      摘要:Objective:To Discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana by reversed-phase HPLC method.Methods: Sample was extracted with Methyl alcohol for 0.5 h.Analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on a Zorbax C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% glacial acetic acid in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 312 nm.Result: The similarity of the same species samples were higher than 0.9,but that of the different species was about 0.7.The method was repeatable.Conclusion: The method could discriminate Angelica dahurica and Angelica dahurica var.formosana.

      摘要:Objective:To compaire the purifying conditions for the elixation of the GuanxiⅡ decoction(GX-Ⅱ).Methods:Using the removal rate and the content of Salvianolic acid B and 3 other active ingredients as indexes.The purification of the elixation of the GuanxiⅡ decoction with 5 different conditions were compired,such as overspeed centrifugal,alcohol sedimentation,ultrafiltration membrane filtering,clarifier flocculation,and macroporous resin purifying etc.Result and Conclusion:The method of macroporous resin purification is superior to the other purification methods because it can reserve most parts of the active ingredients.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the best extracting method of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng for Shenshen kangxin drop.Methods:The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the water extraction process.By means of the yield of saponin and Re as evaluation target,HPLC and spectrophotometer(at 544 nm) were employed for the study.Results:Optimum water-extracting factors were 8 times of water,refluxing and extracting for 1.5 h,for 3 times,and according with the factory's producing condition,it is feasible for factory to operate them.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is simple convenient,and repeatable.Preparation quality and result are stable and accurate.The process is possible to be used in industrial production.

      摘要:Objective:To study the extraction process of Yifuning Soft Capsule.Methods:The active component of Rhizoma Curcumae was ascertained by using pharmacolgical methods.Both the best extraction technology of volatile oil from Rhizama Curcumae and the optimum crush method were selected by using orthogonal design.Result:Evaporable part from Rhizoma Curcumae was applied to extraction.A3B2C3 is the best extraction condition of volatile oil from Rhizoma Curcumae.The optimum crush conditions of Oviductus Ranae was crushing the coarse powder 20 minutes under-20 ℃.Conclusion:The extraction process is designed reasonabl and it is instructive to industrial production.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the anti-oxidative activity of the polysaccharides(P1) of FBD.Methods:The oxidative injured model of PC12 and ECV304 cells induced by H2O2 were used to measure the oxidation prevention of FBD Ps on cells which was observed with MTT metherd.The oxidative injured model of mice induced by cyclophosphamide was used,the activities of SOD and MDA in brains were measured.Results:The FBD Ps has noteable functions of oxidation prevention on the oxidative injured model of PC12 and ECV304 cells in concentrations of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg FBD Ps.They also can rise the activity of SOD and decline the content of MDA.Conclusions:FBD Ps has notable function for oxidation prevention.This maybe the basis of its function for VD prevention.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the effective mechanism of Modified Wendan Decoction in treating AD with“Cerebrospinal Fluid Pharmacology”.Methods:NG108-15 cells were cultured in vitro detecting the action of Modified Wendan Decoction for protection against Aβ25-35-induced injury in ING108-15 cells.Results:Both of p-JNK and p53are obvoously up-regulated in the model grou and both are dose-dependently down-regulated after trated(P<0.01).The cells are arrested in S phase.Conclusion:The JNK signal pathway involved in the cell apoptosis induced by the Aβ25-35 fragment,Cerebrospinal fluid containing Modified Wendan Decotion can down-regulate the level of p-JNK and p53,promote cells transfering from S phase to G2 phase.It can neutrolize the cytotxicity to some.Its possible mechanism maybe relevant to the activation of JNK signal patyway and down-regulation of p53.

      摘要:Objective:To evaluate the influence of Shenfu Injection(SFI) on the serum level of endogenous digoxin-like substance(EDLS) in rats with heart failure(HF).Methods:HF models were built up by ligating the left coronary artery of rats.Twenty-four model rats with HF were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control one(normal saline 12 ml/kg iv) and the low,middle and high dosage ones of SFI(normal saline plus SFI of 4 ml,8 ml,12 ml/kg iv respectively),6 rats in each one.The serum levels of EDLS in the rats were examined by radioimmunoassay(RIA)before and after the medication.Results:Different dosage of SFI all showed the tendency of increasing the serum level of EDLS of the rats with HF.After the medication,the serum level of EDLS was risen at once,and maintained for 8 hours at least,the peak value appeared twice at 0.5 h and 4 h.Conclusion: SFI could increase the secretion and release of EDLS in the rats with HF.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Liuweidihuang Formula(LWDHF) on human umbilical vascular endothelial cells(HUVEC) injured by oxidized LDL(ox-LDL).Methods:By assaying the proliferation ability of HUVEC using MTT method and the HUVEC apoptosis are with flow cytometry,meanwhile determining the level of malondialdehyde(MDA) in vivo,the levels of lactate dehyolrogenase(LDH),nitric oxide(NO) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in vitro,the protective effect and mechanism of serum with LWDHF on injured HUVEC was assessed.Results:The serum with LWDHF increases the proliferation of HUVEC injured by ox-LDL and inhibits the apoptosis rate.It was also observed that the serum decreases the level of MDA,LDH and enhances the activity of SOD and the level of NO.Conclusion:LWDHF could prevent vascular endothelial cells from oxidative injury induced by ox-LDL.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the influences divided formula for resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation on the expression of scavenger receptor,class B type Ⅰ(SR-BⅠ) in the liver of the hyperlipemia-modeled rats.Methods:50 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups:blank group,model group,full formula group,group of taking drugs for resolving phlegm, and group of taking drugs for promoting blood circulation.The model was established by high fat feeding into stomach daily except the blank group.After 30 days RT-PCR was adopted to messure the level of SR-BⅠ mRNA for each group.Results:The level of SR-BⅠ mRNA of model group was apparently lower than that of blank group.Compared to that of the model,SR-BⅠ mRNA of the full formula group and the group of taking drugs for resolving phlegm increased evidently,but there was no difference between model group and the group of taking drugs for promoting blood circulation for SR-BⅠ mRNA.Conclusion:In the full formula,the drugs for resolving phlegm play the most important role in elevating the level of SR-BⅠ mRNA in the liver of the hyperlipemia-modeled rats.

      摘要:Objective:To study the compatibility between Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Xinshao Freeze-dried Powder Injection and clarify the rationality of the compound compatibility.Method:Through adopting acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia model in mice,the survival time and gasping time were selected as indexes.Scott rate test was used to obtain D50 for separated fractions and the injection to evaluate the compound compatibility,using Finney and Loewe's methods.Result:In the four different combinations of Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Q50 were less than 1 for the indexes of the survival time and gasping time,the shapes of isobolic curves also showed concave.the integrative index indicated that the optimization ratio of Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra was 1∶1.5.Conclusion:Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra had synergistic effect,the compound compatibility in Xinshao Freeze-dried Powder Injection was rational.

      摘要:Objective:To study the regulating effect and the mechanism of Wendan decoction on disorder of lipid metabolism in rat.Methods:The model rats of disorder of lipid metabolism have been established by feeding high-fat emulsion Ocally.The regulating effects of Wendan decoction on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TG),super oxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),lipoprotein lipase(LPL),hepatic lipase(HL), total lipase(LA) in serum of the rats were observered.Result:Wendan decoction reduced the levels of TC,TG of the modal rats,compared with the model group the differences are P<0.01 and P<0.05.Wendan decoction raised SOD and reduced MDA,P<0.05 and P<0.01.At the same time,Wendan decoction could raise the activity of LA and LPL,P<0.01.but there was no effect on HL.Conclusion:Wendan decoction can regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism by raising the activity of LA and LPL in the modal rats effectively,and it may reduce the degree of lipid peroxidation and cell damage.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of aconitine in tissues of rats.Methods:The Waters 2690-996 PAD system was adopted,the analytical column was a HAISIL 100 ODS column(5 μm,250×4.6 mm).The mobile phase was methanol,water,and diethylamine in the ratio of 75∶25∶0.1.The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1.The wavelength of detector was 240 nm.The tissue samples were added to 1.0 mmol/L HCl with weight and volumn in the ratio of 1∶5,the above solution was collected after the samples were homogenized and centrifugalized.The solution was lyophilized and extracted by organic solvent.After evaporation of the solvent under reduced pressure,the residue was redissolved into methanol,30 μL was injected to the sampler.Results:Aconitine was detected in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney of rat,none in brain and spinal cord.The linear range of heart,spleen,lung and kidney was 8.0 ng-2.0 μg,the relation coefficients were 0.997 2,0.998 6,0.999 3 and 0.999 4 respectively.The linear range of liver was 0.4 μg-4.0 μg and teh relation coefficient was 0.999 0. The detection limit was 0.4 μg/mL,the extracted recovery was 88%,the RSD of precision was less than 10%.Conclusion:It appears to be an accurate and effective method that can offer scientific basis for toxication of aconitine clinically.

      摘要:Objective:To review the advances on the compatibility laws of classic formulas in recent years.Methods:Literatures on the compatibility principles on classic formulas in recent five years were summarized and analyzed.Results:At present,the studies on the compatibility principles of classic formulas are concentrated on two aspects,the literature of arrangment and the experiments on pharmacological effects and chemical components.Conclusion:The general study based on chemical components should be emphasised.

      摘要:Objective:Investigate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:The application of classical prescription and contemporary recipe in the treatment of arrhythmia in recent years was summariged.Result: Classical prescription has been generally applied and of tained therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion: Nourishing Qi and warming Yang,promoting blood to remove stasis,eliminating phlegm have better therapeutic action in the treatment of arrhythmia.
