摘要:Objective:To determine icariin contents in different plant parts of Epimedium plants in Guizhou,and provide a basis for reasonable development of the medicinal material resources.Methods:Icariin contents of the samples of different species,different origins and different parts were determined by HPLC.Results:Icariin contents of 16 species in Guizhou have big difference.Conclusion:Quality of most Epimedium herbs conform to standards of China Pharmacopeia(2005 edition).For development of the medicinal material resources,it is better that the aerial part of Epimedium herbs are collected.  
摘要:Objective:To establish TLC fingerprint of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different areas.Methods:The samples that the pieces of the root,were mixed thorowghly with black bean juice ana steamed were extracted with methanol.The extrac spotted and developed on a silicagil thin layer plates.The plates were scauned by TLC scannier and the chromatograms were analyzed by principal components analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis.Results:The chromatograms of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori 11 characteristic common peaks representing anthraquinones and stilbene glucoside were foundon.Conclusion:The fingerprints can be used to classify and identify preapared Radix Polygoni Multiflori rapidly and to evaluate its quality.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the influence of Huanglianjiedu Tang drug serum on the expression of TLRs and downstream signaling components in RAW264.7.Methods:RAW264.7 cell line was stimulated with Lipopolysaccharide and Poly(I:C),respectively,then treated with the drug serum of Huanglianjiedu Tang at the same time,after 24 hours,collected the supernatant and measured the inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IFN-β,observed the expression of TLR3,TLR4,MyD88,TRAF-6,TRAM and TRIF mRNA with real-time PCR,using western blotting method to analyze the expression of TLR3,TLR4 antibody,and using cell immumofluorescence method to analyze the expression of MyD88 and TRAF-6 antibody.Results:Huanglianjiedu Tang drug serum decreased the high expression of TLR4,MyD88,TRAF-6,TRAM and TRIF(vs LPS stimulated group,P<0.05 or P<0.01),but it only weakened the expression of TRAM and TRIF when the cells were stimulated by Poly(I:C).Conclusion:Huanglianjiedu Tang blocked the high expression of TLR4,blocked both MyD88-dependent and MyD88-independent signaling pathways(mainly blocked the MyD88-independent signaling pathway),inhibited the excess secrteion of related gene expression products such as TMF-α,IFN-β,showed TLR4-antagon-like actions.Huanglianjiedu Tang also effected the junction protein such as TRAM and TRIF directly,influenced the MyD88-independent signaling pathway of TLR3,as a result,it inhibited the excess secretion of IFN-β.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Anxin Granules on hemorrheology and serum lipid level in rats with hyperlipemia.Methods:The hyperlipemia rats induced by feeding high cholesterol diet were used to observe the effect of Anxin Granules in rats with hyperlipemia on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood viscosity(ηb), plasma viscosity(ηp),hematocrite(Hct),platelet aggregation(PA),and fibrinogen(Fib).Result:High cholesterol diet can improve significangtly the level of serum lipid level and hemorrheology on modle of rats,Anxin Granules could reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ηp and Fib,and improve HDL-C.Conclusion: Anxin Granules can reduce serum lipid level and hemorrheology.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of Tiaozhiling on experimental Hyperlipidemia of rats,and compare the effects of Tiaozhiling extracted with different techniques.Methods:SD male rats were randomly divided into four groups,normal group,hyperlipidemia model group,treated group and positive group.The general situation was observed and changes of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C level in both blood serum and liver were tested.Results:After 14 days,the TG,TC,LDL-C levels of model group are much higher than the normal group.Compared with the model group,the TG,TC,LDL-C levels of the treated group are lower.The livers of all animals of the model group and some treated group are stiffer,and the color showed canary yellow.Conclusion:Both the water extracting and the mixed extracting Tiaozhiling are effective in decreasing the TC,TG,LDL-C levels of the experimental hyperlipidemia in rats.These results and chemical analysis provide the evidence for selecting different extracting techniques.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the expression of SCP2 mRNA and the effects of herbs on the expression in liver tissues of rabbit cholesterol gallstone model.Methods:Rabbit model was induced by high cholesterol diet(HCD) containing 1.2% cholesterol.42 rabbits were randomized into 6 groups:normal control group(CON group)were given normal diet,high cholesterol diet group(HCD group) were given high cholesterol diet,ursodeoxycholic group(UDC group) were given high cholesterol diet and ursodeoxycholic acid,lovastatin group(LVT group) were given high cholesterol diet and lovastatin,Yinchen group(YCH group) were given high cholesterol diet and Yinchen,and Fufangzhongyao group(FZH group) were given high cholesterol diet and Fufangzhongyao.Liver tissue was obtained from rabbits after 4 weeks and SCP2 mRNA expression was detected by using Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR).Results:After 4 weeks,CON group had no gallstone formation.85.71% of HCD group,50.00% of HCD group,100.00% of LVT group,42.86% of YCH group and 42.86% of FZH group had formed stones in gallbladder.The expression level of SCP2 mRNA were all increased in 5 experimental groups as compared with CON group.There were significant difference of SCP2 mRNA expression within YCH and HCD groups,also within FZH and HCD groups.The expression level of SCP2 mRNA was respectively related to its own bile lithogenic index(LI) in CON group,HCD group,LVT group,YCH group and FZH group.Conclusions:The SCP2 mRNA of liver tissue is over-expression in HCD induced rabbit gallstone model.Yinchen can decrease the gallstone formation rate by down-regulating the expression of SCP2 mRNA.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of total saponins of Ophiopogon on blood sugar in experimental diabetic mice.Methods:Mice were raised with total saponins of Ophiopogan(100,200,400 mg/kg).The levels of blood sugar were calculated in experimental hyperglycemias induced by alloxan(100 mg/kg),adrenaline(0.02 mg/kg) and glucose(2 g/kg).Results:Total saponins of ophiopogan was found to decrease various experimental hyperglycemias induced by alloxam,adrenaline and glucose.Conclusion:Total saponins of Ophiopogon has significant hypoglycemic effect on the experimental hyperglycemias in mice.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Toddalia Asiatica Lam.on analgesia and inflammation.Methods:The number of body-writhing within 15 min was observed in mouse model caused by acetic acid.Mice were placed on the hot plate maintained at(55.0±0.5)℃ and the latency of licking of the hind paws was observed.Additionally,30 min after admimistration of the extract intragastrically,the inhibitory effect on paw swelling was observed.The extent of ear swelling was observed in inflammation model caused by dimethyl benzene in mice.Results:The number of writhing was decreased and the latency of licking of the hind paws was prolonged by the extract.It can reduce the extet of ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and the inhibitory effects on paw swelling(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclussion:Toddalia asiatica Lam.has the effects on analgesia and anti-inflammation.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Compound Huanggen on immunological liver injury in mice.Method:The model of hepatic damage was induced by BCG+LPS.The ALT and AST level in serum and MDA,SOD,GSH-PX activites in liver homogenate were assayed and dimensions of hepatic damage in the histopathology were observed.Results:Compound Huanggen was found to significantly decrease the serum transaminase activities,Meanwhile decreased MDA content and inhilited SOD,GSH-PX activities in liver homogenate.Conclusion:Compound Huanggen show significant protective action on immunological liver injury in mice.

摘要:Objective:To investigate effects of Jincao tablet on expression of nitric oxide synthase in the model of uterine leiomyoma in rat and the relationship between the model and pathogenesis.Method:Rats were injected with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone respectively.The expression of NOS and iNOS in uterine leiomyoma tissue were measured by kit;the levels of ER in uterine leiomyoma tissue was assayed by radioligand combination assay;the levels of E2 and P in serum was determined by radioimmunity.Result:Compared with normal group,the levels of and NOS,iNOS,ER,E2 and P of model group were significantly decreased.The levels of P were related to NOS and were not related to iNOS.Jincao tablet group was obviously different from model group.Conclusion:Jincao tablet could improved the levels of immune function of the model of uterine leiomyoma in rat,and it might be played a role in the pathogenesis of leiomyoma.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of Succus bambusaes.Methods:Cough models were conducted by 17.5% citric acid-induced in guinea pig and 28% ammonia-induced in mouse to observe the antitussive efect of succus bambusae.Tracheal phenol red test in mouse and the in vitro tracheal mucociliary transport activity of rabbit trachea slice were used to investigate their expectorant effects.Results:Succus bambusaes of 50 mL·kg-1、25 mL·kg-1 could prolong the incubation period of cough and reduce the frequency of cough citric acid-induced in guinea pig(P<0.001),and Succus bambusaes of 20 mL·kg-1 could prolong the incubation period of cough and reduce the frequency of cough ammonia-induced in mouse(P<0.05),and succus bambusaes of 20 mL·kg-1、10 mL·kg-1 could obviously increase the tracheal excretion of phenol red(P<0.05) and speed up the tracheal mucociliary transport(P<0.05),compared with that of the control group.Conclusion:Succus bambusaes has antitussive and expectorant effects.

摘要:Objective:To study the toxicity of kidney and haper by Fructus Gardeniae in rats.Method:After administration for 3days,rats were executed,the samples of liver and kidney were collected and weighted,the pathological observation was carried out by optical microscope.Result:The organ relative weight of liver and kidney increased,compared with control group(P<0.001),the tumefaction and necrosis of hepatic cells with proliferation of capillary in portal area were found,there was tumefaction in the trenal tubules.Conclusion:Fructus Gardeniae can result in the toxicity of haper and kidney in rats.  
摘要:Objective:To use the method of mathematical statistics for standardization and digitaligation in extration of herbal medicine that providing reference for the construction of GEP.Method:The method of theory analyses with examples was used respectively on the utilization of orthogonal experiment,homogeneous design and synthesizing evaluation of multiple indexes in extracting standardization of chinese medicine as GEP.Result:The conditions of extracting Chinese medicine were obtained by utilizing mathematical statistics.Conclusion:To utilizing mathematical statistics in realizing GEP is essential and important.

摘要:Objective:To review the progress on study of chemical constituents and quality control methods of Flos Carthami.Method:The literature published in China and abroad in recent years was consulted and summarized.Result:The constituents of Flos Carthami are pigments,flavonoids,phenolic acid etc.And Safflor yellow were the effective constituents in Flos Carthami,which were extracted predomi-nently by water.The chromatergraphic technique was used to the control quality of Flos Carthami.Conclusion:More studies are needed on the quality control of Flos Carthami.
