects.Methods:The duration of effects was observed directly in phenol drain model,xylene-induced mouse ear edema model and PLA2-induced mouse paw edema model,and the combinative effects of two agents was evaluated quantitatively by Jin's Q formula.Results:Co-administration of GS and PS in 8∶1 can extend the duration of expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects,when compared to any agent alone.By the method of Jin's Q formula,additivity,synergism or antagonism was obtained in different models.Conclusions:GS and PS combined have characteristic of synergism in duration of expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects.The combinative ratio and total dose are two factors that can affect the combinative effects.

摘要:Objective:To compare the hepatotoxicity induced by geniposide SD rat,wistar rat and ICR mouse of different age.Methods:SD rats Wistar rats and ICR mice were given geniposide intragastically for 3 days,and then changes in appearance and body weight were observed;weight of livers was measured and the organ index was calculated;activities of serum ALT,AST and level of TBIL were determined.Results:Rats:The dosages of geniposide in 280 mg/kg could result in increasing livers weight,organ index,activities of ALT,AST and level of TBIL in serum.Mouse:The dosages of geniposide in 560 mg/kg did not induce obvious hepatotoxicity,the dosages of geniposide in(1 860) mg/kg couldincrease the activity of ALT and level of TBIL.Conclusions:There is no obvious difference in hepatotoxicity induced by geniposide to SD rat and Wistar rat of different age.Geniposide shows no obvious hepatotoxicity to mouse.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of sesamin on the hemodynamics,NO and ET-1 of myocardium in renal hypertensive rats.Methods:The two-kidney and one-clip rat model was established.Hemodynamics parameters,left ventricular weight index(LVWI),reactive oxygen species(ROS)level,myocard nitri coxide(NO) and Endothelin-1(ET-1) concentration were measured after administration with sesamin for six weeks.The linear correlations between LVWI and NO,ET-1 were respectively analyzed.Results:Sesamin 100 mg·kg-1 group significantly decreased MAP,LVSP,LVEDP,LVWI,ROS and ET-1(P<0.01),increased ±dp/dtmax,ACF and NO(P<0.05,P<0.01).In addition,LVWI was correlated negatively with NO(r=-0.626,P<0.01)and positively with ET-1(r=0.542,P<0.01).Conclusions:Sesamin can obviously improve the hemodynamics.These effects may relate to their antioxygen effect and effect of increasing the concentration of myocard NO and decreasing the content of myocard ET-1.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the Chinese herbal formulation Biminne in treating airway allergic disease.Methods:We used guinea pig model of allergic disease to study the effects of the Chinese herbal formulation Biminne on the airway allergic disease.The guinea pigs were divided to 5 groups:normal group,model group,high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group.On day 1 the guinea pigs were sensitized by injecting intraperitoneally with 10% ovalbumin(OVA),and on day 15 the sensitized guinea pigs were subjected to 5% OVA inhalation challenge.Then we observed the index such as the eosinophil and IL-5 levels in blood and bronchial airway lavaging fluid(BALF),corticosteroid level in blood and the spleen cell proliferation responsiveness.Results:Compared with normal group,the eosinophil number in blood and BALF,and IL-5 level in blood increased significantly in model group(P<0.05),But Biminne could significantly prolong the time when the asthma attack happened,attenuated the increase in the eosinophil and IL-5 levels,especially the hige-dose and middle-dose groups(P<0.05),and also suppressed the proliferation of spleen cells,especially the hige-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggest that the Chinese herbal formulation Biminne has some antiasthmatic effect,partly mediated by attenuating eosinophil and IL-5 levels and suppressing the spleen cell proliferation in OVA-sensitived guinea pigs.Thus the Chinese herbal formulation Bimnne may be useful in preventing and treating allergic disease.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of antihypertenive formula of clearing liver fire and supplementing qi on the expression of AT1R protein of the arteriolar in kidney of spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR),and to explore the antihypertensive mechanisms.Methods:Thirty male spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into five groups(model group,positive control group,clearing liver fire and supplementing qi group,clearing liver fire group,soothing the liver and restraining liver fire group),and were given the drugs for six weeks,and addtional six Wistar rats were regarded as normol group.Blood pressure and AngⅡin plasma were detected,and the effect on the expression of AT1R protein of the arteriolar in kidney were detected by in situ hybridization.Results:The formula showed antihypertensive effect,with marked blood pressure drop compared with the model(P<0.05);and restrained the AngⅡ level and the expression of AT1R protein of the arteriolar in kidney(P<0.05).Conclusions:The formula of clearing liver fire and supplementing qi has good antihypertensive effect.The antihypertensive mechanism might be that the formula can restrain the expresson of AT1R protein of the arteriolar in kidney and reduce the level of AngⅡ in plasma.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Sheng-Jiang Capsule on treating cisplatin-induced pigeon's vomiting,and explore the functional mechanism in preventing and treating vomiting.Method:The test was designed to make animal models by injecting the chemical medicine cisplatin in pigeon's abdomen,observing the vomiting times and delitescence,and measuring the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in pigeon's blood and duodenum tissue by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection(HPLC-ED).Result:Sheng-Jiang Capsule can obviously decrease the vomiting times and delay the vomiting delitescence of the pigeons,the 5-HT contents of blood and duodenum tissue in the groups of Sheng-Jiang Capsule are markedly lower than that of model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Possible mechanism of Sheng-Jiang Capsule is to decrease the level of 5-HT.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Huayutongmai Injection on interrelated factors of rat aorta after balloon injury.Methods:Total 96 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Huayutongmai,Danshen and normal saline ones,32 rats in each.The rat model of intimal proliferation were copied by injuring aortic intima with self-made balloon.Huayutongmai Injection,Danshen Injection or normal saline was applied to the rats by intravenous rutine from the day before operation to the day before samples taken.Eight rats in each group were randomly killed and blood samples were drawn at 5,10,15,25 days after injury.The blood content of endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)were determined.Results:Compared with other two groups,the ET-1 and ICAM-1 were decreased and NO was increased in Huayutongmai group significantly.Conclusion:Huayutongmai Injection has the function of inhibiting intimal proliferation of rat arota after balloon injury.It could be related to lowering ET-1 and ICAM-1,and increasing NO in blood.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Yinxing-Danshen Granule on myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rats.Methods:Rat myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline(8 mg/kg).The descent of J point at different time after injecting isoprenaline were examined,and the serum creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondial dehyde(MDA)were detected.Result:Yinxing-Danshen Granule(35 g/kg、10.5 g/kg) can obviously inhibit descent of J point in rat myocardial ischemia induced by isoprenaline,enhance serum SOD activity,and inhibit the activities of serum CK、LDH、and MDA.Conclusion:Yinxing-Danshen Granule may obviously ameliorate myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprenaline in rat.  
摘要:Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effects of refined Huodan recipe and its disassembled prescriptions.Methods:The animal models of rat's toes swelling induced by carrageenan,mouse's auricle swelling induced by xylene,the increase of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid,the rat granuloma induced by cotton ball were used to determine the anti-inflammatory effects of refined Huodan recipe and its disassembled prescriptions.Results:Refined Huodan recipe and its disassembled prescriptions have obvious inhibitory action on rat's toes swelling induced by carrageenan,on mouse's auricle swelling induced by xylene,on the increase of capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid,and on rat granuloma induced by the cotton ball.Oleum pogostemonis and Pulvis fellis suis have remarkable interaction.Conclusions:Refined Huodan recipe and its disassembled prescriptions have remarkable anti-inflammatory effects.The recipe shows synergistic action and compatibility in composition.  
摘要:Now the therapeutic measures for cerebrovascular disease still remain unable to fulfil the goal.The main reason is that the damage of brain tissue can not obtain the effective drug level due to the prevention of blood-brain barrier(BBB).So it is an urgently key problem for us to promote active drug into brain.And because the current methods of opening BBB,even may increase drug level in the brain,invariably have limitations.They can not be really utilized in the clinic efficiently.However,the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine has an advantage for the treatment of encephalopathy,since it possesses poly-link and multi-target protection.So with the guidance of the theory of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine it is very significant for us to explore that the compatibility of active principles may effectively open BBB,with enhancing drug transport into brain.It is a new thought for the breakthrough of the bottleneck of curing encephalopathy.

摘要:Objective:To Summarize the general state of clinical application,pharmacological and quality control research on Wuzi Yanzong prescription in recent years.Methods:The clinic and research literatures about this prescription were summarized.Results:Now its application is expanding to treat procreation and urinary systematic diseases,internal diseases,anti-senility and mild cognitive impairment and some other diseases.Pharmacological research showed it can increase weight of reproductive organs,enhance male hormone secretion,lower content of blood sugar,strengthen body immune function,antagonize aging and improve learning and memory ability.Long-term toxicity research proved that the prescription was safe and innocuous for oral taking,and the standard of quality control of this prescription has been primarily established.Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong prescription has been used to cure many diseases and the mechanism of good nootropic effects needs further investigated.

摘要:To review researches on the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,prevention etc.published in the last ten years.Upper limb lymphedema after mastectomy can severely threaten physical and mental health and life quality of the patients.The mild to moderate dropsy can be effectively treated by massage,booster pump,microwave and other physiotherapies,however they frequently relapse.The medication is not ideal.Operation may be considered for severe cases.Once the dropsy is generated,it can hardly be cured.Prevention should be the key point.Axillary lymph node dissection(ALDN)can be substituted by the Sentinel Lymph node biopsy(SLNB),wich might fundamentally solve the complications of upper limb lymphedema.
