      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine evodiamine,rutaecarpine and evodin simultaneously in cut crude drug and exact of fructus evodiae.Methods:The separation was performed on the Kromasail C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water-tetrahydorfuran-acetic acid(51∶48∶1∶0.1) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the wavelength of UV detector was set at 225 nm and the column temperature was set at 32 ℃.Results:The linear range of evodiamine,rutaecarpine and evodin were 0.015~0.3 μg(r=(0.999 9)),0.012~0.24 μg(r=(0.999 9)),0.059~1.18 μg(r=(0.999 6)) respectively.The average recovery of evodiamine was 99.6%(n=5),RSD0.65%;The average recovery of rutaecarpine was 99.1%(n=5),RSD1.2%;The average recovery of evodin was 97.5%(n=5),RSD 1.4% respectively.Conclusion:This method was simple,rapid and accurate.

      摘要:Objective:To formulate the quality standard of Liuwei Lotion.Methods: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identified the each herbal in the lotion.Gallic acid concentration was measured by RP-HPLC.Result: The concentration of gallic acid ranging from 0.16 to 0.64 μg/mL,showed good linear relation with the peak area.The standard curve was Y=(-16 887.5)X+(418 327),r=(0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.45%,RSD=1.12%.Conclusion: The methods of quality control were accurate and reliable.

      摘要:Objective:To develop and HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Bitong Yaojiu.Methods:Analysis was carried out on a C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column eluled with,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid buffer(20∶80)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 316 nm.Results:The linear relationship of ferulic acid was in the range of 4.072~101.8 μg/mL,the recovery was 99.31%(RSD 3.66%,n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a TLC method for Caulis Sinomenii indentification and a HPLC method for Sinomenine determination in the anti gout granules.Methods:Caulis Sinomenii was identified on a silicagel thin layer plate developed with methylbenzene∶acetidin∶methanol∶ammonia water(2∶4∶2∶1)and with sinomenine as the chemical reference substance,improved.Dragendorff reagent was used for visualization.The separation of Sinomenium was carried out on column Extend C18 4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm.The mobile phase was the combination of methanol and the solution of 0.1% phosphoric acid(38∶62),and the detection wareleng the was set at 262 nm.Result:Sinomenine spots on TLC plates was separated detection warelength well.The linear range is between 0.414 and 2.484 μg(r=(0.999 8)) and the recovery is 97.6%(RSD=0.32%).Conclusions: The methods are sensitive,simple,accurate and can be used for the control of anti gout granules.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for analysis of emodin and chrysophanol in Tuizhang Hydrogel.Method:The emodin and chrysophanol in Tuizhang Hydrogel were separated on a Chromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) eluted with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1% Phosphoric acid(82∶18).The flowrate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the UV detector wavelenghth was set at 254 nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 0.025~0.125 μg for emodin and 0.072~0.360 μg for chrysophanol.The recoveries of the emodin and chrysophanol were 99.1%,99.2%,respectively.Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate,it can be used for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Tuizhang Hydrogel.

      摘要:Objective:To develop the quality control standards for Suganning Capsules.Methods: Folium isatidis in the capsules were identified on a thin layer plate of silice gel developed with.toluene-chloroform-acetone(5∶4∶1)with herbal reference substance.The contents of paracetamol and chlorphenamine maleate were determined by HPLC with external standard.The mobile phases were:methanol-water-acetic acid(20∶80∶0.5) and methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethylamine(50∶50∶0.02)(Adjust to pH 5.0 with phosophoric acid)for the two components respectively.Results:The average recovery of paracetamol was 99.36%(RSD 1.03%,n=6).The average recovery of chlorphenamine maleate was 99.13%(RSD 1.31%,n

      摘要:Objective:To compare the contents of the main active components in Guanxin Ⅱ Decoctions(GX-Ⅱ) which were decocted with different ways.Methods:The five ingredients in the formula were decocted in 8 modes,ie,decocting singlely,decocting two in 4 different combinations,and decocting all ingredients together.The contents of the active components in different decoctions were determined by HPLC methods.Results:The predominant ingredient,Danshen Root,in this formula was decocted with other four ingredients(Szechwan Lovage Rhizoma,Safflower,Red,Peony Root and Rose Wood) respectively.The extract rates of salvianolic acid B in the above four decoctions were higher than that of Danshen Root decoction.And the extract rates of salvianolic acid B was the highest in the decoction that five ingredients in this formula were decocted together.The extract rates of paeoniflorin in decoctions were similar with that of salvianolic acid B.But the rates of ferulic acid and hydroxymethyl safflower yellow A were contrary to that of the other two active components.When Szechwan Lovage Rhizome or Rosewood was decocted with other,ingredients,the extract rates of feralic acid and hydroxy-methyl safflower yellow were low.Conclusions: The contents of the active components in the decoction(Ⅰ) which was decocted with all ingredients together were not equal to that of mixed decoctions(Ⅱ) which were decocted with each ingredient separately.The results of pharmacological tests showed that the effects of the decoction(Ⅰ) were better than that of the mixed decoctions(Ⅱ).

      摘要:Objective:To study preparation and optimum conditions in the extraction and purifying of Rukang Capsules.Methods:The amount of water,extracting time and extracting times were optimized based on the contents of Astragaloside,in water extracting process,and also for the effects of alcohol concentration,decoction concentration and sedimentary time on removing residue.Results:The optimum condition of Rukang Capsules for water extraction were 12 times of water,2 times and 2 h each times;75% alcohol,1∶1.5 decoction should be used for purifying process with in 24 h.Conclusion:The optimum condition was reasonable and practice for industrial production.

      摘要:Objective:To study relationship between traditional medical formulae and syndrome of Xiayuxue Decotion against liver fibrosis in rats induced by porcine serum.Methods:Liver fibrosis in rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum.10 rats(4 in normal group and 6 in model group)were sacrificed after 8 w of modelling.The rest rats were then devided into normal group,model group,Xiayuxue Decoction group,Yinchenhao Decoction group,Huangqi Dectoction group,Erzhi Pill Group and Xiaochaihu Decoction Group.Porcine serum was continuous given at the same time of administration.Rats were sacrificed and sample was obtained at the end of 12 w of modeling.ALT,AST,ALP and GGT activity,and Alb,TP and TBil content in rats were determined.Hyp content in rat liver tissue was assayed with hydrochloric acid hydrolyzing method,and histological changes with HE staining and collagen deposition with sirus red staining.Results:ALT and AST levels increased significantly(P<0.05),Alb and TP content decrease markedly(P<0.05).For the increased ALP,GGT and TBil levels there are no.Compared with model rats the improved liver function of rats in treatment groups is found especially in Xiayuxue Decoction.Compared with normal group,Hyp content of liver tissue in modeling rats increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with model group,liver tissue Hyp content in rats of Xiayuxue Decoction group decreases significantly(P<0.05),Hyp content in Yinchenhao Decoction group also decreases to some extent without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiayuxue Decoction effectively inhibits liver fibrosis in rats induced by porcine serum,which indicated that liver fibrosis induced by porcine serum in rats might be blood stasis congesting vessels.

      摘要:Objective:The effects of Sinisan on the histiocyte morphologic and hormone of gastroenteric werestudiedinthe Liver-Qi depression syndrome rats.Methods:The rats were divided into three groups :control,model andSinisan.This animal model is made bythe method of confining the rats’movement.The animal syndrome,the histiocytemorphologic and ultrastructure change of gastroenteric were observed,the animal intelligence level and Hormone aremeasured.Results:Sinisan can increase the movement,body weight and intelligence level of rats.The pathological andultrastructure change in gastroenteric serumwere improved,the plasma level of motilin,gastrin and vasoactive intestinalpolypeptide were increased,the somatasin was decreased.Conclusion:By adjusting gastroenteric hormone level andprotecting gastroenteric mucous membrane,Sinisan canregulate dysfunction of live sallblader,spleen and stamoch.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD) and its active fractions such as alkaloid and glycoside on activities of antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) and protein C(PC) after carotid arterial thrombosis induced by ferric chloride in rats. Methods: Rats were administered with tested drugs and then left carotid artery was applied with FeCl3 to form thrombus.The activities of antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) and protein C(PC) in plasma in rats were determined by chromogenic substrate assay.Results:BHD,alkaloid and glycoside could decrease thrombotic weight (P<0.05).The activities of AT-Ⅲ in the model group were significantly lower than those of the sham-operated group(P<0.01).The activities of ATⅢ in BHD and alkaloid group were markedly lower than those of the model group(P<0.01),No significant difference was found in activities of AT-Ⅲ between the glycoside and model group(P>0.05).The activities of PC in the model group were slightly lower than those of the sham-operated group(0.10>PP>0.05).Compared with the model group,the activities of PC in alkaloid group were decreased(P<0.05).But the activities of PC in BHD and glycoside group were increased when compared to the model group(P<0.01) and sham group(P<0.01).Conclusions: BHD,alkaloid and glycoside could inhibit thrombosis. Antithrombotic actions of BHD may be related to binding with AT-Ⅲ,and it could also prevent the consumption of PC after carotid arterial thrombosis.Antithrombotic action of alkaloid may concerne inactivating coagulation factors by binding with AT-Ⅲ or accelerating inactivation of coagulation factors by PC.Antithrombotic action of glycoside may not be related to AT-Ⅲ and PC.

      摘要:Objective:To study the anti-depression mechanism of dingzhixiaowan.Methods: 40 female rats of same weight and behavior points were divided into the control,the depression model group(model group),saline group and dingzhixiaowan group(Chinese medicine group).The behavior points were measured by open-field method.Serum E2 levels were detected with ELISA.The proliferation levels of neural stem cells(NSC) in dentate gyrus were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results:Compared with the control,the behavior points and serum E2 levels of the model group and saline group decreased obviously,and those of the Chinese medicine group did not change markedly.Compared with the control,the proliferation levels of NSC of the model group and saline group decreased obviously,while that of the Chinese medicine group increased markedly.Conclusion: Dingzhixiaowan has the anti-depression acting by maintaining the normal E2 level and increasing proliferation of the NSC.

      摘要:Objective:To study the actions of the antivirus dripping pills.Methods:The study was carried out by using tissue-cell culture,hemagglutination and establishment of the animal model of epidemic catarrhal fever.Results:Antivirus dripping pills can obviously inhibite the action of cell mutation on influenza virus,chimpanzee coryza agent,the third type of adenovirus,parainfluenza virus and Nol type of fever blisters virus in 0.781 g/L~0.390 g/L.Cytopathogenic effect for B3 Coxsackie virus was not found.The experimental result of in vivo antivirus indicated that the drug can be effective for suppression influenza virus,and the dosage range from 5 g/kg to 10 g/kg.Conclusion:The Antivirus dripping pills can obviously inhibite influenza virus.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect and the mechanism of Immature Orange Fruit & Paeonia Powder(IOFPP) on the visceral hypersensitivity in rats.Methods:The visceral hypersensitivity rats induced by chronic stress excitation were used to observe the action of IOFPP on the intestinal tract sensitivity and mast cell(MC) count and substance P(SP) immunoreaction masculine fiber level in ileo-appendix and colon mucosa underlayer.Results:IOFPP can increase the visceral minimum volume threshold and decrease the frequency of contraction reflects.The MC counts in ileo-appendix and colon was reduced especially in colon and SP level in ileo-appendix and colon was degraded especially in colon after oral administration of IOFPP.Conclusions:adjustment to the secretion of MC and SP may be one of important mechanism of IOFPP,which can reduce the visceral hypersensitivity.
