摘要:Objective:To develop the qualitative and quantitative methods for Qingyan spray.Methods:Figwort root,Honeysuckle flower,Baikal skullcap Root in the spray were identified by TLC.The content of Andrographolide was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC methods for the indentification of Figwort root Honeysuckle flower Baikal skullcap Root was reliable and specific.The calibration curve for Andrographolide was linear in the range of 48.1~240.3 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of Andrographolidewas 100.1%(RSD=0.32%).Conclusions:The methods can be applied to the quality control of Qingyan Spray.

摘要:Objective:To provide scientific basis for Liaogewang Tablet quality control.Methods: The ultraviolet and visible spectros photometry was used to determine the total flavonoid in Liaogewang Tablet.Results: The method is simple,accurate,and reliable,The average recovery was 100.8%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion: This method can be applied to the quality control of the preparations.  
摘要:Objective:To study the method of identification and content determination of the important component in Fufang Jingtian Capsule.Methods: The major compounds in this drug were identified by the thin layer chromatographic method and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: Big flower Rhodiola Root and Ginseng were identified.The regression equation of astrargaloside IV was Y=1.694 2X+4.055 0 in the range of 1.81~18.1 μg,r=(0.999 7).The average recovery was 98.09%,RSD was 1.91%.The contents of astragaloside Ⅳ in three batches of samples were determined.Conclusion:The identification and determination methods established were specific,and repeatable.It could be used to control the quality of this drug.  
摘要:Objective:To determine contents of mannitol in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.Methods: Colorimetry was adopted.Results:The linearity was obtained over the range of 12.5~75.0 μg,the correlation coefficient was(0.999 4);the average recovery was 97.06%,RSD was 0.662%.Conclusion:The precision and repeatability of this method was good.The method which was used to determine contents of mannitol in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi was more universal and simple.  
摘要:Objective:To identify and quantitatively determine chrysin-7-o-glucoside in Sanyechongcha.Method:The compunds were extracted with acetone and purified with polyamide column and recrystallization.The chemical structure was identified by chemical method,UV,IR and ESI/LC-MS/MS.The quantitative analysis was performed on a Gemini C18 column with acetonitrile-water(30∶70)as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelengh was at 270 nm.Result:The main ingredient with a purity of 99.2% was identified as chrysin-7-o-glucoside.The linear equation was Y=7.739×104X-6.0×103 in the range of 2~20 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 3).The content of chrysin-7-o-glucoside in San-ye-Chong-cha was 2.77% and average recovery was 97.3%.Conclusion: Chrysin-7-o-glucoside in Sanyechongcha was first isolated and quantitatively determined by HPLC,which was a simple,reliable and accurate method.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen on gastrointestinal hormone somatostain(SS) and substance P(SP) in animals model of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:32 Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal control group,model group,Tongxieyaofang group and dicetel group.The rat model of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) was made by binding stress with taking senna decoction.Changes of diarrhea rate were observed in these groups.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the level of SS and SP in plasma and intestinal tissue in rats of each group.Results:The diarrhea rates in Tongxieyaofang group were decreased after treatment,and had the statistics significance in comparison with model group.The contents of SS and SP in plasma and intestinal tissue in model group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The levels of plasma and intestinal tissue SS and SP in Tongxieyaofang group were markedly decreased than those in model group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen had the effect of regulating gastrointestinal hormones and reducing the levels of SS and SP in animal model of IBS.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Jiaweibiejia(JWBJ) Pills on the IgG in serum of hepatic fibrosis rats(HFR).Methods:The rats were randomly divided into control group,model groups,colchine group and Ganpikang group.The model groups were treated or pre-treated with low-dose,middle-dose or high-dose of JWBJ.The serum IgG taken from each group was tested with immunodiffusion method.Results:In the HFR induced by HSA,the level of serum IgG was significantly decreased when treated with the high-dose JWBJ or pre-treated with JWBJ for both middle-dose and high-dose(P<0.05) compared with the matched model group respectively.In the HFR induced by CCl4,only the high-dose of JWBJ pre-treated group significantly decreased the level of serum IgG(P<0.05).Conclusions:JWBJ can decrease the serum IgG in HFR induced by CCl4 or HAS.It sugguest that JWBJ can modulate the immune function and should be considerd in the therapeutic of hepatic fibrosis.  
摘要:Objective:To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil of Radix Aucklandiae and investigate it's influence on platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Methods:The essential oil was extracted from Radix Aucklandiae by steam distillation,and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC-MS(capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometer),and investigated for the inhibitory effects on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro.Results:The experiments showed that 59 components were identified,accounting for 72.91 percent of the total essential oil.The essential oil was mainly composed of dehydrocostuslactone、costunolide、cedrenol、α-elemene、1,3-cyclooctadiene、eudesmol、α-selinene、β-caryophyllene、(+)-longifolene、3,4-octadiene,7-methyl-etc.Among them Lactones like Dehydrocostuslactone and costunolide are essential components.Conclusions:Fifty nine components were identified in essential oil of Radix Aucklandiae by GC-MS.Volatile oil of Radix Aucklandiae dehydrocostuslactone and costunolide have obvious inhibiting effect on platelet aggregation induced by ADP.The bioactive components derived from terpenes and lanctones in oil of Radix Aucklandiae.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Houshiheisan on activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,NOS and iNOS in cerebral tissue of middle cerebral artery occlusion model in rat.Methods: Middle cerebral artery occlusion model was replicated by string ligation.Using behavioral test,the neurological deficiency of each group after operation was evaluated.The change in Na+-K+-ATPase,NOS and iNOS was detected by colorimetry.We observed the effects of Houshiheisan on activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,NOS and iNOS in cerebral tissue of middle cerebral artery occlusion model.Results: In comparison with model group,Houshiheisan can increase the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase in ischemic tissue of brain with the large or middle dose.Moreover Houshiheisan decreased activities of NOS and iNOS in ischemic tissue of brain with the large,middle and lower dose.Conclusions:Houshiheisan may increase the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and decrease activities of NOS and iNOS for protecting the ischemia tissue.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the equilibrium of vasomotor function and the prevention of lipid peroxidation of leonurine(Leo) on pituitary(Pit)-induced acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.Methods: Pit was administrated intraperitoneally to induce acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.The concentration of endothelin(ET) in plasma and myocardium were measured by radio immunoassay.The level of nitric oxide(NO),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and myocardium was determined by nitrate reductase assay,xanthine oxidase assay and thibabituric acid assay,respectively.Results: Within certain dose range of Leo,the contents of ET and MDA were obviously decreased and the level of NO and the activity of SOD were increased.Linear regression analysis(scatterplot) indicated that there was dose-effect relationship of Leo against myocardial ischemia injury within certain dose range.Conclusions:Leo inhibits Pit-induced myocardial ischemia injury.The mechanism may be related to the equilibrium of vasomotor function and the prevention of lipid peroxidation.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the influence of total flavones of Hippophae Rhamnoides L(TFH) on secretion of t-PA,PAI-1,vWF from ECV304 cells and identify the possible active component.Methods: Cultured ECV-304 cell was commonly hatched 18 hours with The TFH and isorhamnetin of different concentrations,then the contents of t-PA,PAI-1,vWF in culture fluid were determined by ELISA. Results: The TFH and isorhamnetin of different concentrations could inhibit secretion of PAI-1 from ECV-304 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.Compared with the control group,high and middle concentration groups significantly decreased the contents of PAI-1(P<0.01).TFH and isorhamnetin didn't influent the secretion of t-PA and vWF.Conclusions:TFH could inhibit PAI-1 secretion of endothelial cell,isorhamnetin may be one of the active components.

摘要:Objective: To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Huayu recipe(FZHY recipe) on collagen Ⅳ expression and matrixmetalloproteinases-2(MMP-2) activity,explore the mechanisms of the recipe action against liver fibrosis.Methods: Liver fibrosis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of dimethylnitrosamine(DMN).The rats in FZHY group were administered with FZHY recipe ig for 4 weeks after the model was established.Serum ALT,AST activities,total bilirubin and Alb levels were determined using commercial kits;serum hepatic inflammation and collagen deposition were evaluated with HE staining and Sirius-red staining respectively;the contents of hepatic hydroxyproline(Hyp) were measured by Jamall's method.expression of collagen Ⅳ in liver tissue was analyzed by immunohistochemistry;the protein expressions of collagen Ⅳ,MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-2 were analyzed by Western blotting;and the activities of MMP-2/9 were analyzed by gelatin zymography.Results:Abnormal liver function,obvious hepatic inflammation,excess collagen deposition,high protein expressions of collagen Ⅳ and TIMP-2,and increased activities of MMP-2 were observed in model group,compared with those in normal group.Compared to model group,FZHY recipe significantly alleviated liver inflammation and the excess collagen deposition;Also it significantly down-regulated protein expression of collagen Ⅳ and TIMP-2,and inhibited the activity of MMP-2.Conclusion: The mechanisms of FZHY recipe action against liver fibrosis were related to inhibiting the excessive deposition of collagen Ⅳ and down-regulating MMP-2 activity in liver tissue.  
摘要:Objective:To study the effet of Zhencaotongfengxiao Capsule on hyperuricemia in rat.Methods:Hyperuricemia rat model were established by adenine and ethambutol.The capsule was administered orally for 7 days,then urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid in serum were determined,kidney weight index and histopathological changes were observed.Results:The capsule could reduce the level of uric acid in serum,decrease kidney weight index,relieve kidney histopathological damage induced by hyperuricemia.Conclusion:Zhencaotongfengxiao Capsule is effective to hyperuricemia.

摘要:Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Clyster No.1(CN1,the Pulsatillae decoction) with salazosulfapyridine(SASP) to the ulcerative colitis(UC) model induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-acetic acid(AA) in mice,to research the pathogenesis.Methods:KM mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,experimental colitis model group,SASP group and CN1 therapeutic group.Proportions of CD3+、CD4+ T cell、 in mesenteric lymph node and peripheral blood of each group were estimated by flow cytometry;and histological changes were evaluated by HE staining and histological score of intestine.Results: Compared with normal control group,the histological score was markedly higher and the length of colon became shorter in model group of experimental colitis.The proportion of CD3+、CD4+ T cells were markedly decreased(P<0.01) in model group compared with the control group.After two weeks' treatment with SASP and CN1,the histological score was reduced,the length of colon recovered almost to normal level,accompanied with increasing in the proportion of CD3+、CD4+ T cells compared with the model group.Conclusions: The effect was satisfactory for the UC mice treated with CN1 and it may serve as a tool for investigation of the pathogenesis and therapeutical effect for UC.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of the Biyan spray on expression of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis(AR) rat and to explore the mechanism of Biyan spray treating AR.Methods: Using the model of AR rats caused by OVA,we observed the effect of Biyan spray on expression of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in nasal mucosa by immunohistochemical staining method.Results: The expressions of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in nasal mucosa were significantly higher than those in the control group.Biyan spray can depress the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM1.Conclusions: One of mechanisms of Biyan spray treating AR may restrain adhesion molecules in nasal mucosa to restrict the aggregation and migration of inflammation cells.  
摘要:Objective:As a new technique for sample pretreatment,head-space solid-phase microextraction especially suit for extraction and concentration of low quantity volatile components.Compared with traditional sample pretreatment methods,it has many advantages such as high efficiency(rapid extraction,convenient),and solvent free.This method has been extensively applied to many fields such as environment,food and medicine.The paper reviews HS-SPME technique of its overview,principle,operating method,influencing factors and application in analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.The development and perspective of the technique are also discussed.
