        摘要：Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fule cream for the theatment of infantile eczema and atopic dermatitis. Method: Fule cream was used twice a day in 71 children with eczema and atopic dermatitis. These symptom scores of erythema, edema/infiltration/papules, scratches, oozing/crusting, scaling/dry skin syndrome and lichenification were compared before and after the treatment. At the same time, the adverse events were recorded. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment in infantile eczema and atopic dermatitis was 62%. The effective rate in the children with acute eczema, subacute eczema, chronic eczema and atopic dermatitis were 68.2%, 62.5%, 53.3% and 61.1%, respectively. The difference for total effective rate among the four groups was not significant among three groups.SCORDA scores after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment (P<0.01). Adverse reactions were transient, which had no impacts on the treatment. Conclusion: Fule cream have a promising efficacy for the treatment of infantile eczema and atopic dermatitis with a high safety.

        摘要：Objective: To observe multidrug resistance reversal and the influence on MRP of breast cancer by Wuweizi granule combined with Cyclophosphamide+Doxorubicin+5-Fluorouracil (CAF)chemotherapy. Method: Seventy-two cases of breast cancer patients of MRP expression were randomly divided into experimental group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases) by hospitalized order. The control group received CAF chemotherapy treatment based on the control group treatment, the experimental group added Wuweizi granule. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Observation two groups of the clinical efficacy, survival time, median remission, side effects and reversal effective rate of MRP in the two groups were observed after the treatment. Result: The total efficiency of the experimental group 58.33%,was higher than the control group 30.56%(P<0.05).The median remission of the experimental group 12.5 months was better than the control group 7.5 months(P<0.05). The reversal effective rate of MRP in the experimental group 33.3%,was significantly higher than the control group 2.78% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wuweizi granule combined with CAF chemotherapy can effectively alleviate the clinical effects of breast cancer patients, which can effectively reverse multidrug resistance by MRP, plays a certain role.

        摘要：Objective: Through using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system (V1.1) to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions given by professor LI Shi-zeng for the treatment of cough. Method: Collecting the prescriptions used for cough cases,then the data were entered into the TCM inheritance support system. Based on principle analysis,revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering composing principles were analyzed. Result: Based on the analysis of 154 cases of prescriptions,the frequency of each Chinese medicinal herb and association rules among herbs included in the database were computed,53 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were explored from the database. Conclusion: The TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze and summarize the famous old TCM doctors' clinical experience.

        摘要：Mangiferin, a natural polyphenol compound, which is so frequently occurring in plants and have conspicuous pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antitumour. From searching the recent years domestic and foreign literature on mangiferin about its pharmacological effects and structural modifications, we can know that the mangiferin has a low level of solubleness, mucosal permeability and bioavailability, which seriously restrict the development of its development and utilization. By modifying the structure of mangiferin, the physical and chemical properties are improved, the biological activity and the bioavailability are enhanced, the clinical application range is expanded. This article summarized the progress on pharmacological activities and structural modifications through the analysis of literature of mangiferin, in order to provide some references for the further study and development of mangiferin. The research of pharmacokinetic and metabolic should be strengthened in the future, with the purpose of putting mangiferin into clinic use.

        摘要：This paper aims to reveal the existing problems of the content determination of the stability study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) preparations and provide the reference for the quality control of the preparations, drug efficacy and the scientific stability study. Through searching the literature reports about the content determination of the stability study of TCM preparations since 2000, summarized the overview of stability of TCM preparations from the three aspects in the regulations of stability study, index component and the development trend of content determination method. And deeply analysis the existing problems of content determination of stability study, from the following three aspects: the index components selection, sample pretreatment and analytical methods, which can provide a reference for the stability study of TCM. At the same time, the editor noticed that R & D personnel focus on preparation process in the formulation standard preparation. In order to make the index components meet the standard, they make its enrichment by a variety of process and ignore the relationship between the index components and clinical effect, which greatly reduce the meaning of stability test. Therefore, in order to study on the effects material in TCM preparation, reduce the unsafe drug and improve study of content determination of stability study of TCM preparations, we need to absorb the advanced methods and techniques and carry out various aspects of theoretical study and experimental research on the basis of practice.
