摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for detecting luteolin and rupestonic acid,two key active constituents of Artemisia rupestis L.Method:A Shimpack ODSC18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol:0.4% phosphoric acid(45∶55).The detection wavelengths were at 350 nm for luteolin,and 241 nm for rupestonic acid,respectively.Result: For luteolin,the linearity was obtained over the range of 12.80~51.20 μg·mL-1 with r=(0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.92%(n=9);for rupestonic acid,the linearity was obtained over the range of 9.72~77.76 μg·mL-1 with r=(0.999 3).The average recovery was 99.82%(n=9).Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple,rapid,and reliable to determine the contents of luteolin and rupestonic acid in Artemisa rupestis.
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of patchouli alcohol in microemulsion of volatile oils of Cablin Patchouli Herb and Perilla Leaf by GC.Methods: HP-5 column was used.Column temperature was controlled by a temperature programm.The injector temperature was 270 ℃ and the detector temperature was 280 ℃.The flow rate of carrier gas was 1 mL·min-1.Results: A good linearity of patchouli alcohol was found over the injection a mounts of 0.406 4 μg~(4.876 8) μg.The regression equation was Y=0.589 0X-0.021 4(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.10% with a RSD of 1.23%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for the microemulsion of volatile oil of Cablin Patchouli Herb and Perilla Leaf.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of loganin and morroniside in both the cultivated and wild Fructus Corni.Method:A nalysis was carried out on a DIKMA C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution(38∶62)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength of loganin was at 238 nm and that of morroniside was at 241 nm.Results: Loganin and morroniside showed a good linear relationship in the range of(0.024 5~0.367 5)μg(r=0.999 7)and(0.064 5~0.967 5)μg(r=0.999 9)respectively.The average content levels of loganin and morroniside of the cultivated Fructus Corni were higher than that of the wild.
摘要:Objective:To determine the contents of dissolved senegenin in Dingzhi pill and its compatible recipes.Methods: Senegenin contents both in Dingzhi pill and its compatible recipes were determined by HPLC,which are compared with senegenin contrast from national institute for the control of pharmaceutical and biological products(NICPBP).Results: The contents of dissolved senegenin was 0.359% in DingZhi pill group,0.397% in Yuan-Ren group,0.313% in Yuan-Shi group,0.294% in Yuan-Fu group,0.563% in Yuan-Zhu group 0.466% in Yuan-Feng group and 0.449% in single Radix Polygara.Conclusion: Radix Polygara combined with different herbs in Dingzhi pill would evidently affect the contents of dissolved Senegenin.

摘要:Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and paeoniflorin in Yangkun Pills.Method: The sample was separated at 30 ℃ on a Phenomenex Luna C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) eluted with acetonitrile and water containing 0.2% Phosphoric acid in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: Two compounds were baseline-isolated,the linear relationships of the injection amounts and peak areas for both baicalin and paeoniflorin were excellent.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid,precise and repeatable.This method can be used for controlling the quality of Yangkun Pills.
摘要:Objective:To determine the content of Emodin,Chrysophanol in Yankening tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was carried out on a Shim-pack-C18 column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm)eluted with the mobile phase of methanol water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:A good linear relationship between the peak areas and the injection amounts was found for emodin within(0.016 128~0.080 64)μg,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7,for chrysophanol within(0.032 48~0.162 4)μg,with a correlation coefficient of(0.999 8).The average recovery of Emodin was 97.88%(RSD 1.64%),and of Chrysophanol was 97.93%(RSD 0.71%).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of nitidine chloride from Toddalia asiatica.Methods: The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrile-water-0.2% monobasic sodium phosphate(30∶40∶30)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 328 nm.Results:The calibration curve of nitidine chloride was in good linearity over the range of 0.03~0.48 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.33% and the RSD was 3.30%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Toddalia Asiatica.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the matrix formulation of Guping Cataplasmata. Methods: The optimal preparation was selected by L16(45) orthogonal design.The adhering potential,fissility,ability to spread out,homogeneity,ability pasting to skin and recontourity were used as indexes.Results: The optimal matrix formulation was glycerine∶gelatin:sodium polyacrylate∶sodium carboxymethycellulose∶water=5.0∶0.4∶1.4∶0.3∶4.0.Conclusion: The optimal matrix formulation is practical.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Liuweidihuang Pill and Jinguishenqi Pill on lymphocyte subgroups and natural killer(NK) cells in mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE).Methods:The mice were immunized subcutaneouly with MOG35-55 emulsified in complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) and intraperitoneally Pertussis toxin(PTX) for establishing EAE model. The animals were weighted and graded daily for clinical disability.At 12,25 and 40 days after immunization,lymphocyte subgroups and NK cells in the peripheral blood of mice were detected by flow cytometer,brain and spinal cord of the mice were harvested and the pathological changes were studied.Results:The mice of model group onseted in succession at day 9.The clinical symptoms climaxed at day 22 with a highest score of 4.0.The weights of the mice were lowed obviously.CD8+ in the lymphocyte subgroups and NK cells were decreased obviously,the value of CD4+/CD8+ was increased obviously.Clinical score of remedial group reduced and the courses of disease were shortened.The lymphocyte subgroups and NK cells were adjusted to normal state after treated by the drugs.Pathologi-cally,infiltrated inflammatory cells were observed around vein to form sleeve,the nuclei were pyknosis in model group mice.The inflammatory cells foci comparatively decreased,sleeve-like changes were seldom seen in prednisone,in Liuweidihuang Pill and Jinguishenqi Pill treated groups.Conclusions:Liuweidihuang Pill and Jinguishenqi Pill have the effects on prevention and treatment the mice with EAE.The mechanism may regulate the cell immune system.Liuweidihuang Pill is superior to prednisone acetate and Jinguishenqi Pill in improving the weight of EAE mice,nerve score and regulating the immune cells.

摘要:Objective:To set up a rat model of diabetic cerebral embolism,in order to observe and compare the expression of advanced glycosylation end product receptor(RAGE) in rat brain and effects about Huoluoyuyinfang Decoction on it.Methods: SD rats were fed on a diet enriched in fat and fructose and the rats were injected intrapertoneally with a low-dose streptozocin(STZ) to induce hyperglycemia.Then set up middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) by ligation.Morphology and other methods were applied to observe the protective effect of Huoluoyuyinfang at different doses and differrnt times.Immunohistochemical ABC method was employed to observe the effect of Huoluoyuyinfang on RAGE in rat brain of cerebral infarction due to diabetes.Results: For different dosages and stages,the RAGE expression was significantly decreased in the brain tissue by Huoluoyuyinfang.Clusion: Huoluoyuyinfang Decoction may decrease the expression of RAGE and play an important protecting role against diabetic neurological impairment.
摘要:Objective:The purpose is to observe the effects of Xinshuaikang Granul on ventriculus cordis remodeling of chronic heart failure(CHF) in rats.Methods: The rat model with CHF was induced by constricting abdominal aorta.The contents of AngⅡ,ANP,ET,TNF-α,IL-6 and NE in blood sample were measured by radioimmunoassay and enzymeimmunoassay,and then all rats killed in order to obtain the coefficient of left ventricle and the pathological configuration of heart.Results: Compared with the model group,the common manifestation of model rats were distinctly improved.The contents of AngⅡ,NE in plasma of the treated medicine groups were evidently decreased;the contents of TNF-α,IL-6,ET rat in plasma of Xinshuaikang Granul groups(large,middle dose) were notably decreased;meantime,the drugs could evidently reduced the hypertrophy of left ventricle.Conclusions: Xinshuaikang Granul could reverse ventriculus cordis of CHF model rats,The effects of regulating neure-peptide and cytokines were probably related the mechanisms for treating CHF.

摘要:Objective:To find out the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,relieving carbuncle and promoting tissue regeneration of the Eliminating Hemorrhoids Tablet(EHT).Methods: Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema and paw edema induced by fresh egg white in rat were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects of EHT.Methods of acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effects of EHT.And also pyogenic infection and ulcerateon of rectal mucosa in rabbits were produced by Staphylococcus aureus.Results: The results of the acute anti-inflammatory experiments showed that ear edema resulted from xylene in mice and paw edema induced by fresh egg white in rats were significantly inhibited by EHT;and EHT could produce obvious analgesic effect on pain caused by acetic acid stimulus and heating in mice.It could also clear away the pyogenic material and promote tissue regeneration.Conclusions: EHT has significant effect on inflammation and algesia.It can relieve carbuncle and promote tissue regeneration.

摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effect of Phellinus Linteus and Coriolus Versicolor Capsules(PLCVC) on reduced WBC and renal injury induced by chemotherapy.Method:Cyclophosphamide and Cisplatin were injected intraperitoneally to mice respectively,after orally treated with PLCVC,WBC in blood and BUN and Scr in blood serum were determined.Results: PLCVC can increase WBC and decrease BUN,Scr.Conclusion: PLCVC can significantly reduce toxicity and side effects induced by chemotherapy.

摘要:Objective:A bioassay called thrombin time(TT) was developed for screening potential thrombin inhibitor and determining anti-thrombin activities of Siwu Decoction and its serial decoctions and some representative compositions.Methods: The lgTT prolongation rate was found to be linearly related to thrombin concentration.The effects of thrombin activities were studied,for example plasma storage methods and time,the chosen of solvent,drug and thrombin pre-heating time.Inhibitory activities of Siwu Decoction and its serial decoctions were compared including Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction(SF),Xiangfu Siwu Decoction(XF),Taohong Siwu Decoction(TH),Qinlian Siwu Decoction(QL).Inhibitory activities of some compositions were determined.Results The suitable condition of optimized bioassay TT is got.Siwu Decoction and its serial decoctions have obvious anti-thrombin activities.Anti-thrombin activities of those decoctions are ranked in the order of QL(IC50=1.30 mg·mL-1)>SF(IC50=1.39 mg·mL-1)> XF(IC50=3.55 mg·mL-1) >SW(IC50=8.14 mg·mL-1)>TH(IC50=10.94 mg·mL-1).Active composition of quercetin also has anti-thrombin activities.Conclusion The optimized method is simple to screen thrombin inhibitor and lays the foundation for compositions of Siwu Decoction and its serial decoctions.

摘要:Based on the relationship between host immunity defense system and pathogen,and the intervention of drug,Caenorhabaditis elegans host-pathogen model is reviewed for the study in the immunity effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the host,and in inhibition of the pathogen virulence and the cytotoxicity of TCM to the host.It will provide us the scientific evidence of the mechanism of antimicrobial TCM.
