      摘要:Objective: To compare in vitro release and percutaneous absorption behavior of Fuxiong creams and Fuxiong cataplasms,then to investigate feasibility of an improved formulation of this compound. Method: Modified Franz diffusion device was employed,with isolated rat skin as a barrier,in vitro percutaneous absorption effectiveness of different formulations of Fuxiong prescription was compared by in vitro percutaneous test.HPLC was used to determine contents of chrysophanol and emodin with mobile phase of methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid solution(67:33) and detection wavelength at 254 nm. Result: Cumulative permeation amount(Q) of chrysophanol in cataplasms at various time points after adminstration and Q of emodin in cataplasms at other time points after administration of 2 h were higher than these in creams,compared with creams,Q of emodin and chrysophanol in cataplasms from various time points after administration of 8 h had significant differences.In vitro percutaneous absorption behavior of emodin and chrysophanol in creams and cataplasms were in line with zero-level process,in vitro percutaneous penetration in 2-24 h nearly constant speed;Penetration curve equations of chrysophanol and emodin in cataplasms were Q=0.824 1t+1.973 9(r=0.917 7),Q=0.597 7t+1.075 7(r=0.959 7),while that of chrysophanol and emodin in creams were Q=0.524 4t+1.715 3(r=0.954 5),Q=0.297 2t+1.591 7(r=0.925 4).Cumulative permeability of chrysophanol and emodin in cataplasms were 77.12% and 56.32% in 24 h,while that of chrysophanol and emodin in creams were 52.24% and 31.16%,respectively. Conclusion: Cataplasms had good percutaneous absorption,and penetrate was better than creams,this study showed that formulations improved of Fuxiong prescription was feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate inhibition effects of bitterness of steviosin and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone on decoction of traditional Chinese medicine with bitter taste. Method: Taking decoction of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix as a carrier,classic crowd tasting eveluation method was adopted to investigate changes of bitter value before and after adding different concentrations of taste masking agents into decoction. Result: When the mass fraction of stevioside was in the range of 0.075%-0.675%,bitter level of decoctions gradually droped by Ⅳ to Ⅲ,bitter value declined 0.58-1.26 with decline ratio of 14.0%-30.5%,inhibition effects of bitterness reached the strongest with the concentration of 0.675%,no significant improvement in inhibitory effects with higer concentration of taste masking agents,while the mass fraction of neohesperidosyl dihydrochalcone was in the range of 0.003%-0.081%,bitter level of decoction gradually droped by Ⅳ to Ⅲ,bitter value declined 0.44-1.50 with decline ratio of 10.65%-36.32%.Logarithmic of the concentration of taste masking agents was proportional to bitter taste value drops of decoction. Conclusion: Effects of two kinds of taste masking agents was not ideal,but them both coulc reduce bitter to a certain extent of decoction of Sophorae Flavescentis Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize formulation of breviscapine gastric-floating tablets by central composite design-response surface methodology. Method: Based on single factor tests,with amounts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose K4M(HPMC K4M) and lactose as independent variables,synthesized estimated value which was calculated by release of breviscapine at 2,6 and 12 h as dependent variable,formulation of breviscapine gastric-floating tablets was optimized by central composite design,SAS software was adopted to process experimental data in order to choose optimum mathematical mode,Statistica 6.0 software was employed to draw 3D surface plot and contour plot for determination of optimum formulation. Result: Optimum formulation was:breviscapine 10 mg,HPMC K4M(hydrophilic gel matrix) 20 mg,lactose(porogenic agent) 10 mg,NaHCO3(frothing agent) 15 mg,octadecanol(floating assistant)10 mg,microcrystalline cellulose(filler) 35 mg;and amounts of HPMC K4M and lactose were 20% and 10%,respectively.Cumulative release of breviscapine gastric-floating tablets at 2,6 and 10 h were 19.2%,39.7% and 81.5%,respectively.Breviscapine gastric-floating tablets could float in 5 s with duration of floating was more than 10 h. Conclusion: This established mathematical model had high predictability,which could be used to optimize formulation of breviscapine gastric-floating tablets.These prepared gastric-floating tablets had good release requirements and floating properties.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize matrix formulation of Shuangteng Bitong gel ointments. Method: Taking initial adhesion,peeling strength and overall sensory score as comprehensive evaluation indexes,sodium polyacrylate(NP700) as framework material,kaolin as filler,carbomer 940,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA-124) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na) as thickening agent,glycerin as humectant,dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate as crosslinking agent,citric acid as crossliked regulator,castor oil as softener,matrix formulation of Shuangteng Bitong gel ointments was optimized by uniform design. Result: Optimum matrix formulation was as following:NP700:carbomer 940:PVA-124:CMC-Na:kaolin:glycerin:dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate:citric acid:castor oil=1.68:0.43:0.1:0.33:1.08:12.0:0.09:0.14:0.05;initial adhesion was 12.1 mm,peeling strength was 34.56 s,overall sensory score was 27.7. Conclusion: These prepared Shuangteng Bitong gel ointments had smooth appearance and no film residue with good adhesive property and good skin adhesive ability.

      摘要:Objective: To prepare and assess of baicalin-chitosan nanoparticles(BC-CS-NPs). Method: BC-CS-NPs were prepared by ionic cross-linking.Single factor experiments were used to inspect effects regularity of stirring time,roration rate,pH of chitosan(CS) solution,feeding ratio of CS-baicalin(BC) and concentration ratio of CS-sodium tripolyphosphate(TPP) on encapsulation efficiency and particle size;With composite score of drug loading and encapsulation efficiency as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize preparation technology of BC-CS-NPs by taking pH of CS solution,feeding ratio of CS-BC and concentration ratio of CS-TPP as factors;morphology of BC-CS-NPs was observed by electron microscope,particle size and Zeta potential were determined by laser particle size analyzer,HPLC was employed to determine drug loading and encapsulation efficiency with mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid(47:53) and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Result: Optimum preparation conditions were as follows:stirring time of 15 min,roration rate of 1000 r·min-1,pH of CS solution 4,CS-BC(2:1) and CS-TPP(5:1);these prepared BC-CS-NPs had round appearance and uniform particle size distribution,mean diameter of BC-CS-NPs was (314.32±12.36)nm,entrapment efficiency and drug-loading efficiency were (54.73±0.26)% and (23.68±0.32)%,polydispersity was 0.335±0.041,Zeta potential was (24.58±0.36) mV. Conclusion: This optimized preparation process was stable and feasible,BC-CS-NPs showed uniform spherical solid particles with regular shape and full form.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavonoids in roots of Petroselinum crispum and screen type of macroporous resin which appropriated to its enrichment and purification. Method: UV was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids with detection wavelength at 510 nm.With composite score of yields of total flavonoids and extract as index,orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process by taking ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,extracting time and times as factors;the best type of macroporous resin was selected by static adsorption-elution test. Result: Optimum extraction process was as following:extracted twice with six times the amount of 70% ethanol for one hour per time;yields of total flavonoids and extract were 0.75% and 14%,respectively.D101 macroporous resin was the best one for purifying total flavonoids in roots of P. crispum. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible,this screened resin had good separation and purification effect,this study could provide a reference for drug developmeng of roots of P. crispum.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction process of Bushen Huoxue granules. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine contents of cinnamaldehyde and amygdalin with mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) for gradient elution(0-3.5 min,18%A;3.5-4.0 min,18%-55%A;4.0-9.0 min,55%A;9.0-9.5 min,55%-18%A),detection wavelength at 290 and 210 nm,respectively.Taking transfer rates of cinnamaldehyde and amygdalin as a comprehensive evaluation index,effects of extracting method,soaking time and ethanol concentration on ethanol extraction process were investigated by single factor tests,orthogonal test was employed to optimize extraction process with ethanol consumption,extraction times and extracting time as factors. Result: Optimum extraction process was as follows:soaked 1 h with 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol,extracted thrice for 1.5 h each time;transfer rates of cinnamaldehyde and amygdalin were 85.43% and 86.95%,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was repeatable and feasible,it could provide a reference for industrial production of Bushen Huoxue granules.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of total coumarins from combined extract of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix and Angelicae Pubescentis Radix by macroporous resin. Method: UV was employed to determine the content of total coumarins with detection wavelength at 300 nm.Types of resin for seperation and purification of total coumarins were screened by static adsorption-elution test,taking the content of total coumarins as index,single factor tests were adopted to optimize purification conditions with the concentration of sample solution,sample volume,eluent concentration and amount as factors. Result: D101 macroporous resin had adsorption and disadsorption ability for total coumarins,optimum purification conditions were as follows:the concentration of sample solution 1.089 g·L-1,adsorption flow rate of 1 BV·h-1,sample volume of 2.5 BV,eluted with 4.5 BV of water and 2.5 BV of 80% ethanol;adsorption rate,desorption rate and purity of total coumarins were 91.03%,84.80% and 63.65%,respectively. Conclusion: Total coumarins from from combined extract of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix and Angelicae Pubescentis Radix could be purified effectively with D101 resin,this optimized process was simple,stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize purification process of total polysaccharides from Stigma Maydis by DEAE cellulose and determine proportion of neutral and acidic polysaccharides. Method: Anthrone sulfuric acid method was adopted to determine the content of total polysaccharides with detection wavelength at 625 nm.Single factor tests were used to investigate effects of sample amount,concentration and dosage of eluant on purifition process of total polysaccharides from Stigma Maydis by DEAE cellulose. Result: The best purification process was as following:sample volume of 0.75 BV,eluted with 10 BV of water and 15 BV of 0.1 mol·L-1 NaCl solution;concentrations of neutral and acidic polysaccharides in total polysaccharides were 30.43% and 58.88%,purities of them increased about 2.5 and 2 times,respectively. Conclusion: Purification of total polysaccharides from Stigma Maydis with DEAE cellulose was suitable and it could separate neutral polysaccharides and acid polysaccharides at the same time.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize ethanol reflux extraction process of oleanolic acid in Gentiana apiata. Method: HPLC was employed to determine the content of oleanolic acid with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(25:15:10:0.01:0.02) and detection wavelength at 210 nm.On the basis of single factor tests,according to Box-Behnken design principles,response surface analysis was adopted to investigate effects of solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction times and extracting time on yield of oleanolic acid. Result: Optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:12,extracted twice,extracting time of 76 min;under these conditions,yield of oleanolic acid was 0.583 mg·g-1,closed to predicted yield of 0.605 mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized process was feasible and stable,it had a certain reference value for resource development and clinical promotion of G. apiata.

      摘要:Objective: To compare effects of different steaming time on the content of jasminoidin and fingerprint of Gardeniae Fructus. Method: Gardeniae Fructus was processed by steaming once,twice and thrice,then drying,the content of jasminoidin and fingerprint of different processed products of Gardeniae Fructus was compared.HPLC was employed to determine the content of jasminoidin with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(15:85) and detection wavelength at 238 nm;HPLC was adopted to determine fingerprint of Gardeniae Fructus with mobile phase of methanol(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(B) for gradient elution(0-50 min,20%-60%A;50-60 min,60%A),a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength at 225 nm. Result: The content of jasminoidin steaming once,twice and thrice were 3.06%,4.07% and 4.19%,respectively;fingerprint similarities of these processed products were more than 0.96. Conclusion: Steaming time was one of important factors for Gardeniae Fructus which affected the content of jasminoidin,recommended steaming twice.

      摘要:Objective: To compare extraction efficiency between compressed pieces and traditional pieces of Carthami Flos. Method: HPLC was used to determine the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA) with mobile phase of 0.7% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile-methanol(77:2:21,adjusted pH to 6.0±0.1 with triethylamine) and detection wavelength at 403 nm.With composite score of extracting amount of HSYA and yield of dry extract as index,synthetic weighted mark method was adopted to evaluate boiling curve of compressed pieces and traditional pieces of Carthami Flos at different decocting time,extraction efficiency of compressed pieces on single herb decoction and compound decoction of Carthami Flos was investigated. Result: Dissolution behavior of compressed pieces and traditional pieces of Carthami Flos was similar,the content of HSYA had obvious downtrend after being boiled 20 min.Extracting amount of HSYA and yield of dry extract in compressed pieces were greatly more than they were in traditional pieces,which had significant differences. Conclusion: Compared with herbal traditional slices,quantitative compressed pieces not only did not change quality of Carthami Flos,but also had higher extraction efficiency to a certain extent.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize materials compatibility in preparation process of Massa Medicata Fermentata. Method: Taking wheat bran-flour and ratio of wheat bran and wheat flour to Vignae Semen as factors,Massa Medicata Fermentata with different materials compatibility fermented5days in constant temperature and humidity box,then took out,after low temperature drying,enzyme liquid was prepared,enzyme activities of amylase,saccharifying enzyme and protease were determined,select the best ingredients proportion according to these three indicators,its methanol extract was analyzed by HPLC fingerprint,taking specific chromatogram spectrum of Massa Medicata Fermentata with the best ingredients proportion as reference spectrum,similarity was evaluated by 2004 A version of ‘fingerprint similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine’. Result: The best wheat bran-flour ratio was 70:30,optimum ratio of carbon and nitrogen was 100:2.Fingerprint similarities of different samples were more than 0.9. Conclusion: Chemical composition in Massa Medicata Fermentata with high enzyme activity had no significant differences by comparing with other samples,it was suitable for practical application.

      摘要:Objective: To compare chemical constituents in Halitum Violaceum before and after processed by vinegarand explore its material basis of processing attenuated. Method: Silver nitrate titration method,ultraviolet spectrophotometric method,methylene blue spectrophotometric method,microwave digestioncombined ICP-AES method and indicator discoloration were adopted to compare contents of NaCl,sulphur,sulfide,trace elements before and after being processed by vinegar and odour gas escaped during processing course. Result: The content of NaCl were both higher than 85% in crudeand vinegar processed Halitum Violaceum which was slightly higher after being processed;the mass fraction of sulphur in crudeand vinegar processed Halite Violaceous were 87.75-144.56 and 19.21-28.54 μg·g-1,respectively;the mass fraction of sulfide were between 0.045%-0.061% in different batches of crudeprocessed Halitum Violaceum and no sulfide was detected in vinegar processed Halitum Violaceum. Harmful elements of As,Cd,Cr and Pb were reduced after being processed;odour gas escaped during processing coursewas hydrogen sulfide. Conclusion: Halitum Violaceumwas purified after being processed by vinegar,potential toxic ingredients were removed and chemical constituents were changed greatly.This study could provide a reference for material basis of processing attenuated mechanism of Halitum Violaceum.

      摘要:Objective: To optimize technology conditions of protein removal from total polysaccharides in Chaenomelis Fructus by papain enzyme-Sevag method. Method: Taking ratios of total polysaccharides retention and proteins removal as indexes,central composite design-response surface methodology was used to optimize technology conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis with enzyme concentration,hydrolysis time and temperature as independent variables,single factor experiments were adopted to optimize pH and number of Sevag.The content of proteins was determined by UV,detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result: Optimal technology conditions were hydrolysis pH 7,the mass fraction of enzyme substrates 1.70%,hydrolysis temperature at 54℃,hydrolysis time 89 min,treatment once of Sevag.Under these conditions,ratios of total polysaccharides retention and proteins removal were 70.04% and 63.42%,whose deviations were 1.42% and 0.17% by comparing with their predicted values,respectively. Conclusion: This optimized had highly predictive,it could effectively remove proteins,at the same time,avoid loss of total polysaccharides as much as possible,reduce use of organic solvents.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the determination method for polysorbate 80 in Fufang kushen injections by HPLC-ELSD,compare it with UV spectrophotometry. Method: HPLC-ELSD was adopted with a TSKgeL G2000SWXL(7.8 mm×300 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L-1ammonium acetate-acetonitrile (88:12) with the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1and the column temperature was 30℃. The temperature of drift tube was 80℃. The flow rate of N2 was 2 L·min-1. Result: The linear range of polysorbate 80 was13.11-52.42 μg (r=0.999 2),and the average recovery was 100.9%,RSD 2.2%. Compared with the theoretical value of Polysorbate 80 in Fufang kushen injections,result of UV on the high side, results of HPLC-ELSD method was closer to the theoretical value. Conclusion: HPLC-ELSD is simple and accurate, and can be used in the determination of polysorbate 80.

      摘要:Objective: A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was established to evaluate the quality of Sorbus tianschanica with a simultaneous determination of six compounds[rutin,hyperoside,isoquercitrin, quercetin-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and kaempferol-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucpyranoside]. Method: The Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted and diluted with acetonitrile-0.4%potassium dihydrogen phosphate gradiently at the wavelength of 360 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 25℃. Result: The method had good linearity over the range of 3.3-39.5, 6.2-74.1,12.3-147.5,14.3-171.2,7.5-90.4,15.6-187.5 mg·L-1 for rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, quercetin-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucoside,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, kaempferol-3-O-(6"-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.The average recovery (n=6) of six components were 98.1%,97.5%,94.5%,95.8%,102.2%, and 97.9%, with RSDs of 11.37%,1.57%,1.02%,1.77%,2.48%, and 1.38% (n=6). Conclusion: The developed method is convenient, rapid and accurate with high repeatability and stability, it is suitable for the content determination.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae extract. Method: HPLC Methed was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint.The seperation was performed on a phnomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid.The column temperature was set at 25℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: Under the above chromatographic conditions,the characteristic peak of fingerprint chromatographic of crude material of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae extract was composed of 10 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis. Conclusion: The fingerprint chromatographic set up by HPLC is stable and repeatable,which can be uesd for quality control.

      摘要:Objective: To establish the quantification method for total saponins and main saponin compounds in Radix Pulsatillae extracts. Method: Using UV spectrophotometry, according to pulsatilla saponin B3 for reference substance, a mixture of 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid solution as the chromogenic agent, at 530 nm for determining the content of total saponins in radix Pulsatillae extracts. HPLC-ELSD was employed for the determination of main saponin compounds in radix Pulsatillae extracts. Result: The linear ranges were 10.1-70.4 μg for total saponins, 1.31-17.52 μg for pulsatilla saponins B3, 0.32-4.25 μg for pulsatilla saponins BD, 1.63-21.75 μg for pulsatilla saponins B7, 0.75-9.98 μg for pulsatilla saponins B9, 0.30-4.06 μg for pulsatilla saponins B10, 1.20-15.94 μg for pulsatilla saponins B11, The average recoveries of the six saponins were between 98.85%and 101.42%, and RSD values were less than 1.2%. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that the adopts method is simple and the maneuverability is strong, reproducible for the quality control of saponin compounds in Radix Pulsatillae extracts.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of campesterol, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol in feedstuff. Method: Agilent DB-1701 column (0.25 μm× 0.32 mm×30 m) was adopted. The inlet temperature was controlled at 280℃ and the FID detector temperature was 300℃. The oven temperature was initially held at 100℃ for 2 min and was then programmed to 270℃ at 20℃·min-1 and held for another 15 min. Result: A good resolution was obtained between the peaks of campesterol,stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. The linearity range was 51.08-255.4, 20.86-104.3, 16.13-80.64 mg·L-1respectively, the sample average recovery was 88.5%-98.4%. RSD was range from 0.23% to 3.27%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of short peak retention, high sensitivity, accurate, reliable, good reproducibility and selectivity, and can contribute to the improvement of feedstuff quality standard by providing scientific data.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin in Microctis Folium. Method: Waters XbridgeTM C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with a step gradient of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 367 nm,and the column temperature was at 35℃. Result: Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of quercetin kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin were kept in the range of 14.58-72.90,63.76-318.8,32.92-164.6,79.68-398.4 ng. The average recovery of quercetin,kaempferol,apigen,isorhamnetin was 98.90%, 97.62%, 97.93%,97.79%. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Microctis Folium.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a stable method for quantitative analysis of aflatoxin in Sterculiae Lychnophorae Semen by HPLC-FLD after immunoaffinity column with post-column photochemical derivatization. Method: Cloversil C18 column was applied and mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water (47:53) with gradient elution of 1 mL·min-1, column temperature was maintained at 35℃. Result: The detection limits and quantitation limits of aflatoxin were lower than 0.2 μg·L-1, average recoveries were in range of 97.06%-99.93%, and RSDs were below 12%. Besides that, precisions and repetitiveness all achieve the requirement. Conclusion: The method is a simple, accurate and could be used to analyze the content of aflatoxin in Sterculiae Lychnophorae Semen.

      摘要:Objective: To select the perfect method of extracting technology of total flavonoid from Kaifeng Ornamental chrysanthemum and to find differences of content from different parts. Method: Using total flaconoids content as indicator, firstly studying and selecting the the optimum extraction technology from microwave and ultrasonic by extraction time, solid-liquidratio and ethanol concentration. Then the total flaconoids content of Ornamental Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Dali flowers, leaves, stems were extracted by the optimum extraction technology and determined with UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Result: The optimized extraction technology of ultrasonic method was extraction time 30 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:25 and ethanol concentration 80%. The total flavonoids content showed a linear range of 20-70 mg·L-1, the average recoveries of the total flaconoids content was 97.5%, RSD was 1.81%. Among the three kinds of chrysanthemum, Purple Chrysanthemum cliff was the highest content of total flavonoids and Dali Chrysanthemum was the lowest. The content of total flavonoids was the highest in Dali Chrysanthemum flowers, second in leaves, and the lowest in stems. Conclution: The method of ultrasonic is high efficiency and stability, which can be the best method of extracting technology of total flavonoid from Ornamental Chrysanthemum, the UV-Vis is very simple, quick, accurate, reliable and stability, which can provide more reference for studying the quality control of Ornamental Chrysanthemum.

      摘要:Objective: This paper mainly studies the application of near infrared spectroscopy with PLS for rapid determination of moisture in Aucklandiae Radix. Method: Through collecting near-infrared spectra of Aucklandiae Radix by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy technique with Toluene method measurements as a reference value, the quantitative model of moisture was built by partial least squares (PLS), and it was verified by the unknown samples. Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSEP) of the quantitative calibration model of moisture was 0.982 9, 0.178,0.196;T test value of NIR predicted values and the reference values of the validation set was -0.615, bilateral P=0.545>0.05, and the difference was not significant. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate and no polluted, and it can be applied for the rapid determination of moisture in Aucklandiae Radix.

      摘要:Objective: To study the accelerated stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos and provide a resonable experiment basis for Carthami Flos and its related preparation storage. Method: Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, which was exposed to different temperature and humidity. Result: Temperature and humidity are related to the stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A. Conclusion: Under lower temperature and humidity condition, Hydroxy safflor yellow A has a good stability.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a determination method of the total saponin content in sea cucumber body wall. To compare the total saponin content of dry sea cucumber body wall in 11 kinds of different types of sea cucumber and 8 bitches of Pearsonothuria graeffei. Method: The absorption of the sample solution was measured at 546 nm and the saponin contents were calculated against oleanolic acid by spectrophotometry.vanillin-glacial acetic acid 5% was used as the chromogenic agent. Result: The method is stable and reliable. Obvious difference was observed in contents between different kinds of sea cucumber body wall.Total saponin content of P. graeffei is high among all species. Saponins contents of the market sales P. graeffei ares between 3.16%-5.27%. Conclusion: The assay method used in this paper is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for saponin content determination of sea cucumber. By the resultwe can have a comprehensive understanding of saponin content of sea cucumbers in Chinese marketing. P. graeffei can serve as a good resource for preparation of sea cucumber total saponins.

      摘要:Objective: To establish HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, rutin,isoquercetin and astragalin quercetin in Mori Folium. Method: A HPLC equipped with a Thermo ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column and UV detection was used. The column temperature was at 35℃ and the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1. The mobile phase was consisited of phosphoric acid in acetonitrile (0.1%,A) and phosphoric acid(0.16%) and triethylamine (0.18%) in water(B) with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. Result: The good saperation of five flavo noids was achieved within 60 min. Linear calibration curves were obtained with 0.32-13.73 μg (r=0.999 6),0.05-3.13 μg(r=0.999 8),0.03-9.50 μg(r=0.999 4),0.03-5.60 μg (r=0.999 5),0.001-0.05 μg (r=0.999 7);the average recovery was 99.61%-106.09%, RSD≤2.8%. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for quality control as well as a powerful tool to evaluate the processing of Mori Folium.

      摘要:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of syringin and compare the distribution of syringin in the different parts of Cortex Daphnes. Method: 70% methanol and supersound was used to extract syringin. Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used to analyze syringin content with acetonitrile-0.1% methanoic acid aqueous solution as mobile phases. Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result: Linearity of each standard was established in the concentration range of 3.64-72.80 mg·L-1 for syringin, with correlation coefficient r=0.999 7.Average recoveries (n=6) of syringin was 99.47% with a RSD of 1.50%. Conclusion: The content of syringin in the leaf segment is the lowest. The elder pith is higher in the content of syringin. So, solution and preparation of syringin from the elder pith of root and stem can be considered.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the antihepatitis activity of Bupleuri Radix and Scutellariae Radix in compatibility by the combination of docking and molecular dynamics simulation. Method: The cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) plays an important role in alcoholic liver injury. In this study, four active chemical components of Bupleuri Radix and Scutellariae Radix, including baicalin,baicalein,saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D were docked with COX-2, respectively.Then structures of baicalin and baicalein complexed with COX-2 were used as the initial structure of molecular dynamics simulation and molecular mechanics-paison boltzmann surface area(MM-PBSA) calculation research. Result: It has been found that saikosaponin A and saikosaponin D in Bupleuri Radix have no binding capability with COX-2 and baicalein in Scutellariae Radix has the strongest binding capacity with COX-2. Conclusion: The results have shown that Scutellariae Radix plays a key role when Bupleuri Radix and Scutellariae Radix interact with COX-2 in compatibility.

      摘要:Objective: To study the interaction of sulfamethazine (SMZ) with human serum albumin (HSA). Method: The quenching mechanism, binding constants and binding sites (n) were studied using molecular modeling, fluorescence quenching spectroscopy, three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy under simulative physiological conditions. Result: The experiment results obtained from molecular modeling indicated that there were hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions between SMX and HSA;the fluorescence quenching spectra data showed that the fluorescence intensity of HSA was quenched by the gradual addition of SMX. The binding constants of SMX with HSA at 293, 298, 303, 308 K were calculated to be 3.42×104, 3.13×104, 2.63×104, 2.13×104 mol·L-1, respectively, which means that the quenching mechanism was suggested as a static quenching. Meanwhile, corresponding numbers of binding sites (n) were calculated to be 0.99, 0.96, 0.98, 1.09, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters of the reaction, namely standard enthalpy ΔH0 and entropy ΔS0, had been calculated to be -18.76 kJ·mol-1 and 22.80 kJ·mol-1, respectively, which suggested that the electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions were the predominant intermolecular forces in stabilizing the SMZ-HSA complex. Experimental results obtained from the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy confirmed that the secondary structure of HSA was altered in the presence of SMZ in aqueous solution. Conclusion: Molecular modeling and multi-spectroscopic approaches are good methods for investigating the interaction between SMZ and HSA. They have the advantages of high speed and high sensitivity.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Method: The constituents were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel, medium-pressure MCI columns and HPLC, and their structures were identified by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as neoline(1), fuziline(2), isotalatizidine(3), 8-OEt-14-benzoylmesaconine(4), 14-benzoyaconitine (5), sesamin(6), episesamin(7), isolariciresinol(8), linoleic acid(9), β-fruf(2→6)-α-glu (10). Conclusion: Compounds 6 - 10 are obtained from this plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective: Compare three different cultivars of C. tangerina Hort. et Tanaka, C. reticulata Blanco cv. Kinokuni, Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.zhangshuensis Hort orange peel flavonoids, alkaloids, total phenolic acid, polysaccharides content with different harvesting time, exploring the orange peel herbs active ingredients in the above four main active ingredients and the relative composition ratio between harvest time with the dynamics accumulation. Method: Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry orange peel herbs total flavonoids, total phenolic acid and polysaccharides, HPLC determination of four main herbs flavonoids and synephrine content. Result: Three kinds of orange peel in flavonoids, total phenolic acid, synephrine content increased with the increase of harvest time gradually reduced to stabilize, polysaccharides are gradually increased to reach maximum maturity. The total flavonoids and total phenolic acids, polysaccharides and total phenolic acids between the ratio and the increases of fruit maturity are increasing. Conclusion: The study interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine peel, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride ‘homologous different effect and one material used as two kinds of Chinese medicine’material differences and the quality standards of orange peel herbs further upgrade provide some reference.

      摘要:Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid in rats plasma after oral administration of Benzoinum liquid or the mixing liquid of Benzoinum and Borneolum Syntheticum. Method: SD rats were divided into two groups randomly,giving Benzoinum liquid or the mixing liquid of Benzoinum and Borneolum Syntheticum respectively,collecting the plasma samples at different time. Then determining benzoic acid and cinnamic acid contents, and calculating the pharmacokinetic parameters. Result: The experiments showed the Tmax were (41.57±1.99),(11.42±3.78)min for benzoic acid, (32.86±3.13),(11.71±2.96)min for cinnamic acid. The maximum plasma concentration(Cmax) were(34.93±11.65),(40.35±22.72) mg·L-1 for benzoic acid, (2.96±1.10),(3.43±1.38)mg·L-1 for cinnamic acid. The AUC(0~∞) were (4 481.42±879.21),(3 942.21±977.52)min·μg-1·mL-1 for benzoic acid (601.16±45.84),(401.33±23.35)min·μg-1·mL-1 for cinnamic acid. Conclusion: In the compatibility of Benzoinum with Borneolum Syntheticum the Tmax of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid were significantly reduced, suggesting that the compatibility of the two drugs can accelerate the absorption speed of benzoic and cinnamic acid in rats.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo formulae on express of motrix metallo proteinase-9(MMP-9) and activator protein-1(AP-1) and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) on gene transcription activation pathway in rat cortex accepted thrombolysis therapy after the acute cerebral infarction. Method: Two handred and forty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group, recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA) group, rt-PA-Huatan Tongluo group (Chinese medicine group for short), Chinese medicine group were divided high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group, drug respectively as:3.6,7.2, 14.4 g·kg-1), each group was divided into four time phases:6, 24, 72 h,7 days. In the corresponding time points prepares the middle cerebral artery occulation(MCAO) rat model, the rats in rt-PA group were injected rt-PA(5.67 mg·kg-1), and those of Chinese medicine group were given rt-PA and three different doses of Huatan Tongluo formulae, 2 times a day. Then respectively observe the protein expression of MMP-9 by Western blot observe the gene expression of AP-1 and NF-κB on gene transcription activation pathway by RT PCR. Result: The result of Western blot showed:compared with sham group, the expression of MMP-9 increased significantly(P<0.05), compared with model group in the same time phases, the expression of MMP-9 decreased in Chinese medicine group,especially in high dose group and middle dose group. RT PCR showed that compared with sham group, the expression of AP-1 and NF-κB increased significantly in model group (P<0.05), the expression of two genes in Chinese medicine group, especially in high dose group and middle dose group.Compared with rt-PA group, the expression of AP-1 and NF-κB decreased in high dose group at 6,24 h and in middle dose group at 72 h and 3 d. Conclusion: Huatan Tongluo can inhibit the activation of MMP-9, protect the blood brain barrier by regulating AP-1 and NF-κB on gene transcription activation pathway of MMP-9.

      摘要:Objective: To study active constituents of Paeoniae Radix Alba with improving sleep function. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control, paeoniflorin 12 mg·kg-1, administered group(intragastric administration) ig administered once daily for 7 d, after the last administration of the preparation of serum or cerebrospinal fluid extraction, and serum by HPLC Sini San transitional cerebrospinal fluid composition;after ig administration or continuous 7 d, ip sodium pentobarbital 50 mg·kg-1, sleep time was measured using mouse righting reflex method.By using HPLC method, the gradient elution, and determine the transmigration ingredient of blood serum in Paeoniae Radix Alba. The chromatograph condition:Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), speed of flow 0.8 mL·min-1, column warm 25℃, flowing A is acetonitrile;flowing B is(pH 3)phosphorus acid water, the flowing A gradient elution (5%-95% acetonitrile), the analysis time is 140 min. Result: By the analysis of the compound in cerebrospinal fluid, we found that there was no other compound absorbed into blood except for the pentobarbitalum natricum. Moreover, the endogenous substance in cerebrospinal fluid was increased obviously. Increasing peak area of the endogenous substance in cerebrospinal fluid. Results of the pharmacological experiment indicated that Paeoniae Radix Alba significantly prolonged the sleep time of mice induced by pentobarbital sodium. Conclusion: Finally, definiting active constituents of Paeoniae Radix Alba improving sedation function, confirmed the efficacy of the material basis of the Paconiae Radix Alba is paeoniflorin in the serum.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the hypoglycemic action of plateau plant turnip volatile oil constituents. Method: The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was used to extract turnip volatile oil components. The animal model of diabetic mice was induced by feeding high serum glucose and serum lipid fro 4 weeks and injection of streptozotocin(100 mg·kg).The blood sugar level was detected. Forty mice whose blood glucose level was between 15-17 mmol·L-1 were randomly divided into model group, turnip volatile oil (high, low dose group), positive control group (metformin hydrochloride), and normal control group, altogeher 5 groups, the intragastric administration was conducted once per day for 14 days. During the experimental period, the blood glucose level was measured after 3, 7, 14 days of administration. After the experiment,blood samples were collected for measurements of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum insulin level.The fresh spleen and thymus gland were collected for computing organ index. Result: Turnip volatile oil components could significantly reduce blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, and increase serum insulin levels. Conclusion: Turnip volatile oil components significantly reduce blood glucose.

      摘要:Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanches Herba on rat with high-altitude pulmonary edema. Method: Phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanche Herba was given prophylactically to estibalish the rats model of high-altitude pulmonary edema by using hypobaric chamber in a simulated environment of 5000m altitude. The pathologic changes of rat lung tissue,the water content,the content of interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), malondialdehyde(MDA) and enzymatic activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in lung homogenate were measured. Result: Compared with the control group,the high altitude pulmonary edema model rats showed the remarkable character of pulmonary edema and the higher content of water in lung. The content of IL-6,TNF-α,MDA in lung homogenate were increased while enzymatic activity of SOD,GSH-Px were significantly decreased. The phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanches Herba were able to improve pathological change of lung tissue,decrease water content,IL-6,TNF-α,MDA while increase enzymatic activity of SOD,GSH-Px in lung homogenate. Conclusion: Phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanches Herba were able to prevent the high altitude pulmonary edema,the mechanism of which may related with the anti-inflammation,anti-oxidative stress in lung tissue.

      摘要:Objective: To study the active components in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix with activating blood circulation effect. Method: The different extracts from Angelicae Dahurica Radix were obtained by the means of systematic solvent extraction.Rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group, model group, positive control group (aspirin 12 mg·kg-1) and petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butanol, water extract group(20 g·kg-1 equivalent to the primary drug).The drugs were ig given for 7 days, once each day. 1 h after the last administration,the rats were injected with 0.1% epinephrine 0.8 mg·kg-1 with 2 times and 4 h interval to establish the blood stasis model.Then the activating blood circulation activity was studied by hemorheology test. The HPLC fingerprints of 10 different areas of the most active extracts from Angelicae Dahurica Radix were established and the activating blood circulation activity of 10 batches was detected.The spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts was studied by mathematical statistics method. Result: Compared with the normal group, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly increased in model group(P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the hemorrheological indexes in the groups of different extracts of Angelicae Dahurica Radix were improved(P<0.05-P<0.01). The Ethyl acetate extracts had the best activating blood circulation effect (P<0.01).The spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts was found that peaks 4,9,11,12,16 of the extracts had the stronger activating blood circulation effect. Conclusion: Common peaks 4,9,11,12,16 could be characteristic peak for activating blood circulation activity of Angelicae Dahurica Radix. The spectrum-activity relationship of Angelicae Dahurica Radix established could provide the theoretical basis.

      摘要:Objective: To clarify the effect of Jisuikang on neural functional recovery and explore its probable mechanism to improve the axon regeneration microenvironment on protein and mRNA level of nerve growth factor(NGF). Method: The rat models of spinal cord injury(SCI) were established by modified Allen's method. Twenty six rats were randomly allocated into pseudo surgery group (group A), other 130 rats were randomly divided into model group (group B), prednisolone group (group C), high, middle and low doses Jisuikang group (group D-F) after SCI, 26 rats in each group. The rats were intervened 30 min after anesthesia recovery. The spinal cord tissue were collected 3, 7, 14 d after SCI.The changes of the spinal cord tissues were observed through the HE staining, transmission electron microscope (TEM). Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were applied to test the expression of protein and mRNA of NGF. Result: HE staining:with the intervention time extending, the neuron survival in group C and E was more obvious than group B. The TEM ultrastructure scoring:group C and E reduced 7 d after injury(P<0.05).Immunohistochemistry:the different time points expression of NGF of group B-F was significantly higher than group A, the postoperative expression of group C and E remained a high levels after 7-14 d, compared with group B (P<0.01). RT-PCR:the expression of NGF of group C-F were higher than group B, especially in group C and E. The expression of NGF of group E was obvious higher than other groups after 14 d, compared with group C (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both Jisuikang and prednisolone can reduce and delay the pathological damage, prevent the occurrence and development of irreversible deformation phenomenon, and promote the expression of NGF after SCI. Prednisolone has a more obvious effect early after SCI, while Jisuikang has a lasting effect. Maybe it is one of the factors of Jisuikang to promote neural functional recovery and improve the axon regeneration microenvironment.

      摘要:Objective: The study was designed to explore the molecular biological mechanism of the innovation model(unique formula,different particles,paste medication way) that Fufang Xiyi powder different particles combination agent(XY). Method: Twenty rats were as control group,the other rats were given 0.02 mol·L-1 N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG) to induce precancerous leisions of gastric cancer(PLGC)model, the modeling rats were randomly divided into5 groups:model control group,80 mesh group,100 mesh group,80 mesh and 100 mesh mixing equal treatment group,Vitacoenzyme treatment group,13 rats each group.Munohisto chemical method was used to detect the B-cell lymphoma/leuke-2(Bcl-2)and survivin protein expression of gastrictissue. Result: The average optical density (A) value of Bcl-2 and Survivin in gastric tissue in each group rats was:normal control group(19.06±2.32/21.46±2.69),model control group(30.20±4.83/29.29±3.51),80 mesh group(22.14±3.57/24.18±2.82),100 mesh group(21.98±3.06/24.05±2.80),80 mesh and 100 mesh mixing equal treatment group(19.15±2.67/21.63±2.61),Vitacoenzyme treatment group(24.80±2.89/26.59±3.36) model control group compared with normal control group was notable differences between them (P<0.05). Each treatment group compared with model control group showed notable differences (P<0.05),each treatment group of Fufang Xiyi powder compared with Vitacoenzyme treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.05),the A values of 80 mesh and 100 mesh mixing equal treatment group was the lowest,and that was significantly lower than 80 mesh group and 100 mesh group(P<0.05).The expression of survivin protein was positively correlated with that of Bcl-2 protein(r=0.935,P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin proteins found in this study indicats a synergistic effect among PLGC. The innovation model of Fufang Xiyi powder different particles combination agent may further down-regulate antiapoptosis gene Bcl-2 and survivin to achieve effective intervention of PLGC and delay the process of carcinogenesis.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effects of effective component groups of Qingfei Litan prescription on the acute lung injury in rats. Method: SD rats were randomly divided into nine groups:normal control group, model group, dexamethasone group, water extraction group, ethanol extraction group, petroleum ether extraction group, ethyl ether extraction group, n-butanol extraction group, residual water layer group. Acute lung injury model of rats was induced by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS).The general situation of the rats was observed. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect interleukin(IL) -1β, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), interleukint(IL-6) levels in serum. The pathological changes of lung tissue was observed in light microscopy. Nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) p65 protein expressions were measured by immunohistochemistry in lung tissue. Result: Compared with normal control group, the lung tissue showed typical pathological features of inflammation and damage evidently in model group. Lung wet/dry weight ratio,the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 in serum,and the expressions of NF-κB p65 protein was significantly higher (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, effective component group of Qingfei Litan prescription and dexamethasone group show different degrees of mitigate trend in lung tissue damage, lung wet/dry weight ratio,the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 in serum,and the expressions of NF-κB p65 protein showed different degrees of mitigate trend,than water extraction group and ethanol extraction group had the most significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and there was no significant difference compare with the dexamethasone group. Conclusion: The effective component groups of Qingfei Litan prescription can reduce pathological damage in the lung injury rats by LPS-induced. The mechanism may inhibit NF-κB protein signal transduction pathways, thereby reducing the secretion of cytokines (such as IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6). The water extraction group and ethanol extraction group effect more obviously.

      摘要:Objective: To explore the effects and mechanisms of isoflovone(IS) on spatial learning and memory and glutamate(Glu), N-methyl-D-asprtate receptor 2B(NR2B) in ovariectomized rats brain. Method: The young femal Sprague-Dawley rats were ovariectomized. Ovariectomized rats were randomly divided into five groups, model group,estradiol benzoate(EB) group, IS low dose group(IS1), IS middle dose group(IS2)and IS high dose group(IS3). EB group were treated with estradiol benzoate(0.2 mg·kg-1, once each week) by intraperitoneal injection once a week. IS groups were treated with Isoflovone(20,40,80 mg·kg-1·d-1) by gavage once daily. The spatial learning and memory performance of all rats were evaluated by Morris watermaze task. The change of Glu was measured by immunohistochemistry. The levels of NR2B protein was measured by Western blotting. Result: Compared with control group, the latency period of model group increased apparently(P<0.05). Compared with model group, the latency period of control group and IS3 group decreased apparently(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the magnitude of tinction of glutamic acid in hippocampus and the protein levels of NR2B in model group decreased apparently(P<0.05). Compared with model group,the magnitude of tinction of glutamic acid in hippocampus and the protein levels of NR2B in EB group,IS3 group increased apparently(P<0.05). Conclusion: Isoflovone can promote the ovariectomized rats' impairment of spatial learning and memory by changing the contents of Glu and increasing the protein levels of NR2B in hippocampus.

      摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Dendrobium officinale on energy metabolism and expression of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) mRNA in athletic fatigue mice. Method: Sixty male Kunming mice were divided randomly into control group, D. officinale low-dose group,middle-dose group,high-dose group. The low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group were intragastricaly (ig)administrated with D. officinale respectively according to 0.75,1.5,4.5 g·kg-1 while control group was ig given same volume normal saline, once a day for 30 days. The weight carrying swimming test were used to observe exhaustive weight carrying swimming time and to examine levels of serum urea, muscle glycogen, hepatic glycogen,lactic acid and the expression of CNTF mRNA. Result: Compared to control group, exhaustive weight carrying swimming time in low-dose group increased (P<0.05),and in both middle-dose group and high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.01). Compared to control group, the levels of serum urea and lactic acid in both low-dose group and middle-dose group decreased(P<0.05),and in high-dose group decreased significantly(P<0.01). Compared to control group, the levels of muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen in middle-dose group increased (P<0.05)and in high-dose group increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared to control group, the expression of CNTF mRNA in low-dose group increased (P<0.05), and in middle-dose group and high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: D. officinale could increase glycogen store,decrease the level of serum urea and lactic acid accumulation,meantime, could up-regulate the expression of CNTF mRNA, which may be one of mechanisms that D.officinale alleviate athletic fatigue by regulating energy metabolism and nourishing muscle.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss the effects of resveratrol on the growth and cell apoptosis of human hepatoblastoma-derived HepG-2 cell line. Method: The resveratrol was extracted by microwave-assisted method and HepG-2 cells were exposed to resveratrol at the different concentrations. The hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells in logarithmic phase of growth were randomly divided into drug group and control group, with the concentration of 12.5,25,50,100 μmol·L-1 resveratrol in hepatocellular carcinoma HepG-2 cells. Intervention durations were 24,48,72 h accordingly. The viability of HepG-2 cells was measured by MTT. Morphotology of cell apoptosis was observed by Hoeschst 33342 fluorescence staining and fluorescent. The protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was analyzed by western blot. Result: Resveratrol inhibited the growth of cells and caused apoptosis significantly. The suppression was both in a time-and dose-dependent manner. The result of MTT showed that,at 50,100 μmol·L-1 could inhibit the cell proliferation obviously compared with control group(P<0.01). When HepG-2 cells were treated with the concentration of 50,100 μmol·L-1 resveratrol in 48 h,the typical apoptotic body can be observed under the fluorescence microscope.The expression of protein Bcl-2 was down-regulated and the expression of peotein Bax was up-regulated along with increase in resveratrol concentration. Conclusion: Resveratrol can inhibit the proliferation of HepG-2 cells in vitro and induce cell apoptosis.Resveratrol may induce apoptosis via down-regulating Bcl-2 and up-regulating of Bax in HepG-2 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To study the mechanism of regulating the growth of the lung cancer stem cells containing by Xihuang pill drug serum. Method: Ten rabbits were divided5 groups, the therapeutic dose of 32,16,8 g·kg-1·d-1 ig of Xihuang pill liquid and 7.5 mg·kg-1·d-1 ip of cyclophosphamide(CTX) were given. Drug serum of rabbits were prepared. Side population cells (SP cells) of the human lung adenocarcinoma cells(LAC) were sorted by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting assay(FACS). Fifty C57BL/6 mice were divided model group, Xihuang pill low, middle and high-dose group, and the CTX group. SP cells were regulated to 1×107/mL and sc, Xihuang pill liquid (32,16,8 g·kg-1·d-1,ig) and CTX(7.5 mg·kg-1·d-1,ip) were given lasted 2 weeks. Then the tumors were weighted for calculating the tumor growth inhibition rate. SP cells were regulated to 2×106/mL and put into 5 culture bottles, divided into control group, Xihuang pill low, middle and high-dose groups, and the CTX group. Drug serum of groups were put into corresponding SP cells(drug serum occupies 70% of cell medium). The cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). In the same way, SP cells were affected by drug serum of groups and the expression of Cyclin D1 mRNA and protein was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot. Result: The Xihuang pill middle, high-dose group and CTX group significantly inhibited tumors of all groups, compared with the control group (P<0.01). Cells in G1 phase of the Xihuang pill middle, high-dose group and CTX group increased, cells in G2 phase and S phase of the Xihuang pill middle, high-dose group and CTX group decreased (P<0.05). The Xihuang pill middle and high-dose group could regulate down the expression of Cyclin D1 mRNA and protein compared with the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Xihuang pill could down-regulate the expression of Cyclin D1of lung cancer stem cells. It could prevent their G1 period turning into S period, so as to block the growth of lung cancer cells.

      摘要:Objective: To study the effect of paeonol (Pae) on ventricular remodeling and levels of nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)p65 and interleukin(IL)-1 mRNA in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Method: The myocardial infarction (MI) model of Wistar rat was induced by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery. The rats were randomly distributed into five groups, they are model group, low-dose Pae group, middle-dose Pae group, high-dose Pae group(4,6,8 mg·kg-1·d-1) and captopril group(10 mg·kg-1·d-1). Moreover, sham-operated group without ligation. After 4 weeks treatment of paeonol,the hemodynamic changes in rats were determined. The mRNA levels of NF-κB p65 and IL-1 were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Result: Compared with shame-operated group, the left ventricular systolic pressure(LVEDP) of model group increased significantly (P<0.05). With intervention of Pae the heart function improved obviously. And then LVSP, the maximum left ventricular pressure rising and dropping rates (±dp/dtmax) were increased significantly (P<0.05), while the left ventricular end diastolic pressure LVEDP decreased significantly (P<0.05). Besides, the mRNA levels of NF-κB p65 and IL-1 in the middle dose Pae and high-dose Pae groups were declined sharply (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pae could prevent and treat ventricular remodeling in rats with myocardial infraction efficiently, which maybe related to the inhibition of expression of the mRNA levels of NF-κB p65 and IL-1,and the suppressing of NF-κB pathway.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the antiproliferative effects of fucoxanthin, a major carotenoid found in edible seaweed, and also to elucidate the molecular mechanism on hepatoma HepG2 cells. Method: The antiproliferative effects of fucoxanthin was evaluated using MTT assay. Fucoxanthin-mediated cell apoptosis was evaluated using Flow Cytometer. Autophagy detection with acridine orange staining and Lyso-Tracker Red staining by High Content Screening (HCS). The protein expression was detected using Western blotting. Result: Fucoxanthin exerts potent antiproliferative activity on HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, fucoxanthin induces HepG2 cells autophagy and apoptosis. After treatment with fucoxanthin, the protein expression of LC3 II and Beclin 1 were enhanced. Furthermore, fucoxanthin induced cell apoptosis, Caspase-3 activation, mitochondrial membrane potential decrease, cytochrome C release from mitochondria to cytoplasm, upregulation the protein expression of Bax and PTEN, downregulation the protein expression of Bcl-2, and also inhibited the phosphorylation of Akt, p70S6K and mTOR. Whereas 3-methyladenine (3-MA), a phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate kinase inhibitor, enhanced the fucoxanthin-mediated apoptosis and caspase-3 activation. Conclusion: Fucoxanthin-mediated autophagy and apoptosis were due to inhibition of Akt signal pathway in HepG2 cells.

      摘要:Objective: To evaluate the acute and mutagenic toxic effects of the active ingredients assembling of Chinese herbs for antioxidant activity. Chinese herbal active ingredient formula was composed of total flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza,ginkgo biloba extract, total flavonoids of epimedium, astragaloside and total saponins in ophiopogonin. Method: Acute oral toxicity test, marrow cell micronucleus test polychromatic erythrocyte(PCE), marrow chromosomal aberration test of mice and Ames were tested. Result: Mice acute oral maximum tolerated dose(MTD) of the formula was higher than 10 g·kg-1. The micronucleus rates in all doses were not significantly different from the control group. Negative results were seen form chromosome aberration test. No increase in the number of revertant colonies was found in the Ames test with and without S9 activation system. Conclusion: The Chinese herbal active ingredient formula has no toxic substance and mutagenicity effects in this study.

      摘要:Objective: To dicuss synergism and attenuation of Fuzheng Kanglao decoction assisted chemotherapy for initial treatment of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis and observe its adjust function to cellular immunity. Method: Two hundred and twenty-six cases were randomly divided into control group(112 cases) and observation group(114 cases) by digital method.Patients in the control group received isoniazide with 0.3 g/time and 1 time/day,rifampicin with 0.45-0.6 g/time,taken on an empty stomach,pyrazinamide with 1.5 g/time and 1 time/d,ethambutol with 0.75-1.0 g/time and 1 time/d.Based on treatment of the control group,patients in the observation group added Fuzheng Kanglao decoction with 1 dose/day.Course of treatment in those two groups were both 1 months.Sputum bacteria and liver function were detected every month.Before treatment and at the second,fourth and sixth months,scores of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were evaluated.Before and after treatment,T-lymphocyte subpopulation of peripheral blood detected by flow cytometry and quality of life also was detected. Result: Cure rate in the observation group was 85.96% superior to 73.77% in the control group(P<0.05).Pulmonary shadows absorption in the observation group was 77.19% superior to 65.18% in the control group(P<0.05).At the second,forth and sixth months after treatment,scores of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,dimension scores of physiology,mentality,social relations,subjective feeling of quality of life and state of health increased(P<0.01),and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but CD8+ was lower than in the control group(P<0.01).Occurrence rate of abnormal liver function in the observation group was 9.6% lower than 20.5% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Kanglao decoction assisted chemotherapy had function of synergism and attenuation for initial treatment of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis,and it could improve patients' quality of life.Fuzheng Kanglao decoction could adjust function of patients' cellular immunity and contribute bodies to coping with scavenging action of germ.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss short-term effects of adjuvant therapy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with transcatheter chemoembolization in treating primary hepatic carcinoma at middle and advanced stages and influence to patients' quality of life,immunity and metastasis rate. Method: Eighty-three patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (43 cases) by different methods of treatment.Patients in the control group received Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization(TACE) operation(drugs including pirarubicin,fluorouracil,mitomycin and super liquefaction iodinated oil),repeated one time for every four weeks,two times in total,after operation,patients got symptomatic and supportive treatment of liver protection and stomach protection.Based on the treatment of the control group,patients in the observation group received elemene injections with 0.4-0.6 g/time,intravenous infusion,used for 3 weeks,stoped for 1 week and used for 3 weeks finally;Shenmai injections with 60 mL/time,intravenous infusion,used for 2 weeks after TACE operation;Jiedu Xiaoai decoctions with 1dose/day,conventional water frying,taken divides 2-3 times.Course of treatment in two groups were both 8 weeks.After treatment,size change of solid tumor was observed by CT or nuclear magnetic resonance imaging(MRI);Before and after treatment,score was evaluated by the European organization for cancer research and treatment of core quality of life scale-C30 (EORTCQLQ-C30)and quality of life,levels of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+) and natural killer(NK) cell were detected by flow cytometry,levels of blood vessel endothelial growth factors (VEGF),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and blood α-fetoprotein(AFP) were detected. Result: Effective rate of curative efficacy of solid tumor in the observation group was 93% superior to 77.5% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+) and NK cell in the control group showed downtrend,but those in the observation group increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),except cognitive function,other dimension scores in the observation group were increased(P<0.01),which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),dimension scores of tired,pain,nausea and vomiting,agrypnia and appetite loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),levels of AFP,ICAM-1 and VEGV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Elemene injections,Shenmai injections(intravenous infusion) and Jiedu Xiaoai decoctions(taken orally) combined with TACE could get synergism in treating primary hepatic carcinoma at middle and advanced stages,and it could improve patients' quality of life and immunity,relieve state of an illness,there may be a inhibiting effect of neoplasm metastasis.

      摘要:Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiejing decoctions and influence to serous total immunoglobulin E(IgE),eosnophils(EOS),and asthmatics cellular factors in treating childhood cough variant asthma(CVA). Method: Ninety patients were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and observation group(45 cases) by digital method,and establish healthy control group(15 cases).Patients in the control group took montelukast sodium chewable tablets with 4-5 years old for 4 mg and 6-12 years old for 5 mg,took before sleep.Patients in the observation group added Shufeng Jiejing decoctions based on the treatment of the control group,1 does/day.Course of treatment in two groups were both four weeks.Main symptom scores of cough frequency,cough degree,cough nature,et al before and after treatment were recorded.,levels of serum total IgE,peripheral blood EOS,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) before and after treatment were detected. Result: Total effective rate of curative efficacy in the observation group was 93.33% superior to 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,grades of main symptoms of cough frequency,cough degree,cough nature,tchypne and pharyngeal itching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),levels of serous total IgE,TNF-α,IL-4 and EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),but levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Differentiation treatment of Shufeng Jiejing decoctions could ameliorate symptoms and improve curative efficacy in treating childhood cough variant asthma,and it could regulate levels of cytokines and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.

      摘要:Objective: To observe influence of Shenfu Qiangxin pills to patients' renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in treating chronic heart failure(CHF). Method: Ninety cases with CHF were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) by diagnosis time.Patients in control group received enalapril tablets with 5 mg/time and 2 times/day;Metoprolol tablets with 0.1 g/time and 2 times/day. Digoxin tablets with 0.25 mg/time and 1 time/day,everyone took necessarily.Based on the treatment of control group,patients in observation group received Shenfu Qiangxin pills with 6 g/time and 3 times/day.Course of treatment in two groups were both 12 weeks.Left ventricular end diastolic(LVED),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVSD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and cardiac output(CO)were detected by echocardiogram,Lee's heart failure scores and six-minute walk test(6 MWT) were recorded,levels of antidiuretic hormone(ADH),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),angiotensin-Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone were detected,all of those were evaluated for one time before and after treatment. Result: Total effective rate of curative effect of Lee's heart failure scores in the observation group was 86.67% superior to 68.89% of which in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,LVED and LVSD in the observation group were small than those in the control group(P<0.01),LVEF and CO in both groups increased(P<0.01),and which increased more dramaticlly in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the time before treatment,integral of Lee's heart failure scores decreased,and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). 6 MWT in both groups also ameliorated,and which was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01);Levels of haematic AngⅡ,aldosterone,NT-proBNP and ADH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the treatment of conventional western medicine,Shenfu Qiangxin pills could ameliorate further cardiac function of patients' with CHF,inhibit RAAS,adjust ANP and BNP and reverse ventricle remodeling,those may be key mechanism of action of this preparation.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions combined with mifepristone on uterine fibroids and its impact on patients' hormone levels and blood rheology. Method: One hundred patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) by digital method.Patients in the control group took mifepristone with 12.5 mg/time and 1 does/day. Patients in the observation group added Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions based on treatment of the control group,1 does/day.Treatment courses continued three months in those two groups.Using B-mode ultrasonography to detect fibroid volume before and after treatment,levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) were detected,main symptoms and signs scores,blood rheology were taken per month,and follow-up of six patients was assessed who were markedly improved. Result: Total effective rate of curative efficacy in the observation group was 92% superior to 78% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,average volume of patients' hysteromyoma shrunk in two groups(P<0.01),but that in the observation group was smaller than in the control group(P<0.01),volume reduction rate of hysteromyoma in the observation group was 49.1% superior to 32.2% in the control group(P<0.05),levels of serous FSH,LH,E2 and P in both groups were decreased(P<0.01),level of E2 in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).At the first,second and third month after treatment,scores of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Amelioration of whole blood viscosity(low shear and high shear) and plasma viscosity in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01).After follow-up of six months,rebound rate in the observation group was 11.1% lower than 33.3% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tiaochong Xiaozheng decoctions combined with mifepristone could reduce volume of patients' hysteromyoma and ameliorate clinical symptoms,it could also adjust levels of hormone,ameliorate blood microcirculation,improve clinical efficacy and reduce rebound rate of hysteromyoma,there was a significant curative efficacy in recent and forward.

      摘要:Objective: To discuss curative efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with piperazine ferulate tablets and influence to microcirculation disturbance in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN). Method: Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (34 cases) by digital method.Patients in the control group received irbesartan tablets of conventional western medicine treatment with 150 mg/time and 1 time/d.Based on treatment of the control group,patients in the observation group added Shenyan Kangfu tablets with 5 tablets/time and 3 times/d by taken orally,and piperazine ferulate tablets took orally with 4 tablets/time and 3 times/d.Course of treatment in those two groups were both 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),24 hours urine protein quantitation and serum creatinine(Scr) were detected,hemorheology was also detected,levels of serous nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane(TXB2),6-Ketone-prostaglandin F-(la)(6-Keto-PGF-la)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected,level of malondialdehyde(MDA) was measured with thiobarbituric acid chromatometry. Result: Total effective rate of curative efficacy in the observation group was 88.24% superior to 67.74% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with time before treatment,levels of UAER,24 hours urine protein quantitatio and Scr in those two groups decreased(P<0.01),which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Amelioration of whole blood viscosity(low shear and high shear),blood reduced viscosity,platelet aggregation index,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01),levels of NO and 6-Keto-PGF_1a in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),levels of ET-1 and TXB2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),levels of SOD in those two groups increased and which in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.01),level of MDA in those two groups decreased and which in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Based on the conventional treatment of angiotensin receptor antagonist(ARB),Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with piperazine ferulate tablets could reduce proteinuria and protect renal function for patients of DN,its mechanism may be related to ameliorating hemorheology,regulating vascular endothelial function,reducing oxidative stress,increasing renal perfusion,restraining platelet aggregation and adhesion,so it could ameliorate renal microcirculation disturbance.

      摘要:Objective: Evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia from cognitive function, activities of daily living and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. Method: This is a randomized, active-controlled and open-label trial. In total, eighty patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia were enrolled and divided evenly into control and trial groups. Based on the foundation treatment of vascular risk factors, the tail group was given Fuzhi capsule combined with acupuncture, and the control group was given oxiracetam capsules. The mini-mental state examination (MMSE), montreal cognitive assessment(MOCA), activities of daily living(ADL), syndrome differentiation scale of vascular dementia(SDSVD) scores will be observed after a 12-week treatment period. Result: The MMSE and MOCA scores of each group of was increased after the treatment. Compared with the control group, the MMSE and MOCA scores of the trial group increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ADL and SDSVD scores were reduced after the treatment. Compared with the control group, the ADL and SDSVD scores of the trial group reduced obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combineing with acupuncture and Chinese medicine has beneficial effects on patients with vascular cognitive impairment no dementia. It can improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living significantly. The results of this study will provide evidence for developing a comprehensive therapy regimen, which can delay the progress of dementia and improve the quality of life for VCIND patients.

      摘要:Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of Shujin san fumigation combined with manipulation therapy on knee osteoarthritis during early metaphase. Method: One hundred and sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis during early metaphase were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group (80 patients) with Shujin san fumigation and observation group (80 patients) with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel;and the term efficacy, function of knee and score of ability in daily life (ADL)of both groups were compared. Result: The term efficacy, function of knee and score of ability in daily life (ADL) of control group was significant higher than observation group (P<0.05). The increase degree of control group was also larger than observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shujin san fumigation combined with manipulation therapy on knee osteoarthritis during early metaphase can efficiently relieve symptoms, improve activity function of knees, increase the quality of life.

      摘要:Objective: To analyze composition principles of the prescriptions in the book of〈The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Dictionary〉for the treatment of complex symptoms of adverse rising of gastric Qi of deficiency of spleen. Method: The prescriptions for complex symptoms of adverse rising of gastric qi of deficiency of spleen were collected,sorted and entered into the TCM inheritance system (V1.3) to analyze the composition principles by the methods of entropy and apriori. Result: Based on the analysis of 1 452 cases of prescriptions which have 934 medications,there were 45 medications with more than 50 frequencies are mined from the database.Composition principles were obtained with apriori method:there were 29 frequently used herbal pair with more than 100 frequencies(support≤20),34 core combinations with more than 60 frequencies(support≤20).The association principles for those medications in the prescriptions were analyzed(support≤20,confidence≤0.9).Principles were obtained with entropy:there were 29 core combinations which would compose the new prescriptions, and 29 new prescriptions were found by hierarchical clustering method.There were 12 prescriptions matching with Sijunzi tang(semblance=0.5). Conclusion: We should chose strengthening spleen and benefiting vital medications primarily, assisting with regulating stomach and calming the adverse-rising gastric Qi, to treat the complex symptoms of adverse rising of gastric Qi of deficiency of spleen.

      摘要:Summarize the progress on chemical constituents of Salacia in order to provide basis of developing S. Refer to the related reports of mangiferin with comprehensively analysis and carefully summarize.Various types of chemical constituents have been obtained from S., including triterpenes, flavonoid glycoside, sulfonium sulfates, stilbenes, phenolic glycosides and lignans. The sulfonium sulfates and quinonemethide triterpenoids showed significant anti-hyperglycemia activity, which are worthy of further developing. The various types of chemical constituents and remarkable activity in anti-hyperglycemia and rheumatism suggested S. should be further studied.

      摘要:The review outline Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata processing technology in present and inspection standards respectively and analysis Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata processing mechanism thoroughly. Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata is used widely in traditional Chinese medicine to treat various disease mainly about the cardiovascular system. Processing and toxicology reduction of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata is very important because of its large toxicology, Because of its severe toxicity can cause death. The method of fuzi processing originated from ancient time and there are many new processing methods appeared. However, there has been no measure standard. Aconitine limited method was used to examine processing in ‘Chinese pharmacopoeia’. The toxicity of fuzi decreased after processing. Processed aconite, heishunpian, white monkshood can be directly used as medicine. The mechanism of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata processing attenuated its toxicity is mainly that various types of alkaloids were destroyed and loss in the processing. Toxic diester aconitum hydrolysis into benzoyl ester type alkaloids, then hydrolyzed hydrolysis into alcohol amine aconine alkaloids. Although our objective is to reduce the toxicity of Aconite Lateralis Radix Praeparata, the content of effective components should also be taken consideration. It is still difficult to decrease toxicity and keep effective functions at the same time. Changes in chemical composition during processing is important to study the mechanism of aconite processing. This paper summarize the processing methods of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and the mechanism of toxicology reduction, which can serve as a reference for study on Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata processing and clinical using.
