      摘要:Objective:To investigate contents and distribution characteristics of 15 kinds of inorganic elements in Angelicae Sinensis Radix smoked by different processing conditions,and to determine optimum smoked processing technology. Method:Contents of 8 heavy metal elements in 31 smoked samples were determined by ICP-MS,and the other 7 inorganic elements were determined by AAS,IBM SPSS 21.0 and SIMCA-P 11.5 statistical software were used for statistical analysis. Result:Fingerprint characteristic of inorganic elements in Angelicae Sinensis Radix smoked by different processing conditions showed the same trend of K >Na >Cr >Cu;temperature was the key factor affecting distribution of inorganic elements in smoked Angelicae Sinensis Radix;optimal smoked processing conditions were smoked for 8 hours at 50 ℃. Conclusion:Smoked processing of Angelicae Sinensis Radix had good safety by regulation of temperature and time.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate scientificalness of "soaked to a certain criterion" for Aconiti Radix which was documented in 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia". Method:One part of Aconiti Radix were soaked to different degrees of below the standard,equal to the standared and above the standard,respectively;another part of Aconiti Radix were cooked after being soaked to different degree;all these sample were checked shape-property quality and determined contents of mesaconitine,aconitine,hypaconitine,benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylaconitine,benzoylhypaconitine. Result:These processed products which soaked moderately were cut easily and decoction pieces were smooth and not easy to broken.After being soaked,the content of total alkaloids was reduced,with level of immersion to deepen,reduction rates of contents of three kinds of diester alkaloids were 28.7%,36.8% and 44.9%,respectively;while reduction rates of three kinds of monoester alkaloids were 21.8%,25.5% and 40%,respectively.After cooking,contents of three kinds of diester alkaloids decreased remarkably,reduction rate was more than 98% by comparing with raw products;but contents of three kinds of monoester alkaloids increased remarkably,which was about 2 times as many as that in raw products. Conclusion:When Aconiti Radix was soaked moderately,change of ester-type aconitum alkaloids in cooked products was moderate with shorter cooking time and good quality of decoction pieces,it was meaningful that Aconiti Radix should be 'soaked to a certain criterion'.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate feasibility of vacuum belt drying technology on pilot-scale production of Shensong Yangxin capsules. Method:Under the same conditions of extraction and concentration,regarding yielf of powder,angle of repose,bulk density,percentage of moisture and contents of effective ingredients as indicators to investigate difference of vacuum belt drying process and spray drying technology for preparing Shensong Yangxin capsules. Result:In samples of vacuum belt drying and spray drying,yield of powder were 23.51%,22.35%,angle of repose were 30.3,32.3°,bulk density were 0.65,0.55 g·cm-3, total drying time were 4.47,7.20 h,percentage of moisture in 72 h were 20.7% and 28.6%,concentrations of paeoniflorin and berberine hydrochloride were 0.36% and 0.75%,respectively. Conclusion:Vacuum belt drying technology was highly feasible on pilot-scale production of Shensong Yangxin capsules with good quality products and high production efficiency.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate contents change of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in decoction by different proportions of compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Method:Coptidis Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma were made up a prescription by proportions of 2:1,1.5:1,0.5:1,respectively;HPLC was adopted to determine contents of alkaloids in decoction. Result:The content of berberine hydrochloride were 36.68,39.41, 44.33 mg·g-1 in different proportions of compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,while the content of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride were 8.607,8.349,10.790 mg·g-1,these two components increased with decreasing dosage of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Conclusion:Compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma was not beneficial to dissolution of berberine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride,compatibility of 0.5:1 was most beneficial to dissolution of these two ingredients.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate pharmacological action of lactone part and fat part in alcohol extracts of roasted Aucklandiae Radix,then optimize purification technology of the alcohol extracts. Method:Taking ink propulsion rate in the small intestine and diarrhea index as indexes,effects of lactone part and fat part in alcohol extracts of roasted Aucklandiae Radix after cold storage on diarrhea induced by Sennae Folium in healthy mice were investigated.With composite score of yield of dry extract,transfer rates of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize purification technology by taking ethanol concentration and consumption,refrigeration temperature and time as factors. Result:Propulsive motility in the small intestine and diarrhea index could be reduced by lactone part,while fat part had opposite effects with slippery bowel purgative effect.The best purification technology was as follows:refrigerated 5 h with 5 times the amount of 80% ethanol at -10 ℃;yield of dry extract,transfer rates of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were 5.1%,94.9%,93.8%,respectively. Conclusion:Fat part in alcohol extracts of roasted Aucklandiae Radix should be removed.This optimized refrigeration process was simple and feasible,based on in favor of preparation,it could remove fat part with slippery bowel purgative effect,and had a certain reference value in actual production.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize enrichment and purification technology of total flavonoids from Gossampini Flos with macroporous resin. Method:The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV,taking adsorption rate and desorption rate as index,resin type was screened by static adsorption-elution test,single factor tests were adopted to investigate effects of the concentration of sample solution,pH,adsorption rate,desorption solvent,water amounts,the amount of sample solution and other factors on purification process. Result:It was proved that DM-130 resin could effectively enrich total flavonoids from Gossampini Flos,optimum purification process was as following:the concentration of sample solution 4.89 g·L-1,pH of 4.0,flow rate for sampling of 3 BV·h-1,removed impurities by 5 BV of water and then eluted total flavonoids with 3 BV of 50% ethanol at flow rate of 2.0 BV·h-1;purity of tota1 flavonoids increased from 13.33% in sample solution to 77.68% in eluant. Conclusion:DM-130 resin could be used for purification and enrichment of tota1 flavonoids from Gossampini Flos,which had high industrial production value with characteristics of easy operation,low cost and highlight purification effect.

      摘要:Objective:To isolate and purity collagen peptides from pigskin,then identify relative molecular mass distribution and structure of its active ingredients. Method:Pigskin was digested by pepsin and trypsin,enzyme solution received ultrafiltration,electrodialysis desalination and lyophilization to get collagen peptides from pigskin,Sephadex G-25 gel column was adopted to separate and purity hydrolyzate,effects of each part of collagen peptides on L929 cell multiplication were analyzed,ESI-Q-TOF2 mass spectrometer was employed to analyze amino acid sequence of collagen peptides from pigskin. Result:Two parts were separated as part Ⅰ and Ⅱ,both of them on L929 cell multiplication rates were 162% and 179%,respectively.Relative molecular mass of activity part Ⅱ were 800-2 000 Da,two amino acid sequence were first discovered,they were GLGAGGGRGSDGNPG and PAGAHGPAGL. Conclusion:Collagen peptides from pigskin had a significant cell proliferation with some specificity,which met permutations of G-X-Y.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of Sanzi prescription. Method:Asthma test induced by histamine on guinea pigs was used to compare decoction and ethanol reflux extraction.With composite score of contents of sinapine thiocyanate and rosmarinic acid,yield of extract as index,orthogonal test was designed to optimize extraction technology by taking ethanol concentration,solvent consumption,extracting time and times as factors,optimal process was verified with asthma test induced by histamine on guinea pigs. Result:Ethanol reflux extraction was adopted,optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extracted thrice with ten times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1 h each time;under these conditions,extracting amounts of sinapine thiocyanate and rosmarinic acid were 7.26,5.63 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion:This extraction process was reasonable and reproducible,which was suitable for industrial production of Sanzi prescription.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize purification technology of lobster sauce streptokinase by macroporous resin. Method:Type of macroporous resin was screened by taking moisture adsorption as index;With specific activity of lobster sauce streptokinase as index,single factor tests were adopted to optimize purification process parameters,such as adsorption performance(loading quantity of sample,adsorption time) and elution performance(species,pH and volume of eluent,elution rate),purification effect was analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Result:HPD-400 macroporous resin had a good adsorbability to lobster sauce streptokinase,optimum purification conditions were as follows:sample volume of 2 BV,adsorption time of 2 h,removed impurities with 2 BV of water,eluted with 4 BV of Tris HCl-30% ethanol buffer(pH 8.0) with adsorption speed of 2 BV·h-1;under these conditions,specific activity of lobster sauce streptokinase was 2 254.29 U·mg-1,purification multiple was 44.17 times,we could receive 2.86 mg of protein in 20 mL of fermentation liquor,lobster sauce streptokinase showed a single strip in electrophoretogram whose relative molecular weight was 28 kD. Conclusion:HPD-400 macroporous resin could be adopted to purify lobster sauce streptokinase,this optimized purification technology was stable and feasible.

      摘要:Objective:Under the same decoction conditions,to compare changes of contents of effective components and yield of dry extract between herbal pieces and decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix in decoction at different boiling times. Method:HPLC was used to determine contents of baicalin,wogonoside and baicalein with mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid(47:53) and detection wavelength at 280 nm.Taking yield of dry extract and contents of active ingredients as indexes,under the same conditions,decoction effect of herbal pieces and decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix at different decoction time was detected. Result:Decoction time of decocting powders of Scutellariae Radix were 10 min in the first and second time,while they were 30,10 min in herbal pieces.Contents of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and yield of dry extract in decocting powders were both greatly more than they were in herbal pieces of Scutellariae Radix. Conclusion:Decocting powders had advantages of time-saving and material-saving,this study could provide a reference for its application.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Croton crassifolius. Method:Volatile oil from C. crassifolius was extracted by steam distillation method,with "overall desirability" of yield of volatile oil and the concentration of cypenrenoic acid as dependent variable,the amount of water,soaking time and extracting time were investigated by central composite design,test data were fitted by multi-linear equation and second-order polynomial equation,extraction technology conditions were optimized by response surface methodology and to predictive analysis. Result:Multiple correlation coefficients from second-order polynomial equation(r=0.993) were prior to those from multi-linear equation(r=0.804),optimum extraction process conditions were as follows:soaked 101.75 min with 17.57 times the amount of water,distillation time of 321.29 min;under these conditions,average yield of volatile oil was 4.06%,extracting amount of cypenrenoic acid was 0.143 mg·g-1,deviations between observed and predicted values were less than 3%. Conclusion:This optimized process was simple with high predictability,it could provide test basis for resource development of C. crassifolius.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize extraction and purification processes of Shengmai dispersible tablets. Method:Taking composite score of contents of ginsenoside Rg1,Re and yield of extract as index,orthogonal design was adopted to investigate effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extracting time on extraction process;Chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was employed,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize purification technology with concentration degree of extracting solution,dosage of chitosan,standing time as factors. Result:The best extraction process was as follows:extracted thrice with eight times the amount of 85% ethanol for 2 h each time;contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re were 0.251% and 0.074%.Optimum purification process was as following:the concentration of extracting solution 1 g·mL-1,dosage of chitosan 10%,standing time for 12 h; contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re were 0.394% and 0.116%. Conclusion:This optimized process was stable and feasible for providing a reference to dosage-form reformation of Shengmai dispersible tablets.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a method for determination of hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. And to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the method. Method:Using hesperidin as standard substance, the relative correction factor of the other two flavonoids were determined by HPLC. Using the external standard method and the relative correction factor calculated the content of the three flavonoids, then comparing the results. Result:The results of external standard method and quantitative analysis of multi-components by one marker (QAMS) have no significant difference. Conclusion:Determination of hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin by QAMS is a accurate and feasible method.

      摘要:Objective:To establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Leontopodium brachyactis from Xinjiang for the first time. Method:The stationary phase was DiamonsilTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid (10:90). The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 40 ℃. The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm. Result:The liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.08-0.76 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.48% (RSD 2.82%). The liner range of caffeic acid was 0.051-0.459 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.31% (RSD 0.96%). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and sensible, and can be used to determine the content of the chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in L. brachyactis.

      摘要:Objective:Investigate the stability of Turkish Gall water extracted (MSZST) in stress test and long-term test conditions in order to provide experimental data for select manufacturing, packaging, storing condition. Method:To analyze the changes of MSZST parameters:① pH, color, precipitation, polyphenol, tannin and gallic acid in stress test;② pH, color, precipitation, polyphenol, tannin and gallic acid in long-term test. Result:The experiment results showed that the MSZST:① is not stable in high light and temperature conditions;② All observed indexes in 0-30 ℃for 24 months and in 4 ℃ 36 months Long-term test conditions are stable. Conclusion:In order to ensure the long-term stability of MSZST,it is better to kept at low temperature,no light conditions for control the quality.Using variety of indexes to estimate the stability of MSZST is more accurate and can reflex it's inner real quality.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a simultaneous determination method for paeoniflorin, tetrahydropalmatine and ferulic acid in Fukang tablet. Method:The determination was performed on a Sepax C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% ammoniae aqua as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength were at 230 nm (0-16 min, paeoniflorin), 280 nm (16.1-25 min, tetrahydropalmatine) and 320 nm (25.1-50 min, ferulic acid), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Result:The paeoniflorin, tetrahydropalmatine and ferulic acid presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.242-2.42,0.02-0.203,0.045-0.448 μg (r≥0.999 6), The average rate of recovery was 99.75%,100.33% and 100.45% with RSD=0.61%, 1.46%,1.73% (n=6) respectively. Conclusion:This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to determine the content of paeoniflorin, tetrahydropalmatine and ferulic acid in Fukang tablet.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a novel method for fast determination of extracts content in Microctis Folium with PLS-UV Spectrophotometry. Method:Multivariate calibration model based on PLS algorithm was developed to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference method. Result:The correlation coefficient (R2) of the calibration models was 0.964 1, and the prediction average relative deviation for extracts content were 1.73%. Conclusion:PLS-UV technique used in this study is timesaving and accuracy. It is qualified to rapidly analyze the extracts content of traditional Chinese medicine whose components are complex. PLS-UV can be used to determine the extracts content of Microctis Folium.

      摘要:Objective:To establish the methods for determination of total polysaccharides and rutin content in Alhagi sparsifolin, and to compare the content of each sample from the different parts. Method:With glucose as control, total polysaccharides were measured by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 620 nm by anthrone sulphuric acid colorimetry. The content of rutin was determined by HPLC. The determination was performed on Symmetry shield Rp18 (3.9 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solvent (19:81) with the detection wavelength at 360 nm and the column temperature at 30 ℃. Result:The linear range of total polysaccharides was 3.85-70.33 mg·L-1(r=0.995 9), and the linear range of rutin was 4.95-59.4 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6). Total polysaccharides and rutin in A. sparsifolin from different parts had certain differences. Conclusion:A. sparsifolin cultivated in the fruit and in part on the ground harvest in the total polysaccharides and the content of rutin are higher. It will provide foundation for the research for A. sparsifolin cultivation and harvest.

      摘要:Objective:To isolate and identify the benzoquinone compounds from Averrhoa carambola root (ACLR) and establish its HPLC determination method. Method:The cyclohexane fraction of 60% ethanol extract of the herb was separated by the repeated silica gel column, and identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HSQC, HMBC and FTIR, etc. And the determination method of benzoquinone compound isolated from ACLR was established by HPLC. Result:Two benzoquinone compounds were isolated from ACLR, namely 2-methoxy-6-nonyl-cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione (MNDD), 2-dodecyl-6-methoxy-cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione (DMDD). MNDD and DMDD had a good linear relationship between sample size and peak area at the range of 0.177-2.657 μg and 0.094-1.416 μg, and their average recovery were 98.96% (RSD 1.14%) and 99.55% (RSD 0.98%), respectively. Conclusion:The two benzoquinone compounds were separated for the first time from plants. And the HPLC determination method can used for ACLR quality control for its convenience, rapidity, stability, accuracy, reliability and good reproducibility.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a pre-column derivation HPLC method for the determination of monosaccharide compositions in Coptidis Rhizoma polysaccharides, and analyze the monosaccharides differences between three Coptidis Rhizoma polysaccharides. Method:The polysaccharides were extracted by hot distilled water, precipitated by alcohol, and hydrolyzed into monosaccharides with 2 mol·L-1 sulfuric acid. The hydrolysate was derivatized with PMP, and then the PMP derivates of monosaccharides were analyzed by HPLC method. Result:The Rhizoma Coptidis polysaccharides were composed of mannose, rhamnose, glucuronic acid, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arabinose. Among them, the content of galacturonic acid was the most abundant, followed by glucose. In addition, the average molar ratio of seven monosaccharides of C. deltoidea polysaccharide, C. teeta polysaccharide and C. chinensis polysaccharide were 1:2.34:0.38:17.58:12.40:6.11:5.93, 1:2.43:0.25:16.76:15.18:6.51:9.78 and 1:3.25:0.40:22.35:12.96:6.66:10.28, respectively. Conclusion:The established method in this study is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the analysis of monosaccharide compositions of Coptidis Rhizoma polysaccharides. The content of seven monosaccharides of C. deltoidea polysaccharide, C. teeta polysaccharide and C. chinensis polysaccharide are different.

      摘要:Objective:To develop an GC method of determining the characteristic chromatographic profile of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos for controlling the drug quality quickly and accurately. Method:The separation was performed on HP-5 (0.25 μm×0.32 mm×30 m); the column oven was begun at 60 ℃ and held 2 min,then programmed from 60 ℃ to 105 ℃ at 4 ℃·min-1, then programmed from 105 ℃ to 115 ℃ at 2 ℃·min-1, then programmed from 115 ℃ to 250 ℃ at 15 ℃·min-1 held 2 min; by using helium as the carries gas, the flow rate is 1 mL·min-1,the split ratio is 20:1; hydrogen flame ionization detector; injector temperature was 250 ℃,detector temperature was 250 ℃. Result:To analyse 12 batches of volatile oil,the fingerprints of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos from different areas were established. The fingerprint similarity of S1,S2,S8 is in 0.781-0.843.The fingerprint similarity of S3,S4,S7, S10 is in 0.853-0.932.The fingerprint similarity of the rest of the samples is above 0.95. Conclusion:This method is reproducible, simple and easy, and can be used to provide a base for the quality control of Chrysanthemi Indici Flos.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the chemical basis for co-application of Paeonia lactiflora and Glycyrrhizae uralensis. Method:The contents of peoniflorin and glycyrrhizin were detected by using the method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the test methods in terms of specificity, linear range, precision, stability, repeatability and sample recovery were performed to determine the optimum chromatographic conditions. Result:The content of peoniflorin in P. lactiflora decoction was 2.19 mg·g-1; the content of glycyrrhizin in G.uralensis was 17.13 mg·g-1; the contents of peoniflorin and glycyrrhizin were 5.45, 17.69 mg·g-1 respectively when P. lactiflora and G. uralensis were mixed together after decocting the component herbs singly; the contentsof peoniflorin and glycyrrhizin were 5.45, 17.69 mg·g-1 respectively when P. lactiflora and G. Uralensis were decocted together. Conclusion:The contents of peoniflorinand glycyrrhizinwere promoted significantly with the former more significant when the component herbs were decocted singly and the contents of peoniflorinand glycyrrhizin was elevated greatly with the latter more significant when the component herbs were decocted together; the increase in contents of peoniflorinand glycyrrhizin may compose one of important reasons behind the synegetic analgesic potency when P. lactiflora and G. uralensis are used together.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a novel method for fast analysis of two components naringin and neohesperidin in alkali extraction process of Aurantii Fructus with near infrared transmittance spectroscopy. Method:The calibration model of 44 extraction samples was developed by the spectral data pretreatment of the multiplicative scatter correction (MSC) with the spectral regions 11 995.6-7 498.2,6 101.9-5 446.2,4 601.5-4 246.7 and 11 995.6-5 446.2,4 601.5-4 246.7 cm-1 respectively and analyzed the correlation between the spectra and the corresponding values by PLS method. Result:The RMSEC was 0.024 7 and 0.036,respectively. R2 was 0.997 4 and 0.996 6.The root mean square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) was 0.07 and 0.065 2.The best dimension was nine. The naringin and neohesperidin in the 12 samples were evaluated by using the model established. Root mean square errors of prediction(RMSEP)was 0.046 2,0.082 7,respectively. Conclusion:This method is not only rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, but also has great application prospects in the extraction optimization and on-line monitoring of production process in Chinese herbs.

      摘要:Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the herb of Kummerowia striata. Method:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographic methods with Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, ODS and preparation HPLC. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result:Fourteen compounds were isolated and elucidated as quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (1), kaempferol-3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside (2), apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside (3), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), stigmasterol-3O-β-Dglucopyranoside (5), quercetin (6), quercetin-3-O-glucosideⅠ(7), rutin (8), luteolin (9), apigenin (10), kaempferol (11), stigmasterol (12), β-sitosterol (13), daucosterol (14),respectively. Conclusion:Compounds 1,5,7-9 and 11-14 were isolated from K. striata for the first time.

      摘要:Objective:To develop a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method for the determination of five anthraquinone derivatives (aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion) in Wubei Yiwei capsules. Method:High performance liquid chromatography was perormed on an Eclipse XDB C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(88:12)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, 254 nm as the detection wavelength,the temperature of column was at 30 ℃. Result:Five compounds showed good relationship at the range of 0.067-0.335 μg(r=0.999 6,for aloe-emodin),0.070-0.351 μg(r=0.999 8,for rhein),0.068-0.341 μg(r=0.999 9,for emodin),0.070-0.348 μg(r=0.999 9,for chrysophanol),0.038-0.191 μg(r=0.999 7,for physcion), the average recoveries were 97.95%(RSD 0.98%),98.47%(RSD 1.18%),98.00%(RSD 0.71%),98.19%(RSD 0.68%),96.26%(RSD 1.35%). Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple,accurate stable,and repeatable and it is suitable for quality control of Wubei Yiwei capsules.

      摘要:Objective:To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for determination of plasma concentrations of three alkaloids in rats plasma and compare their bioavailabilities in burn healing ointments and hydrogels. Method:Deep Ⅱ scald model of rats was established,wound were given burn healing ointments and hydrogels with 0.02 g·g-1,respectively.Then plasma concentrations of three alkaloids at different time points were determined by HPLC and major pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated by PKsolver 2.0 software. Result:Concentration-time curves of three alkaloids conformed to a atriovertricular model,in vivo bioavailability of three alkaloids in hydrogels group were superior to ointments group,compared to the latter,the former existed 120%-260% increases in Cmax and 120%-170% increases in AUC0-24 h. Conclusion:This established HPLC method was simple and sensitive to determine concentrations of three alkaloids in rats plasma and could be used for pharmacokinetic analysis;it could find that two dosage forms were quickly absorded and slowly released.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate pharmacokinetics of total alkaloids from ephedra decoction in rats and compare content change between it and ephedrine hydrochloride. Method:Rats were oral administered with ephedra decoction and their orbital blood samples were taken at different time points.The content of total alkaloids in plasma samples was determined by acid dye colorimetry,pharmacokinetical parameters and compartment models of each composition were calculated or fitted by 3P97 software,the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in plasma samples was determined by HPLC and then compared wth results of total alkaloids. Result:Absorbance of total alkaloids calculated by ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with its concentration in a range of 4-144 mg·L-1.In vivo metabolic process of total alkaloids in rats was complied with the one-compartment model with t1/2=339.88 min,tmax=265.86 min and AUC=326 631.38 min·mg·L-1; however, the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in plasma could be determined in 10 min and not be determined after 6 h by HPLC,which indicated it was completely excreted soon. Conclusion:Acid dye colorimetry was accurate and reliable for determination of total alkaloids from ephedra decoction in rat plasma.Ephedrine hydrochloride got into blood and eliminated all fast.

      摘要:Objective:To explore rat model of type 2 diabetes macroscopic characterization, rectal temperature, grip and related biochemical parameters, in order to explore mechanisms of Gegen Qinlian decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method:Fat diet combined with streptozotocin(STZ) were used to induce type 2 diabetes model, Gegen Qinlian decoction 9.1 g·kg-1 (GGQL1), 18.2 g·kg-1 (GGQL2) were given. The macroscopic characterization, rectal temperature, grip and related biochemical markers were observed. Result:After administration,in GGQL1 group the blood glucose was lower (P<0.05), the diet consume was reduced(P<0.05); in GGQL2 group, the blood glucose was lower (P<0.05), the food intake was reduced, grip force value was increased (P<0.05), triglycerides(TG) was decreased (P<0.05); GGQL1, GGQL2 could reduce activity, grasping take revolt, dark glazed eyes, less gloss lip does not run, tongue less fluid, less shiny nose does not run, hair drying. Conclusion:Gegen Qinlian decoction can maintain body weight, reduce fasting blood glucose, reduce food intake and increase grip and reduce TG,improve symptoms of fatigue, body fluid deficiency in type 2 diabetic rats.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Maimendong decoction on apoptosis, cell cycle and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) genes of lung a cancer cell A549 by experiments in vitro. Method:A549 cells in the logarithmic phase (2×104/mL) were selected to observe their morphological changes by inverted microscope after Maimendong decoction (0.25,2.5,25 g·L-1) effecting for 24,48,72 hours; to observe apoptosis of A549 cells effected by Maimendong decoction (2.5,25 g·L-1) for 48 hours after adding 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI) staining fluid; to analyze cycles of A549 cells effected by Maimendong decoction (2.5 g·L-1) for 48 hours; to relatively quantify expression of EGFR and STAT3 genes of apoptotic cells by Real-time fluorescent quantitative (RT)-PCR technique. Result:0.25, 2.5, 25 g·L-1 Maimendong decoction all could inhibit the growth of A549 cell, change its appearance in different levers. After 0.25, 2.5 g·L-1 Maimendong decoction impacting A549 for 48 hours, we can find that nucleus's appearance has changed, and its chromatins have gathered and been marginalized and so on,results from flow cytometer display that cells were inhibited in G0/G1 and G2/M phase, and result from RT-PCR suggest that the expression of EGFR and STAT3 genes has obviously reduced. Conclusion:Maimendong decoction can restrain the growth of a non-small cell lung cancer A549 cell line, induce its apoptosis, stagnate it in G0/G1 and G2/M phase, which may be related to reducing the expression of EGFR and STAT3 genes.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of corn silk extract and anthocyanins on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Method:The turbidimetric method (600 nm) was used for determining bacterial growth of E. coli(1.6×106cfu/mL), S. aureus (5.6×106cfu/mL) and K. pneumoniae(1.8×106cfu/mL) by adding corn silk extract(0,35,70,140 g·L-1), anthocyanin(0.312,0.625,1.25 g·L-1) and corn silk extract(70 g·L-1)-anthocyanin(0.625 g·L-1)mixed solutions for 6 h. Result:The results showed that a time and dose dependent inhibitory curve of corn silk extract and anthocyanins on three bacteria were observed within 6 h. The inhibitory rates of corn silk extract (70 g·L-1) and anthocyanins (0.625 g·L-1) were (31.3±2.42)% and (21.6±1.89)% on E. coli,(25.3±2.85)% and (37.2±1.74)% on S. aureus, and (39.7±1.34)% and (15.3±3.67)% on K. pneumoniae, respectively, while the effect of their combination was (76.8±2.53)% on E. coli,(80.1±1.74)% on S. aureus and (67.3±1.53)% on K. pneumoniae. Conclusion:The compatibility of corn silk extract and anthocyanins can not only expand the antibacterial spectrum, and also has synergistic effects on pathogenic bacteria to prevent and treat chronic urinary tract infection.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on the concentraion changes of mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) and glucocorticoid receptor(GR) in hippocampus of depression rats. Method:Fifty male Wistar rats were evenly randomized into control group, model group, fluoxertine group, modified Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder low dose, high dose, 10 in each group. Depression model of rat was produced by using chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulation combined with lonely raising for 21 days.From the twenty-second days of models, fluoxertine group 2.5 mg·kg-1, modified Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder low dose 2.04 g·kg-1, high dose 4.08 g·kg-1,each of the medication group perfused daily with the medicine which was needed 10 mL·kg-1, and control group and model group perfused daily with normal saline of a volume the same as the medication group, before the stress of each day. Until all rats were killed, there are 21 days. Use the Western-blot to determine the expression of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) and mineralocorticoid receptor(MR) in the hippocampus of rats. Result:Compared with the control group, the down-relation of GR protein expression was found in hippocampus of model group, but MR protein expression increased. After treatment, the GR protein expression in hippocampus of rats significantly raised (P<0.05) in the model group, and each group MR protein expression in hippocampus of rats from model group significantly lowered (P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiawei Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can regulatet the GR and MR protein expression in hippocampus and antidepressant effect. Its mechanism of action of antidepressants may be related to the hippocampus in imbalance of the proportion of the relationship between GR and MR.

      摘要:Objective:To perform the correlation between fingerprint and liver protection of Herpetospermum caudigerum seed oil (HO) illuminate the therapeutic basis of liver protection. Method:GC Fingerprint of HO was developed, and the protective effects of HO on immunologic liver injury model was observed,the contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the blood serum were measured.The correlation analysis between the GC fingerprint of HO and the contents of ALT,AST and SOD were carried out with stepwise regression. Result:The linoleic acid,oleic acid and linolenic acid were important for liver protection. Conclusion:The protective effects of HO on immunologic liver injury model might be related to its unsaturated fatty acids.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of shikimic acid on antioxidation ability,inflammatory factors and secretory platelet phospholipase A2 of group ⅡA(sPLA2-ⅡA) mRNA in atherosclerosis rats. Method:Seventy-two Wistar rats (n=12) were randomly divided into six group,the normal goup,the model group, the Simvastatin group, high shikimic acid group(60 mg·kg-1), middle shikimic acid group(30 mg·kg-1) and low shikimic acid group(15 mg·kg-1). Atherosclerosis rats were induced by injected with asingle dose of vitamin D(6×105 U·kg-1)and loaded with high fat diet in order to copy the model. After 24 weeks administration, the serum superoxide-dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MAD), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and sPLA2-ⅡA mRNA were observed. Result:Compared with normal control group, the serum level of shikimic acid of TNF-α,CRP, MDA, the expression of sPLA2 mRNA of model group was remarkably increased,the actixity of SOD were inhibited(P<0.01,P<0.05).Shikimic acid could reduce the level of serum CRP and TNF-α from(10.82±4.33) mg·L-1 and (49.88±22.91) ng·L-1 of the model group to (8.17±1.74)mg·L-1 and (28.18±15.95) ng·L-1 (P<0.05).Reduce the level of serum MDA from (21.55±4.45) μmol·L-1 of the model group to (18.70±1.95) μmol·L-1 (P<0.05),and improve the activity of SOD from (145.81±50.61) U·mL-1of the model group to(199.87±50.29) U·mL-1 (P<0.05), and inhibit the expression of sPLA2-ⅡA mRNA(P<0.01). Conclusion:Shikimic acid can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve antioxidation ability, and inhibit the expression of sPLA2-ⅡA mRNA.

      摘要:Objective:To study the impact of Jiang Xinxia formulae on the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) in the alveolar lavage fluid of egg albumin(OVA) induced asthmatic rats. Method:OVA was used to establish the of the rat asthmatic model. ELISA was used to measure the level of HIF-1α and VEGF in the alveolar lavage fluid. Result:Compared with model groups, Jiang Xinxia formulae obviously relieved the symptoms of the asthmatic rats; decreased the levelof the HIF-1α and VEGF in the alveolar lavage fluid(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiang Xinxia formulae can inhibit the HIF-1α and VEGF in the asthmatic rat lungs, improve the thickening of the airway smooth muscle and basement membrane, thereby inhibit occurring and development of the asthmatic airway remodeling.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the main ingredients of Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD) in protecting PC12 cells during oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD). Method:Seven factors were selected from seven ingredients of BYHWD:Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Angelica Sinensis Radix Tail, Pheretima,Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Persicae Semen and Carthami Flos. Each factor was divided into two levels, contained or not contained. The experiment was arranged according to L8(27) orthogonal test table. Conventional New Zealand rabbits were divided into 9 groups randomly, rabbits of the blank control group were fed with distilled water, rabbits of the other eight groups were fed with eight prescriptions. After three times a day feeding, serum were prepared. PC12 cells were cultured with 10% serum during OGD for 18 hours. Viability and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) leakage was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) and micro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Result:The increased LDH leakage was observed on PC12 cells during OGD(P<0.01). BYHWD could markedly decrease the LDH leakage(P<0.01). Orthogonal analysis showed, PC12 cell viability of prescription with Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Angelica Sinensis Radix Tail was significantly increased(P<0.01), LDH leakage of prescription with Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Angelica Sinensis Radix Tail was significantly decreased(P<0.01). PC12 cell viability of prescription with Persicae Semen was reduced(P<0.01). PC12 cell LDH leakage of prescription with Pheretima was increased(P<0.01). Effect of other medicines was not obvious. Conclusion:BYHWD has protective effects on PC12 cells during OGD. Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Angelica,Sinensis Radix Tail play a major role. Persicae Semen and Pheretima can aggravate cell injury. Carthami Flos and Rhizoma has not obvious effect on PC12 cells during OGD.

      摘要:Objective:To study the dynamic change of microbial flora species and quantity of Sojoe Semen Praeparatum in fermentation processing process to‘yellow cladding’,in order to lay the foundation of discuss the mechanization of fermentation processing of fermented soybean. Method:Based on the 2010 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia and according to optimized processing technology of own laboratory for Sojoe Semen Praeparatum soybean (processing technology in article), the sample in different processing time of fermentation process to‘yellow cladding’were taked,the bacterium, mould and saccharomycetes of selective medium were used to cultivate, separation and purification for colony count. Meanwhile eyes and microscope were used to preliminary evaluation culture. Result:The quantity of bacterium, mould and saccharomycetes with the increase of the fermentation time and rised in fermentation process to‘yellow cladding’of fermented soybean. Microflora had clear ascendant trend in four days of fermentation, quantity of bacterium from 1×103.2 CFU/mL growth to 1×1010.6 CFU/mL, quantity of mould from 1×102.1 CFU/mL growth to 1×109.8 CFU/mL, quantity of saccharomycetes from 0 growth to 1×108.8 CFU/mL. Four days later, the quantity of microflora change gentle. The quantity of bacterium is more than mould and saccharomycetes in fermentation processing process. Advantage bacteria is gram-positive bacilli. Mould is aspergillus and mucor. Saccharomycetes is ascomycetes. Conclusion:Fermented soybean processing can made from fermented multi-bacterium that its kind and quantity with the obvious changes have taken place in different fermentation time.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Gancao Xiexin decoction formula granules on model rats with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Method:Forty-eight Wister rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal group, model group, levamisole group (17.5 mg·kg-1), three Gancao Xiexin decoction formula granules groups-high, medium and low (12,6,3 g·kg-1). Except the rats in the normal group, the rats in other groups were used to establish the recurrent oral ulcer model with immune method. After 20 days of continuous intragastric administration, the pain threshold in rats was tested by hot plate method, the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels in rat serum were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), and T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood was determined by flow cytometry. Result:Compared with normal group, the pain threshold of rats in the model group was decreased, and the TNF-α and IL-8 levels in rat serum were increased, the number of CD4+ cells fell, and the number of CD8+ cells rose, CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased(P<0.01). Compared with model group, in the high and medium Gancao Xiexin decoction formula granules groups, the pain threshold was increased:(4.1±0.7),(9.2±2.0),(8.5±1.4) s, the TNF-α in rat serum was decreased:(182.4±11.6),(37.8±9.0),(42.7±4.6) ng·L-1, and IL-8 was decreased:(870.0±42.2),(303.7±31.7),(331.8±18.6) ng·L-1, the number of CD4+ cells rose:(37.4±3.6)%, (48.0±1.5)%, (48.1±4.4)%, and the number of CD8+ cells fell:(32.1±3.6)%,(26.3±2.7)%,(26.8±1.2)%, leading to an increased CD4+/CD8+ratio:(1.2±0.1),(1.8±0.2),(1.8±0.2)(P<0.01). Conclusion:Gancao Xiexin decoction formula granules is effective in the treatment of model rats with recurrent oral ulcer, which may have something to do with its effects of analgesia, inhibiting inflammatory factors, and regulating the imbalance of T lymphocyte subgroup.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of amentoflavone (ATF) on inflammatory factors in rats with acute liver injury. Method:The healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into six groups, control group, model group, positive control group, ATF low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose group(15,30,60 mg·kg-1), respectively. The experimental rats were administrated with drugs by ig for 7 days, one hours after the last administration,the experimental rats were injected carbon tetrachloride to copy the acute liver injury model except control group. The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β1), interleukin 1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6(IL-6) were investigated by ELISA. The phosphor-IκB-α level and nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) nuclear translocation in hepatic tissue were measured by ELISA. The plasma endotoxin(LPS) level was measured by limulus amebocyte lysate(LAL)chromogenic endpoint assay. The expression of TNF-α mRNA and induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) mRNA in hepatical tissues in rats were detected by Real time PCR. Result:Compared with the normal control group, the contents of TNF-α, TGF-β1, IL-1β and IL-6 in the serum of the model group rats were obviously increased(P<0.01), and the level of plasma endotoxin was obviously increased(P<0.01), the phosphor-IκB-α level and NF-κB nuclear translocation were obviously increased, the expression of TNF-α mRNA and iNOS mRNA were up-regulated(both P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the contents of TNF-α, TGF-β1, IL-1β, IL-6 were obviously decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), The phosphor-IκB-α level and NF-κB nuclear translocation were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the level of plasma endotoxin was obviously decreased, the expression of TNF-α mRNA and iNOS mRNA in hepatical tissues in rats were down-regulated(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:ATF could protect the acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in rats, the mechanism may be related to decreasing endotoxin level and NF-κB nuclear translocation and attenuating the trigger of inflammation-related cascade amplification.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of tetradrine on cardiotrophin-1 (CT-1) and its receptor gp130/leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) expression in hypertrophic left ventricles of renohypertensive rats. Method:Two-kidney-one-clip (2K1C) renohypertensive model was established in rats by partial constriction of left renal artery. All the rats were randomly divided into four groups (n=15 per group):① sham-operated group;② hypertensive model group;③-④ low-dose, high-dose tetradrine group, the hypertensive rats were treated with tetradrine (25,50 mg·kg-1·d-1) for 8 weeks. After drug treatment for 8 weeks, the rats were used to measure blood pressure by the standard tail-cuff method, the ratio of left ventricle weight to body weight (LVW/BW), myocardial collagen content, and mRNA and protein expressions of CT-1, gp130 and LIFR. Result:Compared with sham-operated group, the hypertensive model group exhibited a marked increase in the mRNA and protein expression of CT-1 in hypertrophic myocardium (P<0.01), but showed a significant decrease in LIFR mRNA and protein expression (P<0.01). Treatment with tetradrine inhibited the myocardial hypertrophy of hypertensive rats, decreased the expression of CT-1 mRNA and protein (P<0.01), and increased the mRNA and protein expression of LIFR (P<0.01). Conclusion:Our findings suggested that treatment with tetradrine could inhibit myocardial structural remodeling in the left ventricles of renohypertensive rats, the mechanism of which might be related to its regulation of the signaling pathway involving cardiotrophin-1 and its receptor gp130/LIFR.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the Fuzhi Capsule on long-term potentiation of hippocampus neuronal cell of rats with vascular dementia. Method:The SPF male SD rats were divided into model group, Donepezil group, Fuzhi capsule high and low dosage groups, and sham operation control group randomly.The vascular dementia model was established by permanent bilateral common carotid artery ligation (2-VO). Drugs were administered to rats by gastric perfusion once a day for 4 weeks. Then all the rats were detected the behavior by Morris water maze, the changes of population spike potential amplitude induced by the high frequency stimulation will be detected by long-term potentiation(LTP) inducted method and the expression of N-niethyl-D-asportate(NMDA) in hippocampus by immunohistochemistry. Result:Compared with the sham operation group, the learning and memory ability of rats in model group were decreased, the escape latency and swimming distance were significantly prolonged, the number of across the platform after remove platform were decreased, the population spike potential amplitude of hippocampal neurons in dentate gyrus decreased markedly, the number of NMDA immunoreactive cells was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the learning and memory ability of rats in Fuzhi capsule high and low dosage group and donepezil group were improved, the escape latency and swimming distance were shortened, the number of across the platform after remove platform were increased obviously, the population spike potential amplitude of hippocampal neurons in dentate gyrus increased markedly, the number of NMDA immunoreactive cells was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fuzhi capsule can improve the learning and memory ability of rats with vascular dementia by increasing the number of NMDA immunoreactive cells and the population spike potential amplitude of hippocampal neurons, improve the long term potentiation of synapses of hippocampal neurons of rat with vascular dementia.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-metastatic effect of cryptotanshinone on human breast cancer and its possible mechanisms. Method:The ability of cryptotanshinone on proliferation was detected after labeling with bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) by immunofluorescence staining. We furher used wound healing assay and Transwell migration assay to investigate the effect of cryptotanshinone on cell mobility in vitro. Western blot was used to measure the protein expression related to epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT). Effect of cryptotanshinone on nuclear factor(NF)-κB transcriptional activity was detected by Dual-Luciferase gene reporter assay system. Furthermore, we used transgenic zebrafish tumor model to illustrate the anti-metastatic effect of cryptotanshinone in vivo. Result:Cryptotanshinone showed a great inhibitory ability on cell proliferation and migration in vitro. Cryptotanshinone also does-dependently increased the expression of E-cadherin but decreased the expression of N-cadherin. The transcriptional activity of NF-κB was prohibited by cryptotanshinone as well. Moreover, cryptotanshinone inhibited MDA-MB-231 tumor metastasis in a dose dependent manner in zebrafish embyos by decreasing the number of disseminated foci from tumor mass as well as maximal distance of metastasis. Conclusion:Cryptotanshinone showed both anti-metastatic effect in vivo and in vitro. The proliferation of MDA-MB-231 was also inhibited by cryptotanshinone. The underlying anti-metastatic mechanism of cryptotanshinone on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells involved reversion of EMT via downregulating transcriptional activity of NF-κB.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of compound Chinese medicine Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo fang on hemorheology and fibrinogen(Fib),prostaglandin E2(PGE2) level in rats with diabetes nephropathy(DN). Method:The rat model was established by feeding of HG and HF diet with peritoneal injection of streptozocin(STZ).Interfere with benazepril(8 weeks) and herbs(12.78 g·kg-1,8,10 weeks).Fasting blood-glucose(FBG),haemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and microalbuminuria(MALB),PGE2(Elisa) were tested.The renal pathological changes were evaluated by HE staining.Observed the changes of hemorheology and Fib,PGE2. Result:The level of FBG,HbA1c, β2-MG,hemorheology and Fib,MALB,PGE2 in the model group were higher obvious(P<0.05),the other group were lowed.The renal pathological changes were obviously in the model group,and the therapy group were all alleviated. Conclusion:The pathological changes of kidney tissue have a realationship with hemorheology and Fib,PGE2, herbs of Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo fang in percent and cure to diabetic mellitus(DN) may by regulating the abnormal of hemorheology and Fib and PGE2.

      摘要:Objective:This study is to observe the effect of Tongmai Dixian pills on the angiogenesis of ischemic myocardium border zone and to research myocardial protection mechanisms. Method:One hundred male rats with chronic myocardial ischemia model except the sham group, which were randomized,model group,Tongmai Dixian pills high, middle and low (6.3,3.15,1.57 g·kg-1) dose groups,and Shexiang Baoxin pills(0.014 2 g·kg-1) group. Intragastric administration for six weeks,hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining of myocardial pathomorphology changes and immunohistochemical staining observed neovascularization of myocardial infarct border zone. Result:①Tongmai Dixian pills can deduce the scope of myocardial infarctions as to protect the heart.②Tongmai Dixian pills on the myocardial tissue (HE staining):sham group's the cardiac muscle fibers arranged in neat rows and inflammatory cells infiltration; model group's cardiocytes had serious edema,lots of disorganized myocardial interstitial inflammatory cells infiltration,or even visible its focal necrosis; Tongmai Dixian pills each dose group myocardial nucleus size is uniform,showing varying degrees of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells infiltration; Shexiang Baoxin pills group under the light microscopic is similar to Tongmai Dixian pills middle dose group; ③ischemic myocardial angiogenesis microvessel density(MVD):compared with the sham group,model group with significant difference (P<0.05),Tongmai Dixian pills each dose group can be significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),Tongmai Dixian pills high,middle dose and Shexiang Baoxin pills can also be significantly increased (P<0.01),Tongmai Dixian pills low dose group is also an increasing trend, but no statistically significant differences compared with model group. Conclusion:Tongmai Dixian pills can promote the generation microvascular in the myocardial infarction border zone in order to achieve the purpose of protecting the myocardium.

      摘要:Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongyang Lishi decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method:Divided 120 patients with acute phase of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy into control group(60 cases off 3 cases) and treatment group(60 cases off 2 cases).Method at control group, gave a 20% intravenous mannitol for 5 days, then changed to give a 20% glycerol and fructose injection for 5 days;methods at treatment group, followed by oral Tongyang Lishi decoction to complete 10 days of treatment. Used 35 points integration formula to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Result:Both two groups have significantly effect in improving the clinical symptoms(P<0.05), no statistically significant occurs for two groups(P>0.05).Control group has high incidence of thrombophlebitis, while treatment group has no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Tongyang Lishi decoction could improve the clinical symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients effectively, there was no significant vascular injury, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice for its convenient use.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage on promotig gastrointestinal function recovery after caesarean section. Method:Patients received cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given external application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage and control group only given point massage. Then postpartum gastrointestinal function, general condition and negative emotions were observed. Result:Abdominal distension duration, exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than control group; 5 d after caesarean section, negative mood scores were lower than those 1 d after caesarean section, hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), hamilton depression scale(HAMD), self rating anxiety scale(SAS), self rating depression scale(SDS) scores of observation group were lower than control group. Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine combined with point massage have positive clinical value for it can promot the recovery of gastrointestinal function and general condition and relief of anxiety and depression after caesarean section.

      摘要:Objective:Discuss curative effect of purpuric nephropathy Zidianshen Ⅰ number decoction on henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) and influence to clotting mechanism and blood rheology. Method:Ninety children with HSPN were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases)by random number table.Both groups' patients received conventional western therapy and received dipyridamole,tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside and prednisone refer to different clinical feature.Based on control group, in observation group in the control group on basis of Zidianshen Ⅰ number decoction,1 dose/day.Course of treatment in two groups were 12 weeks.Hematuresis and proteinuria were monitored,and urine protein quantitation,blood rheology,fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D) and fibrin degradation products(FDP) were detected at 24 hours before and after treatment. Result:The total effective rate of disease curative effect in the observation group was 95.6% superior to 80% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of red blood cell in urine and 24 hours urinary albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).And negative conversion ratio of red blood cell in urine of the observation group was 88.2% superior to 61.7% of the control group,negative conversion ratio of urinary albumin was 82.9% superior to 54.1% in control group(P<0.05).the level of FIB,FDP and D-D in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.01). The amelioration of whole blood viscosity(low or high shearing),whole blood reduced viscosity(low or high shearing),platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity of blood rheology index in observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Based on conventional western therapy, Zidianshen Ⅰ number decoction can reduce red blood cell in urine and white blood cell in urine of children with HSPN and promote the negative conversion of red blood cell in urine cell and white blood cell in urine,the mechanism of action may be related to ameliorating clotting and blood rheology index and reducing high clotting condition.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Danshen dripping pill combined with western medicine in treatment of post traumatic epilepsy. Method:From February 2012 to February 2013 year post traumatic epilepsy patients in Guiyang Second People's Hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group were treated with combined with compound Danshen dripping pill and western medicine, while the control group was only used routine antiepileptic western medicine. 3 months after treatment, the therapeutic effects were observed and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of seizures TNF-α, interleukin-6 (IL-6), C reactive protein (CRP) levels. Result:After 3 months of treatment, 28 cases were satisfied with the study, significantly improved in 8 cases, good in 4 cases, 4 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 93.62%; the control group 20 cases with patients, significantly improved in 7 cases, good in 5 cases, poor effects in 5 cases, the total effective rate of 78.72%; the statistics found that efficiency study group analysis (93.62%) was significantly higher than the control group (78.72%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The study group and the control group of patients after treatment, serum TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP levels were compared to attack the group before treatment, decreased obviously(P<0.05); in addition, the study group after treatment, the serum TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP levels than the control group after treatment were decreased(P<0.05). Adverse reactions of the two groups were compared the incidence of no significant difference. Conclusion:The curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pill combined with western medicine in treatment of post traumatic epilepsy is good, and adverse reaction rate is low, better than western medicine treatment. It can effectively promote the functional recovery of nerve cells, and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP.

      摘要:Objective:Investigate into the therapeutic effects for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease under wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag. Method:The patients of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly assigned into two groups named control and experimental group, respectively. The control group were orally administrated with Kunfukang capsules only. The experimental group were treated by Kunfukang capsules together with wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag. The therapeutic effects between groups were compared at the end of two courses of treatment. Result:The response rates for chronic pelvic pain, known as the major symptom of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, were 91.67% and 75.68% within experimental and control groups, respectively. The group differences were statistically significant with P<0.05.The overall response rate of the experimental group was 92.50%, while the number of the control group was 77.5%. The group differences were statistically significant with P<0.05. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of treatment for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can be significantly enhanced with wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag. Moreover, it is characteristics of convenient use and good treatment compliance.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in the deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome of type Ⅱ diabetes by using Shengmai powder combined Liuwei Dihuang pills. Method:Eighty patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases). Diabetes pills and insulin injection were used in both groups. But only give Shengmai powder combined Liuwei Dihuang pills to the treatment group. Then compare the clinical efficacy of two groups after a 4-week-course of treatment. Result:①Treatment group had significant differences in the improvement of the deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome compared with the control group (P<0.05). So treatment group was superior to the control group. ②The both groups patients' fasting blood glucose/postplandial 2 h blood sugar/glycated hemoglobin were all significantly decreased after the treatment, which had significantly differences compard with the prior treatment(P<0.05). However, there was no significance improvement comparison difference between the two groups. Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined Shengmai powder and Liuwei Dihuang pills has advantages in the amelioration of diabetics' characteristic of deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome such as hydrodipsia and desire for drinks, tired and debihtation, large food intake with rapid hungering, deficiency of Qi and disinclination to talk. So it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.

      摘要:Objective:Observe the influence of Qingbi decoction treat patients' chronic sinusitis(CRS) healing after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS). Method:One hundred and ninety four cases with CRS randomly divided into control group (98 cases) and observation group (96 cases).Both groups' patients received conventional western medicine antibiotic treatment and nasal irrigation after FESS surgery.Patients in observation group took Qingbi decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,1 does/day.Treatment courses for both groups continued eight weeks and followed up for one month.Record improvement cavity mucosal edema, sinus tract secretions,vesicles and edema granulation hyperplasia and mucosal epithelial change situation. Record the main symptom integral of rhinobyon,nasal discharge, headache, loss of smell in preoperative time and the first week, second week,eighth week and twelve week after surgery. Examinate nasal endoscopic adopting the Lund-Kennedy grading to evaluate results. Using saccharin test the nasal mucosa cilia transmission rate (MTR) before treatment and during twelve weeks after treatmen. Result:The total effective rate of disease curative effect in the observation group was 95.7% superior to 87.5% in the control group(P<0.05),the observation group,the time of abatement of nasal obstruction/nasal discharge,recovery of sense of smell,abatement of mucosal edema,cavity irrigation,obliteration of vesicle and mucosal epithelium were all less than those in the control group(P<0.01),in the second week,eighth week and twelfth week after surgery,the main symptom integral such as nasal obstruction in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01),in eighth week and twelfth week after surgery,Lund-Kennedy score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),in twelfth week after surgery,compared with preoperative time,MTR in the two groups increased quickly,and MTR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:After FESS surgery, it ameliorated patients' symptoms and sign,reduced time of agglutination,and promoted healing diseases when Qingbi decoction was used to patients of chronic sinusitis,it's worthy to be used in clinic.

      摘要:Objective:Discuss the clinical curative effect of iontophoresis Xianfang Huoming decoction jiawei knee osteoarthritis(KOA) after arthroscopic debridement and the influence to the level of knee joint fluid tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interlcukin-1β (IL-1β). Method:One hundred cases with KOA were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases)by random number table.Both of the tow groups' patients received arthroscopic debridement treatment,after the operation,patients in the control group took sodium hyaluronate 20 mL, intraarticular injection,1 time/week,continued 5 weeks.After 1 week of the operation,patients in the observation group used iontophoresis of Xianfang Huoming decoction jiawei,2 times/day,continued 4 weeks.Evaluating degree of patients' pain by visual analogue scales(VAS)method. Evaluating the function of patients' knee joint by Lysholm articular's function scores,and evaluating the function of knee joint flexion and extension.Detecting the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interlcutin-1β(IL-1β) in synovial fluid.And the time of evaluation were the before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment. Result:Analyzed by Ridit,after treatment,the clinical curative effect of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),compared with the time before treatment,after 6 weeks of the operation,the scores of VAS and the function of knee joint flexion and extension in the groups decreased obviously(P<0.01), but Lysholm's raised obviously(P<0.01). The scores of VAS and the function of knee joint flexion and extension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01), but Lysholm's were higher (P<0.01). After 6 weeks of the operation,for the two groups,the level of TNF-α and IL-1 in synovial fluid decreased,and the level of TNF-α and IL-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The Xianfang Huoming decoction jiawei iontophoresis in the treatment of KOA after arthroscopic surgery patients,the relief of pain and other symptoms,to synovial fluid reduce in of IL-1β and TNF-α levels,Recovery of knee joint function.

      摘要:Objective:Observe clinical curative effect of maintenance treatment of Fuzheng Xiaoji decoction to breast cancer after surgical treatment. Method:One hundred and four cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group refer to different treatments.Patients in control group(53 cases) received normative radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrinotherapy,targeted therapy and positive symptomatic treatment.Based on the control group, the observation group of (51 cases) the control group the use of Fuzheng Xiaoji decoction based on syndrome differentiation,1 dose/day,conventional water frying,taking 2 times.After 3 to 6 months,taking orally by paste.Total course of treatment was 3 years.Disease free survival(DFS) was recorded,and before treatment,in sixth mouth and twelfth mouth after treatment,patients' quality of life was evaluated by quality of life questionnaire of breast cancer patients(QLQ-BR53).Before treatment,in sixth mouth after treatment,T lymphocyte subset population of peripheral blood(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) and natura killer(NK) were detected by flow cytometry. Result:The rate of relapse or migration in control group was 39.62%(21/53),and in observation group was 17.64%(9/51),and the rate of relapse or migration in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Disease free survival in the control group was(19.7±6.9)mouths lower than the observation group(25.8±6.1)mouths(P<0.01).After 6 mouths of treatment,NK,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than the control group,but CD8+ was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After 6 and 12 mouths of treatment,the improvement of QLQ-BR53 in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Maintenance treatment of Fuzheng Xiaoji decoction can ameliorate patients' recent quality of life when it was used to patients after surgical treatment of breast cancer, it can prolong the time of relapse or migration and improve disease free survival of patients.

      摘要:Objective:To construct the complicated compound-target-cardio-cerebral-vascular-disease network of Ginkgo biloba and to predict effective components and potential targets of G. biloba on cardio-cerebral vascular diseases by network pharmacology. Method:The drug-target interaction model was established by random forest algorithm, which was then applied to predict the potential targets interacted with compounds of G. biloba. The complicated compound-target-disease network of G. biloba was then constructed and analyzed. Result:The predicted targets of 34 compounds of G. biloba were validated by literatures. Furthermore, network analysis was performed, preliminarily revealing the active ingredients and potential targets of G. biloba in treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. Conclusion:The present approach can be used to study the material base and the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective:To evaluate systematically the clinical efficacy and safety of puerarin injection for the adjuvant therapy of acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. Method:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about puerarin injection for acute anterior wall myocardial infarction were searched systemically and comprehensively. Two reviewers assessed the quality of the included studies by the Cochrane risk of bias, and extracted the information from them. Meta-analysis was conducted with the software Review Manager 5.2. Result:A total of 6 studies with 354 participants were included, and the quality of the studies was relatively low. There was only one study to generate random sequence by drawing lots. In the meta-analysis, the results of puerarin group were significantly superior to the west conventional therapy group in decreasing the score of QRS[MD=-1.69, 95%CI (-2.07,-1.32), P<0.000 01], reducing the infarct size[MD=-9.46, 95%CI(-11.37,-7.55), P<0.000 01], increasing the ejection fraction left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)[MD=12.18, 95%CI (2.97, 21.39), P=0.010] and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD) values[MD=611.47, 95%CI (464.80,758.14), P<0.000 01],and reducing mortality rate, and so on. And there was only 1 adverse drug reaction (ADR) reported, more quality studies should be included. Conclusion:Comparing with the conventional therapy of the control group used for treating acute anterior wall myocardial infarction, puerarin injection combined with the conventional therapy was relatively effective and safety, which was based on the systematic review.

      摘要:Objective:To approach the applied condition of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparate and Trichosanthis Fructus using together in clinical. Method:According to zhe special search condition to search the clinical literature of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparate and Trichosanthis Fructus using together,then to analyze these literature from the dosage,the compatibility proportion,the dosage forms,the administration route and the processing drug conditions. Result:Altogether we have retrieved 57 satisfactory research documents on randomized controlled clinical trial of simultaneous use of monkshood and snakegourd fruit. In the combined use of the herbs with contrary natures, however, the monkshood is usually fire-grilled while the snakegourd fruit is often used in raw. In most cases, the 2 herbs are made in decoction for drink with the proportion of 1:1.For monkshood, the function of‘mild recuperation of heart and kidney Yang’is mentioned the most, and for snakegourd fruit,‘regulating the flow of Qi and relieving depression in the chest’the most. Conclusion:The literatures show that Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparate and Trichosanthis Fructus could be used together in clinic treatment. As a result, it was impossible to evaluate clinical effects.What's more the research was lack of adverse incidents report and theory about imcompatible herbs using together.If we want to recognition this combination' safety and effectiveness, we still need time to do more research.

      摘要:Aimed at the allergic diseases, Guomin decoction is created as a traditional Chinese prescription by modern Chinese medicine. It applies to the pathogenesis of allergy (etiology and pathogenesis), and can be used to treat various kinds of allergic diseases. In order to further explore the clinical application clews and methods, the relevant literatures on the study of Guomin decoction in the past 30 years were collected, analyzed and reviewed through the composition, pharmacological effects and present clinical application status. The results implies that Guomin decoction has been chosen firstly to treat various kinds of allergic diseases on the clinic presently, after that based on the differentiation of the diseases and characteristics of individual patient, modification according to the syndrome differentiation or symptoms has been supported. Thus, it points out that the treatment of allergic diseases can focus on disease differentiation treatment, and there is no need to overemphasize on syndrome differentiation.

      摘要:Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds that are ubiquitous in nature with extensive pharmacological activities, such as the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. However, the clinical application of flavonoids was often limited by first-pass metabolism in the gut and the liver. This article reviews the studies on the metabolism of flavonoids in order to provide references for relative research and new drug development. The paper analyzed and summarized the literature in recent years, the in vivo, the in situ and the in vitro method were introduced. The in vivo method mainly included the zebrafish model, the flora humanized animal models and the gene knockout models. The in situ method mainly introduced the rat single-pass intestinal perfusion model. The in vitro method included the Caco-2 cell model, the gastrointestinal contents hatching method, the enterohepatic microsomal method and the genetic recombination metabolic enzyme method. In recent years, The continuous development of instruments and means such as the LC-MS-MS, the micro dialysis technology greatly improved the sensitivity and specificity of pharmaceutical analysis, which have played an important role in determination of trace drug concentration. Furthermore, Some new models, such as the zebrafish model, the flora humanized animal models, the gene knockout models and the humanized liver chimeric mouse model provided some new ideas for the metabolism of flavonoids. The study on the metabolism of flavonoid developed rapidly, Various metabolic models and methods is bounding to accelerate the pace of research in this field and promote the new drug development and clinical application.

      摘要:Affinity chromatography is a method using the specific affinity adsorption between biological molecules and surface-ligand of affinity chromatography stationary phase for selective separation of biomolecules.It has been widely used for separation,detection or study among the target molecules of complex samples with the advantages of high selective,high recovery efficiency and high purity.Affinity chromatography has become a very important method in natural medicine research gradually. The commonly used categories consist of immunoaffinity chromatography, lectin affinity chromatography, cell membrane chromatography, immobilized metal affinity chromatography, molecular imprinting, dye ligands affinity chromatography, aptamer affinity chromatography, affinity membrane chromatography and frontal affinity chromatography. The applications in natural medicine research of the main categories of affinity chromatography, the types and the preparations and choice methods of ligands are introduced in this review, and its application is prospected as well.

      摘要:This paper concluded and summarized chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Chickpea reported in the literature at home and abroad in recent years and summarized chemical composition and pharmacological effectiveness of Chickpea for providing the basis of researching the chemical constituents of chickpea and discovery of the active ingredient in the future. Through literature study which found that Chickpea contained a variety of nutrients and essential substance such as dextran, sucrose, chickpeas glucose and arabinose with dextran, choline phospholipids, various vitamins, amino acids and pantothenic acid and phytic acid, and contains all kinds of trace elements such as phosphorus,calcium,iron,zinc etc, and the unsaturated fatty acids which human body could not synthesize. Its present study of active ingredients mainly is triterpenoid saponins and isoflavones. Triterpenoid saponins which has now gained from major includes biochanin A, β-amyrin, β-sitosterol, soyasaponin Bb and carrots soybean saponin glycosides et al and isoflavones includes biochanin A, formononetin, genistein, calycosin, ononin, trifolirhizin, sissotrin. These triterpenoid saponins and isoflavones could regulate blood sugar, lower blood lipids, and have many other pharmacological effects. In addition, the chickpeas and the main active ingredient also has lower cholesterol, inhibit CaCo-2 cells, improve learning and memory ability,inhibit tumor cell growth and so on. Differernt kinds of substances of chickpeas at different growth stages are constantly changing, and also play a different treatment for different diseases. We would find more chemical composition of chickpea with the deepening of research, and the active ingredients would gradually be screened, which would greatly expand the scope of application of chickpea.

      摘要:To learn the development of experimental study on the flavonoids of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications. The experimental study of diabetes mellitus and its complications were reviewed and analyzied. Flavonoids are a kind of natural compounds with high pharmacological activity,such as antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-cardiovascular diseases, anti-inflammatory and so on. Currently, the flavonoids mainly through scavenging free radicals, reducing lipid peroxidation, regulating lipid metabolism[such as reducing body triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) levels and increase high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels, etc.], improving insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance, regulating the expression of genes and related proteins, inhibiting α-amylase and/or α-glucosidase, improving immunity and other ways to reduce blood sugar and protect the body. So, the flavonoids have the ability to prevent and treat diabetes and its complications. Therefore, searching active ingredients from the flavonoids as lead compounds for treating diabetes and its complications has important theory value and practical significance.
