摘要:Objective: To study the influence of various compatibilities on fingerprint in the decoctions.Methods: HPLC with Hypersil ODS was used,acetonitrile-water(gradient elution) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 220 nm,flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results: The characteristic peaks were the summation.Various influence on characteristic peaks were found in various compatibilities of the decoctions,but there was no new characteristic peaks.11 common peaks were separated in Yupingfeng Decoction.There was not obviously influence about correlation of various compatibilities. Conclusion:The study provides a reference for the rules of the compatibility and material base of Yupingfeng Decoction.  
摘要:Objective:To determin the total Flavonoids in Gubaoxinshen Tablets and to control the quality of the preparation.Method: The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry with a detection wavelength at 270 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.55~20.44 μg·mL-1.The regression equation was Y=0.037 359X+0.000 443(r=0.999 9) for icarrin.The average recovery was 99.2%,and RSD was 0.97%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate for the determination of the total flavonoids in Gubaoxinshen Tablets,and can be used as one of the quality control methods for the Gubaoxinshen Tablets.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the method of constituent-activity relationship suitable for Chinese herbs.Methods and Results: Rhizoma chuanxiong is set as a paradigm,based on the least angle regression algorithm,we find the association between the vasodilatation activity and the different concentration combination of ferulic acid,butylphthalide and ligustilide,according to the scheme of Uniform Experimental DesignEfficacy Experiment——mathematical modeling(model validation).We also optimize the different concentration combination of the three constituents.Conclusion: Least angle regression algorithm is an effective method for research of constituent-activity relationship of Chinese herbs.  
摘要:The protection on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in intact rats by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root was investigated.The result showed that the protection induced by Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF) during the period of ischemia and reperfusion,the rise of plasma level of LDH,MDA decreased and the activity of SOD increased.However,there is no significant different between the hairy root and Salvia miltiorrhiza.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of the cooling blood to remove blood stasis formula on gene expression profiles of cell apoptosis in FHF rats by gene chip technology,and discuss the molecular mechanism of the formula in counteracting FHF(fulminant hepatic failure).Method:Reproduce FHF rats models by D-GalN 500 mL·kg-1 and LPS 4.8 μg·kg-1 through intraperitoneal injection.Detect the differential expression between model group and drug treatment group by apoptosis gene chip(Oligo Apoptosis Microarray,Super Array Company).Result:There were 37 down-regulated genes and 10 up-regulated genes in the model group compared with the normal group;there were 16 down-regulated genes,among which there are 13 apoptosis-induced genes,and 12 up-regulated genes in the medicine group compared with the model group.Conclusion:The formula can inhibit hepatocyte apoptosis by regulating apoptosis-related genes through down-regulating apoptosis-induced gene and slightly up-regulating apoptosis-inhibited genes.

摘要:Objective:To study the impact and cytotoxicity of Redujing on CNE2 cells which express EB virus antigen.Methods: Cytotoxicity and carcinogenesis of CNE2 when Redujing presented were determined by MTT assay and antitumor assay respectively.Results: MTT test shows that high concentration Redujing can inhibits CNE2 cell's growth in vitro.In the absence of cytotoxicity,Redujing can inhibit the growth of solid tumor caused by CNE2 cell and the inhibition effect will be more obviously when a higher concentration of Redujing appears.Conclusion: Redujing can inhibit the carcinogenesis of CNE2 cells in SCID mice.  
摘要:Objective: To study the effects of Xiaojia Decoction on expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in transplantation tumors of the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-435 in nude mice.Methods: The MDA-MB435 human breast cancer cells cultured in vitro were subcutaneously inoculated into BALB/c nude mice to establish the transplanted tumor model.The mice were then randomized into five groups and treated with Xiaojia Decoction or other remedies for 6 weeks.Then we sacrificed the mice and weighed the tumor,calculated the inhibitory rate of tumor weight,the expression of VEGF on mRNA and protein level was determined by means of RT-PCR and immunohistochemical assay.Results: Xiaojia Decoction could inhibit the growth of tumor conspicuously,lower the expression of both mRNA and protein level of VEGF(P<0.05),especially for the medium-dose group.Conclusion: This Decoction's effects on down-regulating VEGF have close relation with its function of inhibiting the tumor growth.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of sesamin on aortic function in metabolic syndrome rats,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:A high-fat and refined-carbohydrate diet induced metabolic syndrome.Sesamin(120,60,30 mg·kg-1·d-1) was given by intragastric administration to metabolic syndrome rats at the 9th week,then lasted for 16 weeks.After 24 weeks,blood pressure,blood fat,blood glucose,hydrogen peroxide and nitrate/ nitrite in serum were determined.In addition,the vascular function test was performed.The thoracic aortic ring of rats was mounted on a bath system.The effect of sesamin on the contraction elicited by phenylephrine and the relaxation induced by acetylcholine and sodium nitroprusside were measured.To explore the mechamism,expression of endothelium nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) and nitrotyrosine in aorta were observed by immunohistochemical method.Results: Sesamin obviously decreased the level of blood pressure,blood fat,blood glucose,serum hydrogen peroxide and increased concentration of nitrate/nitrite in rats;it also enhance the relaxation induced by acetylcholine and raised expression of eNOS and depressed expression of nitrotyrosine in aorta.Conclusion: Sesamin may improve the endothelium-dependent relaxation dysfunction,possibly though decreasing the level of oxyradicals,increasing expression of eNOS in aorta,and raising concentration of NO or recovering its bioactivity.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of ephedrine,glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhetinic acid,borneol,terpineol and phenethyl alcohol which were extracted from Wuhu Decoction on isolated tracheal smooth muscle in guinea pig.Methods:The effects of these six extractions from Wuhu Decoction were in vitro investigated in the contraction of tracheal strips of the guinea pig trachea.Results: Six extractions from Wuhu-Tang can prevent histamine-induced in vitro bronchoconstriction of guinea pig.Conclusion:The results indicated that these compounds had antiasthmatic effect and might be the base of antiasthmatic effect of Wuhu Decoction.  
摘要:Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of rhein from Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in rats,and compare the pharmacokinetics of rhein after ig administration of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and Radix et Rhiyoma Rhei.Methods: Wistar rats were given(ig) a single dose of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction 20 g·kg-1 or Radix et Rhiyoma Rhei 10 g·kg-1.The plasma concentration of Rhein was measured by high performance liquid chromatography after extracted with perchloric acid and ether.An HPLC method was established with(SHIMADZU) VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water-0.2% phosphoric acid(82∶18),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and a detection wavelength was 245 nm.Pharmacokinetic parameters were determined from the plasma concentration-time data with the software 3P97.Results: The concentration-time curves of rhein fitted well into two-compartment models in rats.The elimination T1/2 of rhein in Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and Radix et Rhiyoma Rhei were(18.26±4.72) h and(10.69±2.19) h respectively.Significant difference was found between the two groups.There existed significant(P<0.05) differences in plasma concentration and AUC of rhein between Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and Radix et Rhiyoma Rhei.The values of normalized AUC by dose of rhein from Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and Radix et Rhiyoma Rhei were(9.05±1.49)(μg·mL-1)·h and(6.87±1.60)(μg·mL-1)·h respectively.The values of normalized Cmax by dose of rhein were(0.82±0.06)μg·mL-1 and(0.68±0.04)μg·mL-1.Conclusions: The compound compatibility of the decoction promoted the absorption of rhein.It indicated that there is rationality in the compatibility of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of penetration enhancers on the transdermal penetration of peoniflorin in the Liaojin membrares.Methods:We firstly established the experimental method of transdermal penetration,and the methodology study was carried out at the same time.Furthermore,we added 1%Borneol,3%Borneol,8%Borneol,1% Azone,3% Azone and 5% Azone,3% 1,2-Propanediol,5% 1,2-Propanediol,10% 1,2-Propanediol,1% Azone+8%Borneol,3% Azone+8%Borneol,5% Azone+8%Borneol,5% 1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol,5% 1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol+3% Azone and 10%1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol+5% Azone into the membrares.The cumulative penetration amounts and anatonosis multiple were determined during the test of transdermal penetration.Results:The cumulative penetration amounts and anatonosis multiple released from the membrares increased,and the effect to use mix penetration enhancers was far superior compared with penetration enhancers alone.Conclusions:The results indicate that quantitative penetration enhancers can facilitate drug through corneum into dermis,but to use mix penetration enhancers is far superior compared with penetration enhancers alone.  
摘要:Background & Objective: Recent studies indicated that nitric oxide synthase(NOS) pathway was involved in angiogenesis around tumor tissues and that tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2(IL-2) were concerned with the oncogenesis and development of hysteromyoma.In the present study,the effect of Jiliuqing capsules on serum activity of NOS and concentrations of TNF-α and IL-2 in rats with hysteromyoma was investigated to elucidate the possible mechanisms implicated in the anti-tumor effect of Jiliuqing capsules.Methods: Hysteromyoma in rats was established by intramuscular injection of estrogen and progesterone.Following treatment with Jiliuqing capsules for 11 weeks,serum activity of NOS and concentrations of TNF-α and IL-2 were determined.Results: Compared with those in control group,serum activity of NOS and TNF-α concentration in model group were increased significantly,while serum content of IL-2 was decreased markedly.In contrast,treatment with Jiliuqing capsules resulted in an evident decrease in NOS activity and serum level of TNF-α,together with a markedly increased serum concentration of IL-2.Conclusion: Jiliuqing capsules can significantly decrease serum activity of NOS and TNF-α content and increase serum level of IL-2,suggesting that the anti-tumor effect of Jiliuqing capsules on hysteromyoma might be related,at least partly,to the adjustment of endocrine and enhancement of immune function.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shuganyishen prescriptipn combined with western therapy on estrogen-dependent advanced breast cancer,and to investigate the mechanism from the angle of affecting hormone.Method:A total of 38 patients with visceral or brain metastasis were administered with Shuganyishen prescription combined with western treatment.shuganyishen prescription's dosage was 200 mL,twice a day,and west medicine treament regimen was administered by NCCN guideline.Results:The median survival of recurrence(MSR) was 34.08 months,time to progress was 9.6 months.one and two year survival rates were 92%,62.5% respectively,mean and median survival times with liver metastasis were 20.48 months and 20 months respectively.Mean and median survival times with lung metastasis were 44.47 months and 52 months respectively.Mean and median survival times with both liver and lung metastasis were 44.47 months and 52 months respectively.Mean and median survival times with both liver and lung metasis were 8 months and 11 months respectively.It decreased E2 and,improved follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH).The remission rate of red flash symptom was 70.1%.Conclusion:Shuganyishen prescription had good clinical effect to estrogen-dependent advanced breast cancer,and relieved red flash symptom.The mechanism might be that the prescription inhibited E2 and the phytoestrogens in the herbs had effect on ERβ.

摘要:Objective:To summarize the recent Pharmacological progress in herb couple of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Fructus Forsythiae.Method:The literatures of herb couple of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Fructus Forsythiae were reviewed.Result:There are similar pharmacological effects for Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Fructus Forsythiae, and synergistic effects on anti-inflammation,antifebrile and antiviral activities are showed when they are used together.Conclusion:To investigate herb couple is a feasible shortcut for revealing the scientific evidence of Chinese medicine.  
摘要:From investigating the literatures about Traditional Chinese Medicine for eliminating exercise-induced fatigue in recent years,the article summarizes the animal models used.Though using the theories of exercise-induced fatigue and the theories of traditional Chinese medicine, the present problems in animal models were,analyzed and discussed and some suggestions were put forward.The purpose is to provide references for the research of traditional Chinese medicine for eliminating exercise-induced fatigue.
