摘要:Objective:To determine the total polysaccharides in different growth phase of Fructus Corni.Methods:Colorimetry of Sulfuric acid—Anthrone was used to measure the content of total polysaccharides.Results:The content of total polysaccharides appeared regular changes and the content of total polysaccharides was highest in the mature phase.Conclusion:The result might provide scientific basis for havesting of Fructus Corni.

摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determin ation of astragaloside IV in Baicaojing Oral Solution.Methods: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-water(33∶67) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Temperature of drift tube was 105 ℃.The gas flow rate was at 2.7 L·min-1.Results: Within the range of(1.20~6.00)μg,the content of astragaloside IV showed a good linear relationship(Y=1.481 0X+4.613 5,r=0.999 97).The average recovery of astragaloside IV was 99.6%,RSD 2.6%.Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate,and simple with little interference for the determination of astragaloside IV content.The method can be used for controlling the quality of Baicaijing Oral Solution.  
摘要:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.Medthod:The determination was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobiLe phase was a mixture of methanol-water(87∶13),the fLow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wave length was at 270 nm.Result:The linear ranges of tanshinone ⅡA were at(0.11~0.65)μg(r=(0.999 1));The average recovery was 100.1%,RSD=0.3%(n=5).ConcLusion: The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Kanli granule on exercise tolerance and hemodynamics in rats with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:The rat model of CHF was established by ligating the abdominal aorta.The CHF rats were feeded(ig) with Kanli granule(unprepaired herbal medicine 12 g·kg-1·d-1) for 32 weeks,and the control group,captopril(3.375 mg·kg-1·d-1) for 32 weeks.We observed the effects of Kanli granule both on swimming tolerance and hemodynamics in the CHF model rats.Reuslts:The swimming tolerance of the CHF rats were debased,and hemodynamic indexes,deteriorated.Preventive therapy both with Kanli granule and captopril could improve endurance exercise and hemodynamics of the CHF rats,and Kanli granule was more effective.Conclusions:Kanli granule could improve exercise tolerance and hemodynamics in rats with CHF.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of combination of Anthraquinone Glucosides from Cassia Seed(Agc)and Shanzha total triterpenoid acids(Sta) on low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)of serum and activity of high density lipoprotein receptor(HDLR) in hyperlipidemic rabbits.Methords: The best proportion of Agc and Sta was determined by uniform design as the strongest effect on decreasing LDL-C of serum.The best proportional combination of Agc and Sta was given to hyperlipidemic rabbits.Activity of HDLR on the hepatic plasma membranes was measured with 125I.labeled HDL3 as ligand.Results: The results showed that the combination could markedly decrease the level of LDL-C of serum and increase the activity of HDLR at the proportion: Agc∶Sta=1∶2.63.Conclusion: For the best proportion,the combined effect of decreasing in LDL-C was stronger than Agc or Sta or the original prescription.The combination could enhance the activity of HDLR by increasing the number of HDLR.

摘要:Objective:To do some comparative study on anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and immunomodulation effects between extracts from cultural and wild Radix Scutellariae.Methods: The anti-inflammatory action was assessed by croton oil-induced ear edema in mice and HAc-induced peritoneal capillary permeability in mice.The antipyretic action was monitored by dried yeast-induced fever in rats.The effect of nonspecific immunity function was detected through the experiment of the clearance rate of charcoal particles in mice.Results: Both extracts from cultural and wild Radix Scutellariae significantly improved the ear edema in mice and inhibited the phlogistic infiltration in mice;The fever induced by dried yeast was reduced by both extracts of Radix Scutellariae;Both extracts of Radix Scutellariae can obviously promote the carbon clearance ability in mice.Conclusion:There is no significant difference in anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and immunomodulation effects between extracts from cultural and wild Radix Scutellariae.The results provide experimental basis for Cultural Scutellariae to replace wild Scutellariae in clinical use.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Tangshenping Capsule on the expressions of MCP-1 and mRNA in streptozotocin induced diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n=10),model group(n=40).Then the saccessfully modeled rats were re-divided into model group,irbesartan group and Tangshenping Capsule group.After administration of 12 weeks,the rats were sacrificed,Pathological changes in renal tissue were observed by HE and Mallory Staining.Using immunohistochemistry and hybridization analysis,renal tissue MCP-1 protein and mRNA expression were determined.Results: The model group showed reduction in appetite,activities,urine volume,body weight and pathological damages in kidney.Irbesartan and Tangshenping Capsule improved the above mentioned changes.Tangshenping Capsule group was superior to irbesartan group.There are some differences;in normal group and the treatment group renal tubular epithelial cells and interstitial cells showed mild MCP-1 and mRNA expression,in the model group there was a strong expression.Tangshenping Capsule significantly reduced the MCP-1 and mRNA expression(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tangshenping Capsule plays a role in treatment and prevention of DN via regulating MCP-1 and mRNA balance.

摘要:Objective:To study the role and mechanism of Qingnao Xuanqiao Dropping Pill(QNXQDP) on acute cerebral ischemia.Methods: Adopting the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model induced by inserting a monofilament suture,the infarct size,the content of LD,MDA and the activity of GSH and LDH,SOD in brain homogenate were observed.We determined the expression of ICAM-1 in the brain influenced by QNXQDP by immunohistochemical staining method.Results:QNXQDP 180 mg·kg-1,90 mg·kg-1 can significantly reduce the scope of the rat MCAO cerebral infarction;180 mg·kg-1 could significantly reduce the content of LD in the rat brain homogenate of the troubled side,180 mg·kg-1,90 mg·kg-1,45 mg·kg-1 can significantly reduce the increased LDH activity,enhance the activity of SOD and reduce the content of MDA in the side of the brain surgery,180 mg·kg-1,90 mg·kg-1 can significantly improve the content of GSH in the side of the brain operation;180 mg·kg-1 can significantly reduce the integral optical density of ICAM1 in positive expression.Conclusion:QNXQDP has protective effect on cerebral ischemia.The possible mechanism may be by reducing acid poisoning,inhibiting free radical damage and restoring the balance between free radical metabolism;inhibiting the expression of adhesion molecules,reducing the inflammatory response induced by ischemic reperfusion.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of reinforcing kidney on the blood pressure and kidney blood stream in SHR.Method: Sixteen SHRs were randomly divided into model control group,Jijudihuang Pill group,Exian decoction group and benazepril group.The treatments were lasted for 6 weeks,and the dynamic blood pressure and kidney blood stream were investigated.Results:In the group of reinforcing kidney Yin(Jijudihuang Pill) and the benazepril group,systolic blood pressure was significantly lowed compared with the control(P<0.05).The effect of Jijudihuang Pill was stronger than that of the Erxian decoction for warming and invigorating kidney Yang.The kidney blood stream in Erxian decoction group was significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.05),and also better than that in the Jijudihuang Pill.Conclusion:Reinforcing kidney may decrease blood pressure as indicated by the effect of Jijudihuang Pill.In addition,reinforcing kidney can improve kidney blood stream as evidenced by Erxian decoction in the SHRs.

摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Liangxuehuoxue Formula on the the expression of multiple adhesion molecules in treating a cecal ligation and puncture(CLP) rat septic model.Methods:Using a sepsis model induced by CLP,the septic rats were treated with 3 different doses of liquid extract of Liangxuehuoxue Formula for 72 hours.The expressions of CD11b,CD31,CD54 and CD62L in leucocytes of circulating blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were determined by flowcytometry.Myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity of lung,liver and intestinal tissues were examined.Results:The 72 h mortality of model group was 70% and the expressions of CD11b,CD31,CD54 and CD62L in leucocytes of circulating blood and BALF and MPO of lung,liver and intestinal tissues in model group were all increased significantly compared with sham operation group.The high dose of Liangxuehuoxue Formula decreased the 72 h mortality to 20%,significantly lower than that of model group.The high and middle doses of Liangxuehuoxue Formula reduced the CD11b,CD31,CD54 and CD62L expressions in leucocytes of circulating blood and BALF and MPO of lung,liver and intestinal tissues significantly.Conclusions:The high expressions of adhesion molecules and their adhesive effects on the endothelium play an important role in the pathological process of multiple organ dysfumctions in sepsis and the Liangxuehuoxue Formula has therapeutic effects on septic model by reducing the high expressions of multiple adhesion molecules.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of Co-Lingzhi jiangtang Capsule to type Ⅱ melituria rats. Method: To make the model of type Ⅱ melituria rats with feeding hyper-lipid fodder and injecting a small dosage STZ to intraperitoneum.And then the modle rats were divided into 7 groups and administered.After administration the blood samples were taken to determine their blood glucose,TG,TC,and SOD.Results: Compareing to control group,the capsule has obvious effects on lowering blood glucose,TG and TC and enhanceing SOD-activity after administration for 1 month.Conclusion: The Co-Lingzhijiangtang Capsule may be an effective medicine to treat type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Anxin Granules on the experimental myocardial injury in rabbits.Methods: Fifty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups: the control group,the model group,Anxin Granules small(0.45 g·kg-1·d-1),middle(0.9 g·kg-1·d-1),big(1.8 g·kg-1·d-1)group and propranolol group.Each group was intragastric administration in the first three days,each group except the control group was drop with isoprenaline after one hour of intragastric administration in the middle three days,each group was intragastric administration in the last three days,the animals were sacrificed by bleeding from carotid artery at the end of the experiment.The blood was sampled from the ear artery.The lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the plasma were detected;then the heart were solidified,embedded,sectioned,stained with HE and graded pathologically.Result: The plasmatic activities of LDH in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.01);the degree of myocardial pathological damage in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the degree of damage in the protection group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Anxin granules can protect myocardial injury in the rabbits.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the main pharmacological effects of Zangqingguo Houpian.Method:To observe pharmacological effects of Zangqingguo Houpian on antibacterial effect in vitro,2,4-dinitrophenol induced fever in rats,the croton oil induced swelling in mouse's ear and carrageen induced WBC movement in rat chest,rat granuloma induced by tampon,acetic-acid-induced twisting test in mouse and prednisolone acetate caused immunosuppressive mice.Result: Zangqingguo Houpian could inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause upper respiratory tract infection; restrain the body temperature in fever rats by 2,4-dinitrophenol;and the apparent anti-inflammatory effect and significant analgesic effect;improves immune function on immunosuppressive mice.Conclusion:Zangqingguo Houpian has antibacterial,antipyretic and anti-inflammation,analgesic,immunoregulatory efects.

摘要:Objective:To explore BanFo Nanometer Buccal Tablets's pharmacodynamic action of anti-inflammation,its acute toxicity and tolerance test on mice.Methods:The mixture's pharmacodynamic action was measured by observing its effect on croton oil-induced ear swelling in mice;hind raws swelling in rats induced by carrageen and the weight of granulation in rats induced by tampon.The max dosage that mice could tolerate was recorded.Results: BanFo Nanometer Buccal Tablets can markedly inhibit the inflammatory on croton oil-induced ear swelling in mice;hind raws swelling in rats induced by carrageen and the weight of granulation in rats induced by tampon.And the daily maximum tolerant dosage was equal to 112 times of clinical routine,which provided the proof of its safty.Conclusion: BanFo Nanometer Buccal Tablets has effect of antiinflammation which agrees with its clinical effect.The clinical dosage of the tablets is within the safty range.

摘要:Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xinkang injection on model rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Method: Model rats with acute myocardial ischemia were prepared by coronary artery ligation.The influences on the content of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malonaldehyde(MDA),Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate were observed.Results:Xinkang injection significantly reduced the content of CK,MDA,LDH in serum of model rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Xinkang injection significantly improved the content of SOD in serum of model rats;Xinkang injection reduced the rate of platelet aggregation of model rats.Conclusion: Xinkang injection can reduce the content of CK,MDA,LDH,improve the content of SOD,and inhibit the rate of platelet aggregation.Xinkang injection has a preventive and therapeutic effect on model rats with acute myocardial ischemia prepared by coronary artery ligation.  
摘要:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Tangmaining capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: The treatment group(n=50) received adjuvant therpy of conventional glucose controlled drug with Tangmaining capsule,the control group(n=50) administered Mecobalamin.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results: The total efficacy rate of the treatment showed a significant difference with control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the patients in the treatment group expericenced significant improvements of the MNCV(P<0.01);The SOD level was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion: Tangmaining capsule showed a therapeutic benefit in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.  
摘要:The paper introduces the concept of serum pharmacochemistry for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the research methods of serum pharmacochemistry for TCM,specially reviews the progress in studies on serum pharmacochemistry based on components and the metabolites in blood from the prescription.The authors summarize the analysis method of serum containing drugs,and point out the serum pharmacochemistry for TCM may play an important role in promoting the the modernization of TCM.

摘要:The intervention of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati on diabetic nephropathy might be relevant to its actions of Qingrejiedu,Lishi and Huoxiehuayu.Its mechanism is complicated,and its actions such as improving hemorheological disorders,lowering serum glucose level etc might be the main approaches relevant to the intervention on diabetic nephropathy.In terms of the acting characteristics of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,for studying the intervention of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati on diabetic nephropathy it is appropriate to choose mouse models of Xieyu and Tanshi.
