      摘要:Objective: To investigate influence of surperfine grinding on stability of index components in compound Danshen powders under high temperature,high humidity and light conditions,respectively. Method: Compound Danshen powders with different particle sizes were prepared,taking comprehensive change rate of index components as index,after exposed them to high humidity,high temperature and light for five and ten days,HPLC was empolyed to determine content change of index components in compound Danshen powders with different particle sizes. Result: Under condition of high moisture,contents of cryptotanshinone and salvianolic acid B decreased much more among different compound Danshen powders,coarse powder decreased most,micropowder Ⅱ decreased least.High temperature had more obvious effect on tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinol and salvianolic acid B,micropowder Ⅰ changed most, micropowder Ⅱ changed least.Light had most obvious effect on all index components,coarse powder changed most,micropowder Ⅱ changed least.Index components of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from compound Danshen powders were stable after being exposed to high humidity,high temperature and light. Conclusion: Light had the greatest effect on index components in compound Danshen powders with different particle sizes,which showed that these powders should be stored away from light.With decreasing of particle size,stability of compound Danshen powders showed tendency of becoming better and then worse,micropowder Ⅱ had the most stable.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ultrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase system extraction technology of total alkaloids from Zanthoxylum armatum. Method: Total alkaloids from Z. armatum was extracted by ultrasonic extraction technology coupling with propyl-alcohol ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system,taking extracting time,mass ratio of alcohol to water and salt dosage as independent variables,extraction rate of total alkaloids as dependent variable,a three response factors and three levels composite design of response surface methodology was employed to optimize extraction technology. Result: Optimal extraction process was as following:extracting time of 40 min,mass ratio of alcohol to water 0.5:1,salt dosage 7.79 g.Under these conditions,extraction rate of total alkaloids was up to 1.704%,which was agreed with model predicted value(1.711%),purity of total alkaloids was 19.8%. Conclusion: Ultrasound assisted aqueous two-phase system for total alkaloids from Z. armatum had advantages of high extraction rate and high purity,which could avoid denaturation of bioactive molecules with instability or volatility.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize molding process of Lecai capsules. Method: Taking hygroscopicity,critical relative humidity(CRH),angle of repose and bulk density as index to screen the best prescription,antioxidant activity for radical scavenging capactiy was determined by DPPH and ABTS. Result: Selection of silica,calcium hydrogen phosphate,β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and dispersing extract as wall material of Lecai capsules,optimum prescription was silica:calcium hydrogen phosphate-β-CD-dispersing extract 1:1:1:1,CRH 81.40%.IC50 of Lecai capsules on ABTS and DPPH were 2.3 and 4.9 g·L-1,respectively. Conclusion: Lecai capsules had stable quality and high antioxidant activity with a dose-effect relationship.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize successive ultrasound countercurrent extraction process of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus. Method: Taking total amount of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as index,orthogonal design was adopted to investigate effects of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic frequency,solid-liquid ratio and temperature on extraction process of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.ELSD was employed to determine contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% acetic acid(19:67:14) and flow rate of 0.33 mL·min-1. Result: Optimum extraction process was that extracted with 15 times the amount of 80% ethanol at 30 kHz; under these conditions,average total amount of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was 5.66% with RSD of 1.64%. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was reasonable and scientific,which was suitable for large scale production of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) assisted extraction process of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata. Method: Analytic hierarchy process was adopted,taking comprehensive score of transfer rates of emodin,physcion and stilbene glycoside as index,orthogonal test was applied to optimize extraction technology with solid-liquid ratio,β-CD dosage,extracting time and times as factors.HPLC was employed to determine contents of emodin,physcion and stilbene glycoside with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(B) for gradient elution(0-5 min,15%-25%A;5-12 min,25%-30%A;12-15 min,30%-60%A;15-20 min,60%A;20-25 min,60%-75%A;25-31 min,75%-77%A) and detection wavelength at 320(stilbene glycoside) and 254(emodin and physcion) nm. Result: Optimal extraction process was as following:extracted 3 times with 10-fold water for 1 h each time,β-CD dosage of 10%;Transfer rates of emodin,physcion and stilbene glycoside were 8.39%,0.76% and 90.19%,respectively. Conclusion: Compared with traditional water extraction,β-CD assisted extraction process could significantly improve transfer rate of active ingredients.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize preparation technology of intermediates of Ruxiankang injections. Method: With composite score of contents of total solids and hesperidin as index,orthogonal test and single factor test were adopted to investigate effects of extracting time,extraction times,ethanol concentration and amount on technology of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride.Taking contents of total flavonoids and solids as comprehensive evaluation index,effects of the amount of water,extracting time and times on extraction process of Taraxaci Herba was investigated by orthogonal test,single factor test was adopted to optimize alcohol precipitation process.HPLC was employed to determine the content of hesperidin with mobile phase of methanol-water(50:50) and detection wavelength at 284 nm. Result: Optimum extraction technology of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride was as following:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 60% ethanol for 2 h each time.Optimum extraction process of Taraxaci Herba was adding 16 times the amount of water for soaking 0.5 h,extracted 3 times with 0.5 h for each time.Extract was concentrated under vacuum to a relative density of 1.15-1.25(60-80 ℃),added 95% ethanol slowly to ethanol amount of 85%,recovered ethanol to a relative density of 1.25(60-80 ℃). Conclusion: These optimized processes were stable and feasible,it could provide a reference for preparation of Ruxiankang injections.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Corydalis Rhizoma and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix in Liansong Yiboting tablets. Method: With extracting amounts of matrine,oxymatrine and tetrahydropalmatine as indexes,orthogonal test and single factor test was adopted to optimize extraction process by taking ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extracting times and time as factor.HPLC was employed to determine contents of index components with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(B) for gradient elution(0-10 min,10%A;10-25 min,10%-37%A;25-45 min,37%A) and detection wavelength at 220 nm. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 2 h each time.Extracting amount of tetrahydropalmatine was 332.04 mg,total extracting amount of matrine and oxymatrine was 3 192.08 mg. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,these established chromatographic conditions had a good separation for three components.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare Belladonnae Herba dispersible tablets and establish a method for determination of its dissolution. Method: Taking cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone(PPVP)+sodium carboxymethyl starch(CMS-Na) inside and outside addition as disintegrating agents,calcium hydrogen phosphate,sucrose and CMS-Na as fillers,60% ethanol solution containing 5% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) as adhesives,microcrystalline cellulose as glidants,talcum powder as lubricants,HPLC was adopted to determine dissolution of Belladonnae Herba dispersible tablets with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.01 mol·L-1 phosphate solution containing 0.005 mol·L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate(potassium dihydrogen phosphate-dibasic potassium phosphate 1:1)(25:10:65) and detection wavelength at 211 nm. Result: Atropine sulfate showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.003 38-0.026 624 μg,RSD of precision was 1.29%,average recovery was 99.76% with RSD of 0.86%.Dissolutions of Belladonnae Herba dispersible tablets in 2,5,10,15,30 and 45 min were 0%,15.29%,25.74%,40.40%,67.42% and 73.30%,respectively.Dissolution of ordinary Belladonnae Herba tablets was 23.22% within 45 min. Conclusion: These prepared Belladonnae Herba dispersible tablets had good uniformity.This determination was simple,accurate and suitable for quality control of this product.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize process conditions of volatile oil from Bupleuri Radix by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction combined steam distillation. Method: Extraction process was optimized by single factor tests and orthogonal design by taking yield of volatile oil as index,some factors were investigated such as temperature,time and pressure of extraction and separation kettle,GC-MS was adopted to identify difference of chemical components in volatile oil by different methods. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:CO2 velocity about 20 kg·h-1,pressures of extraction kettle,separation kettle I and II were 20,12 and 6 MPa,temperatures were 35,40 and 25 ℃,respectively.Compared with steam distillation(0.07%),yield of volatile oil with combination increased by 20 times and chemical components were similar to each other. Conclusion: This optimized process was simple and feasible,which could significantly improve yield of volatile oil from Bupleuri Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of praeruptorin B from Peucedani Radix by macroporous resin. Method: With extracting amount of praeruptorin B as index,orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of ethanol concentration,the amount of solvent and extracting time on extraction process.Type of macroporous resin and its elution conditions were investigated by single factor tests.HPLC was employed to determine the content of praeruptorin B with mobile phase of methanol-water(75:25) and detection wavelength at 321 nm. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 3.5 h with 8 times the amount of 60% ethanol.X-5 macroporous resin was selected,its adsorption time was 60 min,adsorption rate,elution rate,recovery and purity were 92.36%,71.24%,98.71% and 8.88%,respectively. Conclusion: X-5 macroporous resin was suitable for separation and purification of praeruptorin B,this study could provide a reference for development and applicaiton of total coumarins from Peucedani Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate effect of moisture content on micromeritic properties of boiling powder granules. Method: Particle size distribution of boiling powder granules was determined by screening method,bulk desity and tap density were measured by graduated cylinder assay,angle of repose was determined by fixed-funnel method,then observed grinding characteristics by microscope,effect of moisture content on micromeritic properties of boiling powder granules was investigated. Result: Low temperature drying was adopted with temperature at 60 ℃.When moisture contents of Zingiberis Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,Armeniacae Semen Amarum and Hirudo controlled about 11%,8%,12% and 5%,respectively,these prepared boiling powder granules had good particle size distribution,mobility and appearance characters. Conclusion: Moderate drying helped to prepare boiling powder granules with good micromeritic properties.

      摘要:Objective: To establish NIR model of psoralen,isopsoralen and moisture content in salt Psoraleae Fructus granules. Method: With determination of HPLC and moisture content as reference data,NIR was adopted to build quantitative measurement models of psoralen,isopsoralen and moisture content of 10 batches of salt Psoraleae Fructus granules. Result: Root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) of determination model of psoralen and isopsoralen was 0.025 0 with correlation coefficient(r) of 0.886 8,root mean square error of prediction(RMSEPV) was 0.025 5 with r=0.891 0;RMSECV of moisture determination was 0.161 with r=0.897 5,RMSEPV was 0.150 0 with r=0.921 8. Conclusion: These established models was stable,accurate and reliable,which could be applied for fast determination of psoralen,isopsoralen and moisture within their coverage.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize in vitro transdermal test conditions of alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides plastics. Method: UV was adopted to determine the content of alkaloids from S. alopecuroides wtih detection wavelength at 410 nm.Utilized skin on udder,franz vertical diffusion cell was adopted to investigate transdermal absorption of alkaloids from S. alopecuroides plastics,effects of azone,glycerol and combination of both of them on transdermal absorption of this plastics was investigated. Result: Effect of enhancers on alkaloids from S. alopecuroides was in order of 5% azone+3% glycerol>3% azone+3% glycerol>8% azone>5% azone >3% azone>3% glycerol>1% glycerol>1% azone,transdermal absorption rate was up to 62.96 μg·cm-2·h-1. Conclusion: Combination of azone and glycerol could significantly increase percutaneous permeability of alkaloids from S. alopecuroides plastics.

      摘要:Objective: To extract and purity Astragali Radix glycoprotein(AmGP-2) having immunosuppressive activities,then investigate its physicochemical properties and composition. Method: AmGP-2 was handled by water extraction,salting separation,sevage method;Then purified by anion and gel chromatography.Physicochemical properties and composition of AmGP-2 were analyzed by phenol-sulfuric acid method,BCA method,Molish test,ninhydrin reaction,gas chromatography,amino acid analysis,SDS-PAGE,UV,IR and β-elimination reaction. Result: AmGP-2 was soluble in water with isoelectric point(pI) of 4.7 and relative molecular weight about 31 kDa,contents of proteins and carbohydrates were 56.7% and 29.3%,respectively;It contained 18 kinds of amino acids,higher content including aspartic acid,glutamic acid and lysine;Its carbohydrates chain portion contained arabinose,glucose and two kinds of undetermined monosaccharides. Conclusion: AmGP-2 had significant immunosuppressive activity,this study could provide a reference for development of immunodepressants of Chinese herbal medicines.

      摘要:Objective: To determine equilibrium solubility and apparent oil-water partition coefficient(Papp) of α-hederin. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine equilibrium solubilities of α-hederin in water,organic solvents and buffer solutions,then determine partition coefficients in n-octanol/water and buffer salt solutions,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(45:55),detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Result: At 25 ℃,equilibrium solubility of α-hederin was 0.011 g·L-1 in water and Papp was 24.37(logPapp=1.39);Equilibrium solubilities of α-hederin were 86.10 and 28.18 g·L-1 in n-butyl alcohol and ethanol,respectively. Conclusion: α-Hederin was a hydrophobic drug,increasing dissolution of α-hederin from its oral drug delivery system had possibility to enhance its bioavailability.

      摘要:Objective: Angelica Sinensis Radix was processed with different polarity extraction solvent, and got part SCS, part CTW, and part volatile oil. Then compare the differences in the chemical components in Angelica Sinensis Radix from different part of different origins by establishing HPLC and GC fingerprint, so as to provide the references to holistic evaluate the qualities of Angelica Sinensis Radix. Method: To research the Chromatography Fingerprint of 10 batches of Angelica Sinensis Radix with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC). The similarity software of Chinese medicine fingerprint of computer aided evaluation system was adopted for the data analysis and the method evaluation. Result: The Fingerprint of different parts of 10 batches of Angelica Sinensis Radix was established. and firstly identify seven main index components. Conclusion: This method have good accuracy, reliable and repeatability. The mode fingerprint established can fully reflect the distribution of chemical composition in Angelica Sinensis Radix, and can be used as the reference for quality control of Angelica Sinensis Radix and its preparations.

      摘要:Objective: To study the content of active principle and main content in Radix Cortonis Crassifolii in order to provide some academic basis for quality criterion of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii. Method: The method of HPLC was used to determine the content of chettaphaninⅡ in different batches. The method was established on a Phenomenex Luna (2) C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase on stepwise gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 and the temperature at 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was set at 355 nm. Result: The calibration curves of chettaphaninⅡ was Y=2×106X-166 725 (r=0.999 8), showing good linearity in the range of 0.255-7.65 μg.The content of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii was 0.472-1.069 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive, stable and reliable and can be used for quality control of Radix Cortonis Crassifolii.

      摘要:Objective: To develop the accurate and rapid method for determination of jatrorrhizine,palmatine, berberine, tetrahydropulmatine and protopine in Corydalis Decumbentis Rhizoma by microemulsion liquid chromatography(MELC). Method: The mobile phase was microemulsion that was optimized by inspecting the influence factors of separation and retention time. The optimized microemulsion was 2% sodium dodecyl sulfate-0.5% noctyl alcohol-4% nbutanol-phosphate buffer (pH was adjusted by phosphoric acid to 4.0). Sinochrom ODS-BP Chromatography columns(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was selected, with the column temperature of 25 ℃. The contents of five alkaloids in Corydalis Decumbentis Rhizoma were determined simultaneously at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: Under the optimized conditions,baseline separation of five alkaloids was achieved in 20 min, and the resolution is well. The calibration curves of jatrorrhizine, palmatine, berberine, tetrahydropulmatine and protopine were linear in the ranges of 0.800 9-16.01, 0.800 9-16.01,0.200 2-4.004,8.013-160.3 and 12.09-240.7 mg·L-1 ,respectively,with correlation coefficients of 0.999 5.Their limits of detection (LOD,S/N=3) were 0.201,0.254,0.053,1.27 and 1.05 mg·L-1 ,respectively.The spiked recoveries of three compounds ranged from 97.34% to 99.51%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of five alkaloids in Corydalis Decumbentis Rhizoma.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quality standard of the Tongfenglixiao preparations. Method: Qualitative identification was performed by thin layer chromatography on Dioscorea collettii, Papaya, Shichangpu, Aggregata, Smilax glabra;the content was measured with UV spectrophotometry the naringin in the formulations, with HPLC method for the content of chlorogenic acid in the it. Result: The naringin and chlorogenic acid showed good linear relationship (r=0.999 9,r=0.999 7) in the range of 0.056-0.196 mg,0.32-1.92 μg. The average recovery was 99.31%,99.66% with RSD 0.56%,0.415%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, reproducible and can be used as agents of Tongfenglixiao quality control standards.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the content of saikosaponin a, c, d in Bupleurum Radix from Sichuan Province by HPLC. Method: The samples were separated by a Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile-water gradient system as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength for fingerprinting was 210 nm with 30 ℃ for column temperature. Result: There were well linear relationship for saikosaponin a, c, d in range of 0.753-22.590, 0.461-13.830, 0.726-21.780 μg, and average recovery rates for them were 100.83%, 99.96%, 101.12%. Conclusion: There is a great difference in the content of saikosaponin in different varieties and parts of Bupleurum. We suggest that the overground and underground part should be respectively.

      摘要:Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of acteoside and linarin in Flos Buddlejae. Method: The analysis was performed on Promosil C18 reversed-phase analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with gradient elution(0-10 min,20%A;10-20 min,20%-40%A;30 min,60%A), the column temperature was 25 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 327 nm. Result: Acteoside and linarin showed good linearity in the range of 0.079 5-1.272 0 μg (r=0.999 6) and 0.051 6-0.412 8 μg (r=1.000 0);the average recovery was 100.8%, 103.1%, respectively and RSD was 2.2%, 1.8%, respectively. Conclusion: This established method is simple, rapid, reliable and can be used to evaluate the quality of Flos Buddlejae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a quick and sensitive UPLC-MS-MS method for simultaneously determining seven components (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, galuteolin,forsythoside A, baicalin and forsythin) in Shuanghuanglian powder injection. Method: The analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7 μm) using acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, with a gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.40 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Then the processed sample was analyzed by tandem mass spectrometer with negative electrospray ionization (ESI) source, monitored under a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, using the transition m/z 353.0-191.1, m/z 179.1-135.1, m/z 609.2-300.2, m/z 447.1-285.1, m/z 623.1-161.1, m/z 444.8-268.8, m/z 578.8-370.8 for chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, galuteolin,forsythoside A, baicalin, forsythin, respectively. Result: The calibration curves were linear in certain ranges for seven compounds (r>0.998 3) respectively, all the RSDs of precision were less than 4.2%, and all the RSDs of repeatability were less than 6.3%. The average recovery ranged from 92.2% to 102.7%. Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian injection powder.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a GC method for determination of menthol, camphor, cineol and eugenol in essential balm. Method: Agilent HP-INNOWAX capillary column and FID detector were used. The temperature of the detector was 280 ℃, and the temperature of the entrance of the capillary vessel column was 250 ℃. The temperature programing rose from 90 ℃ to 250 ℃ by 10 ℃ per minute, lasting 10 min in the end. Result: Under the same chromatogram condition, there was linear relation among menthol, camphor, cineol and eugenol in the range of 0.028 6-2.86, 0.028 52-2.852, 0.015 784 2-1.578 42, 0.004 386 8-0.438 68 μg, respectively. The average recovery rates were 99.17% (RSD 0.71%), 101.56% (RSD 0.80%), 104.22% (RSD 1.17%), 101.29% (RSD 1.17%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be applied to quality control of essential balm.

      摘要:Objective: Analyzing and identifying the constituents of the chemical constituent the Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation, and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result: 50 compounds from the volatile oil were identified, which account for 99.98 % of total volatile oils, and of them the main components are terpenes The main constituents are caryophylleneoxide(13.15%),benzaldehyde,2,4,5-trimethyl-(9.15%),2-dodecenal(8.55%),4,7,10-cycloundecatriene,1,1,4,8-tetramethyl-,cis,cis,cis(5.05%),cyclohexaneethanol,4-methyl-.beta.-methylene-,trans-(4.22%). The content (13.96%) of caryophyllene is the highest. Conclusion: The essential oil from Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae showed high application value,and this study provided a chemical basis as a medicinal herb, and theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the essential oil from leaf of Folium Rhodomyrti Tomentosae.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a sensitive HPLC fingerprint analytical method for evaluating scientifically and controlling the quality of Xiaoerqixingcha granule manufactured by Guangzhou wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Company Limited. Method: RP-HPLC analysis was performed at 30 ℃ by using a Symmetry® C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the gradient elute of mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection was set at 254 nm. Result: Liquiritin was used as the reference substance in the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint of Xiaoerqixingcha Granule,which showed 20 common peaks and the similarity was more than 0.90 among 10 samples. Conclusion: This method was accurate,repeatable and useful for the quality control of Xiaoerqixingcha granules of Guangzhou wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Company Limited.

      摘要:Objective: To Study Chrysanthemi Flos variety of elements content in the samples before and after sulphur fumigated differences, and try to establish sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos qualitative identification method. Method: Using Ultrwave Digestion/ICP-MS testing before and after sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos, a variety of mental elements content in combined with principal component analysis (PCA) scatter distribution method to distinguish between sulphur fumigated and non sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos. Result: Nine batches of stoving of sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos samples and nine samples of each element content comparison found that Ba and Cu element content increased after sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos medicine materials and has significant; Pb and As element content increased slightly, but not significant; Hg element content has no obvious change; Cd element content in the sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos samples slightly lower but not significant; 9 batches of sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos and 9 batches non-sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos distribution distance is relatively loose, able to complete stoved Chrysanthemi Flos and non-sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos to distinguish the identification. Conclusion: Methodology to investigate the results show that this method conform to the requirements of the measurement, the method can be applied to quality control of sulphur fumigated Chrysanthemi Flos and safety inspection, to explore stoved Chrysanthemi Flos and other sulphur fumigated the distinction between tradition Chinese medicine identification provides important data.

Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of special analysis. Result: Nine compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate position, whose structures were elucidated as (+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), (6R,7S,8S)-7a-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol (2), (+)-5' methoxyisolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), (-)-isolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol (5), kaempferol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), kaempferol-4'-O-α-L-rhamonpyranoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(6"-galloyl) galactopyranoside (8), quercetin-3-O-β-D-(6"-galloyl) galactopyranoside (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1-9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the chemical components of Qili Qiangxin capsule and to prove its material basis for efficacy. Method: The compounds were isolated from fractions eluted by 95% ethanol, 50% ethanol and 30% ethanol on silica gel, sephadex LH-20, MPLC and PHPLC repeatedly. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical methods and spectral analyses. They were identified as ginsenoside Rd (1), 20(S)-ginsenoside Rh1 (2), 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg2 (3), calycosin (4), Δ5-pregnene-3β, (S)-diol-20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-digitalopyranoside (5 ), astragaloside I (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (7), narirutin (8), methyl rosmarinate (9) and ethyl rosmarinate (10). Conclusion: The compounds 1-6,8-10 are identified from Qili Qiangxin capsule for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To clarify the water-soluble chemical constituents of Rabsodia lophanthoides var. graciliflora, one of the original plants of R. serra, a Chinese herbal medicine with protective effects on liver and gallbladder. Method: The aqueous extract of the whole plant was separated by various chromatographic methods and the compounds and their structures were identified by MS and NMR analyses. Result: Five compounds were isolated, their structures were identified as 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid (1), apigenin-6,8-C-di-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), isoschaftoside (3), schaftoside (4) and rosmarinic acid (5) by spectroscopic data. Conclusion: Compounds 2-4 were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: To study the variation of the main active ingredient contents in Crocus sativus. Method: The crocin contents in C. sativus were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), after which the relationships between contents and origins, fertilization mode, picking time, covering methods, morphological character of leaves, yield character were studied. Result: It showed that there was an obviously difference between contents in C. sativus from different origins, fertilization mode and covering methods. Besides, there was a negative correlation between contents and weight of stigma and seed, number and length of leaves. The picking time had no obvious correlation with contents. Thus it was founf that covering grass with no shade and cooperation application of organic and inorganic fertilizer could improve the crocin contents. Thus, to select high yield line in C. sativus, priority should be given to the line with longer and less leaves. Conclusion: The study has laid a foundation for high quality cultivation and superior line selection in C. sativus.

      摘要:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of three components in Ershen pills and compare the content changes of psoralen,isopsoralen and dehydrodiisoeugenol in this prescription before and after processing,and to investigate the influence of processing on chemical compositions. Method: Psoralea was stir-fried with salt and Nutmeg was roasted with wheat bran.HPLC was applied to determine the content changes of psoralen,isopsoralen and dehydrodiisoeugenol in this prescription before and after processing. Result: The average recoveries of psoralen,isopsoralen and dehydrodiisoeugenol were 101.76%,96.15%,99.61%,with RSD being 2.02%,1.55%,1.96%.The psoralen,isopsoralen and dehydrodiisoeugenol samples showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.164-2.05,0.115-1.44,0.086 4-1.08 μg,respectively,in the chosen HPLC conditions.After preparation,the three compositions were reduced. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The contents of psoralen,isopsoralen and dehydrodiisoeugenol in Ershen pills can be changed after processing.

      摘要:Objective: To determine the contents of the active components gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid in Erodium stephanianum from different collection time and to define the best collection time for this herb. Method: The RP-HPLC method was applied and the separation was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol(A)-water containing 0.4%H3PO4(B) with gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection was set at 259 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Result: The liner ranges of gallic acid, protocatechuic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid were 0.492-4.920 g·L-1(r=0.999 3),0.497-4.970 g·L-1(r=0.999 7),0.995-9.950 g·L-1(r=0.999 8),0.989-9.890 g·L-1(r=0.999 7),respectively. The average recoveries were 100.46%(RSD 2.1%),99.78%(RSD 1.3%),100.18%(RSD 1.0%),100.21%(RSD 1.4%),respectively. Conclusion: The content of gallic acid and protocatechuic acid, in E. stephanianum increased to the maximum value in late May, the content of corilagin and ellagic acid increased to the maximum value in late June. Four acids active compounds increased to the maximum in late June.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of total glycosides of Acanthopanax senticosus on memory acquisition deficit induced by rapid eye movement sleep deprivation(REMSD)and illustrate the underlying mechanism of long-term potentiation(LTP) and synaptic plasticity. Method: Male SD ratswere used in this study. Rats were deprived of REM sleep by modified multiple platform method (MMPM).The REM sleep loss before learning could result in memory acquisition deficit in rats. Then we investigated the effect of total glycosides of A.senticosus on memory acquisition deficit rats with hexagonal maze paradigm. At last, the population spike (PS)amplitudein the hippocampus (CA1) region of the rats was recordedwith electrophysiological technic in vivo. Result: Compared with control group,the ability of learning and memory as well as PS amplitude obviously descended in model group(P<0.01). Those in two doses of total glycoside of A.senticosus(200, 100 mg·kg-1)were enhanced significantly compared with model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: REMSD before learning could cause memory acquisition deficit. Total glycosides of A.senticosus could protect the memory deficitcaused by REMSD. The protective effect may be related to the enhanced synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus CA1 regionof rats.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects of Modified Simiao powder on gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia. Method: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:the control group, model group, 24,12,6 g·kg-1 Modified Simiao powder groups and allopurinol group, 10 rats in each group. The rat hyperuricemia model was established by hypoxanthine and oteracil potassium, the level of serum and urinary uric acid, the activity of serum and liver xanthine oxidase were detected. Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:the model group, 12,6,3 g·kg-1 Modified Simiao powder groups and colchicine group (n=8). Rabbit acute gouty arthritis model was established by monosodium urate(MSU) intraarticular injection, the joint swell and articular lesions degree, white blood cell count, interleukin(IL) -1β and IL-6 in synovia were also measured. Result: Modified Simiao powder 24,12,6 g·kg-1 ig could significantly reduce the serum and urinary uric acid level in hyperuricemic rat (P<0.01, P<0.05), together with decreasing liver xanthine oxidase activity (P<0.01). Modified Simiao powder 12,6 g·kg-1 ig could obviously restrain the joint swelling degree in the gouty arthritis modeling rabbits 1,3, 5 h after modeling (P<0.01, P<0.05). White blood cell(WBC), IL-1β and IL-6 levels were also decreased significantly after administration (P<0.01, P<0.05), meanwhile, 12 g·kg-1 ig could significantly reduce the articular lesions degree (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Simiao powder could obviously decrease urea acid(UA) of hyperuricacidemia modeling rats, and anti-inflammatory of gouty arthritis modeling rabbist. The mechanisms of its effects may liet in decreasing xanthine oxidase(XO) activity and restraining the synthesis of IL-1β, IL-6 in joint.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of methanol extract(ME) and ethanol extract(EE) of Terminalia chebula var. tomentella on rabbit thoracic aorta and to discuss the preliminary mechanism. Method: The method of cumulative dosing (concentration of extracts increased from 0.01 g·mL-1 to 0.08 g·mL-1, respectively.) was used to observe the influence on the tension of rabbit thoracic aorta.The effect of extracts of T. chebula var. tomentella(0.01 g·mL-1) on vasoconstrictive action after acetylcholine and phentolamine pretreatment,in the absence of calcium and increasing calcium the effect of extracts T. chebula tomentella(0.01 g·mL-1) on arterial systole was observed under the condition of intracellular calcium release and calcium influx. Result: The influence of ME on contraction extent of isolating thoracic aorta with endothelium was not obvious compared with the thoracic aorta without endothelium(P<0.05). The action of EE was more obvious P<0.05) and showed concentration dependent. ME(0.01 g·mL-1) and EE(0.01 g·mL-1) all depressed the predilated vascular strips by acetylcholine-induced(1×10-5 mol·L-1) and phentolamine-induced(10 mg·L-1),respectively. The vasoconstrictor effect of ME(0.01 g·mL-1) was inhibited by verapamil. In the absence of Ca2+ solution, the contraction amplitude in endothelium-denuded aorta rings treated by ME(0.01 g·mL-1) was significantly lower than those of contraction in Ca2+ solution(P<0.05). Conclusion: ME and EE has contraction effect on rabbit thoracic aorta and the mechanism of vasoconstrictor effect may be in connection with M receptor, α-receptor and Ca2+.

      摘要:Objective: To compare the T-lymphocyte sub-population and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)/cyclic guanosine monophosphates(cGMP) regulating effect of Ershen pill formula and its processed product on in spleen-kidney YANG deficiency rats, and provide experimental basis for mechanism of Ershen pill processing. Method: Fifty SD male rats were divided into normal group, model group, positive control group, the processed formula Ershen pill group(the crude fructus psoraleae combined with thecrude fructus myristica). The composite factors were used to made the rat spleen-kidney YANG deficiency diarrhea model for 4 weeks, after 2 weeks of admimistration the whole blood and separate serum were collected, flow cytometry and ELISA were used to detect the percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+ CD8+ and the content of cAMP and cGMP. Result: Compared with the model group, the three dose groups all could significantly improve cAMP/cGMP and the percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD4+, reduce the percentage of CD3+ CD8+, the impact on CD3+,CD3+/CD4+/CD8+ percentage and cAMP/cGMP was more significant in Ershen pill processed group. Conclusion: The components in Ershen pill after processing can recover the lever of CD3+ CD4+,CD3+ CD8+(P<0.01)and cAMP/cGMP (P<0.01)in spleen-kidney YANG deficiency diarrhea rats. This result indicates that the formula Ershen pill after processing can enhance the curative effect, which may be associate with adjusting the balance of T cell network (CD3+ CD4+,CD3+ CD8+)and cAMP/cGMP in spleen-kidney YANG deficiency diarrhea rats.

      摘要:Objective: To study wether the intervention of the combined different particle of Fufang Xiyi San on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC) in rat model is via the signal transducer and activator of transcription(Stat3) pathway. Method: One hundred and sixty SPF SD male rats were randomly divided into blank control group 1.4 g·kg-1, complex lizards powder 80 mesh treatment group 1.4 g·kg-1, 100 mesh treatment group(2.8,1.4,0.7 g·kg-1), and 80 mesh, 100 mesh mixed high, medium and low dose treatment group, model control group, Weimeisu treatment group(1 g·kg-1), in addition to the blank control group, 0.017 mol·L-1 N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosogua nidine(MNNG) solution was given once daily,a combined method was used to establish PLGC model. After the 24 weeks, the corresponding drugs were given for 12 weeks. The antiapoptotic proteins Stat3 and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) were measured. Result: Compared with model group after treatment, in each treatment group, Stat3 and Bcl-2 positive expression had a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The intervention of the combined different particle of fufang Xiyi san may be related to reducing the Stat3 and Bcl-2 positive expression.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the intestinal absorption characteristics of alliin extract from garlic in the rabbit, and provide experimental data for pre-formulation study. Method: Using optical fiber sensing process analysis system combined with everted gut sac model and real-time and in situ determination of the concentration of alliin in the rabbit intestine, the absorption of different concentrations (70, 50, 30 mg·L-1)was observed in different bowels (n=6). Result: The absorption capacity of alliin in different bowels was as follows: jejunum> ileum > colon > duodenum; different concentrations of intestine jejunum absorption number An values were (2.59 ± 0.21, 5.40 ± 0.11, 3.81 ± 0.27); ileum were (5.25 ± 0.07, 3.02 ± 0.19, 4.09 ± 0.18) were greater than the value of An 1.15, duodenum were (0, 0.95 ± 0.16,1.09 ± 0.28); colon were (0.50 ± 0.13, 0.90 ± 0.22, 1.08 ± 0.24) for each concentration An values were less than 1.15. Ke values for each concentration except duodenum (0, 0.007 ± 0.22, 0.004 ± 0.29) others are greater than 0.01 cm·min-1. Conclusion: Fiber Optic sensing system may used to determine the absorption of alliin(APIs) in the intestine in real-time, and the results show permeability of alliin in rabbit intestinal.

      摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Kangbai decoction on experimental vitiligo guinea pigs induced. Method: The experimental vitiligo guinea pig model was prepared by 5% hydroquinone. vitiligo capsule (0.24 g·kg-1) as control group, low, moderate and high dose (3.1, 6.2, 12.4 g·kg-1) of Kangbai decoction were orally given once a day for 50 days. The epidermal basal and prickle cell melanin distribution as well as the cholinesterase (CHE), monoamine oxidase (MAO), malondialdehyde (MDA) content were observed.The indexes of blood rheology,the content of tyrosinase and absorbance of melanin were measured. Result: After modeling, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity and CHE,MAO and MDA of the model group were obviously increased. The melanin distribution and skin hair follicle melanin of skin epidermal basal and prickle cell, absorption of melanin and tyrosinase content were significantly decreased. Compared with the normal group (P<0.01). Kangbai decoction could significantly increased the melanin distribution and skin hair follicle melanin of skin epidermal basal and prickle cell(P<0.01). The absorption of melanin and tyrosinase content were increased.CHE, MAO and MDA content were decreased in the blood and improved the indexes of blood rheology obviously(P<0.01). Conclusion: Kangbai decoction had a good therapeutic effect on experimental vitiligo guinea pigs, and its main mechanisms may be related to promoting blood circulation, reducing blood CHE, MAO and MDA content and increasing the content of tyrosinase melanin, increasing the number of hair follicles and absorbance etc.

      摘要:Objective: To detect how safflower polysaccharide (SPS) affects cell proliferation of human hepatic cancer cell line SMMC-7721. Method: SMMC-7721 cells were treated with different concentrations(0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16, 0.32, 0.64, 1.28 g·L-1) of SPS for 24, 48 hours. The cell proliferation was assessed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The proteins of cyclin B1 were compared by IHC. The expression of mRNA and protein of Cdc25B was compared by RT-PCR and Western blot. Result: The cell survival rate of SMMC-7721 cells was significantly inhibited by SPS in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner, except 1.28 g·L-1 SPS group. The protein expression of cyclin B1 and Cdc25B was down-regulated compared with the control group at 48 hour. The mRNA of Cdc25B also decreased and had good dose-dependent. Conclusion: SPS can inhibit proliferation of SMMC-7721 cell by affecting expression of cycle regulation genes.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of shuyu capsule on the expression of serotonin 1A receptor(5-HT1AR),dopamine D2 receptor(D2R),α 2A adrenergic receptor(α2AR) and apolipoprotein E4(Apo E4) in brain tissue of rats with vascular depression model. Method: Except the normal group rats were given Vitamin D3(VD3) 300 000 U·kg-1 byintramuscular injection, for 3 d, at fourth day high-fat feeding was caried out, lasted for 9 weeks,meanwhile chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) was performed for 3 weeks to establish the rat model of vascular depression. Shuyu capsule low dose (533 mg·kg-1), middle dose (1 066 mg·kg-1),high dose(2 132 mg·kg-1) and fluoxetine (1.3 mg·kg-1)were administered intragastrically group were given fluoxetine hydrochloride, the normal group and the model group rats were administrated distilled water, the treatment lasted 21 days. In the open field test, sucrose preference test was scored, immunohistochemical method was used to detect the changes of content of 5-HT1AR in brain, D2R, α 2AR, Apo E4 content determination by ELISA method. Result: The 5-HT1AR,D2R,α2AR receptor and Apo E4 expression increased significantly in the model group (P<0.01).Shuyu capsule low, middle, high dose groups and fluoxetine group,compared with the model group, could reduce the 5-HT1AR and D2R, α2AR receptor and decreased the content of Apo E4 (P<0.05, P<0.01), Conclusion: Shuyu capsule may have anti-vascular depression effect, its mechanism may be related to the decrease of 5-HT1AR,D2R,α2AR and expression of Apo E4.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of ε-viniferin, a natual oligomeric stilbene in grapevines, on the antiangiogenesis in vivo and in vitro. Method: The pharmacodynamic effects of ε-viniferin on the basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)induced migration, the tuber formation and the angiogenesis on endothelial cell line ECV304 in vivo and in vitro. Further, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and bFGF in ε-viniferin-treated B16F10 cells were assayed to ensure the effects. Result: ε-viniferin inhibit bFGF induced cell proliferation and migration.ε-viniferin inhibited endothelial cell tube formation by basic fibroblast growth factor in a dose-dependent manner. ε-viniferin also inhibited the angiogenesis in Matrigel plug mouse model.With the increasing of concentration and duration ε-viniferin treatments, bFGF and VEGF content in B16F10 cell cultures were gradually reduced in a dose-and time-dependent. Conclusion: ε-viniferin is a potential agent on angiogenensis.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the influence and mechanism of Xinshuaining granules and decoction in the treatment of experiment heart failure in rats. Method: Rats were divided into 3 groups, treatment group, placebo group and control group. The chronic heart failure(CHF) model was caused by doxorubicin hydrochloride.The treatment group was given Xinshuaining granules and decoction for 15 days, and the control group and placebo group were given physiological saline for 15 days.After administration, the hemodynamic changes were recorded. Result: The Xinshuaining granules and decoction improved cardiac hemodynamic parameters, including left ventricular systolic pressuer(LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressuer(LVEDP), ±dp/dtmax,and significantly decreased cardiac coefficient. Conclusion: Xinshuaining granules and decoction can improve the cardiac hemodynamic parameter of CHF rats.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the prevention mechanism of Fuzheng Huoxue Qingre fang(FHQF) on acute radiation enteritis(ARE) in rats. Method: Forty eight Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(8 rats each group), blank control, model group, dexamethasone group, high,medium, and low dosage of FHQF groups. Except for the blank control, the physiological saline(9.0 g·L-1), dexamethasone(1.425 mg·kg-1) and FHQF(16.67,12.5,8.33 g·kg-1) were administrated daily separately 10 days before the limit abdominal irradiation(15 Gy) by rectal clysma once a day,5 mL per rat. The morphological differences, and the levels of superoxide dismustase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the rectum were detected at the moment 24 hours after the modeling success of ARE in model group. Result: The modeling success of model group was observed within 1 day after the limit abdominal irradiation. No obvious morphologic differences were observed in all the groups except model group. The rectum levels of SOD and CAT in dexamethasone group, and high,medium, and low dosage of FHQF groups were found significantly (P<0.05) higher and MDA levels were significantly lower than model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: FHQF could attenuat ARE in rats effectively,whose possible prevention mechanism partly related to its powerful effects on limiting the peroxidation in the radiation injured rectum.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of breviscapine on glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats. Method: The T2DM model rats were induced by feeding of high-fat and high-carbohydrate diet and injecting streptozotocin and then were randomly divided into the model group(MG), the low and high dose group(100, 200 mg·kg-1·d-1,LG,HG), A normal control group was also set up(NG). The drugs were given for 14 days by intraperitoneal injection. Then the general status, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), insulin(INS), blood lipid [total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)] and adiponectin(APN) levels were compared between each group. The rat pancreatic tissue pathological section were also made. Result: Compared with NG, there were obvious symptoms of diabetes in MG, levels of FBG, INS, TC, TG, LDL-C significantly increased and levels of APN decreased in MG(P<0.01).Compared with MG, the general status improved in both LG and HG, levels of FBG, INS, TC, TG, LDL-C significantly decreased and levels of APN increased in both LG and HG(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Breviscapine may adjust the disturbance in the glucose and lipid metabolism by improving the low adiponectin levels and insulin resistance in T2DM rats.

      摘要:Objective: The methodology study was conducted in RBL-2H3 cells allergy test, and its applicability into evaluating anaphylactoid reactions was studied. Method: The grown characteristics of RBL-2H3 cells were observved, then compound 48/80(C48/80) was used to optimize the experimental conditions such as cell density, concentration of dosage,testing indexes.The application of the method was studied though testing two reported allergic reaction drugs, which was used to evaluate two herbs injections. Result: As a vitro test to detect drug allergic reaction, the optimum planting density of RBL-2H3 test was (0.5-2.0) ×105/mL, optimal incubation time was 24 h, optimal drug interaction medium was Tyrode's solution; the optimal condition of C48/80 induced RBL-2H3 cell degranulation test was 25-50 mg·L-1 concentration and response 30 min;C48/80,Tween-80 and Chinese cobra toxin could induce RBL-2H3 cell degranulation and the increase of cell supernatant β-glucosidase and histamine concentrations, which showed a good‘quantity-time-effect’relationship. For Xuesaitong the potential anaphylactoid risk was found. Conclusion: As a in vitro test for drug anaphylactoid, RBL-2H3 cell method is sensitive, rapid and convenient, it suits the anaphylactoid testing of drugs including TCM injections.For non-ferrous subjects content, it is suggested that the index of histamine ELISA method, confirm at last still need to be combined with experiment in vivo.

      摘要:Objective: To study the acute toxicity and inheritance toxicity of water extract of Cuscutae Semen in SD rats. Method: The acute toxicity of water extract of Cuscutae Semen in SD rats was detected by maximum tolerated dose method. Micronucleus test of pregnant mice bone narrow cells and fetal mice hepatocytes were carried out:5 groups were used for bone narrow and fetal hepatic cell, include high, middle and low dosage of water extract of Cuscutae Semen (40, 20, 10 g·kg-1, respectively), negative control group (normal sodium, NS, 10 mL·kg-1) and positive control group, the micronucleus rates of bone marrow and fetal hepatic cell were evaluated by micronucleus tests. Result: The maximum dosage of administration of water extract Cuscutae Semen was 80 g·kg-1. Compared with negative control group, the micronucleus rates of bone marrow and fetal hepatic cell were all significantly increased (P<0.01) at a high dose of 40 g·kg-1. Conclusion: The maximum tolerance dose of water extract of Cuscutae Semen (80 g·kg-1) in SD rats is belonged to the non-toxic substance. The high dosage of water extract of Cuscutae Semen (40 g·kg-1) has potential genetic toxicity on micronuclear rates of pregnant mice bone marrow cell and fetal mice hepatocytes, but middle and low dosage of it (20, 10 g·kg-1) have no genetic toxicity.

      摘要:Objective: Discuss the influence and mechanism of action of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule to patients' progression free survival(PFS) in treating primary liver cancer after arterial chemoembolization. Method: Ninety-seven patients were randomly divided into control group (47 cases) and observation group (50 cases)by random number table.Patients in the control group received Fufang Banmao capsules,3 grains/time,2 times/day.Patients in the observation group received Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule,4 grains/time,2 times/day.Treatment was ending when progression of ill appeared.Progression free survival was recorded.Before treatment and at the third mouth after treatment,KPS was graded and level of T lymphocyte subpopulation of peripheral blood and natural killer cell(NK) were detected.vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),fibroblast growth factor(FGF) and alpha fetal protein (AFP) were also detected. Result: PFS in control group were(17.5±6.2) weeks which were(21.3±6.9)weeks in observation group,which meat PFS in observation group was longer than in control group(P<0.01). Treatment 3 months after the control group T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) and NK in control group changed indistinctively.But CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and NK in observation group increased(P<0.01),and which in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01),CD8+in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.01).After 3 mouths of treatment,compared with the time before treatment,level of serous VEGF,bFGF and AFP decreased(P<0.01),which in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule can prolong patients' progression free survival in treating primary liver cancer after arterial chemoembolization,it stabilized patients' quality of lives,and its improving patients' cellular immune function and restraining angiogenesis.

      摘要:Objective: Observe recent curative effect of maintenance treatment of Xiaoyin decoction combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment in treating psoriasis vulgaris and effect to forward. Method: Ninety patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases)by random number table. Patients in control group received calcipotriol betamethasone ointment,appropriately external application,2 times/day,course was 4 weeks or stopping when score of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) was 0,and patients received compound glycyrrhizin tables,3 tables/time,3 times/day,taken orally,course of treatment were 16 weeks.Patients in observation group received the same external medicines as the control group and received Xiaoyin decoction taken orally,1 dose/day, course of treatment were 16 weeks.Before treatment and at the end of the fourth and sixteenth week after treatment,PASI was measured and PASI-50 was calculated. And degree of pruritus was measured by visual analogue scale(VAS) and dermatology life quality index(DLQI).During 16 weeks,condition of relapse was recorded and time of relapse was calculated. Result: At the fourth week after treatment,the total effective rate in control group was 86.67% and in observation group was 88.89%,which means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups. PASI75 in both groups were 68.89%.At the sixteenth week after treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 82.22% superior to 62.22% in the control group(P<0.05).PASI75 in two group were 40% and 57.78%,which means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups.At the fourth week after treatment,both groups' scores of PASI decreased which compared with the time before treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance from the differences between two groups. Compared with the fourth week after treatment,at the sixteenth week after treatment,both groups' scores of PASI increased but score of PASI in observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).At the fourth and sixteenth week after treatment,VAS and DLQI of pruritus in observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).20 cases in the control group got the standard of relapse and 13 cases in the observation group,which means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups,mean time of relapse in control group was (49±7) days longer than (71±10) days in the observation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Treatment of Xiaoyin decoction combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment can reduce condition of pruritus in treating psoriasis vulgaris at recent and improve the quality of patients' lives.And continuing maintenance treatment can improve total effective rate,make disease stable and prolong remission.

      摘要:Objective: Discuss adjuvant radiotherapy treatment of Fuzheng Qingbi decoction in treating oral mucosa injury of nasal pharyngeal cancer(NPC) and influence to epstein-barr virus-deoxyribonucleic acid(EBV-DNA) in plasma,serous EB virus capsid antigen(VCA-IgA) and early antigen antibody(EA-IgA). Method: Eighty patients with NPC were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases)according to the order of admission.Patients in the control group received radiotherapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment.Based on the control group,patients in the observation group added Fuzheng Qingbi decoction, and Fuzheng Qingbi decoction,1 dose/day,Course of treatment in two groups were 12 weeks.The time and degree of oral mucosa injury were observed,quality of life was graded at the third and seventh week after treatment.The level of EBV-DNA in plasma was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).And the level of serous VCA-IgA and EA-IgA were detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA). Result: At the third week after treatment,incidence rate of Ⅲ level oral mucosa injury in observation group was 40% which was 57.5% in control group, statistical significance from the differences between two groups. Incidence rate of Ⅳ level in observation group was 2.5% which was 17.5% in control group,which means a statistical significance from the differences between two groups(P<0.05).At the seventh week after treatment,incidence rate of Ⅲ level oral mucosa injury in observation group was 55% which was 70% in control group.And incidence rate of Ⅳ level in observation group was 7.5% which was 25% in control group,statistical significance from the differences between two groups(P<0.05).The time of oral mucosa injury in control group were(18.5±2.8) d which were(15.5±2.7) d observation group later than the control group,incidence time observation group was later than in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,level of EBV-DNA in plasma in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.01).And the level of serous VCA-IgA and EA-IgA in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Fuzheng Qingbi decoction can relieve oral mucosa injury of nasal pharyngeal cancer,restrain EB virus in plasma of pharyngeal cancer and reduce level of serous virus antibody,it may have the inhibiting effect to relapse or transfer of NCP.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose is to discuss the clinical effects of Qianyang Huoxue Tongluo decoction in treating of acute cerebral infarction patients and influence of fibrinolytic system. Method: Seventy-six patients were randomly divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (38 cases)by random number table.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment according to guideline of 2010 Chinese acute ischemic cerebral infarction,including controlling blood pressure,blood glucose,body temperature,anticoagulation and restraining blood platelet.Patients in control group taken aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Taken orally.For patients in observation group added Qianyang Huoxue Tongluo decoction based on the treatment of control group,1 does/day.Treatment courses of two groups continued 14 days.Use clinical neurological function deficit scores (CSS scores) to evaluate the degree of nerve damage.Adopt Fugl-Meyer campaign function test (FMI) to assess movement function.Use improved Ashworth spasm rating chart to estimate the degree of limb spasm.Employ developing substrate method to examine the content of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogenemia activator inhibitor(PAI).Adopt immune turbidimetric method to detectfibrinogen(FIB).Use enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to test D-dimer(D-D) and von willebrand factor (vWF).The indexes above each take one evaluation before and after treatment. Result: CSS scores and improve Ashworth scores of both groups declined after treatment.The data of observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,FMI scores of both group increased.Besides the data of observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Both groups' levels of t-PA and PAI reduce which in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the level of plasma FIB,D-D and vWF was falling(P<0.01).For observation group the level of plasma FIB,D-D and vWF was inferior to which in control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.11% superior to 73.68% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qianyang Huoxue Tongluo decoction can effectively dissolve thrombus and inhibit thrombosis by means of adjusting the fibrinolytic system function.Through this it was able to improve the blood supply of the lesion site and promote the recovery of neurological function.

      摘要:Objective: Observe amelioration of Huoxue Tongbi powder iontophoresis combined with traction therapy to dysfunction in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH) and influence to interleukin-1β (IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and β-endorphin(P-EP). Method: One hundred cases with LDH were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) according to the order of admission.Patients in control group received conventional traction therapy,1 time/day.Based on the therapy of control group,patients in observation group added iontophoresis of Huoxue Tongbi powder,1 time/day.Course of treatment in two groups were 28 days.Before treatment and at the seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first and the twenty-eighth day after treatment,patients conditions of pain were recorded by visual analogue scales(VAS)method.Before and after treatment and in the third mouth after finishing treatment, dysfunction of patients with LDH were evaluated by Oswestry dysfunction index.after treatment,the main symptom and sign of LDH were graded.Before and after treatment,the levels of β-endorphin in plasma,interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in serum and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were detected. Result: After treatment both groups' scores of VAS continued decreasing,and at the seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first and twenty-eighth day,scores of VAS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Analyzed by Ridit,disease curative effect in observation group was superior to control group(P<0.05).Compared with the time before treatment,oswestry dysfunction index in two groups decreased(P<0.01),and Oswestry dysfunction index in observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Third month after finishing treatment,oswestry dysfunction index in two groups increased a little(P<0.01),but Oswestry dysfunction index in observation group was still lower than the control group(P<0.01).Scores of lumbar and leg pain,numbness of lower limb,lower limb radiation pain and pressing pain in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). The two groups after treatment than before treatment increased plasma β -EP,after treatment the observation group of β-EP levels higher than the control grou (P<0.01).Level of IL-1β in serum and TNF-α in two groups decreased and the level of IL-1β in serum and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Huoxue Tongbi powder iontophoresis combined with traction therapy can relief patients' pain with LDH,ameliorate patients' symptom and sign and promote patients' functions to recover.

      摘要:Objective: The discuss the effects of Tongluo Zhitong decotion combined with electro-acupuncture to treat primary trigeminal neuralgia and influence to plasma substance P(PS) and β-endorphin(β-EB). Method: Ninety-four patients with PNT were randomly divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (48 cases)by random number table.Patients in control group taken carbamazepine tablets, the first agent 100 mg,2 times/day,after 3 days,Every 1 days to increase 100 mg,until the relief of pian(maximum should be less than 600 mg·d-1),and then cut down the dose gradually and kept the effective dose at 400 mg·d-1. Course of treatment were 4 weeks.Patients in observation group received therapy of electro-acupuncture and Tongluo Zhitong decoction.Before and after treatment,pain was measured by visual analogue scale(VAS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS) and pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQL),the level of plasma PS and β-EB were detected by radioimmunoassay. Result: After treatment the total effective rate of clinical effects in the observation group was 93.75%, control group78.26%, in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the time before treatment,both groups' scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQL decreased(P<0.01),and those scores in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).And both groups' levels of plasma PS decreased and which in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.01).And both groups' levels of β-EB increased and which in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Needle medicine can reduce patients' pain in primary trigeminal neuralgia,its mechanism may be associated with raising level of β-EB and reducing level of PS.And it can ameliorate patients' anxiety,depression and sleeping and it's beneficial to improve patients' quality of lives.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the efficiency of cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with herbal decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Method: One hundred and twenty-six cases with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and experience group. The control group was given cefminox sodium intravenous drip, and observation group received cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with Sanao decoction and Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction treatments. The course of treatment was 10 days. Symptoms and signs integral and lung function before and after treatment were compared. Result: Compared with control group, symptoms and signs integral after treatment in observation group markedly decreased (P<0.05);after treatment, forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV1/FVC inobservation group were superior to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cefminox sodium intravenous drip combined with herbal decoction for AECOPD can improve the clinical symptoms and lung functions.

      摘要:Objective: The purpose of this research lies in the evaluation of efficacy and safety of the anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion in treating atopic dermatitis(AD). Method: The cases who have symmetrical and similar severity(severity score differs less than two) lesions on the limbs. Basic moisturizer was applied in both treatment side and control side, whereas anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion was added to the treatment side, but control side not for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed. Result: After 2 weeks, the score of the treatment target lesions and the control lesions had significant statistical difference (P<0.01), both the scores of the local pruritus had significant statistical difference (P<0.01) which indicated that the anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion could effectively improve the skin lesions and reduce pruritus. The total score and the pruritus score of target lesions decreased more significantly than the control lesions. Target lesions of acute and chronic lesions compared with total score was significant (P<0.05), which shows that the acute lesions give a more significant improvement compared with the chronic lesions. Thus using anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion in acute inflammatory has a better outcome. There is not any uncomfortable sensation in those patients with mild to moderate in severity 4 cases of severe AD patients felt mild to moderate bearable burning and stinging on the skin. Conclusion: Anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion can greatly improve lesion conditions and pruritus. Using anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion in acute inflammatory has a better outcome compared with those chronic lesions in a 2 week's period of treatment. Anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion is formulated according to the pathogenesis of‘flare-up of heart fire, insufficiency of spleen with dampness’, by using the‘purging the heart fire and tonify the spleen’method, it is suitable for both acute and remitting phases, anti-inflammation,inhibiting the plantation of staphylococcus and infection might be major mechanism. Anti-inflammatory moisturizing lotion is safe. Evaluating severity of lesions and sensitivity, regulating medication concentration,time and temperature when using, and maintain skin moisturization after applying the lotion, will greatly decrease side effects.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of therapy with modified Dachengqi decocotion combined with stilamir in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Method: Forty patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group treated with the combined therapy and the control group treated by stilamir alone. Serum amylase, calcium concentration,interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10,IL-18 and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ) score were determined before and after treatment. And the incidence of complication and mortality were assessed. Result: The time of abdominal pain, distention disappearance, air charge recovering, and average hospitalization days in the treated group were significantly shorter than those in the control group respectively (P<0.05). Levels of serum amylase,IL-6,IL-18 and APACHEⅡscores were lower after treatment in both groups, level of serum calcium concentration were higher after treatment in both groups(P<0.05). Level of serum IL-10 were lowered after treatment in both groups, but it was higher at 10 days in the treated group again(P<0.05).The incidence of local complications in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the control group respectively (P<0.05).But the incidence of mortality between the two groups showed no statistical significance. Conclusion: Combined therapy of modified Dachengqi tang and stilamir is a recommended recipe in treatment of SAP, it could obviously improve the efficacy of treatment.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of herbal Tanreqing injection on infection and the immunoregulation function in lung adenocarcinoma patients of after chemotherapy. Method: Seventy lung adenocarcinoma cases suffered from incurrenting infectious pneumonia after chemotherapy were divided into 2 groups:control group treated by, test group antibiotics, test group,treated by Tanreqing-injection combined with antibiotics. The clinical symptoms were observed,and the peripheral blood T lymphocytes were detected their before or after administration by flow cytometry(FCM).The ordinary silver staining technology was was used used to measure the relative content(I . S) of argyrophil nucleolar organizer region(AgNORs) in lymphocytes,and level of transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) in the serum was detected by ELISA. Result: Therapeutic effects of treat group were better than control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, improvement situations in peripheral-blood T lymphocytes subset, TGF-β1 content and I . S value of Tanreqing injection treated group group were more notable than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Herbal Tanreqing injection with antibiotics is more effective than antibiotics. Meanwhile, it also displayed certain immunoregulation functionsonia.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of sinus perfusion fluid for secondary treatment on rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis after endoscopic sinus surgery. Method: The sinus perfusion fluid topical decoction (Astragali Radix, Epimedii Folium leaf, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Carthami Flos, Magnoliae Flos, Chrysanthemi Indici Flos, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Gardeniae Fructus, Menthae haplocalycis Herba) were used to study its impact on the postoperative effects. The seventy-four patients were divided into treatment group (n=37) and control group (n=37), the treatment lasted 2 months. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group (89.2% vs. 72.9%, P<0.05). For nasal normalized transfer process, treatment group was faster than control group on surgical cavity clean-up time and epithelialization time (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sinus perfusion fluid topical decoction effectively improved the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery, and was regarded as a widely used adjuvant therapy proposal for rhinogenic chronic pharyngitis after surgery.

      摘要:Objective: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Danggui Yinzi in treatment of chronic urticaria(CU). Method: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central, CBM, CNKI, WANFANG and VIP were searched to collect RCTs or CCTs from inception to May 2013.The Meta-analysis was conducted with Revman 5.2.5 software. GRADE Profile3.6 was used to evaluate the grade of the quality of evidence. Result: 15 articles involving 1 358 patients were included in the Meta-analysis. The Meta-analysis showed for the cure rate and efficient Danggui Yinzi was superior to conventional antihistamine(CA) except mizolastine;recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than the CA. Conclusion: The system review shows that compared with CA,Danggui Yinzi has higher cure rate and effective and it has low recurrence rate and low incident of adverse reactions.

      摘要:Summarize the latest research development on chemical constituents and hpyerglycemic activity of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk. to provide the literature accordance and research ideas.By searching the CNKI,science direct and NCBI databases, the related references in recent years both at home and abroad about C. paliurus were collected, analyzed and summarized.The major chemical constituents of C. paliurus are diterpenes, flavonoids, steroids, tannins, organic acids, alkaloids and so on;the aqueous extract and alcohol extract consist of its active constituents, including polysaccharides, flavonoids and steroids mainly. More studies are needed on the further separation of components and hpyerglycemic mechanism.
