        摘要：Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for the quality control.Method:Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were used as reference substances.Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used and the methanol and water containing 0.1%phosphoric acid were chosen as the mobile phases in a gradient elution.The column temperature was 30℃ and the fingerprints were detected at 230、280、320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the analysis lasted 80 min.Result:Characteristic peaks were indicated on HPLC fingerprints and were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of some herbs.Conclusion:It proved that the method is reliable,simple,precise and repeated,which can be used as for quality control of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction.

        摘要：Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for determindtion of baicalin in Aifukang capsule. Methods: The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with 4% phosphoric acid-methanol(58∶42) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results: Within the range of 0.096 8～0.484 μg,baicalin showed a good linear relationship between the injection amounts and peak areas(Y=2.78×103X-4.13,r=0.999 7).The average recovery rate of baicalin was 99.7%,RSD 3.0%.Conclusion: This method is spectific,accurate,and repeatable.The method can be used for controlling the quality of Aifukang capsule.

        摘要：Objective:To develop and HPLC method for the detemination of constunolide and dehydro-costuslactone Baolong Wan.Methods:The samples were analyzed on an Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-H2O(65∶35),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm.Results:Calibration curves for costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were linear costuslactone in the range of 0.2～1μg,r=(0.999 9).The recoveries were 100.0%,RSD=0.56 and 99.7%,RSD=0.68% respectively.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for the quality control of Baolong pill.

        摘要：Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Sanglongligan granule.Methods: The samples were separated at 30 ℃ on an XB-C18 column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(81.5∶18.5)as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results: The calibration curves of modin and chrysophanol were linear in the range of 5.15～103.0 ng,40.08～801.6 ng and the average recoveries were 101.8% and 101.7%,respectively.Conclusion: The method was reliable,accurate and specific.It could be used for the quality control of Sanglongligan granule.

        摘要：Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in Relinqing preparations.Method: A Kromosil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,and the mobile phases were acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution with the gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The linear ranges of gallic acid and quercetin were 0.204～1.22 μg(r=0.999 7), 0.058～0.35 μg(r=0.999 5) respectively.The average recoveries were 98.5%(RSD=1.4%),97.8%(RSD=1.6%) respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used to control the quality of Relinqing preparations.It is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for simultaneous determination of two active constituents in Relinqing preparations.

        摘要：Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.Method:Samples were analyzed by Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.4% phosphonic acid) as mobile phases in gradient elution,235 nm as detected wave-length,1.0 mL/min as flow-rate,30 ℃ as temperature of column,10 μL as injected volume.Results:The contents of three components,chlorogenic acid、baicalin and phillyrin,were determined by the given method.Conclusion:[WTBZ]The method was rapid,convenient,and accurate,and is suitable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian in-situ gel.

        摘要：Objective:To screen and optimize the preparation conditions of paeonol HP-β-CD inclusion complex(paeonol HP-β-CD) with stirring method.Methods:The load-drug and recovery of paeonol were adopted as the index,host-guest weight ratio,concentration of HP-β-CD and stirring time as factors,have been investigated in the techniques of paeonol-HP-β-CD.Results: The load-drug and recovery of paeonol-HP-β-CD were respective(8.88±0.06)% and(96.63±0.97)% by optimizing conditions which were host-guest weight ratio 1∶7,10% HP-β-CD and stirring time 1 h. At the same time,its solubility of paeonol was increased.Conclusion: The optimizing techniques fit to prepare paeonol HP-β-CD in industry.

        摘要：Objective:To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(SFZYD) on hemorheology and ovarian function in rat mode of Han-Ning blood stasis.Methods: The method of ice water bath combined with injection of adrenalin was adopted to established cold stagnation and blood stasis in rats.The indexes of hemorheology and E2 and P were detected.Result: The results stated that SFZYD and ethanol supernatant showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regulation for the secret function on rat ovarian.Conclusion: SFZYD can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rat model of blood stasis and regulate the secretion of E2 and P.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the improve effect of sesamin on myocardial hypertrophy in renal hypertensive-hyperlipidemia rats(RHHR).Methods: Renal hypertensive-hyperlipidemia rats were orally given with sesamin at dosage of 100,33,10 mg·kg-1·d-1 respectively.Eight weeks later,rats were sacrificed and the left ventricular weight index(LVWI) was calculated,the contents of hydroxyproline(HYD) and NO-3/NO-2 in myocardium were measured,the expression of Cfos protein was determined by immunohistochemical staining,and the ultramicrostructures of myocardium was observed through electronmicroscope.Results:(100 mg·kg-1·d-1) sesamin decreased LVWI,content of HYD and expression of C-fos protein,increased NO-3/NO-2 concentration,and ameliorated the pathologic changes such as disorder of myofilament and cardiac muscle fibroplasia.Conclusion: The effect of sesamin on attenuating the hypertrophy of myocardium is partialy related with improving NO availability and decreasing expression of C-fos protein.

        摘要：Objective:To study the antipyretic activity and related mechanisms of total coumarins(TCs) from Artemisia annua.Methods:Total coumarins were extracted from Artemisia annua using Spth method,rectal temperature(Tr) responses were observed in both normothermia and fever rabbits induced by endogenous pyrogens after intraperitoneal treatment of TCs,the concentration of cAMP and PGE2 in either serum or cerebrospinal fluid of fever rabbits was measured by RIA,and Na+,K+-ATPase activity in liver and gastrocnemius was assayed.Results:Administration of TCs reduced Tr in both normothermia and fever rabbits,inhibited the rise of PGE2 in either serum or cerebrospinal fluid from fever rabbits,decreased the Na+,K+-ATPase activity in both liver and gastrocnemius.Conclusion: Coumarins are antipyretic fraction in Artemisia annua,and the inhibition of Na+,K+-ATPase activity and reduction in central PGE2 level may contribute to this activity.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the effects of Folium Eucommiae decoction(FED) on anti-oxidation function of hybrid broilers.Methods: 272 one-day-old hybrid broilers were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly in the experiment: Ⅰgroup was the control group and hybrid broilers drank tap water.The Ⅱ～Ⅳ groups were fed with Folium Eucommiae crude drug content in drinking water at 5(low dose),10(moderate dose) and 15 g·L-1(high dose) respectively.The experiment lasted 6 weeks.At 2,4 and 6 weekend,8 hybrid broilers were randomly selected and the blood was collected from the heart respectively.Activity of the Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-Px)and content of the Maleic Dialdehycle(MDA) in the serum were determinated.Results: Activity of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px in serum of Folium Eucommiae groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the contents of MDA in serum were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: FED could enhance the anti-oxidation function of hybrid broilers and the effects did appear positivly correlation with doses to some extent.

        摘要：Objective:To study the effect of Sanyang Yisinkang Capsule on the cardiohemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs.Methods: Expermental technology of in vivo heart of anestheticzed dogs was adopted.After Sanyang Yisinkang Capsule was administrated to the anestheticzed dogs through duodenum,the parameters of hemodynamice and oxygen consumption were determined at different times Results:The coronary flow,cardiac output,stroke volume,cardiac index,stroke index were increased,total peripheral resistance,resistance arteria coranaria were degraded and oxygen consumption of myocardium,oxygen consumption index,the cardiac muscle uptake rate were decreased.Conclusion:Sanyang Yisinkang Capsule can improve the cardiohemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs.

        摘要：Objective:To explore the pharmacological effects of analgesia,anti-inflammation of Duhuo-Jisheng Tang.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effects were conducted by adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats,capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice and ear edema of mice induced by xylene,and the analgesic effects were evaluated by the twisting reaction of mice induced by acetic acid,and Formalin test.Results : Duhuo-Jisheng Tang could effectively counterwork the primary and secondary reaction of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rat model,inhibit capillary permeability and lighten ear edema in mouse model,and decrease the twisting reaction and the ache degree of mice induced by formalin.Conclusion:Duhuo-Jisheng Tang has the good analgesia,anti-inflammation and anti-adjuvant arthritis's functions.

        摘要：Objective:To compare effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injections prepared by two different crafts on the cellular immune function in S180-bearing Mice.Methods: 42 tumor-bearing mice randomly divided into five groups:the model group,the high dose group(8 g·kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft,the high dose group(8 g·kg-1) and the clinical equivalent dose group(4 g·kg-1) of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on previous craft.The model group was given physiological saline by intraperitoneal injection once a day,while the other groups was given different Shenqi Fuzheng Injections in the same way.7 days later,blood sample was taken from the vena orbitalis posterior of the mice and blood count and the subpopulation of T lymphocyte were determined.Results: The counts of the white blood cell and lymphocyte in four Shenqi Fuzheng Injection groups were higher than the model group,and the difference between the 4 g·kg-1 group of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on current craft and the model group was very significant(P<0.01),and in the 4 g·kg-1 groups,the count of lymphocyte in the current craft group was significantly higher than the previous one(P<0.05).The ratio of CD4+ T lymphocyte in the 4 g·kg-1 group on current craft was significantly higher than the model one(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the ratio of the subpopulation of T lymphocyte on the current craft and the previous one at the same dose.Conclusion: In clinical equivalent dose(4 g·kg-1),the Shenqi Fuzheng Injection prepared by the current craft could enhance the counts of the white blood cell and lymphocyte and the radio of CD4+ T lymphocyte,and the effectiveness was better than or equal to the previous craft.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the protective effects of Sophora alopecuroides(AL) on acute toxicity and liver impairment.Methods:LD50 and 95% confidence ig in mice were determined after giving AL.Two experimental liver-impairment models were respectively established with GaIN ip, BCG+LPS iv in mice.The levels of ALT and AST in serum were assayed and liver pathological injury were examined respectively.Results:LD50 of AL was 689.8mg·kg-1 by oral administration,and 95% confidence in mice was(607～788)mg·kg-1.Compared with the model control group,AL can significantly decrease the level of ALT and AST in mice serum of two liver-impairment models and alleviate pathological changes in liver cell.Conclusions:AL has obvious effect for protecting liver.

        摘要：The coordination chemistry theory plays a very important role on the research of tra-ditional Chinese medicine.The significances of this theory applied on the propose of coordination chemistry in the proposing of TCM coordination chemistry and the appl ication of coordinati on chemistry in the research of Chinese herbal complex prescription,development of new drug and component analysis.The conclusions were drawn that the modern research mode on TCM should be broken and establish the overall concept,meanwhile,the reseaurch should concentrate in the formation mechanism,stability,pharmacokinetics process of TCM coordination compounds,to further improve Chinese medicine theory.
