摘要:目的:探讨能全面地反映大黄中所含化学成分的指纹图谱的最适进样量。方法:采用HPLC法,系统的适应性条件:色谱柱为Alltech Apollo C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水-1%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长为254nm;柱温为40℃。结果:从(22.41~276.24μg)(以大黄酸计算)分别进样,当仅以总信息熵作为参考时,其进样量为276.24μg时的信息熵最大,为3.293×1010,因此确定此条件下大黄指纹图谱的最佳进样量为276.24μg;但若以单位进样量的信息熵比较,那么以61.35μg的图谱所带的信息量最大,为3.354×109。因此确定此条件下大黄指纹图谱的最佳进样量为61.35μg。结论:信息熵可用来确定中药材指纹图谱的最佳进样量。
摘要:Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of both baicalin and wogonin in Tongjing Patch.MethodA Zorbax SB-C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-acetic acid(58∶42∶0.05) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.UV detection wave length was set at 278 nm.Results:The linear range of baicalin was(0.44~2.20)μg(r= 0.999 7)and the average recovery was 98.64% and the RSD was 1.17%.The linear range of wogonin was(0.012 8 ~ 0.204 8)μg(r= 0.999 9)and the average recovery was 98.96% and the RSD was 2.08%.In three batches of the patches,the contents of baicalin were 7.33%,6.74% and 7.29% and that of wogonin were 0.71%,0.65% and 0.63%.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of the contents of both baicalin and wogonin in Tongjing Patch.
摘要:Objective:To study different assaysments of Breviscapinun.Method:Breviscapinun content was assayed both by HPLC and UV,and related digital sequences was compaired through correlation analysis.Result:validation results with the correlating the digital sequences with each other,showed that two methods correlated well with a r= 0.905 5.Conclusion:Two methods correlated well.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of menthol and benzaldehyde in Milian Chuanbei Pipagao by GC with capillary column.Methods:A DB-1 quartz capillary column(0.32 mm×30 m×0.25 μm) was used.The temperature program was as following:the intial temperature of column was kept at 80℃ for 1 min,then raised to 180℃ at the rate of 10℃·min-1,finally to 250℃ at the rate of 25℃· min-1 and maintained the temperature for 5 min.The injection and detection temperature was 220℃ and 260℃.Splitless sampling was used and A FID detector was used.Result:The calibration curves of menthol was obtained with good linear relationship within the range of(3.18~31.8)μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 8),the recoveries was 98.59%;The calibration curves of benzaldehyde was also obtained with a good linear relationship within the range of(5.25~52.52)μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 9),the recoveries was 98.27%.Conclusions:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of menthol and benzaldehyde in Milian Chuanbei Pipagao.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Shu-Gan-Liang-Xue(SGLX) decoction from traditional Chinese midicine(TCM) combined with tamoxifen on the graft model of human breast cancer in nude mice and also to analyze the possible mechanism.Methods:The animal model of MCF-7 implanted tumor in nude mice was copied.Mice with implanted tumor were randomly divided into control,tamoxifen(TAM),SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups.After SGLX decoction was given to mice for 28 days,the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was determined.Cell cycle and cell apoptosis of breast cancer were detected with flow cytometry and TUNEL respectively.The serum estradiol and progesterone were tested by radio-immunity.Results:The inhibitory rate of tumor-weight was 28.30%,26.30%,41.01% respectively in TAM,SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups,with significant difference compared with the control(P<0.01).Tumor cells in TAM,SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups were blocked at G0/G1 phase.The apoptotic rate was increased obviously in SGLX+TAM group.The serum estradiol was lower in SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups compared with the control at significant level(P< 0.000 1).Conclusions:SGLX decoction can increase the inhibitory effect of TAM on breast cancer synergetically.The possible mechanism include that SGLX may arrest tumor cells in G0/G1 phase,induce tumor cell apoptosis,and reduce serum estradiol level.
摘要:Objective:To study the effect of conjugated linoleic acid magnesium selenium(CMS) on body weight reduction in mice fed by high-fat diet.Methods:63 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups,i.e.normal control group 10,model control group 14,low,middle and high dose groups 13 for each,and fed basal diet for the normal control group,fed high-fat diet for others.At the same time,0.2 mL/10g BW 1.5%CMC+CMS aqueous solution were given orally for three dose groups daily,and 0.2 mL/10 g BW 1.5%CMC aqueous solution for the others.After four weeks,body weight,testis fat were weighed,food consumption and serum TG,HDL,CHO,GIU were measured.Results:The body weight were lower significantly for middle dose group(P<0.05) and high dose group(P<0.01),testis fat weight and index of testis fat weigh/body weight were lower significantly for three dose groups(P<0.01),food intake consumption had no obvious change compared with the model control.Conclusions:CMS is effective in lowering body weight and body fat in mice fed by high-fat diet.
摘要:Objective:To investigate the changes of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and peroxidation-induced injury in the long-term smoking model mice,and the effect of Yanqing Tablet on them.Method:The model of long-term smoking of mice was set up.BALF protein concentrations were measured and total leukocytes were counted.Cytospin slides were made and stained to determine the BALF cell differential.The activities of superoxidized dismutase(SOS),concentrations of malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidative capacity(T-ADC) both in plasma and lung homogenate were detected.Result:Compared with normal control group,in smoking model group,BALF protein concentrations and total leukocytes increased(P<0.05),the activities of SOD and T-ADC decreased(P<0.05),concentrations of MDA increased(P<0.05).While compared with smoking model group,in those groups treated with Yanqing Tablet,BALF protein concentrations dereased(P<0.05),total leukocytes decreased(P<0.05),the activities of SOD and T-ADC increased(P<0.01),concentrations of MDA increased(P<0.05).Conclusions:There are therapeutic effects of Yanqing tablet on inflammation of air duct and peroxidation-induced injury in the model of long-term smoking of mice.
摘要:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guizhi-Shaoyao-Zhimu(GSZ) decoction on imunologic arthritis and investigate the mechanism of this drug on the disease.Methods:Rats were prepared for immunologic arthritis models induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA).Different doses of GSZ decoction(20.6 g·kg-1,10.3 g·kg-1) were administrated on the rat model.The counter-lateral synovial tissues of the knee joint were taken for observing pathological changes and the expression of RANKL.Results:In a 4-week of administration of GSZ,lessened swelling of the joints and arthritis index was observed(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The pathological findings suggested there was less severe inflammation in synovium of the joints and fibrous tissues and decreased infiltrating cells.The RANKL expression in synovial tissues tended to decrease(P<0.01).Moreover,the findings suggest that GSZ 20.6 g·kg-1 can be favorable with respect to MTX in treatment of immunologic arthritis.Conclusions:GSZ Decoction can protect the joint impairment of immunologic arthritis rats.The therapeutic mechanism maybe is relevant to inhibit inflammation and the expression of RANKL.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect on angiogensis as well as tumor growth for the traditional Chinese medical astringent,such as,Cortex Ailanthi,and the mechanism of the effect.Method:A model of transplanting tumor in mice was used to study the effect of these medical herbs on tumor growth.The expression of Ⅷ-RAg and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in tumor tissue were examined with immunohistochemical method.The microvessel density(MVD) of the tumour tissue was also measured with the Image Pro Plus software.Result:Cortex Ailanthi could obviously inhibit the growth of sarcoma(S180) transplanted subcutaneously in mice(P<0.05).There were fewer vessels in sarcoma tissue in Cortex Ailanthi group than in control group and CTX group(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 was lower in Cortex Ailanthi group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cortex Ailanthi can inhibit angiogensis in tumor tissue,and can also suppress the growth of sarcoma(S180) transplanted in mice and the expression of MMP-9 in the sarcoma tissue.
摘要:Objective:To study the antiasthmatic,antitussive,and expectorant effects of Suhuangzhike granules.Method:Using the asthma model induced by acetylcholine and histamine mixture,antigen challenging(ovalbumin)and guinea pig’ isolated trachea strip test the antiasthmatic effect was evaluated;using the cough model induced by ammonia,citric acid in mice,the antitussive effect was studied;phenol red test was used to observe the expectorant effect in mice.Result:Suhuangzhike granules could significantly prolong the latent period of twitch of guinea pig caused by acetylcholine and histamine,markedly decrease the number of leucocyte in perfusate of trachea and lung;and the degranulation rate of labrocyte in peritoneal fluid of guinea pig challenged by antigen,significantly decrease the tension of smooth muscle of trachea,significantly prolong the latent period of cough and decrease the frequency of cough induced by citric acid in guinea pig,significantly inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice,and increase phenol red excretion of trachea quantity in mice.Conclusion:Suhuangzhike granules has antitussive,antiasthmatic and expectorant actions.
摘要:Objective:Through the anti-fatigue study of the decoction of Shengyang Yiqi to evaluate the therapeutic principle of removing and reinforcing on the anti-fatigue and to offer a new idea for anti-fatigue.Method:Ninety selected male mice(through swimming ability as preliminary screening) were divided randomly into 3 groups.They were blank control group,decotion of raising splen-yang to tonify stomach group,positive control group(spirulina).The time of burden swimming,the increase of LA after 10 min swimming,the decreases of LA after 15 min rest after swimming,blood urea nitrogen,lactic acid dehydrogenase,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen were observed.Results:The results showed that decotion of Shengyang Yiqi could significantly enhance the exercise tolerance of mice,the time of swimming of the decotion group was longer than that of blank control group,the increase of LA after 10 min swimming of this recipe was lower than that of blank control group,the blood urea nitrogen level was also lower than that of blank control group.But this recipe has no effect on hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen level.Conclusion:The decoction of Shengyang Yiqi has the effectiveness of anti-fatigue and fifteen days of application can demonstrate the anti-fatigue action to mice.

摘要:Objective:To observe the pharmacological effects of Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture.Methods:Using the model of the adjuvant induced arthritis in rats,the egg white induced paw edema in rats,the cotton cause granulation tissue hyperplasia in rats,the weights collision induced foot traumatic bleeding in mice,hot plate induced pain in mice,to observe the pharmacological role of Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture.Result: The partial use of Diedaniushangling tincture could significantly inhibit the adjuvant induced arthritis in rats,speeded up the absorption of traumatic congestion,had clear anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.Conclusions:The Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture had the pharmacological effects of antirheumatic,anti-inflammation,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and analgesia.
摘要:Objective:To study the composing rule of the similar formulae of Zhizidahuangtang and provid guidance for composing formula of treating jaundice of heat and dampness type.Method:Searching the formulae of previous treating pestilence for the formula of Zhizidahuangtang and its similar formulae,20 formulae talally found were analyzed for each composition herb’s frequency,nature and taste by statistic method for Chinese medicine.Result:(1)There are 42 kind of different herbal drugs used in the similar formulae of Zhizidahuangtang,and among them,Dahuang,Zhizi,Yinchen were most frequently used.(2)Among the compositions of the similar formulae of Zhizidahuangtang,the herbs with cold and cool nature got score of 2.631;the herbs with heat and warm nature got score of 0.257;the rate of cold herbs to heat herbs was about 10∶1.(3) Among the compositions of the similar formulae of Zhizidahuangtang,the herbs with bitter taste was used mostly,herbs with spicy taste were secondly used and sweet ones thirdly.The amount of the three kinds of herbs took 87.2% of all the herbs and 92.2% of all score for the tasle of herbas.The herbs with sour,salty or tasteless taste were far less used.Conclusion:(1) Dahuang,Zhizi,Yinchen are the most common and basic herbs used in treating jaundice of heat and dampness.The formula Yinchenghaotang is the fundamental of treating jaundice of heat and dampness.(2) The formulae of Zhizidahuangtang are mainly composed with cold nature and bitter taste,assisted with a few warm and spicy ones.The together using of using cold and warm,bitter and spicy herbs was not only characterige for formulation of Zhizidahuangtang,but also a formulae rule in treating jaundice of heat and dampness.

摘要:The progress in the studies of temperature-sensitive,pH-dependent,ion-responsive in situ gels by mucosal drug delivery was reviwed and the applications of in situ gels in all mucosal parts were introduced.Although there were some technical problems remained in situ gel by combining the dosage form of in site gel with the route of mucosal administration,it was a novel drug delivery system with high developing potentials,especially in the study of dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine.
