摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation on tanshinone ⅡA content. Methods:Taking the tanshinone ⅡA as the parameter,the tablets of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation and the tablets prepared according to original Danshenpian process were compared.Results:The tanshinone ⅡA content in the tablets of applying β-cyclodextrin to Danshenpian preparation augmented.Conclusion:β-cyclodextrin is helpful to stabilization of tanshinone ⅡA.
摘要:Objective:To establish a determining method for hesperidin in Zhizhu Pill by High-Perfomance Liquid Chromatograpgy. Methods:hesperidin was extracted from Zhizhu Pill by methanol. Kromasil C 18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was used as mobile phase, The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 and the wavelength of detection was as 288nm. Results: The calibration curve was showed good linearity within the concentration range of 0.1168μg~1.168μg,r=0.9998,the average recovery was 96.911%, RSD=1.574%. Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducible, and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of hesperidin in Zhizhu Pill.
摘要:Object:To study chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.Methods:FBD polyhexoses were segregated and purified with Sephadex G-75、G-150.Their molecular weights were measured with HPLC-ELSD;The components and proportions of monosaccharides were hydrolyzed and analyzed with GC.Results:We obtained polyhexoses PsA、PsB、PsC from FBD and measured their molecular weights as 1777577,400172,4369.PsA consisted of Rhamnose and fructose,PsB consisted of Rhamnose、glucose and fructose,PsC consisted of Rhamnose、mannose and fructose.Conclusion:We determined the chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.
摘要:We selected Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. and Fritillaria thunbergii MiO.,a couple of counteracted drugs,as study objects to verify the mechanism of counteracted drugs by the anti-tumor experiments,which include studies of Anti-tumor effect on Lewis carcinoma of Mouse by application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. and Fritillaria thunbergii MiQ.singly or matched and Affection on appoptosis of LM-2 carcinoma cells.Both the drugs used singly can inhibit tumor growth and tumor metastasis,but two drugs matched can’t reinforce this effect;there were statistic differences with two drugs used singly on affection of thymus gland,but the matched drugs were not effective.Aconite decoction can reinforce the apoptosis of LM-2 cells dosage dependently within 5mg/mL~75mg/mL,moreover,the longer the cell were stimulated,the higher the apoptosis rate;while LM-2 cells stimulated by fritillaryia decoction with 75mg/mL for 48h,the rate of apoptosis rose;compare with aconite decoction used singly,aconite matched with fritillaria(1∶1) under same concentration as used singly can depress cells apoptosis significantly,which show that the matched drugs can suppress LM-2 cells apoptosis.As showed by the results,the statement of “aconite counteracts fritillaria” was supported by our experiment.
摘要:Objectives:The antagonistic effects of serum with Bu Shen Decoction (BS) on apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by glutamate (Glu) were investigated in vitro. So were the effects of serum with BS on the calcium signal transduction system.Methods:The antagonistic action of the BS on neurotoxicity induced by Glu was observed with MTT method.The fluorescence microscope technique was employed to observe the effect of BS on apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by Glu. Its intracellular free calcium concentration was determined by flow cytometry.The Western-blotting technique was applied for observing the effect of BS on phosphorylation of CaMK Ⅱ in apoptotic PC12 cells.Results:The serum with BS in 20% concentration was discovered to be able to exert antagonistic effect on Glu-induced excitatory neurotoxicity and to inhibit the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by Glu. Moreover,it was discovered that the increase in intracellular free calcium concentration and the excessive phosphorylation of CaMK Ⅱ during apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by Glu could be inhibited by serum with BS in 20% concentration.Conclusion:BS exert an antagonistic action on excitatory neurotoxicity induced by Glu.The mechanism of neuroprotective effect afforded by serum with BS might be related with relieving calcium overload and adjusting phosphorylation of the key signal molecules in the downstream of calcium ion signal transduction system.

摘要:Aim:To observe the effect of Sarcand glabra and its separated parts on Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP) in mice,and to find the effective separated part of Sarcand glabra.Methods:ITP BALB/C mice were induced by injecting extrinsic antibody,Then we investigated the change of peripheral blood picture and the weight of spleen,adrenal gland,thymus gland of mice after administering Sarcand glabra and its separated parts.Results:Sarcand glabra and separated parts Ⅰ had effect on increasing the number of blood platelet.No obvious change of the weight of spleen,adrenal gland,thymus gland was found in Sarcand glabra group.The weight of thymus gland in separated part Ⅰ group has obvious increased.Conclusion:Sarcand glabra has effect on treating Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura and separated part Ⅰ is the effective part of Sarcand glabrain.
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Hujin Pill on fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats.Methods:Model of liver fibrosis were induced by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 and treated with Hujin Pill.The changes of fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ of the rats’ liver were observed with Van Gieson stain and immunohistochemistry.Results:The fibrous hyperplasia of liver and the express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats’ model had been markedly increased than that of control group.However,Hujin Pill could restrain fibrous hyperplasia and express of collagen Ⅳ in liver fibrosis rats.Conclusion:Hujin Pill was effective in treatment of CCl4-induced liver fibrosis.
摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of the extracts from Sini Tang Serial Decoctions (ESTSD)against hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R) injury on neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.Methods:Cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were preconditioned with ESTSD in different concentrations(1,5,25 μg/mL)respectively.Then after H/R treatment the enzymatic activity of intracellular mitochondria dehydrogenase and the contents of intracellular maleic dialdehyde(MDA)as well as the activity of extracellular lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were measured using colorimetric method.Results:Compared with the control group,the ESTSD including extracts from Aconite root,Dried ginger and Fistular onion stalk(EAGO),extracts from Aconite root,Dried ginger and Prepared licorice root(EAGL),extracts from Aconite root,Dried ginger and pig’s Bile(EAGB)and extracts from Aconite root,Dried ginger and Ginseng(EAGG)could increase significantly the activities of intracellular mitochondria dehydrogenase and had no significant difference compared with extracts from Aconite root and Dried ginger (EAG).EAGO,EAGL,EAGB,EAGG all could significantly decrease the activities of extracellular LDH compared with the group and EAG.EAGL and EAGG decreased significantly the contents of intracellular MDA compared with the control group and EAG.Conclusion:The results showed ESTSD increased significantly the activities of intracellular mitochondria dehydrogenase,but decreased significantly the activities of extracellular LDH.EAGL and EAGG decreased significantly the contents of intracellular MDA.ESTSD has a protective effect against H/R injury on cultured neonaltal rat cardiomyocytes.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effective mechanism of dual-direction regulation of Fr.B,an active fraction extracted from Guizhi Tang(GZT).on gastrointestinal motility.Methods:The cAMP content,protein kinase A(PKA)and C(PKC)activity of hypothalamus and gastrointestinal tissues in rats with excited or inhibited gastrointestinal motility induced respectively by neostigmine or atropine were measured via radioimmunoassay.Results:Fr.B increased the cAMP content and PKA and PKC activity of hypothalamus and jejunum in rats with inhibited gastrointestinal motility significantly,and antagonized the decrease of PKA activity of gastric antrum.In rats with excited gastrointestinal motility,Fr.B increased PKA activity of gastric antrum,PKC activity of hypothalamus and jejunum,and did not affect the cAMP content.Conclusion:Fr.B could affect the cAMP content,PKA and C activity in hypothalamus and gastrointestinal tissues to regulate gastrointestinal motility in a dual-direction manner.
摘要:Objective:To research the immune activities of Rosa laevigata michx polysaccharide(RP).Methods:After feeding mouse with RP for several days to determine:1.Mouse MΦ’S ability of removing Congo Red from the blood.2.RP’s effect on haemolysin content in mouse body induced by chicken erythrocytes.3.RP’s effect on the delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH)induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene.4.RP’s immune modulation effect on mouse liver immune injure induced by BCG and LPS.Results:1.RP(125mg-250mg/kg)has strong ability to enhance mouse M to swallow Congo Red.Compared with normal control group,it could significantly reduce the content of Congo Red in mouse blood (p<0.001).2.RP can significantly enhance the content of haemolysin in mouse body.3.RP can significantly enhance response of the DTH in normal mouse and recover response to DTH in cyclophosphamide(Cy)intoxicated mouse.4.RP has obvious immune modulation effect on mouse liver immune injure induced by BCG and LPS.,and reduce the content of ALT and AST in serum(p<0.01 and 0.001).Besides,they all can reduce the liver and spleen index.Conclusion:RP can enhance the immune reaction in mouse and has immune modulation function.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Quyuningtong Paster(QYNTP) on hemorheological parameters, platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis rats. Methods:The acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water. The effects of QUNTP on the indexes of hemorheology, platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis model rats were observed. Results: The QYNTP(0.3g/kg、0.9g/kg、1.8g/kg) could not only significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood, viscosity of plasma, content of fibrinogen, packed volume of erythrocyte, slow down the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and shorten the erythrocyte electrophoresis time, it also remarkably inhibit the platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro (respectively P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:QYNTP could obviously ameliorate the hemorheological parameters, inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in acute blood stasis rats.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongfeng Pill gout. Methods:Gout-relieving effect of Tongfeng Pill was observed in rats with adjuvant arthritis induced by sodium urate and in mice with hyperuricemia induced by yeast. analgesic effect was investigated in mice with writhing reaction. Results:The Tongfeng Pill could not only reduce the blood level of uric acid and time of writhing reaction, but also decrease the swollen degree of ankle in model animals. Conclusion:Tongfeng Pill had significant effect on treating acute attack of gout.
摘要:AIM:Through the analysis of hepatic fibrosis indices and CHB patients’ HBV precore mutant in 1896 site, also by means of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Syndrome differentiation and western medicine diagnosis, and hepatic fibrosis indicator analysis, the distributive characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients and the pathogenesis were investigated so as to provide objective data with clinical Syndrome differentiation of TCM.METHODS: 140 CHB patients were divided into two groups, HBV precore mutant positive group(70 cases) and HBV precore mutant negative group(70 cases), Besides, 30 healthy donors were taken as the control group. The serial indices of liver fibrosis(including HA, PCⅢ, Ⅳ.C and LN), and the HBV precore variant strains were tested. Patients in the study groups were categorized as six Syndromes according to TCM diagnostic theory. RESULTS: There existed significant distributive differences between the two study groups. The level of hepatic fibrosis indices was found higher in mutation positive group than in the negative and control group, and the level in the mutation negative group was higher than in the control group. In the mutation negative group, the severe hepatitis B patients had considerably higher level of HA, PCⅢ and Ⅳ.C than the medium patients had, and the level in the medium patients was markedly higher than in the mild patients. Similar results were seen with HA, PCⅢ, Ⅳ.C and LN level in mutation positive group concerning the severe, medium and mild patients. Conclusion:Blood Stasis Syndrome exists in different stages as one of the basic syndrome of CHB patients with precore mutation. The level of HA, PCⅢ, Ⅳ.C and LN level may be taken as one of the objective data in confirming Blood Stasis Syndrome.
