摘要:Objectives:To compare the releasing rates in vitro of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in two kinds of cataplasma carriers.Methods:The releasing of evodiamine and rutaecarpine from the cataplasma carriers in vitro were measured,imitating the method of percutaneous absorption by using improved Franz'S diffusion cell and HPLC.Results:The releasing rates of Evodiamine and rutaecarpine in the carrier made of acryl ic resin copotymer and natural copolymers are higher than those in the carrier made of acrylic resin coDolymer and compounded copolymers.And both the releasing processes fit to the Higuchi equation.Conclusion:Both the cataplasma carriers have good drug releasing properties.

摘要:Objective:To develop a method for the determination of hyodeoxycholic acid in Porcine Gall Powder.Method:Chromatography was performed on a 5 μm Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm)at 25℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution (50∶50)with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.A Sedex 55 evaporative light-scattering detector was used with tube temperature of 40℃ and gas pressure of 2.0 bar.Result:A good relationship between peak area and amount of injection Was noted at 5.4 μg~27.0 μg.Average recovery of hyodeoxycholic acid was 97.0%and the RSD was 2.7%.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was reliable,simple and accurate.

摘要:Objective:To probe the counteractiv emechanism of “aconite counteracts fritillaria”.Methods:We used Solid phase extraction(SPF)to extract and enrich the components contained in the plasma.Chromatographic condition: Methyl alcohol-water-chloroform-triethylamine(70∶30∶2∶0.2)was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 with detection wavelength at 235nm and column temperature at 40℃; detecting the contents of mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine.Result:By using singly or mixed with thunberg fritillary bulb omni-alkaloids, there were obvious differences between these pharmacokinetic parameters of mesaconitine and aconitine: the elimination half-lifes and AUCs of two aconite alkaloids after used with thuberg fritillary bulb omni-alkaloids were longer or higher than those before matching, and the plasma clearances of two aconite alkaloids after used with thunberg fritillary bulb omni-alkaloids were lower than these before matching(P<0.05).There were unsignificanted differences of hypaconitine used singly and used mixed with thunberg fritillary bulb omni-alkaloids(P>0.05).Conclusion:Retention time and affection time of aconite alkaloids after used with thunberg fritillary bulb omni-alkaloids were longer than these before matching.The statement of “aconite counteracts fritillaria” is preliminarily validated by our pharmacokinetic studies.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Shunxuekang(SXK) capsule on anti-thrombus.Method:We used the model rats of electro stimulation or venous thrombus to observe the effects of anti-thrombus of SXK capsule,and studied the probable mechanism of SXK capsule on blood coagulation,hemorrheology,platelet function.Results:SXK capsule could markedly prolong thrombosis time in rats,could markedly decrease the weight of venous thrombin,could markedly prolong clotting time in rats,could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity,plasma relative viscosity,serene relative viscosity,and could markedly inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Conclusion:SXK capsule had markedly inhibitory effects on thrombus.

摘要:Objective:Investigating the protective effect of CSF of rat administrating FBD orally on various injured PC12 cells models to indicate the mechanism of FBD therapying dementia.Methods:Four injured PC12 models induced by hydrogen peroxide,hydrosulfurous sodium,glutamate and potassium chloride accordingly were used to assay the effect of CSF sample on PC12 cells.Results:It was found that the rat CSF sample at different time points from 0.5h to 2.5h after taking FBD repetitiously (1.62 g crude herb·kg-1) could obviously increase the viability of PC12 cells injured by hydrogen peroxide,which peaked at 1.5h.The rat CSF containing FBD of 1.5h could also protect PC12 cells injured by hydrosulfurous sodium、glutamate and potassium chloride,and the protection rate increases with the concentration of CSF containing FBD.Conclusion:CSF of rat administrating FBD orally could protect PC12 cells,possibly by antagnizing the overload of calcium,oxidant injury of free radicals and excitatory nerotoxicity of glutamate.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of different combinations of four components in Guizhi decoction on secretion of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) by interleukin-1β(IL-1β) stimulation in rats cerebral microvascular endothelial cell(rCMEC).These four components are among the extracted fractions of Guizhi Decoction.Methods:The amounts of PGE2 were measured by radioimmunoassay method.Results:Twenty of the combinations significantly decreased the excessive secretion of PGE2 induced by IL-1β in the supernatant of rCMEC.The results had the statistical signification.Conclusion:The above mentioned combinations might be the substance foundation of the Fr.A of the decoction in its dual-directional thermoregulation.

摘要:To examine the impact of Jianpihuashisanyu Fang and Xuezhikang recipe on the serum lipids and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and fatty liver.Method:107 patients with chronic hepatitis B and fatty liver were treated for 8 weeks and randomly divided into two groups:the research group has 62 patients treated by Jianpihuashisanyu Fang and Xuezhikang recipes (bid);the control group has 45 patients treated by Xuezhikang recipes(bid).The serial indices of serum lipids(including TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、LP(a)),and the liver function (including ALT、AST、CHE)were tested.Results The level of TC、LDL-C and ApoB were samely decreased in two groups(P>0.05),but the level of TC in research group was significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05),the level of HCL-C and Apo A1 in research group was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05).In research group,the ALT、AST and CHE were significantly decreased to the normal level(P<0.01).Conclusion:Effect of the treatment of Jianpihuashisanyu Fang and Xuezhikang recipe on CHB with fatty liver is significantly better than treated by Xuezhikang recipe only.
