摘要:Objective: Literature accumulated via long-time practices and basic theory research is rich in information concerning preventive and curative rules of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It carries so much knowledge that could be taken as the sources for candidate drug searching in new TCM drug design. To screen and discover the prescriptions of new TCMs is the primary task in new drug design. Based on the status quo of prescription sources of new TCMs, this article aimed at analyzing some problems concerning prescriptions sources in many aspects of prescription screening, such as literature prescriptions, experiencing prescriptions and effective components prescriptions. Then, based on TCM knowledge and clinical practices, the article proposed the research strategy for discovery of new TCMs. To be specific, the research strategy included constructing analyzable structural database of prescriptions and clinical data, analyzing the composition rules of prescription via data mining (DM), and determining the candidate prescriptions of new TCM design, combined with professional judgement and verification by clinical practices, to provide new thoughts for new drug design of TCM.

摘要:Objective: To explore structure of polypeptides from Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum-collagen/chitosan composite materials prepared by different crosslinking methods and investigate its effects on osteoblasts proliferation. Method: Mixed collagen and chitosan solution at the ratio of 9:1,vacuum thermo-crosslinking and 0.25% glutaraldehyde cross-linking method were used to prepare composite scaffolds which contained with 1.0 mg·L-1 of polypeptides from Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum.Structure of composite scaffolds was observed by scanning electron microscopy,MTT assay were used to test effects of different composite materials on osteoblast hFOB1.19 proliferation and activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP). Result: Structure of thermo-crosslinking composite materials had uneven distribution but pore size significantly reduced;while glutaraldehyde cross-linking group had regular structure with layered folds,internal pore size became larger and it was mainly dominated by sheet structure.Cross-linked composite groups could facilitate osteoblast proliferation and it was significantly better than the control group and the composite materials group,anxo-action for osteoblast proliferation of glutaraldehyde crosslinking group was better than thermo-crosslinking group.Crosslinking composite materials could effectively improve ALP activity of osteoblast. Conclusion: Glutaraldehyde cross-linking method could effectively improve properties of polypeptides from Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum-collagen/chitosan composite materials,such as osteoblast proliferation promoted and ALP activity increased.

摘要:Objective: To optimize microwave vacuum drying process of Jiangzhiling tablets. Method: Considering overall desirability of contents of emodin,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid as dependent variable,Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to optimize microwave vacuum drying process of Jiangzhiling tablets with relative density of extract,microwave power and drying time as independent variables.HPLC was adopted to determine contents of emodin,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid with mobile phases of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(80:20) and acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate(67:12:21),detection wavelengths at 254 and 210 nm. Result: Optimum microwave vacuum drying process was as follows:concentrated extract to a relative density of 1.27 g·mL-1,microwave power of 511 W,drying time of 27 min;extracting amounts of emodin,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 0.321,0.548,0.118 mg·g-1,which were close to predictive values of 0.324,0.545,0.121 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized drying process was stable and reliable,which had no significant difference in contents of index components by hot air drying process,it was suitable for application in drying process of materials of traditional Chinese medicine.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of ferritin from Cicer arietinum. Method: On the basis of single factor tests,response surface methodology(RSM) was applied for optimizing extraction conditions with solid-liquid ratio,buffer pH,salt concentration as independent variables and yields of ferritin and total proteins,dry weight of extract as response value.According to Box-Behnken principles,RSM with three factors and three levels was used. Result: Optimum extraction conditions for ferritin from C. arietinum was as follows:buffer pH of 7.46,solid-liquid ratio of 1:4,molar concentration of MgCl2 50 mmol·L-1;yield of ferritin was 0.002 556%,whose deviation was small with theoretical predicted value of 0.002 633%. Conclusion: RSM for optimizing extraction process of ferritin was stable and feasible,it could improve extraction conditions of ferritin and provide a reference for development and utilization of plant iron supplements.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Tripterygium wilfordii. Method: Taking extracting amounts of triptolide and total diterpene lactones as indexes,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction process with extracting time,ethanol concentration and consumption as factors.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triptolide with mobile phase of methanol-water(45:55) and detection wavelength at 218 nm; UV was employed to determine the content of total diterpene lactones with detection wavelength at 550 nm. Result: Ethanol concentration had significant effect on extracting amount of triptolide,but the other two factors had no significant difference;three factors all had no significant effect on the content of total diterpene lactones.Optimum extraction condition were as follows:reflux extracted thrice with 8 times the amount of 95% ethanol for 2,1,1 h;extracting amounts of triptolide and total diterpene lactones were 4.20, 86.64 μg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized process was feasible and stable with high extracting efficiency of index components.

摘要:Objective: To investigate feasibility of UPLC-assisted for optimizing purification conditions of total flavonoids by macroporous resin. Method: Take aqueous extracts of Apocyni Veneti Folium as an example,taking content changes of total flavonoids,extract and main active components as indexes,on the basis on general elution conditions of flavonoids,UPLC was adopted to optimize elution conditions and experimental verification was employed.UV was used to determine the content of rutin with detection wavelength of 410 nm;contents of hyperin,isoquercetin and astragalin were determined by UPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (14:86),flow rate of 0.2 mL·min-1,detection wavelength of 360 nm. Result: Optimum purification conditions were as follows:sample solution pH 5,diameter-high ratio 1:8,adsorption rate of 1.5 BV·h-1,standing for 2 h,washed impurity with 3 BV of water with elution rate of 1.5 BV·h-1,then eluted by 1 BV of 10% ethanol and 3 BV of 70% ethanol with elution rate of 2 BV·h-1,collected eluent of 70% ethanol;yield and purity of total flavonoids were 92.3% and 38.4%,respectively. Conclusion: Optimization of elution conditions by macroporous resin based on UPLC was simple and feasible with high accuracy.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of Fangbing nasal inhalants. Method: With sleep duration and sleep latency of rats as comprehensive evaluation indexes,L9 (34) orthogonal test was performed to optimize prescription by taking amounts of menthol,linalool and borneol as factors.Considering and measuring solubility of menthol and borneol,odor of nasal inhalants,single factor test was adopted to investigate effect of ethanol concentration on release of Fangbing nasal inhalants;taking in vitro release of menthol,linalool and borneol as indexes,combined with efficacy test of sleep deprivation to determine optimum formulation of this preparation. Result: Optimum formulation was as following:borneol 0.15 g,linalool 0.4 mL,menthol 0.070 9 g,90% ethanol 0.1 mL;under these conditions,incubation period and sleep duration were (13.26±1.51),(43.58±1.94) min. Conclusion: This optimized formulation was reasonable with flavor of aromatic and pleasing,it could provide a references for development of pulmonary drug delivery of traditional Chinese medicine.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of total alkaloids,total flavonoids and polysaccharides from mulberry seeds. Method: After mulberry seeds was defatted,with composite score of extracting amounts of total alkaloids,total flavonoids and polysaccharides as indicators,on the basis of single factor tests,orthogonal design was adopted to optimize extraction process by taking extracting time,ethanol concentration,hydrochloric acid concentration as factors.Contents of total flavonoids,total alkaloids and polysaccharides were determined by Al (NO3)3,reinecke salt colorimetry and anthrone-sulfuric acid method,respectively. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracting time 2 h,ethanol concentration 50%,molar concentration of hydrochloric acid 0.03 mol·L-1;average extracting amounts of total alkaloids,total flavonoids and polysaccharides were 23.15,0.57,0.51 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was stable,feasible and suitable for industrial production with high extraction efficiency,it could provide a reference for development and utilization of mulberry seeds resources.

摘要:Objective: To investigate stability of Shenmai injections with different solubilizer and explore a solubilizer for replacing polysorbate 80. Method: Shenmai injections was prepared with 15-hydroxy polyethylene glycol stearate(0.2%) and polysorbate 80(0.5%) as solubilizer,respectively.With appearance,insoluble particles,visible particles,fingerprint similarity,pH and content of ginsenosides as indexes,stability of Shenmai injections was investigated,including influencing factor test(lighting,high temperature,low temperature,freezing and thawing),long-term stability test in 25℃ and acceleration test in 40℃.UV was adopted to determine content of total saponins with detection wavelength at 544 nm;content of ginsenosides was determined by HPLC,mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) for gradient elution(0-30 min,0%-10%A;30-40 min,10%-23%A;40-50 min,23%A;50-85 min,23%-60%A;85-95 min,60%-100%A) and detection wavelength at 203 nm. Result: Appearance,insoluble particles and visible particles of Shenmai injections with different solubilizer were in line with regulations,fingerprint similarity were 0.98,content of ginsenosides had no significant difference. Conclusion: Compared with polysorbate 80,15-hydroxy polyethylene glycol stearate had the same solubilization effect,prepared Shenmei injections had good stability.  
摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction process of active ingredients from Gastrodiae Rhizoma in Dachuanxiong formula. Method: Active ingredients from Gastrodiae Rhizoma was extracted by reflux,with yield of gastrodine as index,some factors affecting index were firstly evaluated by Plackett-Burman design,then extraction conditions were optimized by Box-Behnken design,experimental date were imitated by multiple regression and second-order polynomial equation,response surface analysis was adopted to predict optimum process.HPLC was employed to determine the content of gastrodine with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(3:97) and detection wavelength at 220 nm. Result: Solvent volume,extracting times and time had significant effects on yield of active ingredients;binomial equation fitted well with good predictability,optimal extraction process was as follows:extracted thrice with solid-lipuid ratio of 1:10,120 min for each time;yield of gastrodine was 1.392%,whose deviation was small by comparing with the predicted value of 1.397%. Conclusion: Extraction process of active ingredients from Gastrodiae Rhizoma optimized by combination of Plackett-Burman design and response surface analysis was stable and feasible with good predictability,which could serve as a valuable reference for resource development of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate mutual antioxidant effect of total flavonoids from alcohol extract of Ginkgo Folium and Astragali Radix. Method: UV was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids with detection wavelength of 507 nm.Taking clearance and IC50 as indexes,synergistic antioxidant effect of total flavonoids from alcohol extract of Ginkgo Folium and Astragali Radix was investigated by DPPH radical scavenging assay coupled with isobologram method,concentration ratio of total flavonoids were 1:1.08,1:3.22 and 1:9.70. Result: IC50 of total flavonoids from alcohol extract of Ginkgo Folium and Astragali Radix were 3.45, 12.01 mg·L-1,respectively,which suggested that these alcohol extract had significant DPPH radical scavenging effect.Effect-response points of Ginkgo Folium combined with Astragali Radix were observed below the addition line with 95% confidence interval in isobolographic plots.IC50add of complex group (x±s,n=4) were (5.49±0.05),(7.53±0.04), (9.82±0.07) mg·L-1,IC50 mix (x±s,n=4) were (4.95±0.09),(6.56±0.15), (8.61±0.15) mg·L-1,interaction index were 0.90,0.86 and 0.88,respectively. Conclusion: DPPH radical scavenging activity of total flavonoids from Ginkgo Folium was stronger than that from Astragali Radix,there was a synergistic antioxidant effect between alcohol extract of Ginkgo Folium and Astragali Radix.  
摘要:Objective: To determine apparent solubility and oil-water partition coefficients of total saponins from Pulsatillae Radix,then investigate its stability in vitro gastrointestinal fluid. Method: Taking saponins(B3,BD,B7) from Pulsatillae Radix as index,apparent solubilities of three kinds of components were determined by saturation method and a shake flask method was established to determine oil-water partition coefficients,stability of total saponins in vitro gastrointestinal fluid was investigated.ELSD-HPLC was adopted to determine contents of index components with mobile phase of methanol(A)-water(B) for gradient elution(0-28 min,25%-10%B). Result: B7 had the best apparent solubility in these three kinds of components.Oil-water apparent partition coefficients of three kinds of component in different pH were very low.RSD of stability of index components in vitro gastrointestinal fluid was less than 5%. Conclusion: Dissolving ability of total saponins from Pulsatillae Radix in weak alkaline environment was the highest.Lipophilicity of total saponins was weak,so it was difficult to absorb into body through intestinal wall of lipid membrane and water layer.Total saponins from Pulsatillae Radix in vitro gastrointestinal fluid was stable.  
摘要:Objective: To establish quality standards of Quban gels. Method: TLC was adopted to identify Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Poria with detection wavelength at 365 nm.The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid(17:83),column temperature was set at 35℃ and detection wavelength was 316 nm. Result: Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Poria were identified by TLC,characteristic identification had a good separation,strong specificity and no negative interference.Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.024-0.144 μg with an average recovery of 100.2%(RSD 2.93%) and precision RSD of 0.86%.Average extracting amount of ferulic acid in Quban gels was 0.022 mg·g-1 with RSD of 1.46%. Conclusion: This method could be adopted as a standard for quality control of Quban gels and provide a reference for industrial production of this preparation.

摘要:Objective: To screen active components from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma which acted on endothelin converting enzyme(ECE-1) by virtual technology. Method: Taking active ingredients in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from traditional Chinese medicine dadabase@Taiwan as ligands,ECE-1 was chosen as protein receptor for calculation.Iscreen web server was used as virtual screening tool to select small molecule components in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,which was docked well with ECE-1,binding mode between ECE-1 and small molecule components in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was discussed,molecular docking analysis of its complex was disposed of Pymol. Result: There was one literature about tanshinone ⅡA acted on ECE-1.In total 150 small molecule ingredients,there was high score between salvianolic acid D,rosmarinic acid and salvianic acid C matching ECE-1,scores were -85.233,-84.195 and -82.445,respectively.Salvianolic acid D docked with Val565,Asn566,Ala567,His607,Glu667 and Arg738 in ECE-1 protein by hydrogen bond;rosmarinic acid connected with Arg145,Val565,Glu608,Asp730 and Arg738 by hydrogen bond;salvianic acid C docked with Val565,Asn566,Ala567,His607,Glu667 and Arg738 by hydrogen bond. Conclusion: Salvianolic acid D,rosmarinic acid and salvianic acid C in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma may be active components to ECE-1.

摘要:This paper briefly introduced main factors of adverse reactions caused by Chinese patent medicine,including drug toxicity,confusable species,improper processing,inappropriate drug dosage,incorrect compatibility and individual difference of patients.Through searching literatures,this article summarized different techniques used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) preparation industry,then analysed effects of modern preparation technology on drug safety and adverse reactions.Compared with traditional process,modern preparation technology may change chemical composition of TCM preparation,drug dosage,drug formulation,drug delivery or add processing impurity,which could make passive effect on drug safety.This paper also proposed effective solutions for drug safety and appealed that we should strengthen research on basic chemical constituents of TCM,toxicology of TCM,correlation between preparation process and clinical application,establishment quality control system of pharmaceutical excipients to improve its safety,and improvement of significance participation degree of enterprises in adverse reactions monitoring system,in order to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use of preparations of TCM.

摘要:Objective: Identified the metabolites of resveratrol in vivo. Method: A method using liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) analysis was established for the identification of metabolites of resveratrol. The rat urine and bile samples were pretreated by solid-phase extraction (SPE) method after oral administration at a dose of 100 mg·kg-1 of resveratrol. Result: Five metabolites were identified on their MS fragmentation behaviors by LC-MS-MS method with electrospray ionization (ESI) in negative ion mode. Conclusion: The results indicated the method could be used to rapid screen and identify the conceivable structures of active components responsible for pharmacological effects of resveratrol.  
摘要:Objective: To develop a method by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection for the determination of EDTA and nitrate ion in vitamin B1 injection. Method: Chromatographic separation was achieved on an IonPac AS 11-HC column (4.0 mm×250 mm) with an IonPac AS 11-HC guard column (4.0 mm×50 mm) and an ASRS 300 suppressor (4 mm). The eluent was 12 mmol·L-1 NaOH with flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1. The suppressor current was 60 mA, and the conductivity detector temperature was set at 35℃ while the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The injection volume was 25 μL. Result: The limit of determination of EDTA and nitrate ion were 0.29 mg·L-1 and 0.01 mg·L-1 respectively. The standard curve of EDTA was linear in the concentration range of 1.19-23.8 mg·L-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The recoveries of the EDTA were between 98.2%-100.6%. The standard curve of nitrate ion was linear in the concentration range of 1.0-10.0 mg·L-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6.The recoveries of the nitrate ion were between 97.9%-99.5%. Conclusion: The proposed method shows high selectivity, sensitivity and good results. It is proved to be rapid and convenient. It can be employed for the quality control and research of EDTA and nitrate ion in injection products.  
摘要:Objective: Optimization and to establish the heat better oral liquid from best autumn lee alcohol, ketone of patchouli, thymol, sweet fineleaf schizonepeta herb phenol of capillary gas chromatography determination conditions. Method: The chromatographic column:HP-5 (0.25 μm×0.32 mm×30 m)elastic quartz capillary column;injection port temperature 220℃, FID detector temperature 220℃, temperature programmed, starting temperature 110℃, keep for 10 min, at 25℃ to 230℃, temperature programmed to keep 9.2 min, diversion ratio 10:1, including 1 L sample quantity. Result: The autumn lee alcohol, ketone of patchouli, thymol, sweet fineleaf schizonepeta herb phenol concentration in sample quantity is 1.109-0.110 9, 0.504-0.050 4, 0.987-0.098 7, 0.605-0.060 5 g·L-1 and good linear relationship between peak area, linear relationship is Y=1 653.05X-1.46(r=0.999 8),Y=1 207.45X-16.10(r=0.999 7),Y=1 691.68X-18.06(r=0.999 5),Y=1 547.18X+5.55(r=0.999 6), sample recovery rate was 99.9%-103.7%(n=9), 98.4%-104.4%, 104.4%-101.4% and 101.4%-97.2%, RSD was 1.9%, 2.3%,2.5% and 1.9% respectively. Conclusion: The optimized method has good separating degree, negative without interference, easy operation, stable and feasible.

摘要:Objective: To established the HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of Gentiana rhodantha. Method: The HPLC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column with isocratic elution of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Result: The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of G. rhodantha has been established, there were 40 common peaks, the similarities of the fingerprint chromatograms were calculated over 0.97 between 12 batches of G. rhodantha samples with mangiferin as reference substance. Conclusion: The method is repeatable,exclusive and can be used quality control of G. rhodantha.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of four kinds of fatty acids in Luffa cylindrica seed by GC,and provide evidence for evaluating quality and criterion. Method: The GC separation was performed on a HP-FFAP column(0.2 mm×50 m,0.3 μm) at 235℃, inject temperature at 250℃, FID detecter temperature was 250℃. Gas as N2(99.99%);the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1;split ratio 23:1. Result: The content of palmtinic acid in L. cylindrica seed were 2.325%-2.985%, octadecanoic acid 1.198%-1.771%, oleic acid 2.212%-5.159%, linoleic acid 7.383%-13.578%. Conclusion: The method can be used to control the quality of four kinds fatty acids in of L. cylindrica seed,which is accurate,convenient and repeatable.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the contributions of components represented by characteristic peaks of fingerprints of total extract from Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and its fractions of different polarity to antioxidant capacity in vitro. Method: The antioxidant capacity of total extract from Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and its fractions of different polarity was evaluated using DPPH assay. HPLC method was introduced to determine fingerprints of the extracts. The correlation between fingerprint and antioxidant capacity was investigated by grey relational analysis. Result: The antioxidant capacity was resulted from the combined effect of multiple components. The order of contributions was(number of peaks) 8 >1>12(anthraglycoside B)>4(polydatin)>2>6 (resveratrol)>3>7>5>10>9>13>14(emodin)>11>15(physcion). Combined with the results in literature, peaks of No.11, 14 and 15, the grey relational values of which were lower than 0.6, made no contribution under this experimental parameter condition. Conclusion: The spectrum-effect relationship of antioxidant capacity in vitro of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix was investigated preliminarily, which would provide some reference for the study of pharmacodynamic material basis and spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective: To compare and analyze the composition of volatile oil in different parts of the fruit of Amomum villosum. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from the fruit,peels and seeds of A. villosum.Chemical constituents of the volatile oil were separated and identified by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization method. Result: Twenty-nine,twenty and thirty-one constituents were identified respectively by GC-MS in the fruit,peels and seeds,accounting for 94.82%,93.99% and 87.39% of the total volatile oils respectively.Forty constituents were identified in all,of which thirteen constituents were present in all three parts. Conclusion: The volatile oils of fruit and seeds have similar chemical composition,which have great difference with the volatile oil of peels.The pharmacological activity and efficacy of the peel of A. villosum need further study.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the fingerprint chromatograms for the quality evaluation of Qingre Jiedu Koufuye By HPLC. Method: The analysis was performed on a Shim-pack VP-ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (containing 0.02%(v/v)phosphatacid) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wave-length was at 270 nm. 摘要:Objective: To study the influence of growth years and environment factors on the quality of Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma.The galangin content of 53 representative samples from Guangdon province and Hainan province was determined by HPLC. Method: With the method of HPLC, ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was as methanol-0.2% phosphorice acid(55:45), the detection wavelength was at 266 nm, the flow rate was at 1 mL·min-1, the column temperature was at 30℃. Result: The average galangin content of samples from Hainan province was obviously higher than that from Guangdong province. And the galangin content of 4-year-old samples was highest among the samples planted 2 to 5 years old. What is more, the galangin content of 4-year-old smaples harvested in the early spring was clearly higher than that harvested in the late summer and early fall. Conclusion: The quality of cultivated samples from Hainan province was higher than that from Guangdong province.The best harvest period of Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma was in the fourth year of late summer and early fall.  
摘要:Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Folium Steviae Rebaudianae. Method: According to the method provided by Chinese pharmacopoeia methods, the external, microscopic morphological characteristics, thin layer chromatography (TLC) identification method, the content of impurity, moisture, ash,alcohol-soluble extract,Stevioside and Rabaudisode A were determined. Result: The external, microscopic characteristic and identification by TLC were obviousand specific. According to the examination results of 24 batches samples, the limits of impurity content, moisture content and ash content should be less than 4%, 11%, 9%, respectively;and the content of alcohol-soluble extract, stevioside and rabaudisode A should not be less than 41%, 2% and 3%, respectively. Conclusion: The identification and examination methods established can be used for the quality control of folium Steviae Rebaudianae.  
摘要:Objective: The interaction of zidovudine and zidovudine acetate ester (AZT-Es), with bovine serum albumin(BSA) has been investigated under physiological conditions. The binding constants, binding sites, binding type and effect of coexisting ions on the binding were studied. Method: The interaction of AZT and AZT-Es, with bovine serum albumin(BSA) has been studied by fluorescence quenching, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectrophotometry at different temperatures. The Stern-Volmer formula was used to process the experiment date. The binding constant and number of binding sites were obtained. Result: The interaction of AZT with BSA is mainly static quenching at temperature range of 289-310 K, while interaction of AZT-Es with BSA is dominate by the static quenching at lower temperature, and turned to be combination of static and dynamic quenching at higher temperature. The binding is mainly driven by the hydrophobic interaction for both two systems and they bound at a molar ratio of 1:1. The synchronous spectra showed that with increasing AZT-Es contents, the conformations of BSA tyrosyl and tryptophan residues were changed, and the hydrophobicity of the environment around the residues were decreased. The effects of coexisting metal ions on the binding constants of two systems are negligible. Conclusion: The interaction of AZT and AZT-Es with BSA are different quenching mechanism at different temperature. The binding is mainly driven by the hydrophobic interaction for both two systems. The effects of coexisting metal ions on the binding constants of two systems are negligible.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint for Guizhi Gancao decoction by RP-HPLC-DAD. Method: The HPLC fingerprint were determined on Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),eluted with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient mode;flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1;column temperature 25℃ and detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,injection volume 10 μL.Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(2004A) was used to analysis. Result: Twenty five common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae. And 4 common peaks were determined by the relactive time of the standard substance. The similarity of 10 batches of Guizhi Gancao decoction were all more than 0.95. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint of Guizhi Gancao decoction has desirable precision, reproducibility, and can provide a basis for quality evaluation of Guizhi Gancao decoction.  
摘要:Objective: To find the difference and the identity through analyzing the essential oil of Bupleurum marginatum and B. chinese. Method: The essential oil components of B. marginatum and B. chinese were extracted by solid phase micro extraction(SPME) and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: Forty-eight compounds were identified from B. marginatum.and 21 from B. Chinese. Ten common compounds were found and n-hexadecanoic acid was the main compound of highest relative content in both of B. marginatum and B. chinense. Conclusion: The information about the constituents of essential oil can be obtained entirely and quickly by SPME-GC-MS which is the scientific method of quality assessment and origin identification.  
摘要:Objective: To study the binding ratio of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside with bovine serum protein in vitro. Method: Equilibrium dialysis and HPLC were employed to determine the binding rate of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside and calf serum. And homology modeling and molecular docking were employed to simulate their interaction. Result: The balance time of dialysis was 16 hours approximately. The serum protein binding rate of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside at low, middle and high concentrations (2, 4, 8 mg·L-1) were (43.23±2.23)%, (45.16±3.12)% and (44.71±3.25)%, respectively. The molecular docking showed that isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside was able to bind to residue of bovine serum albumin and formed six hydrogen bonds. Conclusion: Isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside has a medium extent of protein bind with bovine calf serum.  
摘要:Objective: This paper was to study absorption of neoandrographolide in human Caco-2 cell monolayer model. Method: Caco-2 cell monolayer model was applied to investigate the bidirectional transport of neoandrographolide. The effect of time, drug concentration, temperature and inhibitor on the absorption of neoandrographolide was observed. Drug concentration was measured by LC-MS-MS and the apparent permeability coefficients (Papp) was calculated. Result: No time or concentration saturation were observed for the transport of neoandrographolide across Caco-2 monolayers, PBA/PAB≈1.0. For the comparison of the temperature influence, the Papp [(2.02±0.31)×10-6 cm·s-1] at 37℃ was higher than the Papp at 4℃ [(5.97±0.11)×10-7 cm·s-1] and 25℃ [(9.17±0.50)×10-7cm·s-1](P<0.05). With the presence of iodoacetamide, the Papp was (4.79±0.42)×10-6, deffered significantly from the Papp [(1.28±0.69)×10-6] without iodoacetamide. Conclusion: The absorption of neoandrographolide in Caco-2 cell monolayers are passive diffusion and active transportation.

摘要:Objective: The active effects on mushroom tyrosinase of the extracts from Trachyspermum ammi seeds and melanin synthesis were studied. Method: A ethanol extract of T. ammi was partitioned into petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol of the five fractions. Ethanol extract and ethyl acetate extract of T. ammi showed more potent in vitro activation of tyrosinase activity with L-DOPA as a substrate, and melanin content increasing activity. Result: The ethyl acetate extract of T. ammi activated tyrosinase at IC50 (13.64±7.78)g·L-1, and the IC50 value offructus psoraleae, a positive control, was (21.18±2.88)g·L-1. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract of T. ammi has a significant effect on activating the activity of tyrosinase and increasing melanin content in vitro. The project results showed an experimental evidence for clinical administration of the drugs in treating vitiligo.  
摘要:Objective: To establish the method of LC-MS for evaluating helicid and gastrodin plasma drug concentration,and investigate whether there was a interaction between helicid and gastrodin in rabbitsr. Method: Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 1.7 μm), mobile phase of methanol-water (0.1% formic acid) gradient elution, triple quadrupole mass spectrometry electrospray ionization (ESI) ion source, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode were used, ionization mode was the negative mode. 18 rabbits were divided into 3 groups, LC-MS method was used to measure the blood drug concentration data, the pharmacokinetic software DAS 3.0 was used calculate kinetic parameters in rabbits, and compare their plasma drug concentration in a single and a simultaneous administration. Result: LC-MS method had the characteristics of rapid, sensitive, and strong specificity,helicid was within the concentration range of 0.125-1.00 mg·L-1, gastrodin was in the concentration range of 0.25-1.50 mg·L-1, the ratio of concentration and peak area had a good linear relationship.Cmax and AUC0→∞ of helicid and gastrodin are both increased. Conclusion: LC-MC method had the characteristics of rapid, sensitive, and strong specificity. Helicid with gastrodin have interactions in rabbits.  
摘要:Objective: To study the role of extra cellular regulated protein kinasses(ERK1/2) pathway in tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)secreted in human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC)induced by visfatin and the interventive effect of berberine. Method: HUVEC were cultured for the experiment, added concentration gradient group of visfatin(0, 50, 100, 200 μg·L-1)and time gradient group of visfatin(0, 6, 12, 24, 48 h)in HUVEC, MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of HUVEC, the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in HUVEC supernatant were determined by ELISA assay, the expression of p-ERK1/2 in HUVEC lysate were determined by Western blotting. Berberine(50 μmol·L-1)and PD98059 (20 μmol·L-1), the specific inhibitor of ERK1/2 pathway, were added into HUVEC to detected the interventive effect of berberine. Result: Compared with the control group, visfatin(100 μg·L-1)can significantly decrease the proliferation of HUVEC and increase the TNF-α and IL-6 contents in HUVEC supernatant. Meanwhile, it can increase p-ERK1/2 expression at 24 hours. Compared with the visfatin group, berberine and PD98059 could increase the proliferation of HUVEC and decrease the TNF-α and IL-6 contents in HUVEC supernatant, at the same time, it could restrain p-ERK1/2 expression in HUVEC. Conclusion: Berberine can decrease the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in HUVEC cultural supernatant and the injury induced by visfatin, the protective mechanism is related to the inhibition of ERK1/2 signal pathway activation.  
摘要:Objective: To demonstrate the antifatigue effect and of Compound Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule its resistance against oxygen deficit. Method: KM mice were randomly divided into five groups:the low, middle, and high does groups(385, 770, 1 540 mg·kg-1·d-1), control group, positive group(ethanol extract of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra 400 mg·kg-1·d-1). After 30 days, the antifatigue effect and resistance against oxygen deficit of Compound G. lucidum spore oil soft capsule was investigated in a swimming model of weight loading mice, a hypoxia model of mice under normal pressure and detected the serum urea nitrogen (BUN), triglyceride (TG) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) after swim. Result: The low, middle and high dose groups can prolong the time of swimming and oxygen deficit-tolerance, inhibite the serum urea nitrogen BUN and LDH, enhance the serum TG in different levels. Conclusion: The Compound G. lucidum spore oil soft capsule is a compound preparation of Chinese medicinal herb effective for antifatigue and antioxidation.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the a,ntidepressant-like effects of Gardenia jasminoides fruit (GJF) and Lycium barbarum fruit (LBF) compatibility. Method: Mice were treated with different ratios of GIF and LBF (BMGL), and fluoxetine hydrochloride (FH, 10 mg·kg-1) was given everyday for 7 days by intragastric administration (ig). The mouse forced swim test (FST), tail suspension test (TST), open field test (OFT) and reserpine reversal test (RRT) were used to observe antidepressant effects of BMGL, respectively, at 1 h after the last administration. Result: The immobility time in TST and FST in model mice was (85.1±21.9), (95.6±25.3) s respectively, and the body temperature in model mice was (34.7±0.9)℃. There was significant decrease among different ratios of BMGL (3 g·kg-1) and FH (10 mg·kg-1) groups compared with model group. The numbers of crossing squares in 3 min in model mice during OFT was 105.6±28.3,and there was no significant difference among BMGL (3 g·kg-1) and FH (10 mg·kg-1) groups compared with model group. Conclusion: BMGL exerts antidepressant effect with compatibility ratio of GJF and LBF being from 1:4 to 2:1, and the mechanism may be involved in monoaminergic nervous systems.  
摘要:Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Wenzhong Yiqi capsule on type pylorus ligature gastric ulcer in rats and anti-inflammation and analgesic action of mice. Method: The rat gastric ulcer models was induced by the ligated pylorus.Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,positive control drug (Sanjiu Weitai granules) group(3.69 g·kg-1) of high,medium and low dose groups (2.21, 1.11, 0.55 g·kg-1) of, Wenzhong Yiqi capsule, intragastric administration was carrided out once daily for 7 days, the model group and blank group were given distilled water for 5 days. All animals fasted for 48 h.2 h after the last administration the pyloric ligation surgery, suture was performed after 18 h, common carotid artery blood was collected. The gastric ulcer area and the index of ulcer were observed, the gastric tissue homogenate was cillected for determination of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and H+-K+-ATPase, somatostatin (SS) content. The mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene and hot plate stimulation were used to observe anti-inflammatory and analgesicactions 50 mice were randomly divided into control group, positive control drug (Sanjiu Weitai granules)group(5.19 g·kg-1), Wenzhong Yiqi capsule high, medium and low dose group (3.12, 1.56, 0.78 g·kg-1). Result: The gastric ulcer experiment, compared with blank group, in model group H+-K+-ATPase activity and MDA content increased significantly(P<0.01), SS and SOD content decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01), compared with model group, Wenzhong Yiqi capsules significantly reduced the rat gastric ulcer area and ulcer index,the H+-K+-ATPase activity and MDA content and increased the SS and SOD content in stomach tissue (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiment, compared with the blank group Wenzhong Yiqi capsule reduced the degree of mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene, increased the pain threshold in mice (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenzhong Yiqi capsule can reduce the H+-K+-ATPase activity and MDA content, enhance SOD activity and increase the content of SS,and has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.  
摘要:To make pulmonary fibrosis rat models by Bleomycin, observe pathomorphism changes in these models effects on connective tissue growth factor (CTGF),intergrin-linked kinase(ILK) in rat model's lungs, and discuss the prevention mechanism of Xianke granules on pulmonary fibrosis. Method: Divide rats into 6 groups at random, which are control group, model group, prednisone group, high dose Xianke group(HD group), medium dose Xianke group(MD group) and low dose Xianke group(LD group), with 30 rats in each group. They were fed with common forage and were made into the models of pulmonary fibrosis. the 7th day, 14th day, and 28th day respectively, measure Pulmonary fibrosis degrees in the lung dyed with HE and Masson;measure the expression of CTGF,ILK in the lung by immunol histochemistry. Result: There is increased CTGF,ILK expression of lung tissue in model group at all time points, which is significantly higher than that in blank group. There are large number of yellow particles around lung tissue and alveolar wall, and there are dark yellow particles in focal vessels, part of inflammatory cell exuded from bronchus, focus and alveolar septum in interstitial cell, and there is remarkable statistical significance, P<0.01. Compared between Xianke granules HD, MD and LD groups and prednisone group and model group, there is CTGF positive expression in pulmonary interstice and around alveolar wall on day 7, 14 and 28, and there is remarkable statistical significance, P<0.05.Compared between Xianke granules HD, MD groups and prednisone group on day 7, there is no remarkable statistical significance;compared between Xianke granules LD groups and prednisone group, and there is remarkable statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: Xianke granules improve the abnormal deposition of cell epimatrix by restraining the CTGF,ILK expression of pulmonary fibrosis rats' lung tissue, which might be one of the mechanism of preventing pulmonary fibrosis with Xianke granules.  
摘要:Objective: To investigate the effect of Baiweijian(BWJ) on the blood rheology and spinal nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. Method: STZ induce diabetic rats were randomly divided into diabetic model group(1.97 mg·kg-1·d-1), Mecobalamin group(5.3,21.2 g·kg-1·d-1, ig), BWJ low dose group, and BWJ high dose group. The levels of blood rheology and spinal nerve conduction velocity of the animals were checked after 4 weeks' treatment. Result: The weight, tail heat sensitivity SNCV obviously changed, as well as the expression levels of pain-related proteins of spinal nerve, compared with normal group, the SNCV of model group decreased significantly after 4 weeks'(P<0.05). Compared with diabetic model group, the SNCV of Mecobalamin group significantly increased after 4 weeks' treatment (P<0.05). Compared with diabetic model group, the SNCV of low, and high dose BWJ groups had significantly improved after 4 weeks' treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: BWJ can reduce the blood sugar, SNCV and increase the expression levels of pain-related proteins of spinal nerve in STZ induced diabetic rats. And BWJ has good cure functionon diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It may be one of the mechanisms on control of peripheral neuropathy.  
摘要:Objective: To study the antitumous effect and mechanism of different doses of dihydroartemisinin(DHA)on rats with diethylnitrosamine(DEN)-induced liver cancer. Method: One hundred twenty SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group and the model group.The rats in model group were administered DEN intragastrically to induce the liver cancer. Then the 100 modeling rats were divided into 5 groups,20 rats in each group,DHA high dose group(60 mg·kg-1),middle dose group(30 mg·kg-1),low dose group(15 mg·kg-1),endostar group and model group.The expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the tumor tissue of rat were detected with immunohistochemisty.The expression levels of VEGF,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR-2)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in the serum of rat were detected by ELISA assay. The indicators of liver function including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were detected using automatic biochemical analyzer. The overall survival times of remaining rats in each group were recorded, in order to calculate prolonged survival rate. Result: Compared with normal group,the expression of VEGF was decreased obviously in DHA middle and high dose group. The expressions of VEGF,VEGFR-2,AFP in serum were decreased. The survival time of the remaining rats were delayed significantly. The life-prolonging rate was 19.25% and 12.81%. Conclusion: DHA at doses of 30 mg·kg-1 and 60 mg·kg-1 has therapeutic effects on rats with primary liver cancer and can prolong their survival time. The mechanism may inhibit angiogenesis and metastasis in liver cancer through inhibiting the expression of VEGF and its receptors, thus delaying tumor proliferation process and improving liver function.

摘要:Objective: The co-culture system of mouse spleen lymphocytes(SLs) and colon cancer CT26.WT cell were used to study the influence of emodin on nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) pathways in tumor cells, and to explore the anti-tumor mechanism of emodin. Method: 1×105/mL CT26 cells and spleen lymphocytes(SLs) were mixed according to the 1:1, 1:2, 1:4 ratio, and incubated for 24 h,which was cultured with emodin of different concentration (10, 20, 40, 80 mmol·L-1)for 4 h. The expression of chemokine C-C mofif chemokine ligand 17(CCL17) in CT26 cells, the expression ratio of chemokine receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 4(CCR4) on SLs surface and the levels of CCR4 mRNA, NF-κB activation in CT26 cells were detected. Result: CCL17 was detected in the mixed groups(P<0.01). CCL17 was markedly inhibited in the mixed group by emodin from 308 ng·L-1 to 124 ng·L-1 in 1:1 group. Emodin had no effect in CCR4+CD4+CD25+ Tregs in SLs group.But CCR4 expression of CD4+CD25+ Tregs was decreased significantly in mixed group from 44.58% to 32.86% in 1:4 group similar to those CCR4 mRNA expression (P<0.05). Emodin markedly inhibited the activation of NF-κB of CT26 cells (P<0.05), and the mean fluorescence values of p65 from 358 (0 mmol·L-1) to 76 (80 mmol·L-1). Conclusion: Emodin can reduce the secretion of CCL17 in CT26 cell, and decrease significantly the CCR4 expression of regulatory Treg cell surface and the expression of mRNA level;emodin markedly inhibit activation of NF-κB in CT26 cells.

摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Wendan decoction on the contents of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and the expression of glutamic acid(Glu) in hippocampus tissue in rats with schizophrenia. Method: Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided six groups:normal group(A), model group(B), Wendan decoction high-dosage group(C), Wendan decoction medium-dosage group(D), Wendan decoction low-dosage group(E), and Clozapine group(F), twelve rats in each group. Before the model was established, the C, D, E groups were respectively given Wendan decoction (40, 20, 10 g·kg-1), the F group was given Clozapine (20 mg·kg-1), the A and B groups were given normal saline every day, which last for 21 days. At the last given Wendan decoction or saline after two hours, the B, C, D, E, F groups were ip given MK801 0.6 mg·kg-1 to establish rat schizophrenia model, and stereotyped behavior of rats were observed. After three days, the rats were sacrificed, the serum and the hippocampus tissue were tested. To observe the CA1 region of the hippocampus by microscope and HE staining.The contents of serum TNF-α,IL-6 were detected by double antibody clip ELASA method. The expression of Glu in hippocampus tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method. Result: Compared with A group, rats of B group appeared stereotyped behavior, the contents of serum TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01)and the expression of Glu in hippocampus tissue was decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in rats of B group.Compared with B group, stereotyped behavior and pathological change of the CA1 region in hippocampus tissue were improved, Wendan decoction could significantly decrease the contents of serum TNF-α,IL-6(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and increase the expression of Glu in hippocampus tissue(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Wendan decoction could reduce the pathologic lesions of hippocampus tissue in rat with schizophrenia through regulating immune function, decreasing content of the inflammatory factor and increasing the expression of Glu.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effect of Majiang Xuanfei capsule on antitussive, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antiasthmatic activities. Method: Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal control group, positive group, Majiang Xuanfei capsule high dose, middle dose and low dose groups(2.49, 1.24, 0.62 g·kg-1). After 7 days of ig administration,aqueous ammonia, phenol red, mouse ear swelling, expectorant were used to study the dosage-effect relation of Majiang Xuanfei capsule in mice. Rats were randomly divided into blank group, positive medicine group, model group and Majiang Xuanfei capsule high, medium and low dose groups (1.8, 0.9, 0.45 g·kg-1). The antipyretic activity of Majiang Xuanfei capsule was observed by endotoxin in rats. Guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank group, positive medicine group and Majiang Xuanfei capsule high, medium and low dose groups (1.55, 0.77, 0.39 g·kg-1). The antiasthma effect of Majiang Xuanfei capsule was studied by the asthma time induced by acetylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs. Result: Majiang Xuanfei capsule could reduce the frequency of cough induced by ammonia and prolong the latent period of cough (P<0.05, P<0.01). High dose could increase the phenol red excretion of respiratory tract in mice (P<0.01).High, medium and low dose could inhibit the mouse ear swelling induced by xylene (P<0.05). High dose could inhibit the temperature in rats induced by fat polysaccharide (P<0.05, P<0.01) and prolong the asthma time induced by acetylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate in guinea pigs (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Majiang Xuanfei capsule has antitussive, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and antiasthmatic activities.  
摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Agkistrodon acutus venom on angiogenesis in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats. Method: CIA was induced in Lewis rats with bovine type II collagen (1 g·L-1). After induction of CIA for 21 d, rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal group, CIA model group, meloxicam group (0.72 mg·kg-1,ig), A. acutus venom groups (0.1, 0.33, 1 mg·kg-1,ip). After treatment once a day for 21 d.The histopathological score was monitored by HE staining in ankle joint synovial tissues, and the microvessel density (MVD) was detected by Von Willebrand factor (vWF) immunostaining. Vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) expression and the serum level of angiopoientin 1(Ang-1) were examined by immunohistochemistry and ELISA respectively. Result: Compared with the normal group, histopathological score and MVD significantly increased in CIA model group, as well as the VEGF expression and the serum level of Ang-1 (P<0.01). Compared with CIA model group, histopathological score was significantly decreased by treatment with medium and high dose of A. acutus venom (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Moreover,the MVD, the VEGF expression and the serum level of Ang-1 were significantly reduced by high dose of A. acutus venom( P<0.01). Conclusion: These results suggest that A. acutus venom effectively alleviate the pathological damage and angiogenesis, and its mechanism might be partly related to the decreasing expression of VEGF in ankle joint synovial tissues and the content of Ang-1 in serum.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Pediatric Huanglong granule on the mouse models of memory acquisition impairment, memory consolidation impairment and memory recurrence impairment. Method: Using scopolamine and reserpine to induce mouse model of memory acquisition impairment respectively, chloramphenicol to induce mouse model of memory consolidation impairment, ethanol to induce mouse model of memory recurrence impairment;the learning and memory ability of model mice is measured by step-down test and dark avoidance test. Result: Pediatric Huanglong granule can improve the memory acquisition impairment of model mice induced by scopolamine and reserpine respectively, the memory consolidation impairment of model mice induced by chloramphenicol and the memory recurrence impairment of model mice induced by ethanol. Conclusion: Pediatric Huanglong granule can improve the the learning and memory ability of model mice with memory acquisition impairment, memory consolidation impairment, memory recurrence impairment. It provides pharmacological basis for improving the learning and memory ability of people with ADHD by Pediatric Huanglong granule in clinical.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xingnaojing injection for acute cerebral hemorrhage,and explore its possible molecular mechanisms of pharmacological action. Method: One hundred and ten cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomized into 2 groups by random number table method, including Xingnaojing treatment group and routine treatment group, with 55 cases in each group. The routine treatment group was given regular treatment with ICP-lowering, neurotrophic drug treatment and symptomatic treatment. On the basis of regular treatment, Xingnaojing treatment group was given Xingnaojing injection, as an adjuvant therapy, via intravenous infusion at a dose of 30 mL daily for seven days. Glasgow coma score (GCS) and the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) were performed to evaluate the states of consciousness and neural function before treatment and after treatment for 1, 3 and 7 days. Venous bloods of patients were collected for detecting the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the serum at the different time points mentioned above. Immunoturbidimetry was applied for detecting the level of hs-CRP,and the ELISA was employed to analysis the content of NSE. Moreover, clinical symptoms, vital signs, routine blood and urine tests, as well as hepatic and renal function were observed before and after IV infusion of Xingnaojing. Result: Compared with routine treatment group, significant improvements of GCS score and NIHSS score were evident in patients treated with Xingnaojing injection for 7 days (P<0.05), the levels of hs-CRP in the serum were decreased remarkably after treatment for 3 days and 7 days(P<0.05), and the content of NSE in the serum from sub-group that treated with Xingnaojing injection for 7 days was significantly lower than that in control group as well. However, Xingnaojing injection did not change liver and kidney function indices after treatment for 7 days, and no adverse event occurred during the treatment with Xingnaojing injection. Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection exerted obvious therapeutic effects on acute cerebral hemorrhage with no servere adverse effects, and suppressing inflammatory response and alleviating neuronal damage may serve as an important pharmacological action mechanism.

摘要:Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese medicine in treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients and the influence for lung function. Method: One hundred and thirty-eight cases with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group and experience group. Control group received routine western medicine therapy and experience group were given Bufei Yiyang Huatan granules treatment. The course of treatment was 2 months. Clinical effect, lung functions and life quality were compared between two groups. Result: The effective rates of treatment in experience group was much higher than that in control group (95.7% vs 82.4%, P<0.05);after treatment, FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in experience group were superior to control group (P<0.05);comparison with control group, SF scores in experience group greatly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bufei Yiyang Huatan granules for stable COPD patients greatly improve the clinical effect and lung functions.

摘要:Objective: To explore clinical efficacy and security of the 4th prescription of cervical spondylosis disease combined with acupotomology on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Method: Sixty patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group (30 patients) with electric acupuncture combined with massage and observation group (30 patients) with the 4th prescription of cervical spondylosis disease combined with acupotomology;and the clinical improving efficacy, clinical signs and symptoms scores and adverse effects occurrence of both groups were compared. Result: The clinical improving efficacy of observation group was significant higher than control group(P<0.05). The clinical signs and symptoms scores of both groups after treatment was significant better than before treatment, and the improving degree of observation group was significant better than control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in subcutaneous haematomas incidence between 2 groups. Conclusion: Compared with electric acupuncture combined with massage treatment, the 4th prescription of cervical spondylosis disease combined with acupotomology on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis can efficiently improve clinical signs and symptoms scores, higher life quality and do not increase the risk of adverse effects.

摘要:Objective: Observe regulating effect of Shugan Jianpi decoction to patients' glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in treating early-stage diabetes and influence to inflammatory factor. Method: Ninety-one patients with early-stage diabetes were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (46 cases)according to registration order.Patients in control group received pioglitazone hydrochloride and metformin hydrochloride tablets,1 tablet/time,2 times/day,taken orally.Patients in observation group received Shugan Jianpi decoction,1 dose/day.Course of treatment in two groups were both 12 weeks.After treatment,patients' weight and waist were measured.and levels of blood lipid was detected which including triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C).Before and after treatment,fasting blood-glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) were detected.body mass index(BMI),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) of insulin,homeostasis model assessment-insulin secretion of pancreatic β-cell and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were detected.and levels of adiponectin(APN),interleukin-6(IL-6) and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were also detected. Result: After treatment,compared with the time before treatment,waist and BMI in two groups decreased,which means no statistical significance from the differences between two groups,and there was a decreasing tendency of patients' weight.Levels of FBG,2 hPG,HbA1c and FINS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).HOMA-IR in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.01) and HOMA-IS and ISI were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Cases of turning normal of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in observation group were more than those in control group(P<0.01).Serous APN in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.01),and levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi decoction can regulate patients' glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in treating early-stage diabetes,and prolong or reversion speed of early-stage diabetes turning into diabetes,its mechanism of action may be related to regulating APN,IL-6 and hs-CRP and reducing chronic inflammatory reaction.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the regulation action of Jianji'ning granule(JNG)combined with western medicine on the level of serum acetylcholine receptor antibodies(AchRAb) in myasthenia gravis(MG) patients,so as to offer a theoretical basis of the targeting therapy with AchRAb. Method: Sixty MG patients were randomly divided into trial group (30) and the control group (30),then the level of serum anti-AchRAb were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) before and after treatment 6 months,and the clinical efficacy was compared according to the quantitative score of myasthenia gravis(QMG) was measured before and after treatment 3,6 months. Result: The he positive rate of serum AchRAb was about 81.67%(49/60), the trial group was 83.33% (25/30), and the control group was 90% (27/30);after 6 months of treatment, the serum AchRAb levels of the trial group(0.721±0.280) mmol·L-1 were significantly lower than that in the control group(0.907±0.387) mmol·L-1, simultaneously the serum AchRAb levels were decreased dramatically compared with the same group before treatment, there wasa significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).QMG scoring was decreased dramatically in the trial group after treatment compared with the control group (P<0.05),there was a significant difference, moreover, the total effective rate in the trial group (50%, 86.67%)was significantly higher than those in the control groups(23.33%, 40%) after 3,6 months of treatment (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions appeared in the two groups. Conclusion: The therapeutic effects of JNG combined with western medicine on improvement of clinical symptoms may be due in part to regulation of serum acetylcholine receptor antibody levels of patients,and it is worthy of further studying.  
摘要:Objective: Discuss intervention effect of Shuxue Tong injection to patients' blood lipid in treating acute cerebral infarction and influence to serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),adiponectin(APN),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Method: Sixty-seven patients were randomly divided into control group (22 cases) and observation group (45 cases)by random number table.Patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and atorvastatin calcium tablets were used as medicine of reducing lipid,10 mg/time,1 time/day,taken orally after dinner.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in the observation group added Shuxue Tong injection,6 mL/time,intravenous infusion,1 time/day,course of treatment were 14 days.On day 0 and at the seventh and fourteenth day after treatment,severity of neurological impairment was evaluated by National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scale.Triglyceride(TG),level of total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) were detected.hs-CRP was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.APN,ox-LDL and TNF-α were detected.Before and after treatment, hemorheology was detected. Result: At the seventh day after treatment,compared with the time before treatment,scores of NIHSS in two groups decreased(P<0.01),which meant no statistical significance from the differences between two groups.At the fourteenth day after treatment,scores of NIHSS in two groups kept decreasing(P<0.01),and score of NIHSS in observation group was lower than in control group(P<0.01).Compared with the time before treatment,levels of serum hs-CRP,ox-LDL and TNF-α decreased(P<0.01),and which in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Compared with the time before treatment,levels of serum APN in two groups increased(P<0.01),and which in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.01).Levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in two groups decreased obviously(P<0.01),and levels of TC and TG in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Levels of HDL-C in two groups increased(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance from the differences between two groups.Amelioration of whole blood viscosity,aggregation rate of platelet,plasma viscosity and hematokrit in observation group was superior to those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shuxue Tong injection can ameliorate patients' neurological function in treating acute cerebral infarction and patients' lipid metabolism,and it has functions of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and ameliorating cerebral microcirculation.  
摘要:Objective: Revaluation of curative effect of Danhong injection to curative effect of illness, curative effect of blood stasis and security in treating stable angina and providing scientific data its reasonable using in clinic. Method: One hundred and twenty-six patients were randomly divided into control group (73 cases) and observation group (153 cases) according to different methods of therapy.Patients in control group received bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets,0.1 g/time,1 time/day, after dinner take.Atorvastatin calcium tablets,20 mg/time,1 time/day,taken after dinner.Betaloc tablet,47.5 mg/time,1 time/day,taken in the morning.Nitroglycerin tablets,0.5 mg/time,taken sublingually when necessary.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group received Danhong injection,20-40 mL,intravenous infusion,1-2 time/day.Course of treatment in two groups were both 14 days.Symptom,property,duration,attack number of times and volumes of nitroglycerin of stable angina were recorded during observation period.Before and after treatment,integral of blood stagnation was recorded. Patients' electrocardiogram were monitored.and untoward effect was recorded during observation period. Result: During period of treatment,attack number of times of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and stable angina pectoris(SAP) and volumes of nitroglycerin tablets used to patients in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.01).The total scores of chest distress,chest pain, palpitation,fullness chest and hypochondrium and blood stasis in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate curative effect of patients UAP in observation group was 89.7%superior to 75.9% in control group(P<0.05).The total total effective rate of clinical curative effect of patients with SAP in observation group was 94.6% higher than 84.2% in control group,which meant no statistical significance from the differences between two groups.The total total effective rate of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients with UAP in observation group was 90.7% superior to 74.1% in control group(P<0.01).The total total effective rate of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients with SAP in observation group was 96.4% more than 78.9% in control group but which meant no statistical significance from the differences between two groups.Curative effects of pure blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis and qi deficiency and blood stasis of angina in observation group were 97.9%,89.2% and 87.5%,and curative effects of pure blood stasis was higher than which in other two groups,but there was no statistical significance from the differences.There were two cases of untoward effect in observation group,in which rate of untoward effect was 1.3%,and in which the degrees were mild and moderate. Conclusion: Danhong injection assistance for different types of blood stasis type of angina pectoris, reduce the frequency of angina and Nitroglycerin Tablets dosage,and there were significant curative effect to clinical efficacy and syndrome of blood stasis.It may have better curative effect to patients SAP and angina of blood stasis,but it still need a mass of forward data to support this conclusion. Adverse reaction of Danhong injection in the specification range rare,degree of untoward effect was also light, clinical use is safe.  
摘要:Objective: Observe influence of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy to near-term curative effect and patients' quality of lives in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Method: One hundred and three patients were divided into acupuncture and moxibustion group (29 cases),manipulation group(32 cases) and comprehensive treatment group (42 cases)with Bushen Xuanning decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion and manipulation therapy according to different therapy methods,each group's patients received corresponding method of therapy and total course of treatment were 22 days.Before and after treatment,short-form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) of Constant-Murley and McGill were made and world health organization quality of life assessment instrument brief version(WHOQOL-BREF) was graded. Result: The total clinical effective rate of curative effect in the comprehensive treatment group was 97.6% superior to 72.4% in the acupuncture and moxibustion group and 78.1% in the manipulation group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the time before treatment,scores of dimensionality (pain,range of joint passive motion,muscle strength and functional activities) of Constant-Murley in three groups increased(P<0.01),and scores of pain,range of joint passive motion and functional activities in comprehensive treatment group were higher than those in acupuncture and moxibustion group and manipulation group(P<0.01).Scores of dimensionality of SF-MPQ and total scores in comprehensive treatment group were lower than those in acupuncture and moxibustion group and manipulation group(P<0.01).Scores of subject feeling of physiology,mentality,environment,social relations and quality of life and health status in comprehensive treatment group were higher than those in acupuncture and moxibustion group and manipulation group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy can ameliorate pain of periarthritis of shoulder in chronic phase and ameliorate range of joint passive motion functional activities,it improved patients' quality of lives,there is a significant near-term clinical curative effect.

摘要:Objective: Observe clinical effect of Tangshen 1 number decoction and influence to People tissue type plasminogen activat(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Method: Eighty-eight patients were randomly divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (44 cases)by random number table.On the basis treatment of controlling blood pressure and blood glucose,patients in control group received captopril,12.5 mg/time,3 times/day.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group received Tangshen 1 number decoction,1 dose/day.Course of treatment in two groups were both 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),the ratio of microalbuminuria and creatinine,fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and hemoglobin Alc were detected.Levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected.Levels of serous t-PA and PAI-1 were also detected.And D-dimer(D-D) in plasma,platelet aggregation and plasma fibrinogen(FIB) were detected. Result: The total effective rate of curative effect in observation group was 90.91% superior to 68.18% in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of UAER and ACR in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).And levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01),but level of HDL-C in observation group was higher than in control group(P<0.01).Ievel of t-PA in observation group increased,and which was higher than in control group(P<0.01).Ievel of PAI-1 in observation group decreased,and which was lower than in control group(P<0.01).Ievel of FIB,D-D and platelet aggregation in observation group decreased, and which were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Tangshen 1 number decoction can regulate the activity of t-PA or PAI-1 and reduce levels of D-D,FIB and platelet aggregation,it can also ameliorate lipid metabolism,reduce blood viscosity and UAER,there was a protection for renal function of early diabetic nephropathy.

摘要:Objective: To observer the curative effect of Tongfu Yunchang decoction to treat adhesion sex intestinal obstruction by taken orally and enema remedy and protection mechanism to intestinal barrier function. Method: Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases) according to digital method.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment.Patients in control group received fasting,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,rehydration,balance acid-base and water electrolyte disorder.Control group patients took cefotaxime sodium,4 g/time,intravenous drip,2 does/day,octreotide,0.1 mg/time,subcutaneous injectionm,3 times/day.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group added Tongfu Yunchang decoction by taken orally and enema remedy,1 does/day.One treatment course for five days and they could received 2 continuous treatment courses.Closely observe patients' condition change to decide to use surgery or not during the treatment.Record exhaust time, defecation time, gastric tube indwelling time, recovery time, hospital stay-time and transit mode for two groups.Record the main signs and symptoms score before the treatment and at the fifth day during cure.Record the level of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), diamine oxidase (DAO) and malonic acid (MDA) at the fifth day during treatment. Result: The total effective rate in observation group was 89.13% superior to 71.74% in control group(P<0.05).The exsufflation time,defecating time, indwelling time of gastric,delayed restoration of gastrointestinal function and length of stay in observation group were all shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).Operating conversive rate in observation group was 28.26% lower than 10.87% in control group(P<0.05).After five days of treatment,scores of abdominal distension and pain,nausea and vomit, fever,gurgling sound and exsufflation in observation group were all less than those in control group(P<0.01).Levels of IL-6,TNF-α,DAO and MDA in observation group were all less than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the treatment of conventional western medicine,Tongfu Yunchang decoction combined with clysis can ameliorate clinical symptoms of adhesive intestinal obstruction,accelerate recovery of intestinal function and reduce operating conversive rate,there was a significant curative efficacy. And it can also reduce levels of IL-6,TNF-α,DAO and MDA.  
摘要:Objective: To evaluate systematically the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection for the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Method: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about Danhong injection for stable angina pectoris were searched systemically and comprehensively. Two reviewers assessed the quality of the included studies by the Cochrane risk of bias, and extracted the information. Meta-analysis was conducted with the software Review Manager 5.2. Result: A total of 9 studies with 596 participants were included, and the quality of the studies was relatively low. There was one study divided into groups by the order of seeking medical advice, one study used the double-blinding method, one study may have 2 patients dropped, and the others mentioned random only. In the meta-analysis, the results of Danhong group were significantly superior to the west conventional therapy group in increasing the total effective rate [RR=1.30, 95%CI(1.21, 1.41), P<0.000 01], reducing the frequency of angina pectoris, and improving the herorheology index.There were 5 authors explained none adverse drug reactions (ADR) reported in their studies, and 2 studies reported 6 cases of ADRs, none series ADR occurrence. Conclusion: Comparing with the conventional therapy of the control group used for treating stable angina pectoris, Danhong injection combined with the conventional therapy was relatively effective and safety, which was based on the systematic review.  
摘要:To provide new ideas for the technology and equipment development by means of reviewing the research status of the extraction process for volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine. This paper has reviewed steam distillation, solvent extraction, squeeze method and absorption method, microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasonic method, supercritical fluid extraction and supercritical water extraction. The practical application in production of different extraction methods have also been analyzed, as well as their existing problems. In addition, the adaptability between technique and the related extraction equipments need to be improved, and laboratory research are separated from production. New extraction technology exist problems as suitability and industrialization. It is possible to optimize steam distillation technology and equipment to improve production.  
摘要:Literature about Fructus Figustri Lucidi in the last decade was reviewed to provide a reference for further research and development. Seventy-five literatures were summarized according to chemical composition, pharmacological action, processing and quality control method. The main chemical components of Fructus Figustri Lucidi were terpenoids, flavonoids, phenethyl alcohol glycosides, volatile oils, phospholipids, polysaccharides, fatty acids, amino acids, and etc. It is reported that its main pharmacological effects were hepatoprotective, immune regulation, anti-atherosclerotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and etc. The main processing methods were steaming with wine, stewing with wine, stir-frying with salt-water, steaming with vinegar. Chemical composition and pharmacological effects were influenced by the processing method. TLC and HPLC were adopted as the main QC method. Fructus Figustri Lucidi was reported as one herbal tonic, which had significant pharmacological effects on degenerative disease, especially on the old. As one effective edible herbs, Fructus Figustri Lucidi should be studied comprehensively. In addition, ingredients of different polarity should all be taken into account in the further study.

摘要:To review the establishment and evaluation of adventitia damage induced atherosclerosis animal models. Summarized studies of the adventitia damage induced atherosclerosis animal models at home and abroad in recent years. Described the progress of animal species selecting and models establishment and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each model. The common species for this model are rats, mice, rabbits and small pig, etc. Model making method can be divided into adventitia stripping injury, chronic inflammatory stimulation and indirect stimulation. Different models of animal species and production methods have their characteristics, we should choose them according to study needs. Through the introduce in this article, we can provide scientific reference basis for choosing appropriate models of adventitia damage induced atherosclerosis animal models.
